If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right,
so
it
is
top
of
your
now.
Let's
just
get
started.
Welcome
everyone
to
the
next
committee
relations
group
conversation,
the
director
of
community
relations
here
at
get
LA,
and
today,
I
will
start
with
a
quick
summary
of
what's
been
happening,
the
last
three
weeks
since
the
last
conversation
and
then,
as
usual
Willie.
We
will
open
it
to
questions.
A
All
right,
so
we
have
review
of
the
of
the
team,
were
a
team
of
program
managers
and
community
advocates
currently
spanning
two
continents,
and
we
get
to
different
parts
of
our
community
in
particular.
Right
now,
we
are
highly
focused
on
contributors
or
evangelists,
and
moving
on
and
growing,
the
team
on
food
source
and
communication
is
something
that
we've
got
programs
for
already,
but
we're
currently
looking
for
great
candidates
to
to
have
dedicated
program
managers
for
each
one
of
those
areas
of
our
community.
A
A
B
A
Is
our
main
goal?
It's
not
just
about
making
having
millennial
contributors
converting
and
from
consumers
to
to
people
who
actually
provide
some
code
provide.
Some
feedback
is
about
creating
a
culture
of
leadership
as
well,
essentially
living
with
you
with
the
example
and
empowering
people
to
become
leaders
so
that
they
can
inspire
others
to
multiply
this,
and
this
effect
so.
A
Minutes
do
have
a
look
at
it,
it's
very
enjoyable
as
well
and
then
before
going
into
the
questions
part
or
the
conversation
rather
some
highlights.
Lowlights
is
less
conversations.
We
we've
been
doing
very
well
in
terms
of
meetup
growth.
We've
reached
over
513,
his
frequent
phone,
sorry
5
point
4,
K
members
from
our
network.
A
It's
even
been
thousand
more
people
since
I
was
16,
I
was
cold.
We've
we've
got
about
twenty
nine
groups,
I
think
spanning
over
220
countries,
which
is
really
awesome,
also
kudos
to
John
colon
for
managing
this
managing
program
and
have
grown
that
area
and
Heroes
program
is
something
that
we
launched
or
what
we
were
about
to
launch
a
not
on
the
last
conversation
it's
doing
very
well.
You
can
see
that,
because
of
those
lights
further
the
presentation
we've
got
about
20
heroes.
A
We
who
have
applied
and
been
approved
for
them
for
the
program
and
will
help
us
essentially
bringing
more
talks
to
or
doing
more
talks
for
for
hit,
love
and
expanding
our
network.
We
had
a
great
q3
capital
a
couple
of
weeks
ago.
It
was
our
be
so
far
about
100
contributions,
which
is
pretty
awesome.
Pretty
impressive.
We've
got
ke
announcement
coming
on
this
week.
Essentially,
the
announcement
of
the
migration
was
there
to
their
instance
of
good
luck.
A
We've
got
some
open
source
migration
from
living
projects.
Our
clinics
and
the
Tor
project
are
two.
There
are
the
most
significant
ones
and
also
not
to
forget
mentioning
certain
things
where
we
need
to
improve
more
things
that
can
be
working
that
well,
it's
being
a
bit
of
a
struggle
to
find
great
candidates
for
really
program
manager
role,
especially
finding
the
right
person
was
the
combination
of
drive
interest
for
education,
Network,
a
good
network
on
on
educational
navigation
and
with
international
institutional
institutions.
A
If
there's
something,
let's
be
mentioned
on
the
unhappy
news,
for
instance-
and
it
becomes
like
it
becomes
a
lecture
discussion,
we've
got
some
challenges
there
in
terms
of
how
much
of
time
zone
can
cover
and
then
finally,
we
had
defined
contributions
on
to
release
we're
recovering
from
that,
but
we
were
working
on
a
plan
to
make
sure
that
we
addressed
that
and
finally
we're
about
to
watch
the
start.
That
program
we're
close,
but
we're
not
quite
there
yet
I
think
with
this
I'll
just
stop
sharing
and
we
can
move
on
to
the
conversation.
B
C
So
thanks
for
the
question,
I'm
Emily,
yeah
they've
always
been
on
on
weekdays,
and
this
question
did
come
up.
I
mean
in
the
past,
at
least
from
one
of
the
core
team
members
I'm
the
challenge
doing
this
over
the
weekend.
Is
that
I
mean
during
the
hackathon
we're
not
only
getting
like
merge
requests
from
people,
but
we
also
have
like
a
tutorial
sessions.
I
mean
from
both
like
you
get
lab
team
members
and
and
water
community
members,
so
I
mean
I.
C
Didn't
necessarily
ask
people
to
you,
make
time
available
to
do
like
a
tutorial
session
over
the
weekend
and
also
also
I
mean
other.
Were
you
know,
sort
of
you
know
accepting
those?
Mrs
are
people
are
contributing.
Mrs
you
know
during
those
two
tape
two-day
period
during
the
week
we
have
like
a
another
ten
day
period
where
the
merger
quest
could
be
could
be
merged
right,
because
I
mean
we
don't
necessarily
think
it's
all
gonna
be
like
a
simple
typo
changes,
so
I
mean
we
have
like
at
least
one
additional
weekend
anyways
where
people
are
lucky.
C
We
being
mrs,
are
working
on
something,
so
you
only
need
to
like
submit
those.
Mrs
doing
those
particular
particular
days
during
the
week
I
mean,
if
you
were,
to
organize
something
more
face-to-face,
maybe
doing
this
over
the
weekend
I
mean
might
be
an
option,
but
you
know
asking
people
to
be
available
or
having
tutorial
sessions
over
the
weekend.
