If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
Competitor
analysis
is
not
fun,
I
don't
know
what
to
do,
how
to
do
it
or
anything,
because
what
I
think
is
a
competitor
analysis
doesn't
match
at
all
to
the
template
thing
that
was
recommended,
so
I
would
be
happy
to
hear
anyone
else
how
they've
done
this
or
want
to
do
this,
like
I
looked
at
nyx
and
that
one
was
really
cool,
but
it
looked
like
he
had
the
benefit
of
this
really
in-depth,
like
video
thing
with
forster
or
gartner,
or
I'm
not
sure
which
one
because
I
watched
the
video,
but
it
was
like
last
week
so
I've
forgotten,
where
they
actually
kind
of
did
some
of
that
already.
B
B
The
components
of
access
are
like
the
architectural
component
of
like
groups
of
groups,
projects
all
the
background,
stuff
access
into
the
environment,
so
like
signing
on
like
okay,
the
pop-up
with
your
password
and
whatnot,
and
so
I'm
thinking
what
sort
of
things
or
what
sort
of
features
should
I
be
trying
to
analyze
competitively
and
that's
what
I
was
saying
like,
which
one
would
be
the
competitor
would
be
just
looking
at
github's,
total
environment
or
they're,
just
a
login
screen
azure
for
example,
or
like
architectural
navigation
like
google
drive
or
dropbox
how
they
not
organize
like
content,
sub
content.
C
What
I
am
oh
sorry,
holly
when
you
say
that
it's
like
overly
complex
compared
to
what
you've
done
in
the
past,
can
you.
D
A
B
Yeah,
I
think,
because
I
haven't
worked
for
such
a
large
organization
before
it
was
much
more
easy
to
say.
Oh
I'm
going
to
analyze
airbnb
or
I'm
going
to
analyze
like
travelocity,
which
was
a
thing
at
the
time
I
was
like.
Okay,
how
did
you
buy
a
ticket
for
a
flight
or
whatever,
whereas
this
has
so
much
more
like
complexity?
So
that's
kind
of
where
I
was
confused.
C
Do
you
think
like
having
had
I
looked
through
all
of
the
theoristic
evaluations?
We
should
be
analyzing
and
I'm
just
literally
just
just
throwing
this
out
there,
but
it
almost
would
be
nice
to
have
like
a
set
so
like
here
are
five
or
six
that,
across
all
of
our
competitive
analysis
within
our
ux
team
we
handle.
But
then
perhaps
there
are
a
couple
that
are
like
you
know
you
cherry
pick
depending
on
your
situation
or
you
have
the
ability
to
add
an
evaluate
heuristic
point.
A
So
do
we
have
any
direction
on
expectations
as
to
when
they
want
us
to
do
these,
so
I
was
under
the
impression
that
we
would
just
kind
of
do
them
as
needed
as
we
felt
they
would
be
valuable,
I'm
working
on
something
currently
where
we're
examining
ways
to
adjust
the
layout
and
improve,
hopefully,
the
layout
for
issues
which
I'm
going
to
do
a
showcase
on
this
week,
and
so
that's
required
me
to
do
a
lot
of
competitor
analysis.
But
it's
been
very
informal,
as
you
were
saying
daniel,
but
I'm
going
to
try
this
process
today.
A
However,
is
this
something
I
know
we
have
a
kr
for
it?
Is
it
something
that
they're
asking
us
to
do
kind
of
at
a
stage
level
or
just
as
needed,
because
if
it's
as
needed,
it
seems
like
there
might
be
opportunity
to
be
a
little
more
focused
in
the
kind
of
research
that
you
need
to
do,
whereas
it
seems
like
if
it's
just
kind
of
evaluate
for
your
stage
group,
it
could
be
very
broad
and
kind
of
hard
to
rein
in,
and
I
don't
know
if
that's
part
of
the
challenge.
A
I
think
I'm
I'm
looking
at
the
care
right
now
and
it
to
me.
It
feels
like
it's
kind
of
a
hey.
We've
got
this
framework
now
that
you
can
use
it's
going
to
make
it
easier,
but
I
I
don't
know
that
it's
required,
although
I'm
not
one
of
the
folks
in
the
stage
group,
that's
noted,
so
maybe
it
was
communicated.
D
Putting
that
zoom
chat
to
to
the
christie
opened.
Okay,
thank
you,
daniel
to
go
back
to
your
initial
question.
