Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
C
E
B
Cool,
so
we
are
at
time,
so
let
us
kick
off
so
welcome
everyone.
This
is
our
APAC
Emir
delivery
weekly
and
it
is
the
30th
of
November.
B
So
a
few
people
have
got
time
off
planned
in
or
currently
ongoing,
so
take
a
look
through
those
and
then
discussion
items,
McKelly,
I.
Think
I.
Think
you
added
this
so
I'll.
Let
you
to
be
honest,.
F
I
used
to
work
at
hoping,
together
with
me,
Kelly
well,
not
together,
but.
A
F
The
different
teams
but
yeah
joining.
F
A
F
F
So
my
name
is
Vladimir
I'm
based
in
Zurich,
Switzerland,
so
and
well.
Actually,
I
started
my
career
a
long
long
time
ago,
at
at
CERN,
which
is
like
the
biggest
nuclear
physics
Resource
Center
in
Europe,
and
also
where
the
work
was
born.
I
spent
10
years
working.
There
then
I
moved
to
Zurich
from
Geneva
working
at
Microsoft
at
Microsoft
I
spent
like
six
years,
and
then
there
were
like
a
couple
of
startups,
including
hoping
and
spryker,
and
now
I'm
I'm
here
so
I'm.
F
A
big
fan
of
kubernetes
and
Cloud
native
ecosystem
I'm
I
have
some
experience,
migrating
systems
to
kubernetes
and
adopting
like
the
the
cloud
native
stack
to
to
the
whole
company
and
on
my
leisure
time,
I'm
I'm
I'm
I'm
a
sailor,
so
I'm
I
have
a
Sailing
Boat
stays
on
Azores
Islands
now
in
Portugal,
and
spend
most
of
our
kids
vacation,
kids
holidays
in
Portugal
sailing
and
working
from
my
boat.
So
that's
that's
about
me.
B
Fantastic
welcome
great
to
have
you
here.
I
will
do
the
quick
shout
out
for
everyone
who
haven't
yet
spoken
to
Vladimir
or
who
hasn't
done
it
outside
of
an
interview.
Please
Chuck
in
a
coffee
chat
so
that
you
can
all
get
to
know
each
other
awesome
so
on
to
B.
I
wanted
to
mostly
just
give
a
bit
of
a
heads
up,
but
also
check
in
if
we
need
to
do
any
kind
of
extra
planning.
So
we
have
the
slap
migration
is
planned
for
Saturday
third
of
December.
B
Our
current
plans
are
slack
will
be
unavailable
for
around
six
hours
on
Saturday
I
think
it
starts
at
2
pm
UTC
so
overnight,
for
you
Graham
and
sort
of
late
afternoon
for
the
rest
of
us.
B
Now
we
are
assuming
that
once
the
migration
is
finished,
everything
will
come
back
up
and
just
work
and
if
that's
gonna
be
the
case,
we
will
find
out
but
kind
of
a
little
bit
around
the
obviously
the
six
hours,
but
also
the
fact
that
we
can't
guarantee
that
everything's
going
to
just
come
back
up
and
work.
B
D
So
I
started
working
on
this
I've
wrote
how
you
can
roll
back
and
then
I
left
a
couple
of
questions
here
in
the
agenda,
because
these
are
things
that
I
am
not
that
I,
don't
know
right
now,
so
maybe
someone
knows
and
can
follow
up
on
them
in
the
issue.
Question
are:
how
do
we
drain
Canary
or
verify
Canary
status
without
slack
I
have
no
idea
because
I've
always
been
just
luck.
We've.
G
D
D
Yeah
but
I'm
thinking
about
in
in
case
of
an
outage
or
something
like
this.
How
do
we
go
in
and
checking
we
have
to
log
into
the
rates
console
and
and
get
them
from
the
from
the
code
base?
Basically
right
so
features.
G
G
Think
yeah:
this
is
another
thing
we
should.
We
should
just
have
a
chat
with
someone
from
reliability
at
the
moment
to
get
access
to
a
rails,
console
you
use
teleport,
and
that
puts
like
a
request
in
the
slack
in
that
slack
channel,
that
SRE
sees
and
clicks
the
approve
button,
so
I'm
pretty
sure
it
still
works
without
slack
I.
Think
that's
just
a
nice
thing
for
us,
but
I'm
pretty
sure
there's
they
can
still
do
it
in
the
teleport
app.
G
B
Okay,
I
can
I
can
follow
up
on
that
there
is
a
a
temporary
slack
workplace
being
set
up,
so
the
eocs
will
all
have
access
there.
So
I'll
add
on
to
the
to
the
issue:
that's
tracking
that
they
should
like
we're.
