A
One
kickoff
for
the
certified
group
this
month
we're
pretty
excited
about
some
of
these
new
improvements
for
doing
we
trying
to
pick
a
theme
this
month
and
that
theme
for
us
right
now
is
quality
of
life
improvements
across
the
entire
certified
category.
So
as
part
of
this
four
requirements
management
we're
trying
to
improve
the
requirements,
management
experience
by
allowing
for
traceability
between
requirements
and
tests
and
I
know.
This
is
a
really
key
point
too
many
organizations
that
will
really
make
requirements
usable
for
them.
That
issue
linked
here.
A
This
is
actually
an
epic
traces
to
all
of
the
wonderful
work
that
team
has
been
working
on
we've
already
validated
this
solution
and
decent
amount
of
this
is
going
to
be
completed
in
30
No,
probably
too,
finalized,
naturally
and
13.1.
That's
very
exciting
for
the
requirements
management
category
for
Service
Desk,
we've
received
a
lot
of
communication
and
we
are
listening,
and
we
appreciate
all
of
that
communication
from
our
users.
One
of
the
major
things
that
people
have
asked
for
is
the
ability
to
have
private
comments
on
comment
about
the
Service
Desk
team
has
done.
A
We've
also
listened
and
heard
that
people
really
want
to
be
able
to
add
additional
ways
of
inviting
people
to
participate
in
the
Service
Desk
issues,
and
that
would
be
to
adding
email
participants
on
to
the
issue.
Here's
the
issue
for
that.
This
is
something
we've
been
working
hard
to
design
and
we're
continuing
to
do
design
work
on
this
and
find
the
best
interface
to
allow
this
to
be
performant
and
a
great
experience
for
our
users,
and
this
will
allow
you
to
add
email
participants
to
your
service
desk
issues.
A
A
The
final
area
is
the
blocking
issues,
and
while
this
is
not
specific
to
the
certified
group,
it's
something
that
we've
seen
a
lot
of
positive
feedback
from
customers
on.
We
want
to
continue
to
make
quality
of
life
improvements
in
this
area
as
well.
We've
used
it
heavily
on
the
plan
team
and
it
really
enjoyed
it
and
I
hope
that
everybody
else
is
enjoying
it
too.
A
One
of
the
things
that
we're
looking
for
and
we've
received,
good
feedback
about
is
the
addition
of
the
ability
to
sort
issues
in
list
view
by
the
number
of
items
are
blocking.
So
when
you
have
structured
your
issues
to
be
related
to
one
another
and
blocking
one
another,
you
want
to
know
which
the
issue
should
be
tackled
first,
and
that,
with
the
most
blocked
items,
is
probably
a
good
place
to
look.
So
this
is
ongoing.
Work,
we're
very
excited
to
get
this
released
and
it's
something
we're
hoping
to
have
released
in
13.1.
A
Finally,
so
we
can
better
understand
adoption
rates
and
ensure
that
we're
continuing
to
capture
the
correct
value
of
our
product
for
both
blocking
issues,
mainly
blocking
issues,
we're
looking
to
track
the
interactions
with
blocking
issues.
Now
this
is
not
gonna
track
any
personal
data.
This
is
somebody
trying
to
track
how
people
are
using
blocking
issues
and
we're
conducting
user
interviews
as
well
with
the
idea
of
making
sure
that
we're
moving
in
the
right
direction
with
blocking
issues
and
then
we're
allowing
people
to
use
them
in
a
manner
that's
most
youtl
useable
to
their
business
case.
A
As
always,
if
you
have
any
questions,
please
feel
free
to
reach
out
to
myself
or
anybody
else
in
the
plan.
Team
I
feel
free
to
comment
on
all
these
issues.
I
love
to
hear
the
comments
and
thoughts
of
our
users,
we'd
love
to
really
interact
with
our
users
and
make
the
best
experience
possible
for
everybody.
Thank
you
again.