Like
what
do
I
test,
I
think
mike
long
had
highlighted
that
it's
not
supposed
to
be
a
competitor
analysis,
so
not
as
broad
as
looking
at
like
what
does
github
offer
in
its
whole
product
versus
like
what
does
git
lab
offer
in
its
whole
product.
D
D
If
I
was
supposed
to
do
that
in
both
of
those
tools
comparing
it
with
the
heuristics
given
how
well
do
get
lab
or
competitor
xyz
stand
up
and
then
documenting
those
gaps
or
opportunities
for
improvement
is,
I
think
the
goal.
But
my
assumption
is
the
best
way
to
like
make
progress
on
this
kr
is
to
just
try
it,
and
if
it
is
like
a
colossal
like
cluster,
it
doesn't
work.
Well
then
provide
that
feedback.
B
B
A
B
Yeah
sure
so
yeah
I
wanted
to
know
if
anybody
had
done
any
click
tracking,
and
I
thought
that
michael
lee
had
done
one,
but
I
don't
know
it
was
in
user
testing
or
somewhere
else,
and
so
I
wanted
to
know
if
anybody
had
played
with
that.
C
Oh,
I'm
sorry
is
this
point
number
three
on
our
agenda.
Can
I
can
I
just
take
one
step
back,
I'm
sorry
and
my
question
online
d,
but
so
I
noticed
in
the
first
evaluation
like
we.
There
isn't
anything
at
least
not
that
I'm
aware
of
that
speak
specifically
to
like
the
aesthetic
and
minimalistic
design,
and
I
don't
I
don't
know
if
anyone
has
any
insight
onto
why
that's
not
included
or
no.
B
I
know
they
changed
it
recently.
Nadia
had
made
a
change
to
something,
but
I
don't
know
if
it's
specific
to
the
heuristics
or
not
nadia.
D
D
My
assumption
where
they
came
from
is
mike,
came
up
with
a
list
and
then
incorporated
some
other
ideas
from
the
other
product
design
managers,
and
then
they
came
up
with
18
and
then
we
distilled
them
down
to
less
than
that.
I
think
it's
like
10
or
11.
Now
I
don't
know
why
certain
ones
were
excluded,
but
I
think
the
initial
thought
was
to
start
with
like
four
or
five
and
it's
already
grown
in
scope.
So
I
don't
know.
C
Yeah-
and
I
imagine
just
coming
from
my
perspective-
I
mean
gitlab
is
a
very
complex
tool
visually,
so
it
I
just
would
my
suggestion
would
be
to
include
that.
But
I
can.
I
can
open
up
an
issue
to
talk
about
that
or
crack
that
down
yeah.
A
C
B
No,
I'm
just
going
to
say
just
going
off
what
also
had
said
about
go.
Do.
B
B
Next
yeah
so
again
about
the
the
user,
the
click
tracking
or
whatever.
I
was
curious
if
anybody
had
done
that
or
where
they
should
do
that,
I
don't
know
if
it's
the
user
testing
or
some
other
environment.
C
B
Yeah,
I
don't.
I
don't
have
that,
that's
something
that
I
was
thinking
about.
Well,
should
I
do
that,
should
I
do
that
also
for
the
the
id,
if
I'm
going
to
change
it,
but
this
also,
I
think
I
put
this
down
on
the
agenda
after
I
or
before
I
had
come
up
with
an
entirely
new
proposal
which
might
have
resolved
the
problem
anyway,
so
it
might.
E
C
E
C
Outside
of
what
you
have
listed,
I'm
sorry,
you
looked
at
a
few.
C
Like
one
excuse
me,
I'm
getting
caught
up
in
my
word,
but
have
you
like
thought
about
doing
an
evaluation
of
like
a
hr
tool
or
like
something
that
doesn't
necessarily
relate
to
the
devops
world?
It's
more
so
branding.
B
B
A
I
missed
the
last
question,
I'm
so
sorry
I
was
reading
some
notes,
but
when
it
comes
to
competitor
analysis,
I
just
thought
I'd
throw
one
that
I'm
gonna,
even
though
I'm
not
part
of
the
group
required
for
this.
I
think
it
would
be
really
valuable
for
what
I'm
working
on
to
do
it.
I'm
looking
at
non-competing
products
that
offer
similar
solutions
to
similar
types
of
design
problems,
because
I
think,
that's
still
valuable.