I
didn't
think
it
was
necessarily
good
thing
to
do
so,
but
something
we'll
definitely
look
at
yeah.
A
Something
I
wanted
to
as
well.
Is
that
what
that
we
looked
at
a
while
ago,
when
we
said
doing
hackathons
were,
was
whether
we
could
get
some
data
on
where,
when
computers
are
most
active,
I
mean
we
didn't,
have
perfect
data,
but
what
I
think
that
we
were
looking
at
was
for
instance.
Therefore
where'd
you
get
a
nice
graph
when
people
are
most
active
on
the
forum.
C
D
C
Thanks
for
the
question,
Simon
I,
don't
necessarily
think,
there's
a
trend.
Let
me
just
go.
Take
a
look
at
it
really
quick
I!
Think
the
the
levels
been
somewhat
consistent
for
each
release:
there'll
be
about
45
to
50,
first-time
contributors
getting
their
Mars
marriage.
It's
not
necessarily
like
going
out,
but
it's
been
sort
of
a
sort
of
a
steady
state,
I
guess
45
to
50
per
each
release.
E
C
You're
talking
about
like
a
different
product
stages,
I
create
or
manage
sir
good
question.
I
haven't
taken
a
look
at
that.
Yet
I
mean
some
of
the
newer
stages.
I
mean
that's
one
of
the
things
we
try
to
rate
I
mean
that's
hackathons,
one
of
the
mechanism
that
we
try
to
raise
awareness
we
I've
invited.
You
know,
product
managers
from
different
stages
to
come,
talk
about
what
they
do
and
what
the
contributions
are
are
are
welcomed,
but
I
mean
I.
C
Think
for
the
most
part,
I
mean
to
be
honest:
I
don't
have
the
numbers
in
front
of
me,
but
it'll
be
the
ones
that
have
been
around
for
for
a
longer
period
of
time.
Things
like
create
manage
and
others
that's
gotten
gotten
more
of
the
contributions,
so
I
mean
that's.
This
is
another
way
to
plug
for
some
of
the
new.
Your
product
manages
to
get
get
involved
in
hackathons
to
help
get
the
word
out
as
well.
A
F
A
Yeah
they're,
using
both
our
ultimate
license.
We've
just
started
the
conversation
with
with
them,
so
we
haven't
really
discussed
concerns
that
that
they
have
some
of
the
one
thing
that
that
actually
mentioned.
That
was
that
they
were
using
our
integration,
so
they're
using
turn
ID
or
they
there
are
waiting
to
be
into
the
the
instance,
but
they
are
pre
pretty
much
self
service
and
the
sense
that
so
far
they've
already
started
their
own
turn.
Instances
they've
already
created
I'm,
sorry
and
I
think
actually
knows
where
we're
testing
and
testing
it
and
toward
learned
that
that.
A
For
what
we
tend
to
see
with,
we
go
people
use
that
solve
them
to
want
to,
after
instance,
and
mostly
because
there
are
policies
for
contribution
on
whether
you
want
the
only
one
to
use
open
source
license.
Software,
and
some
of
the
challenges
are
for
us
and
for
them
is
that
they,
some
of
them,
are
really
large
projects,
and
some
of
the
features
that
are
generally
in
get
lucky
is
something
that
they
would
were
very
well
used.
A
So
it's
always
a
conversation
or
Anna
you
on
whether
it
makes
sense
for
us
as
a
company
for
them
as
a
project,
to
move
something
to
a
particular
feature
to
see.
I
think
this,
because
the
biggest
challenge
the
oil
channel
challenge
is.
It
depends
on
the
project,
whether
it's
an
individual
during
the
migration
or
across
individuals.
It
could
be
that
there's
only
one
person
behind
the
infrastructure,
team
or
there's
a
foundation
or.
A
Perhaps
there
are
no
questions
yet
once
in
the
relative
is
to
highlight
some
of
the
work
we
talk
about
contributors
and
contributor,
so
far--
I'd
like
to
highlight
the
way
and
the
work
that's
been
happening
around
me
absent
and
heroes,
and
again
it
is
the
the
work
of
John
Coughlin
and
from
the
heroes
program
we've
been
having
conversations
in
terms
of
how
we
can
best.
How
can
we
best
serve
our
community
be
effective
and
instill
of
direct
programs
either
for
great
for
the
right
type
of
contributor?
A
One
of
the
things
that
we
notice
is
that,
in
our
analysis
with
that,
we
have
a
lot
of
programs
and
initiatives
shown
on
slide
13
and
we've
been
looking
at
ways
in
which
we
can
perhaps
put
more
of
our
programs
in
to
be
heroes
umbrella
and
to
strengthen
that
brand
and
with
the
ultimate
goal
of
unifying
practices
and
processes
or
in
a
more
streamlined
process
and
having
an
entry
path
for
contributors.
That's
easy
to
understand
as
well,
so
we
literally
started
this
this
conversation,
we
don't
have
a
dedicated
teacher
for
this.
A
A
Okay,
so
if
there
are
more
questions
on
dimension
is,
if
you
want
to
reach
us
check
out
the
left
and
when
the
finals
light
we're
on
the
unity
relations
channel,
there's
things
to
our
handbook
as
well,
and
if
we
give
help
in
if
we
can
help
in
any
way
and
the
end
or
into
two
regions
and
I,
think
with
this,
we
can
wrap
it
up
for
today.
Thank
you,
everyone
for
coming
and
thank
you
again
for
your
questions
and
your
feedback.
