From YouTube: Closing - DIB and Additional Things to Consider
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
So
you
made
it,
you
made
it
to
the
end
of
the
diversity,
inclusion
and
belonging
certification
here
at
gitlab,
you've
heard
from
several
team
members
you've
just
heard
from
liam
in
module
3
about
how
we
all
contribute
and
he's
spoken
about
different
groups,
and
you
may
say
to
yourself
what
else
could
you
possibly
need
to
know
about
diversity,
inclusion
belonging,
I'm
going
to
give
you
a
few
high-level
things
to
consider.
Additionally,
you
want
to
think
about
diversity
of
thought.
A
A
You
want
to
think
about
the
training
you've
done
and
continue
to
leverage
that,
when
you
see
bias
on
your
teams
or
in
within
your
groups,
confront
them
head-on
and
realize
that
we
all
have
biases
and
it's
okay
to
disagree,
but
just
to
understand
that
create
a
sense
of
belonging,
really
reach
out
and
dig
deep
into
the
intentionality,
whether
those
be
reverse
amas.
That
lorna
spoke
of
earlier
that's
happening
within
themselves
group
and
creating
some
of
those
same
intentional
practices.
A
Leveraging
the
voices
of
team
member
resource
groups
create
an
environment
where
team
members
truly
can
see
themselves
at
the
company
before
they
get
there,
and
when
you
get
there
do
all
you
can
to
retain
them
and
creating
efforts
and
listening
to
what
is
important
to
the
team
member
talent
brand
is
important.
We
do
a
lot
of
partnering
with
talent
brand
in
an
effort
to
make
sure
social
media
is
who
we
say.
We
are
also
when
you
think
about
what
happens
in
the
process
and
the
experience
of
talent
brand.
A
I
hope
you
truly
enjoyed
this
next.
You
will
see
and
experience
some
questions
and
we'll
test
your
knowledge
to
see
what
you
learned
there'll
be
additional
resources
that
you
saw
earlier
any
information,
please
reference
it
if
you're
using
it
to
answer
questions
again.
Thank
you
for
taking
this
certification.
I
hope
you
enjoyed
it.
