From YouTube: Jarka explains EM role
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
Yeah
so
I
think
probably
two
things.
One
of
them
is
that
I
think
I
I
have
always
wanted
to
read
people
in
some
way.
Even
like
a
kid
I
was
leading
some
groups
trying
to
basically
decide
what
we'll
do
and
so
on
and
second
reason
is
that
any
challenges
and
I
wanted
a
new
challenge
and
being
em
seemed
like
a
really
good
one.
B
I
could
go
technically
for
sure
like
more
deeper
into
all
the
gitlopstick,
but
big
game
was
something
that
that
would
be
like
completely
new
to
me
and
I
wanted
to
try.
It.
A
B
I
think
the
hardest
part
was
that
I
joined
authentication
and
authorization
group,
and
it's
very
exposed
to
the
incident,
and
during
my
time
we
had
like
three
or
four
like
big
security
incidents,
and
it
was
really
difficult
for
me.
I
think
I
had
more
incidents
in
those
four
months
at
the
group
and
for
my
five
years
ago
before
it
was
hard
for
me
to
make
decisions
and
to
figure
out
what
I'm
responsible
for
for
basically
for
everything,
but
I
always
thought
we
got
easier.
B
B
That
I
have
almost
always
something
to
do.
My
big
worry
was
that
I
won't
know
what
to
do
so.
That
was
gonna
after
a
couple
of
days,
because
there
was
a
lot
of
to-do's
and
also
because
of
the
incidents.
There
was
basically
no
free
time
at
all.
It's
much
calmer
here
at
35,
but
even
here
it's
still
a
lot
of
things
to
do,
and
I
figured
out
like
two
days
where
I
didn't
know
what
to
do.
B
I
didn't
have
any
to-do's,
and
so
on
and
after
those
two
days
couple
of
things
came
again
and
I
was
thinking.
Okay,
maybe
I
I
was
I,
was
kind
of
regretting
that
I
didn't
take
that
kind
of
free
time
to
click
on
longer
projects,
so
yeah,
even
here
at
a
quite
new
group,
there
is
still
things
to
do.
A
B
This
is,
this
is
actually
quite
difficult
question,
because
basically,
every
day
is
different,
usually
in
the
morning
I
check
what
I
need
to
finish
and
I'll
try
to
head
towards
that,
and
besides
that,
I
checked
to
rules
and
like
mentions
on
slack
and
so
on
and
I
also
try
to
hook
on
long-term
projects
if
I
need
to
so,
for
instance,
like
right
now
we
have
the
talent
assessment
period
and
even
now,
I'm
regretting
that
I
haven't
started
like
earlier
so
yeah.
B
A
Okay,
and
do
you
miss
coding?
How
do
you
keep
apples
like
the
coding
part
of
git
love,
yeah.
B
I
do
miss
coding
kind
of
I.
Remember
there
was
a
period
when
I
just
quit
at
the
art
group
and
we
first
started
at
35,
so
it
was
basically
two
months
July
and
August
and
I.
Remember
how
I
just
think
it
was
just
to
dive
deep
into
the
court
and
just
do
things
that
I
am
good
at
and
I
didn't
have
to
think
about
anything
just
to
coach
and
check
the
issue
and
just
really
relax.
B
A
A
Okay,
so
if
you
think
of
someone
that
wants
to
like
work
towards
the
EM
role
or
you're
thinking
about
yourself
a
year
ago,
what's
this,
what's
the
one
step
that
someone
who
thinks
about
that
role
can
take
today
or
tomorrow
to
be
better
prepared
for
for
that
role?.
B
I
would
suggest
that
they
talk
to
the
manager,
because
that's
what
I
was
doing
and
I
personally
had
like
some
em
tasks,
even
when
I
was
like
an
engineer
at
plants,
so,
for
instance,
I
was
helping
with
issue
triages
and
also
closely
watching
the
planning
issues
and
I.
Think
those
things
helped
me
a
lot
in
the
beginning.
I
didn't
have
to
search.
A
B
Handbook
for
like
issues,
priority
and
salary
again
so
I
still
need
to
like
check
specific
things,
but
I
knew
what
to
do
with
those
issues
and
especially
when,
like
there
was
a
lot
of
security
incidents,
I
basically
knew
about
this.
Without
a
filter.
Searching
and
I
know,
I
knew
how
the
planning
process
works,
and
so
on
so
I
think
even
as
I
see,
you
can
basically
do
some
em
things.
A
B
Yeah
I
would
just
just
go
forward
because
it
might
be
difficult
in
the
beginning.
It's
completely
different
experience
for
like
coding,
but
it's
definitely
worth
it
and
I
really
enjoy
it
and
I
just
want
to
play
and
go
in
the
role
and
I
love
that
experience
and
I'm
also
very
thankful
that
in
git
love
we
basically
have
the
opportunity
to
try
it
without
like
judging
and
without
commitment,
which
is
really
great.
Yeah.