A
So
when
it
comes
to
collaboration,
even
though
we're
focused
on
collaboration
from
the
perspective
of
tracking
work
as
well,
I'm
looking
at
tools
like
medium
to
see
how
they're
handling
collaborating
on
blog
posts,
and
things
like
that.
So
I
think
there's
still
value
in
doing
non-competitor,
indirect
competitor.
Potentially,
I
guess
is
another
way
to
put
it
yeah.
B
That's
definitely
what
I
was
thinking
about
when
I
mentioned,
like
google
drop
or
google,
I
forgot
the
name
of
the
thing
google
drive
and
dropbox
because
they're
not
necessarily
competitors
for
us,
but
they
offer
an
organizational
structure
similar
to
groups
and
projects.
So
looking
at
something
like
that.
C
Yeah,
I
would
really
look
at
some
hr
tools
because
think
about
how
they
grant
access
and
they
on
board
and
awkward
people.
I
don't
know
same
with
holly
like
you
were
saying
I
need
I
need
to
do
the
same
with
import,
because
we
don't
necessarily
have
a
direct
competitor
that
it's
handling
kind
of
the
enterprise
portion
of
a
book
import
so
going
outside,
and
you
know,
there's
many
other
non-competitive
products
out
there
that
we
can
evaluate
and
probably
get
the
same
feedback
that
we
need.
B
E
C
B
B
I
think
in
context
of
like
bulk
action
changing
access
level,
so
I
want
to
click
on
five
people
and
click
on
change
from
reporter
to
developer,
instead
of
having
to
click
reporter
developer
five
times,
so
that
sort
of
behavior,
which
is
not
really
a
large
change
to
our
infrastructure
or
to
our
system.
It's
just
another.
Little
tweak
to
the
table
structure.
C
Yeah,
the
only
I'm
just
throwing
this
up
that
I'll
be
working
on
enterprise
table
actions.
C
B
E
A
table
so
I
only
worked
on
adding
the
table
figma
component
to
our
ui
kit,
so
we
still,
it
still
hasn't,
been
added
to
the
pajamas
or
or
git
lab
ui
still.
So
that's
still
better
work
still
needs
to
be
done
and
there's
also
just
a
follow-up
sigma
issue
for
for
that,
for
the
tables,
for
example,
so
making
it
showing
the
responsive
states
and
also
just
adding
anything
else
that
we
might
have
missed
in
that
first
iteration.
E
So
that's
the
only
the
work,
that's
that
I
know
that's
been
done
for
tables
so
far.
C
Here's
so
I
I'll
post
this
in
the
agenda
as
well,
but
this
is
the
issue
that
andy
and
I
were
collaborating
on.
He
originally
started
with
enterprise
tables
and
then
transitioned
more
in
what
we
can
do
for
import.
C
So
I
don't
know
libor
if,
if
any
of
what
you
just
mentioned,
overlaps
with
what's
been
done
for
enterprise
tables
or
all
right,
just
let
me
know
right
we'll
get.
E
B
B
E
C
Well-
and
I
mean
it
might
be
like
I,
if
you
scroll
up
in
that
issue,
there's
like
loom
videos
where
I
just
do
like
a
quick
exploration
and
that
probably
will
take
less
time
for
you
than
walking
through
the
file.
So
you
know,
basically
all
I'm
saying
is
just
let
me
know
if
anyone's.
A
E
D
So
there's
a
new
component
in
figma.
If
you
search
for
just
like
table
and
assets,
it's
it's
got
a
lot
of
the
default
attributes.
You'd
want
to
find
in
a
table
just
saying,
drag
and
drop
it
in.
You
can
delete
what
you
don't
need.
You
might
need
to
detach
it
from
the
instance
if
you
need
to
like
add
columns
or
do
other
unique
things
to
it,
but
it's
a
great
base
to
start
off
of
for
sure.
D
Yeah
thanks
honestly,
I
got
some
great
async
feedback
already
from
both
daniel
and
libor,
so
I
already
got
a
good
action
to
go
with
next.
I
think
labor
and
I
will
sync
up
on
this
mega
long
checkbox
list
that
might
end
up
one
day
appearing
in
gitlab,
but
maybe
not
in
this
fashion.
D
So
I
think
it'd
be
more
opportunistic
for
us
to
talk
about.
