From YouTube: UI to Code bi weekly Sept 28 2022
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right,
this
is
the
digital
experience
team.
This
is
our
UI
to
code.
I
think
this
is
a
monthly
meeting.
Today
is
September
28th
2002
and
the
first
item
on
the
agenda
is
Megan.
B
Yeah
I've,
like
I,
mentioned
this
once
or
twice
in
select,
but
just
putting
it
here,
we
started
a
cohort
of
the
major
league
hacking,
a
pod
from
them
they're,
happily
working
away
on
things
to
improve
slippers
for
us.
So
anything
we
can
think
of
that.
B
We
don't
want
to
take
care
of
ourselves
like
help
help
them
help
us
and
make
our
job
easier,
whether
it's
adding
new
components
or
what
are
we
calling
the
words
like
a
bunch
of
components,
compilations
I,
don't
know
or
just
like,
improve
and
say
the
user
experience
of
slippers.
You
can
think
of
anything.
Please
add
that
I've
made
two
possible
issues,
looks
like
Parker
and
Nathan
are:
are
fans
but
would
love
more
feedback.
B
One
is
to
create
a
component
overview
page
so,
instead
of
like
having
to
click
through
our
entire,
like
sidebar,
see
how
component
what
components
are
and
what
they
do
or
like
a
brief
description,
we
can
just
have
one
landing
page
and
then
better
our
slippers,
landing
page
as
a
whole,
I'm
kind
of
inspired
by
pajamas,
that's
just
incredible
what
they
have
going.
So
maybe
we
can
take
this
time
to
make
things.
Look
better
but
again,
if
you
got
any
suggestions,
please
create
an
issue
thanks.
C
I'm,
trying
to
type
and
also
I
want
to
say
the
we
talked
about
one
of
the
Retros
about
how
it's
tough
to
know
when
a
component
has
already
been
built,
but
just
by
finding
it
in
the
site
kind
of
thing
and
or
just
like,
knowing
which
page
it
was
and
I
know
we
talked
about,
like
maybe
there's
a
solution
in
figma.
You
know
if
a
designer
is
using
a
design.
That's
already
been
designed
pointing
to
where
that
page
is,
but
that
gets
really
hard
to
manage
for
designers.
C
I,
wonder
if
there's
like
a
solution
that
the
cohort
the
mlh
cohort
can
help
with
there.
I
don't
know
if
that
belongs
in
slippers,
but
I
don't
know
if
they're
looking
for
work
I
think
that's
like
a
really
good
problem
to
solve,
but
that
might
mean
a
buyer
experience
problem
so
I've.
This
is
thought
vomit,
so
unsure.
B
Yeah,
it's
a
good
idea.
I'll
look
into
that
I!
Don't
I
know
they
won't
have
access
to
my
experience.
Maybe
they
can
read
it
but
yeah
it's
worth
having
a
discovery.
So
thanks.
A
Yeah
yeah
I
was
talking,
but
I
was
on
mute
rookie.
We
at
least
Jess
and
I
have
been
talking
about
getting
as
close
to
pajamas
as
possible
since
our
first
day
at
git
lab.
So
we're
really
excited
about
this.
A
Don't
want
to
say
a
butt,
so
I'll
say
an
and
how
can
we
get
as
close
to
that
as
possible
without
added
resources
from
Carrie
and
I?
We're
swamped
where
one
designer
short
and
one
just
is
gonna,
be
back
she's
going
to
be
Mega
swamp,
so
I,
just
I.
Just
don't
have
an
answer
for
that,
but
it
is
my
wish
to
to
do
with
to
have
to
for
slippers
to
be
like
pajamas.
B
Yeah,
my
goal
is
not
to
to
bug
any
designers,
maybe
for
the
occasional
like
can
I
get
this
image
resize
or
something
I'm,
hoping
there's
nothing
like
I
can
do
it
all,
because
I'm
kind
of
the
liaison
for
them
when
you
say
like
get
it
as
close
as
possible.
Do
you
mean
just
like
the
look
and
feel
of
their
storybook
Landing
or
just
like
all
the
components
or
just
I'm.
A
B
B
But
if
there's
any
like
like,
if
you
can
just
if
you
have
time
to
create
an
issue
and
like
I'm
happy
to
do
all
the
research
like
if
it's
like,
we
already
have
a
design,
but
we
need
this
built
like
I,
will
get
all
that
information
for
the
developers
and
get
that.
But
I
just
need
some
kind
of
prompt
because
I
don't
know
what's
missing
or
what's
what's
needed,.
A
I
guess
it
would
be
helpful
to
understand
like
what
is
the
scope
of
what
they
can
do
to
create
that
issue
for
us
for
Carrie
and
I
to
kind
of
get
her
heads
together.
