Hey everyone: here's our print sprint plan, sync for the conversion group for digital experience for august 15th, um we've a few people out a few people are going to speak for some folks, I'm gonna hand it off to filza to speak for jess and I'll share my screen. So we can look at the board.

Sure um so currently jess is still working on updating the hero section of the install pages. We got some feedback from the seo team, so just taking that into consideration um more ab testing on the pricing page um just around the drop down menus um and then also work on the informational frames around premium and enterprise again for more a b testing and then continuing on with education, campus research um and then also jess will be working on.

Oh, I think that was it um and then the other thing would be just some support from jess on the smb conversion work as well uh just to see how we can support a small and medium business conversion on the site um for this iteration. um I will pass it over to you. Megan.

Sure um in this iteration um I still have the issue open for the commit site updates for last week. There are some changes that came in late in the day friday, so I'm just getting that wrapped up now and then there's a new issue for updates that come in this week is an issue for the pricing. Premium. Page update looks like there's a link that needs to be updated and then looking into the marketo form error things.

How we should present that um I had created that issue a few weeks ago and added the the ux tag, because I wanted just as input but um maybe I'll just see what I can add and collaborate with her as I go. um But that's it uh next is um alvisei.

Yes, hi um to spring, I will I will finish him, some slippers update from in the build buttons and- and then I know this is a update for the buyers new york's experience.

I think this, the change for the home title hero is already is already done. Just waiting for the main, merge and the most important is. I will watching the some of the commits from gabby, since she will no longer be with us. um I will.

I think from the state right now: it's just to wait for some content, a verification.

All right for me um continuing to focus on ga4. We have the gtag script on about subdomain and yeah this past week. I've just been configuring tags on tag manager and qa, and then once we have the same script on other sub domains, I'll do the same. For those.

Alliance design, I'm helping carry out with some data on the partner.

uh It's about 70 done. I still have to do the other part from partners.gitlab.com, which is posted on a different uh analytics platform. So I'm waiting on access to that uh and then I still need to figure out a way to turn off tracking completely for four countries.

Aside from that, I I need to do some analysis around the sas trial flow. It kind of dropped off completely, but we'll talk more about that during the conversion analytics meeting, and we also have the same analyze call with search snap support this week as well.

um Yeah, I think that's that's about it. Oh, I also just talked with hannif on seo and I just got access to content king, which is the web vital tool that they're using um so any issues I'll add to the epic that he created. So for me, I think it's just to improve the third party script. That's on tag manager such as drift chat and demandbase and whatnot, um but yeah. That's it for me I'll hand it off to justin.

I'll speak for tyler um he's working on starting um a spike for personalization foundation. um We created an epic um with that or for that kind of sub okr to start housing uh issues as they come in as a tyler works through the the initial research and development for personalization.

um He also is on the vimeo tracking issue that was brought up as well, as he created a um mr to swap the minimum nav to full nav on the pricing page and we're just sort of winning thumbs up from ray and ashley on that one, uh and then he still has some of these customers dot that he is working on as well as uh transitioning to kind of pair programming, with javi to kind of work on those together and that's, I believe, what tyler's working on for this iteration, and I believe that is it.