How
do
we
want
to
make
this
meeting
work
next
week
and
in
the
future
holly.
A
I'm
happy
to
create
a
new
meeting.
I
know
we've
had
some
discussion
in
the
past
about
maybe
removing
some
folks
from
the
invite
to
just
kind
of
haven't
shown
up
since
the
start,
I
kind
of
hate
to
drop
people.
I
wonder
why
they
don't
come
so
I'm
almost
tempted
to
just
reach
out
to
them
as
a
group
and
be
like
hey.
Are
you
interested
in
this
because
we're
going
to
make
a
new
one-
and
I.
B
B
C
I
have
a
question
so
hi.
I
like
the
idea
of
like
asking
like
hey,
you
know:
do
you
want
to
come,
or
is
this
like?
Why?
Why
have
you
not
come
to
the
meeting?
Basically,
but
also
like
I'm
like
putting
myself
in
their
shoes?
C
C
So
this
is
with
me
my
general
thought,
if
I
would
likely
if
I
was
marked
optional
in
that
situation,
I
would
likely
not
go
because
the
vagueness,
the
I'm,
not
necessarily
a
key
player
in
that
sort
of
meeting
format.
I
don't.
A
D
I
don't,
I
actually
have
a
maybe
a
like
operational
question
to
understand
how
you
all
like,
keep
in
touch
with
meetings
that
you
aren't
a
direct
contributor
to
like
amanda
was
saying
so
like,
for
example,
I
want
to
know
when,
like
the
front
end,
the
foundations
team
is
having
their
office
hours,
but
I'm
not
on
the
meeting.
So
do
you
just
like
copy
it
to
your
calendar,
or
what
do
you
do
because,
like
if
you're
not
added
to
it?
How
do
you
get
that?
D
E
D
Okay,
I
at
some
point
copied
it
to
my
calendar,
so
I
have
the
non-single
source
of
truth
event
copied
to
my
calendar,
but
I
think
that's
kind
of
a
scenario
that
happens
if
you're
not
added
to
a
meeting
and
you're
optional
or
sorry.
D
If
you're
not
added
to
a
meeting,
then
you
have
to
go,
find
the
original
calendar
to
know
that
that
meeting
is
happening
or
have
that
shared
calendar
up,
and
I'm
not
good
about
doing
that
like
I,
don't
keep
any
other
calendars
open
besides
my
own,
so
I
guess,
if
we
take
off
those
optional
people,
then
they
might
lose
visibility.
That,
like
this,
is
when
the
ux
designers
from
our
stages
are
meeting
to
talk
about
things,
but
that
also
technically,
I
guess,
is
okay
like
if
they
really
want
to
go,
find
it.
D
C
A
What
do
we
want
to
have
happen
with
those
folks
joining
like
if
they're,
mostly
engineers?
I
would
imagine
we
want
to
ensure
that
there's
collaboration
between
the
groups
is
this
the
right
place
for
that,
or
is
it
better
for
us
to
just
focus
on
it
being
ux
only,
and
we
can
record
it
and
share
it
and
get
feedback?
You
know
if
they're
interested
in
watching
it
like.
A
E
C
Is
there
a
way
that
we
could
like-
and
I
haven't
done
this
in
a
minute
but
like
with
the
office
hours
meeting-
that
I
have
sorry
number
one?
It's
10
30.
We
can
nip
it
in
the
bed.
Yeah.
A
I
don't
know
either
I
thought,
maybe
since
I
got
an
error
trying
to
get
in,
so
I'm
happy
to
create
a
new
one,
but
I'll
look
into
it
a
little
bit
more
today
too,
and
see
if
there
is
maybe
something
else
that
can
be
done
to
fix
the
error.
It
feels
like
somebody
here
currently
needs
to
be
an
owner
of
it
rather
than
mike,
though.
A
Have
two
invites
for
this
meeting
on
my
calendar
and
they're
both
from
mike
one
is
on
the
ux
calendar,
and
one
is,
I
guess
just
for
me.
Well.
D
One
in
the
body,
it
says
mike
long
invited
me
to
this
meeting,
but
that
I
can't
find,
like
any
actual
event,
that
he
is
still
the
owner
anywhere,
but
I
don't
know
where
the
original
zoom
link
came
from.
So
it
might
just
be.
The
zoom
link
needs
to
be
updated
and
that's
what
I
think
that
that
might
be
it.
