Description
An overview of how Remote enables DIB
A
Lab
is
a
fully
remote
company
with
over
1200
people
in
more
than
65
countries.
This
gives
us
the
opportunity
to
learn
and
develop
strong
remote
work
practices
and
ensure
that
our
communication
principles
are
inclusive
and
that
our
transparency
bolsters
belonging
advantages
of
all
remote
are
as
follows.
B
Another
advantage
of
all
remote,
it
creates
an
authentically
geographically
diverse
team,
where
you're
able
to
see
varying
cultures
lived
out
in
locales,
where
people
are
rather
than
asking
them
to
relocate
and
retain
that
culture
in
a
new
environment
where
it
may
be
less
acceptable
to
society.
All.
A
A
Now,
of
course,
there
are
challenges
to
all
remote
as
well,
which
we
will
dive
into
now,
because
we
don't
have
daily
in-person
interactions.
It
takes
more
effort
to
build
a
shared
culture.
Sometimes
a
team
will
default
to
the
dominant
culture.
It's
important
to
make
space
for
everyone's
holidays
traditions
and
current
events.
B
It
can
also
be
challenging
for
people
who
are
members
of
marginalized
groups
to
speak
up
if
they're
experiencing
an
issue
or
even
to
speak
up
in
meetings.
That's
why
we
have
a
team
dedicated
to
the
dib
value
and
we
also
have
a
network
of
team
member
resource
groups.
Their
role
is
to
create
safe,
supportive
spaces
for
everyone
to
have
their
voice
heard.