Assuming
EOC
will
be
able
to
do
these
things
in
the
event
of
a
problem,
and
then
we
can
just
ask
them
to
cover.
D
B
F
Yeah
I
have
two
silly
questions:
the
first.
What.
B
The
infrastructure
Encore
schedule,
so
they
would
be
their
sort
of
first
point
of
of
call
for
an
incident.
G
So
at
the
moment,
teleport
is
only
used
for
developers
to
get
access
to
a
rails
of
Ruby
on
Rails
console
for
the
production
environment.
So
if
they
want
to
get
like
a
rails
console
up
that
they
can
run
things
against,
they
use
teleport
to
request
access,
so
I
won't
go
into
the
technical
details
of
how
it's
done,
but
basically
we
have
a
box
and
teleport
proxies
SSH
requests
to
that
box,
and
when
you
get
onto
that
box,
you
get
dropped
into
a
rail
session.
G
It's
it's
eventually
planned
to
be
expanded
for
all
access,
kubernetes
access,
SSH
access
and
stuff,
but
that's
in
the
future.
G
There's
probably
a
that's,
probably
a
very
long
history
lesson,
I
think
I'm,
not
sure
if
anyone's
got
a
small
answer,
but
I
think
from
my
from
what
I
understand,
there's
a
huge,
huge
history.
Basically
many
reasons:
it's
typically
not
something
they
do
every
day.
It's
not
something
they
do
all
the
time
they
have
to
request
access
and
provide
a
ticket
and
a
reason
to
do
it.
But
it's
yeah.
G
If
you're
interested
in
some
of
the
reasons
why
I
mean
you
can
just
go
into
the
infrastructure,
Lounge
Channel
have
a
look
at
some
of
the
requests
and
go
and
look
at
the
issues,
and
that
probably
gives
you
a
good
understanding
about
what
they
do
it.
There
is
always
active
efforts
to
try
and
build
more
into
the
products
that
people
don't
need.
The
access,
however,.
B
And
I've
just
dropped
in
there
as
well.
The
teleport
docks
that
the
district
developers
use
so
that
kind
of
gives
a
little
bit
of
an
intro
into
the
sorts
of
things
they're
trying
to
do
when
they
get
asked
to
go,
go
use
teleport.
So
that
might
also
give
a
little
bit
of
context
but
feel
free
to
keep
asking
questions
in
slack
as
well
like
if
this
doesn't
fill
the
gaps.
B
B
A
B
D
B
D
Opportunities
and
hold
Friday
yeah.
A
B
C
B
Let's
make
sure
Ahmad
and
Jenny
know
about
that,
so
that
we
don't
run
it
again.
B
Thank
you
cool
and
then
on
Monday,
so
so
actually
pouring
on.
So
does
everybody
feel
okay
like?
Is
there
anything
else?
We
should
do
to
help
us
prepare
for
a
weekend
without
Slack?
Are
there
any
other
risk
areas
that
people
can
think
of.
A
I
put
calendar
notification.
D
Is
working
or
not
jokes,
apart,
I
think
around
4
a.m,
UTC
or
midnight,
and
you
see
I,
don't
remember.
We
run
the
the
outer
deploy
sync
job,
so
it
basically
is
checking
who's.
The
release
manager
is
reassigning
issues
permissions
and
things
like
that.
So
one
of
this
operation
will
ask
slack
about
the
list
of
release
managers
the
group
handled,
so
this
will
probably
be
the
first
sign
of
something
is
not
working
and
I
suspect
this
will
fall
in
Graham's.
G
G
B
Below
yes,
so
yes
I
do
we
do
have
some
stuff.
That
would
be
good
to
check
so
before
we
jump
to
that.
So
in
terms
of
that
failure,
Alessio
do
we
need
to?
Is
there
something
we
need
to
rerun,
or
is
it
just
a
like
we're
not
going
to
be
changing
release
managers
on
Monday
right,
so
it
should
be
fine
for
it
to
just
fail
right.
D
E
D
Downloads
from
the
current
members
and
check
if
they
matches
with
what
is
expected
to
be
right,
so
if,
for
any
reason,
there's
like
integration
isn't
working
as
expected,
that
should
be
our
first
sign
of
something
is
wrong.
Okay,
now
that
I'm
thinking
Graham
shows
up
earlier
than
this
right,
so
he
had
and.
D
Day
is
already
everything
should
already
be
working,
so,
for
instance,
there
is
a
manual
way
to
check
the
thing,
so
he
can
try,
leaving
and
rejoining
the
release
managers
there
is,
there
is
pipeline,
you
can
run
there's
a
link
in
the
runbook
I
can
find
it
up.
