From YouTube: Product Marketing DEX | Iteration Release 2023-03-09 mp4
A
Everyone:
here's
our
iteration
release,
video
for
the
product
marketing
team
on
digital
experience
for
March
9th
I'm,
going
to
hand
this
over
to
Tina,
who
kind
of
show
we've
been
working
on
and
go
from.
There.
B
Am
I
sharing
the
right
screen?
Do
you
see
the
startups
page
yep
yeah?
Okay,
so
this
iteration
kicked
off
with
the
kind
of
all
hands
on
deck,
to
create
a
startups
program
sign
up
page.
So
here
it
is.
That
was
my
priority
for
the
beginning
of
the
iteration.
There's
too
much
fun
result
comments
here.
Sorry
and
I
just
want
to
give
Mateo
special
thanks
for
making
himself
available
to
get
that
done
so
quickly.
B
I
know
it
was
friends
and
family
day
we
had
some
of
us
had
to
work
over
the
weekend
and
on
that
day,
so
yeah
that's
out
next
I'm,
just
looking
at
my
board,
I
also
focused
on
the
commit
Road
Show,
so
I
created
these
wireframes
that
aligns
with
some
of
the
content
that
Michelle
would
like
on
the
page.
B
We
also
just
kind
of
used
past
events
as
a
basis
since
there's
very
little
content
written
for
these
Pages
I
wireframed
and
started
designing
the
city
landing
pages
as
well
for
each
event,
but
it
looks
like
we're
using
a
third
party
for
that,
so
we
are
for
anyone
who's
building.
This
just
ignore
I
tried
to
make
it
clear
to
ignore
these,
but
I
kept
them
in
the
file
just
in
case
that
doesn't
work
out
with
the
third
party.
B
I
think
it's
called
linos
and
I
also
had
some
time
to
create
the
designs
for
that,
because
Tina
from
the
brand
team
was
able
to
provide
the
look
and
feel
and
the
school
illustration
here.
So
we've
got
the
design
pretty
much
ready
to
go.
Some
hover,
States
kind
of
worked
out
here.
These
are
gonna
link
to
the
third
party
platform
for
registration,
and
then
we
added
a
CTA
here
so
that
you
can
go
down
and
find
your
city
to
attend.
B
Commit
report
on
I
worked
a
little
bit
on
some
navigation
stuff,
so
we've
got
nvc4
I!
Think
that's
in
progress
now,
if
not
already
released,
just
with
some
small
changes
to
how
to
the
solutions
section.
So
we
kind
of
swapped
by
capabilities
and
use
case,
because
the
items
in
this
column
tend
to
have
more
clicks
based
on
Dennis's
analytics.
We
also
reordered
the
items
based
on
popularity
as
well
as
kind
of
desired
brand
positioning.
So
we
that's
why
we
bumped
devsecops
to
the
top.
B
We
also
swap
the
ROI
the
case
studies
featured
card
that
used
to
be
here
for
an
Roi
calculator,
because
the
hypothesis
is
this.
This
type
of
customer
at
this
point
in
their
purchasing
Journey
might
be
more
interested
in
information
on
pricing
than
seeing
customer
case
studies,
and
somebody
also
pointed
out
that
we've
got
a
terminology
kind
of
issue
for
agile
development
up
here.
So
I've
kind
of
been
working
on
that
with
a
bunch
of
other
product
marketing
members
to
try
to
streamline
our
terminology
here.
So
in
the
URL,
it's
agile
delivery.
B
The
page
is
called
agile
planning.
Most
of
the
content
on
the
page
is
about
project
management,
and
we've
realized
that
people
arriving
to
this
page
leave
pretty
much
immediately,
because
I
think
we
think
that
they're
expecting
information
on
development
and
more
engineering
type
information
rather
than
management
and
planning
and
here's
some
work
on
a
mvc5
candidate,
where
we
completely
get
rid
of
the
categories
and
just
surface
our
Solutions,
without
adding
the
extra
barrier
of
having
visitors
figure
out.
B
If
it's
a
capability
or
use
case
I
find
that
that
my
hypothesis
is
that
doesn't
matter
and
adds
additional
kind
of
mental
load.
I
guess
part
of
me:
I'm
sick,
a
little
bit
as
you
can
tell
by
my
voice.
I
also
am
proposing.
We've
removed
the
images
from
these
featured
cards
and
based
on
whether
the
ROI
calculators
performing
well
in
mvc4
or
not,
maybe
also
bring
back
a
customer
success
story
here,
but
reward
it.
