A
This
will
allow
users
to
highlight
important
Milestones
within
the
incident,
and
then
we
will
start
to
track
incident
metrics
from
there
on
the
incident
timeline
itself.
We
do
have
automated
events
that
happen
today.
You
can
see
here
in
this
demo.
Things
were
recorded
like
when
I
created
the
incident
or
when
a
label
was
changed
in
this
Milestone.
We
want
to
make
sure
that
these
automated
events
serve
as
a
source
of
Truth,
and
we
want
to
remove
the
ability
to
edit
these
recorded
things
so
that
way
they
stay
as
a
source
of
Truth.
A
We
also
have
heard
feedback
from
users
that
they
want
the
when
the
status
changes
it
to
be
automated
and
automatically
added
to
the
incident
timeline.
We're
really
lucky
that
we
have
a
community
contributor
that
has
offered
to
pick
this
up.
This
milestone
we'll
continue
to
work
on
the
create
incidents
through
slack.
This
is
a
part
of
the
slack
app
for
Incident
Management
in
15
5.
A
We
worked
on
the
incident,
declare
slash
command
that
opens
a
modal
directly
in
Slack
and
in
15
6,
we're
going
to
add
the
ability
to
add
a
status
and
also,
if
you
select
a
specific
project-
and
there
is
an
incident
template
for
that
project-
it'll
be
Auto
populated
directly
in
the
description.
So
that
way,
you
can
fill
out
the
incident
directly
in
Slack,
that's
what
we
have
for
15
6
and
we're
looking
forward
to
getting
started.
Thank
you.