We
have
a
ux
meeting
later
today,
so
we
could
probably
talk
about
that
and
look
at
those
things
but
yeah
I
guess
we
can
make
a
list
of
like
our
wish
list
and
then
yeah
just
pull
pull
from
that
what
they
can
and
cannot
do.
I
guess
that.
A
B
Goal
is
it's
we're
not
quite
there
yet,
but
it's
to
make
slippers
open
source
just
like
pajamas
is
and
so
like,
I
guess,
think
of
it
as
they
should
be
able
to
do
anything.
They'd
have
like
all
access,
but
we
they
just
need
like
an
issue
like
they
can't
just
go
and
add
a
component
because
they
want
to
want
to
make
one
that
needs
to
be
like
a
business
case
by
business
case.
I
mean
Tina,
wants
something
go
build
it.
B
So
that's
our
business
case,
but
yeah
that
wish
list
would
be
perfect
and
I.
Can
you
just
send
me,
like
even
just
a
pointed
list?
I'll
start
hunting
down
some
details,
thanks
Tina.
A
Anyone
else
on
this,
no
I,
don't
have
a
really
a
point
to
discuss
it's
just
an
FYI
for
as
like
a
heads
up
for
everyone,
the
brand
team
is
going
to
provide
a
full
list
of
the
brand
icons
them
like
myself
are
not
sure
how
I
haven't
really
been
involved
in.
A
That's
that
part
of
the
slippers
projects
where
you
all
have
been
putting
those
icons
in
so
she
really
wants
to
provide
a
file
that
is
going
to
be
easy
to
integrate
for
us
and
all
of
that
so
I
guess
it's
just
a
heads
up
that
this
is
coming
by
the
end
of
October.
I
told
her
that,
once
that
figma
file
is
ready
for
us
to
look
at
I'd,
pull
an
engineer
in
and
that
engineer
can
request
adjustments
to
that
figma
file.
So
it
works
with
putting
that
library
in
so
I.
A
D
I
was
also
thinking
about
the
variables
we
have
for
spacing
in
our
slippers,
repo,
the
right
now
they
are
named
something
like
spacing
16
for
16
pixels
and
spacing
32
for
32
pixels,
and
is
there
a
point
to
those
variables
if
they
cannot
be
changed
with
those
names?
Because
if
we
want
to
change
the
spacing
value,
it
wouldn't
make
sense
to
have
spacing
32
and
then
change
the
value
from
32
pixels
to
something
else.
The
name
would
have
to
change
so
right
now.
C
Yeah,
that's
a
fair
point
like
in
like
commonly
the
the
naming.
I
guess
schema
that
we
should
be
using
is
like
spacing
extra
extra
small
spacing
small,
spacing
large
medium
whatever
so
that
like,
if
you
change,
if
we
go
from
an
eight
point
system
to
like
a
ten
point
system
sometime
in
the
future,
you
know
it's
just
a
matter
of
updating
the
the
you
know
spacing
small
to
20
pixels.
Instead
of
you
know,
16
pixels
or
whatever
I
don't
know
that
we're
planning
on
changing
it's
like
you're
right.
C
B
No
you're,
fine
I,
just
probably
didn't
need
to
be
said,
but
it
looks
like
pajamas
is
using
like
scale
in
their
names
like
GL
spacing
scale.
Six,
and
it's
like
one
REM
is
16
pixels
or
like
one
grid
size
is
eight
pixels
like
I,
get
that
but
I
love
having
the
spacing
variables
as
the
the
numbers,
because
it's
just
like
I
know
what
to
type
and
I.
Don't
have
to
look
at
the
variables
file
every
time,
whereas
this
I
would
totally
get
confused.
But
it
is
a
really
fair
point
like
yeah.
C
This
reminds
me
of
like
this
is
a
little
bit
off
topic,
but
in
slippers,
when
you
hit
our
like
our
colors
page
for,
like
you
know
our
text
colors
and
whatever-
and
it
shows
this
handy
little
chart
of
like
this-
is
PAX
value.
C
This
is
like
what
it's
typically
used
for,
and
here's
like
a
little
square
with
the
color
in
it,
but
it
doesn't
actually
say
what
value
you
have
to
type
in
buyer
experience
like
slip,
text
300
or
whatever
it
doesn't
sell
you
that
you
have
to
like
inspect
or
I,
always
inspect
the
element
and
see
what
is
actually
tagged
as
and
then
use
it.
Maybe
adding
that
to
our
chart
could
be
a
little
fun
thing
that
our
Pals
could
do.
B
They
actually
like
I,
if
they're
watching
this
hi
I
expected
them
to
be
like
really
new
to
coding,
but
they
kicked
some
major
butt.
So,
if
there's
like
any
like
like
bigger
features
that
they
can
work
on,
like
they'll
they'll,
do
a
great
job.
C
So
the
rest
of
the
call
is
just
to
admire
pajamas
right,
I,
guess
it's!
We
could
stop
the
recording
on
it.