So
it
has
more
value,
so
you
know
how
they
achieve
faster
deployments.
B
Yes,
we
also
want
to
achieve
faster
deployment.
I
might
click
on
it
and
another
hypothesis.
There
is
that
the
image
just
because
there's
stock
images,
these
the
section
might
resemble
ads
and
so
visitors
might
be
suffering
from
Banner
blindness
and
not
click
on
them,
and
then
we've
got
this
would
be
an
A
and
then
a
b
just
to
test
adding
our
Solutions
label
and
just
some
different
hover
interactions.
B
So
that's
nvc5
of
the
navigation.
Lastly,
I
started
kind
of
there's.
Nothing
really
to
show
here,
but
I
have
a
lot
of
ideas
for
how
to
improve
the
solutions
landing
page.
So
I've
started
plugging
away
at
that
in
between
feedback,
loops
and
I'll.
Just
pick
this
back
up
fix
when
I'm
back
from
PTO
and
and
that's
it
for
me,
I'm
gonna
go
with
Mateo
thanks.
C
Thank
you
Tina.
So,
first,
a
couple
of
small
things
that
I
did.
This
iteration
was
removing
the
navigation
from
digital
digital
transformation
page
and
adding
a
missing
subscription
link
to
the
startups
page.
That
was
a
follow-up
and
then
the
big
things
that
I
worked
on.
Let
me
share
my
screen
to
show.
C
Where
the
two
pages
first,
the
startups
join
page,
which
was
at
the
beginning
of
the
duration,
was
a
bit
crazy.
The
timeline
we
had
for
this
one,
but
it's
live
now,
and
also
I'm
working
on
the
customers
page.
It's
pretty
much
up
ready
now,
but
I'm
still
resolving
feedback
on
some
issues
with
the
logos.
But
here
it
is
a
bunch
of
component
support
tabs.
You
have
like
these
animations
to
switch
between
them
and
then
pagination
for
these
logos.
C
I
have
a
bunch
of
different
logos
here
that
don't
go
here,
but
just
to
show
the
pagination
feature
right
now,
yeah,
that's
what
I
was
working
on.
I
will
pass
it
too
heavy.
C
D
Related,
so
what
I
worked
on
was
this:
what
are
you
seeing?
Are
you
seeing
the
right
thing?
No,
that's
awesome!
That's
the
best!
Okay!
Now,
what
are
you
saying?
Work?
No,
yes,
okay,
I
like
how
you
have
to
like
wait
to
see
like
whether
people
can
see
what
you're
doing
so
working
on
this
browse
all
customer
stories.
This
is
related
to
what
Matteo
is
working
on.
D
This
is
pretty
much
what
used
to
exist
in
the
customers,
but
now
is
existing
in
this
customer's
all.
So
that's
pretty
much
like
in
review,
as
well
as
as
what
Mattel
is
working
on.
Something
I
also
wanted
to
show
which
is
on
my
right
was
the
lighthouse
CI
thing.
So
essentially,
this
is
like
the
configuration
for
what
this
is
doing.
What
the
lighthouse
CI
thing
is
doing
is
essentially
building
the
site
running
a
server
to
host
the
build
content
and
then
checking
certain
URL
params
that
you
passed
to
it.
D
I'm
passing
these
categories
to
it
to
tell
it
what
to
look
at
and
then
generates
all
of
this
funky
output,
which
is,
if
you
look
at
these
URLs,
will
generate
the
reports
for
what's
happening.
What's
going
to
end
up
being
shown
here
is
the
median
value
of
the
five
runs,
so
what
it'll
do
is
run
a
certain
amount
of
time
that
you
tell
it
to
and
then
return
like
the
average
well
median
value
so
that
it's
like
pretty
much
like
not
just
Randomness
happening.
D
So
that's
that
we
want
to
throw
that
into
the
CI
stuff
and
I
I
talked
to
Justin
about
what
we're
looking
to
do
is
throwing
this
in
to
a
system
where,
essentially,
every
so
often
Cadence,
every
iteration
or
two.
We
can
have
an
issue
pop
out
with
all
of
this
stuff,
so
that
people
can
just
like
see
all
of
this,
and
we
can
talk
about
like
what
is
going
on
with
our
site
and
how
it's
doing
so
yeah.
That's
it
for
me.
E
Boom
I'm
just
doing
some
pop-ups,
okay,
yeah
consideration
was
a
bit
all
over
the
place.
I
got
pulled
into
the
premium.
Pricing
changes.
