A
Hi
everybody:
this
is
the
digital
experience
team,
doing
our
Sprint
retro
for
the
last
iteration
of
physical
year
2023
and
with
that
I'll
pass
it
to
you.
Parker.
B
B
C
Yeah
like
trying
to
type
it
as
I'm,
yeah,
Daniel,
Sullivan
joined,
he's
enough
met
with
him,
yet
everyone,
but
he
he's
the
director
of
globalization
and
localization,
and
he
has
been
extremely
helpful
in
the
last
couple
weeks,
organizing
with
smartling
and
trying
to
get
us
on
track
with
what
we
need
to
do
to
globalize
the
site
and
add
extra
languages
and
I
just
feel
like
now.
We
have
like
I,
guess
leadership
kind
of
in
that,
because
before
it's
like
hey,
do
you
have
Smart
link
access,
yeah
I?
Have
it
like?
C
A
We
should
focus
on
because
every
time
somebody
is
out,
it's
usually
Laura
and
like
someone
she
usually
owns
the
meetings.
We
end
up
having
to
send
out
a
new
meeting
link
and
so
I
figured
that
instead
of
using
Zoom,
we
could
try
to
use
I,
don't
know
Google
me,
because
then
anyone
can
record
a
meeting
and
I
guess,
there's
two
ways
that
we
could
swap
over.
That
is.
A
We
can
update
all
of
our
meeting
links
now
with
Google,
meet
links
or
create
a
Google
group
and
then
have
like
a
synchronized
Google
group
for
our
team
and
then
any
new
members
on
our
team
get
added
to
this
Google
group
and
we
don't
have
to
send
out
like
invitations
to
calendars.
A
There's
a
like
I
think
this
is
the
best
way
to
go,
because
Zoom
does
have
like
the
option
of
adding
alternative
hosts
to
meetings.
But
then
that
still
leaves
the
problem
of
will
both
posts
be
here
and
that
all
that
possibility
is
Slim.
It
could
happen
and
then
we'd
be
stuck
in
the
same
situation.
Oh
and
sorry,
I
think
Justin
brought
that
up,
but
I
will
pass
it
to
Barker.
B
Yeah,
just
just
making
a
note
that
get
lab
has
historically
used
to
zoom
and
it's
documented
throughout
the
handbook.
So
that
would
be
a
pretty
big
change
for
us.
I
don't
know
if
we
want
to
be
the
first
team
to
do
that,
one
and
then
a
note
about
figuring
out
how
they
do.
The
group
conversations.
B
Just
the
the
group
ones
they
have
during
the
weekday
at
eight
o'clock,
eight
PST
and
those
have
been
going
on
since
the
beginning
of
git
lab
so
and
they're
always
recorded
I
I,
don't
know
the
specific
specifics
of
how
those
run,
but
there
might
be
some
hints
there
and
then
I
see.
Justin
has
a
thread.
D
Evelyn
kind
of
gets
spammed
like
when
people
are
added
as
an
alternative
hosts,
but
once
they're
there
it
is
relatively
easy
for
anyone
else
to
record
or
take
over
host,
if
someone's
not
there,
but
the
menopause
that
you
have
to
make
sure
you
record
to
the
computer.
If
you
do
something
like
that,
Lauren
says
she
always
does
but
recording
the
cloud
that
recording
goes
to
the
original
hosts
cloud
storage,
not
yours,
even
though
you
recorded
it
and
you're
the
co-host.
But
that
might
be
an
option.
D
Maybe
it's
something
for
these
bigger
team
meetings.
We
look
to
at
everyone
as
an
alternative
host.
So
then,
at
any
point
in
time.
Anyone
if
someone's
out
like
it,
doesn't
matter
who
records
it.
We
would
just
need
to
then
decide
who
is
the
de
facto
person
or
we
flip
a
coin,
and
so
on.
It's
announced
that
might
be
nice.
So
it's
not
Laura
every
single
time
too,.
A
Yeah
and
then
to
your
point,
Warren
I
did
ask
the
IET
team.
If
they'd
be
cool
with
us
like
using
Google,
meets
versus
zoom
and
they
were
fine
with
it.
So
I
don't
necessarily
know
if
we'd
be
the
first
team
using
Google
meets
since
the
I-team
has
already
given
the
green
flag
for
it.
B
Can
we
start
a
thread
in
that
process?
Change
issue
yeah
that
I
posted
this
would
be
a
great
thing
to
to
put
in
there
and
then,
if
we're
gonna
make
that
change.
You
know
doing
it
when
we
slide
into
the
next
quarter.
