Hey team Amanda here with product planning and I, want to walk you through how to use and or not filters in gitlab okrs, so we've just uh released today the ability to use or but the the other filters have been available. So I thought it would be good time just to review um how you could use them and why they might be beneficial.

So I'm here in the live project and I want to search for anything that is assigned to me or to my boss, so assign assignee is one of either myself or assignee is one of my boss, Melissa and so I'm going to go ahead and select, enter and now I'm going to see anything that is assigned to Melissa or myself.

um There are cases where it might be assigned to both of us, but that is not a requirement for using the or which is the is one of all right. So let's do the inverse where um assignee is both of us, so assignee is Melissa and assignee is Amanda. So now this condition requires that it needs both since we're using is. This is basically an and statement so you'll see that we are assigned to both of these records um to both of these records.

um Now you did see another value, which is is not one of I'm, not sure. If that applies so much for assignee.

um Actually let me let me put it back to just assignee's me so I'm, seeing everything that's assigned to me and now, let's see hey I, just want to isolate to where things are not on track. So I'm going to go ahead and use health status is not one of on track and when I do that, I'm going to isolate to just those things that are not on track, choosing and or not is a good way to refine the list um to Target the information.