So,
okay,
let
me
move
the
bar,
so
we
added
this
saying
that
the
price
is
going
to
increase
in
April
and
then
added
a
FAQ,
and
this
had
to
go
at
all
in
the
same
day.
E
So
it
was
a
bit
of
a
bit
hectic,
but
we
got
it
out
and
then
also
removing
pricing
from
the
feature
comparison
page
and
so
there's
an
issue
created
for
that
iteration
like
when
the
pricing
actually
gets
updated
and
we're
going
to
update
this
page
again
with
the
actual
pricing,
because
it's
just
easier
than
having
to
come
up
with
a
new
UI
for
like
three
weeks.
E
E
Pages
translated
Pages,
like
German
pages
from
our
repo,
and
so
it's
a
little
complicated
because
we
have
it
set
up
with
with
fastly
and
smart
link
so
that
anything
with
Dede
gets
served,
gets
proxied
from
from
smartlink
and
so
set
up
all
those
passing
rules
so
that
the
sales
page
is
an
exception,
and
so
this
one
actually
gets
to
served
from
our
gcp
bucket,
and
so
this
is
all
like
in-house
yaml
files.
E
That's
serving
this
page,
so
that's
all
credit
to
John
and
Lauren
for
all
the
content,
stuff,
so
I'm
sure
they're
going
to
talk
about
it
in
there
in
their
Sprint
release,
updated
just
some
small
stuff.
This
was
22,
2022,
so
updated
2023
and
then
the
biggest
thing
I
was
working
on
this
customer.
A
case
study,
template
and
I
completely
misread
the
issue
and
I
thought
I
was
only
doing
the
yaml
file
and
then
John
goes
or
not.
I'm
sorry
Justin
goes,
can
I,
see
the
like.
The
template.
E
I
want
to
see
what
it
looks
like
I'm,
like
oh
I,
didn't
know
how
to
do
the
whole
template.
I
just
did
the
yaml
file,
so
I'm
gonna
frantically,
try
and
get
that
up
today
and
tomorrow,
but
oops.
This
is
the
wrong
page.
This
is
a
security
job,
so
here's
like
the
template,
file
and
I
found
out
actually
super
cool.
You
can
upload
images
in
the
web
IDE.
E
So
when
we
try
and
get
work
out
for,
like
customer
case
studies
or
competition
Pages,
we
could
actually
get
the
whoever
is
making
the
page
to
upload
images
as
well,
which
is
a
little
scary
because
they
could
upload
like
massive
assets.
But
it's
pretty
cool
that
maybe
that
we
don't
have
to
intervene
and
upload
stuff
and
then
added
security
jobs.
E
So
we
added
the
SAS
job
and
then
moved
them
all
over
to
the
new
ones,
because
they
relocated
them
from
security
to
jobs
and
then
only
run
it
if
it's
not
on
the
main
branch,
because
for
some
reason
the
SAS
job
was
taking
like
48
minutes
to
complete
on
prod
or
on
Main,
and
so
we
actually
had
taken
it
down
and
we're
like.
Oh,
you
know
what
we
don't
need
the
SAS
job,
but
security
had
keep
an
eye
on
us
and
they're
like.
Can
you
put
that
back
please?
E
So
we
had
to
add
it
back
and
then
hopefully
try
and
set
up
an
issue
either
this
iteration
or
next
to
actually
go
through
our
security
like
on
the
side
panel.
Here,
there's
tons
of
stuff
we
can
do
with
security
and
compliance
and
so
it'd
be
cool.
F
Yep,
so
for
the
situation
actually
gonna
scream
my
screen,
let
me
know
what
you
guys
can
see
it
so
for
the
situation.
I
worked
on
the
nbc2
updates
for
the
security
and
customer
Assurance
package
Pages,
so
some
small
updates
here
we
added
the
CTA
here.
We
also
changed
this
structure
here
on
the
grid
to
allow
for
more
content,
and
we
added
these
security
topics
feed
here.
F
So
some
small
changes
also
for
the
customer
Assurance
package.
We
did
something
similar.
We
added
the
CTA
here
and
we
added
this
CTA
section
here
too
also
I
worked
on
the
cubecon
2023
Europe
update,
we're
still
waiting
for
some
for
the
final
content
for
the
day,
so
I've
been
updated.
This
as
it
goes,
I
also
worked
on
I'm
gonna,
stop,
sharing
I
worked
on
a
startups
page
Google,
analytics
tracking
updates
for
the
data
attributes
we
had
in
some
links
and
I
think
that's
it
for
migration
and
I.
