From YouTube: Conversion DEX | Iteration Release 2023-05-18
A
Everyone,
this
is
our
iteration
release.
Sync
video
for
the
conversion
group
from
May,
the
18th
I'm
gonna
start
it
off
with
10
m
kind
of
chat.
What
we
chat
about,
we
did
this
iteration
yeah.
B
Thanks
am
I
I'm,
sharing
the
right
screen.
You
see
figma
here,
yep,
that's
great
okay,
so
mostly
I've
been
focused
on
Gathering,
both
qualitative
and
quantitative
insights,
to
inform
improvements
to
our
home
page.
B
That
meant
sifting
through
a
lot
of
Rebecca
clayman's
brand
research,
outputs
working
with
dentists
on
looking
at
Google
analytics
and
using
Quantum
metrics,
which
has
been
pretty
valuable
a
little
bit
of
a
learning
curve
to
understand
how
to
use
this
tool
and
properly
segment
out
things
that
I
want
to
see.
But
it's
given
us
a
lot
of
information
to
kind
of
validate
a
what
we
think
is
working
and
not
working
and
also
a
lot
of
what
Rebecca
is
saying
can
be
improved
for
our
messaging
so
from
there.
B
I
also
did
a
bit
of
competitive
analysis
looking
at
what's
happening
in
a
competitive
landscape
and
from
there
created
some
wireframes.
So
these
wireframes
are
mostly
oriented
around
business
like
each
section.
Looking
at
what
the
business
goals
are
for
that
section
and
what
a
customer's
motivation
might
be,
I'm
not
going
to
go
through
Section
by
section,
because
we're
still
working
on
refining
this,
where
we
actually
have
a
meeting
later
today
to
work
on
refining
the
messaging
and
kind
of
making
sure
that
the
copy
is
a
little
bit
more
succinct.
B
It's
pretty
copy
heavy
right
now,
but
just
to
give
you
an
idea
is
we're
kind
of
looking
at
them
block
by
block.
Where
should
we
start
talking
about
our
product
and
the
value?
And
what
the
platform
is
talk
talk
about
cost
right
off
the
bat.
You
know
how
you
like
potential
customers
can
save
money
using
us.
What's
the
ROI
Define
devsec
highlight
our
our
key,
our
key
value
drivers.
B
You
know
continuous
integration
source
code,
managements
those
continue
to
generate
revenue
for
us
yeah
and
that's
the
homepage.
Work
I've
also
been
working
on
some
pricing
page
updates.
B
We've
got
gitlab
dedicated
deployment
option
coming
our
way
and
there's
also
an
Ask
to
maybe
look
at
removing
this
modal.
This
deployment
modal,
so
one
idea,
was
to
perhaps
use
a
toggle
so
that
a
customer
can
use
either
SAS
or
self-manage
right
off
the
bat,
and
then
this
CTA
goes
directly
into
the
purchasing
floor.
Removing
that
extra
decision
inside
a
model
when
somebody's
primed
to
to
purchase
or
contact
sales
there's
a
lot
of
conversations
around
where
gitlab
dedicated
should
fit
into
this.
B
So
that's
still
very
much
a
work
in
progress,
and
that's
it
for
me
for
this
iteration.
Thank
you
for
listening,
oh
Miracle,
your
neck.
C
B
C
C
I
also
worked
on
translating
the
install
page.
That's
in
review
right
now
through,
like
fixing
the
last
few
bugs
for
that
page.
C
D
Thanks
miracle,
so
last
iteration
removed
log
rocket
from
WWW
and
by
experience,
so
just
a
few
stray
Imports
and
stuff
left
over
also
the
open
graph
tags.
They
work
in
review
apps
now.
Actually
this
is
mostly
Justin.
I
just
put
the
Mr
together,
but
good
find
so
now
the
OG
tags
actually
work
same
with
LinkedIn
Twitter,
a
few
other
sites
where
they
weren't
working
before.
Actually
no
Twitter
always
worked
I
think
it's
just
LinkedIn
and
then
because
of
that
fix
the
Atlanta
World
Tour
LinkedIn
preview.
D
Then
there
was
another
bug
where
artifacts
were
getting
uploaded,
so
pipelines
were
working,
so
I
had
to
trigger
a
manual
pipeline
fixed
a
bunch
of
higher
priority
404s
there's
a
bunch
of
customer
case
studies
that
were
4049
so
got
rid
of
those
or
redirected
them
to
the
proper
place,
and
then
did
another
round
of
cleanup
and
dub
dub
dub.
D
So
I
think
it
was
another
like
I,
don't
know
5000
lines
or
something
and
like
hundreds
of
files,
but
the
majority
of
it
was
spent
investigating
the
CMS
and
how
it's
going
to
integrate
into
the
bar
experience
and
our
workflow
with
localization.
So
I
don't
have
much
to
demo
just
because
it's
like
I
have
two
sample
projects
set
up,
but
right
now,
I'm
kind
of
looking
into
localization,
so
how's
localization
going
to
work
with
the
CMS
and
also
assets,
so
will
they
be
hosting
our
assets?
Can
we
manage
them?
D
Can
we
edit
them
within
the
tool
and
So?
Currently
the
tools
that
were
were
doing
demos
of
they
seem
to
all
have
the
same
functionality,
so
it
looks
like
knock
on
wood
will
get
kind
of
an
asset
manager
built
into
our
CMS,
which
yay
build
times
will
be
faster.
We
won't
have
to
manage
images
anymore,
which
is
going
to
be
great,
but
anyway
that's
just
one
piece
so
much
more
to
do,
but
yeah.
With
that
I'll
hand
it
back
off
to
you
Justin.
A
Yep
I'll
kind
of
speak
a
few
things
that
Margaret
did
some
key
ones
were:
finalized,
gitlab,
16,
landing,
page
and
kind
of
undoing
some
content
updates,
as
as
things
change
around
there,
she
also
worked
on
I,
think
five
or
six
customer
case
study
migration
pages,
and
she
also
a
couple
bugs
on
the
homepage
that
we
we
caught
here
and
there
as
well
and
I-
think
that's
about
it.