D
So
maybe
there's
something
in
the
morning
say:
I'm
Gonna
Leave,
because
you
are
in
release
manager,
rotation
right,
so
you
can
leave
the
handle
at
the
beginning
of
your
day
and
see
if
you
receive
the
slack
message
and
say:
yeah,
you're
no
longer
release
manager,
and
then
you
can
rejoin
so
and-
and
this
will
tell
us
okay,
this
thing
is
working
and
then
there
are
all
the
things
about
the
the
the
notification
about
deployments
and
things
like
that.
But
this
is
a
question
back
to
you.
D
So
when
you
start
your
date,
are
there
already
deployments?
No,
because
we
are
in
changelog.
G
D
So
maybe
running
some
also
deploy
stereos
those
type
of
Shadows
command
that
will
triggers
like
integration
to
generate
messages,
especially
those
that
does
from
both
chat
ups
and
release
tools.
I'm
thinking
about
the
action
replay
blockers,
auto
reply
blockers
sends
you
back
a
message
from
chat
up,
saying:
yeah,
I'm,
gonna
I
triggered
something
for
you
and
then
you
receive
the
message
directly
from
Real
Estate.
So
this
will
kind
of
check
the.
G
D
B
On
sort
of
to
build
on
that
a
little
so
in
point
three
we
have,
we
have
a
name
for
our
epic
I
would
suggest
we
well.
We
can
certainly
on
our
side
for
what
we
want
to
make
sure
we're
working.
B
Let's
get
a
list
there,
so
we've
got
the
environment,
locking
to
make
sure
we
actually
can
control
our
environments,
environment,
blockers
and
staging
rollback,
but
also
the
one
you
mentioned
I,
say:
We'll,
add
on
the
permissions
so
that
I
think
if
we
can
get
all
those
tested,
it
doesn't
have
to
all
be
you
Graham,
but
I
would
suggest
like.
We
should
make
sure.
Ahmad
knows
this.
B
The
other
thing
on
that
list.
I,
don't
know
how
much
people
want
to
check
this
one
out.
It's
it's
considerably
less
risk
I
think
because
of
the
setup
that
reliability
are
doing
to
handle
the
weekend,
but
there's
also
the
Woodhouse
testing
or
slash
incident.
Declare
which
jobs
suggested
we
add
on
here
so
I,
don't
think
that
has
to
be
our
responsibility
but
certainly
like
if
we,
if
we're
trying
to
get
a
picture
of
how
things
are
working,
I.
B
Think
let's
get
this
post
migration
testing
section
so
that
Graham
you
and
Ahmad
when
he
starts,
can
just
tick
off
on
these
boxes
and
and
get
a
feel
for
like
how
do
things
look.
G
B
B
I'll
say
exactly:
okay:
do
we
did
we
finish
all
the
slack
wrapper
changes
Alessia
like?
Are
we
we're
good
to
go
on
all
that
perfect,
okay,
I
mean
we
don't
know,
that's
a.
D
They
told
us
if
I
remember
correctly,
that
they
will
be
to
reinstall
all
the
application
now
Reuben
help
me
if
you
remember
reinstall
doesn't
change
tokens
so
it
it's
it's
it's
a
task
for
etops,
which
I
don't
know
if
they
plan
to
run
but
soon
after
the
migration.
If
they
have
a
list,
if
they
need
a
list.
So
probably
this
is
something
worth
checking
with
them,
if
just
make
sure
that
they
have,
they
know
that
they
have
to
reinstall
our
application.
B
And
that's
the
bot
like
yeah.
Do
you
want
to
maybe
add
a
comment
on
the
actually
no
Reuben
you're
super
busy
doing
lots
of
fun
things?
Let
me
add
a
comment
on
the
slap
my
Goshen
epic
and
I'll
just
check
that
it
actually
have
a
plan
for
this.
Would
you
just
be
able
to
remind
me
what
the
actual
what's
the
official
application
called.
B
B
Why
not
right
it's
if
we're
going
to
cool?
So
if
you,
if
you
can
like
drop
those
in
cycle
on
the
gender
or
something
I'll,
follow
up
with
it,.
B
Bye
thanks
a
lot
and
if
anyone
thinks
about
anything
between
now,
and
so
we
can
add
that
to
the
plans
as
well.
B
Great
I'm
gonna
skip
the
release
manager
sexually
I
haven't
got
any
other
release
managers
going
to
here,
but
I
assume
it
was
all
covered
on
Monday
anyway.
So
unless
there's
anything
additional,
anyone
wants
to
cover
I'll
skip.
