A
Hi,
everyone
welcome
to
the
digital
experience,
team,
sprint
or
iteration.
Retro
today
is
july.
29Th
we're
gonna
go
over
the
things
that
went
well
and
things
to
improve
on
from
the
last
two
weeks
and
any
action
items
that
come
out
of
them.
So
I'm
up
first
with
things
that
went
well,
I
think
that
we're
building
a
good
cross-functional
relationship
with
infrastructure
because
of
our
other
ideas,
we've
spent
a
lot
of
time
with
them,
but
I
think
that
we're
gaining
some
respect.
A
They
seem
to
listen
to
our
suspicions
when
things
go
wrong
and
it's
nice
that
we
got
access
to
fastly.
So
there
seems
to
be
some
trust
there,
which
is
really
great
and
and
yeah.
They
really
helped
us,
hopefully
solve
the
caching
problem,
so
that
was
a
happy
ending
to
kind
of
a
stressful
incident
yeah
and
some
plus
ones
there,
and
then
also
have
you
mentioned
this,
but
the
movement
towards
re-architecting
the
site.
A
I
feel
like
we're
getting
some
more
traction
there
being
able
to
solve
some
of
this
tech
debt
or
start.
You
know
seeing
some
light
at
the
end
of
the
tunnel.
For
that.
So
that's
good.
I
think,
and
then
cheetah
has
the
next
one.
B
Yeah
things
that
went
well
for
from
my
perspective
was
the
cross-functional
communication
and
collaboration
on
some
of
our
okr
efforts,
specifically
for
public
sector
and
the
comparison
pages.
You
know
there
were
quick
responses.
Quick,
there
was
quick
decision
making
which
makes
being
iterative
much
easier.
So
even
when
you
know
the
feedback
is
oh
there's
a
spelling
mistake
or
this
data
is
wrong.
At
least
things
are
happening
quickly
and
not
there's
not
just
crickets,
and
then
you
know
next
week
or
the
week
after
someone
spots,
something
and
we've
moved
on
from
that
issue.
B
C
Mine
piggybacks
off
that
I've
been
leaning
on
this
clean
up
over
sign
off,
get
lab
value.
A
lot
lately
cause
if
it's
cleaner,
deploy
it.
I'm
not
gonna
wait
around
for
a
couple
days
for
people
to
look
at
it.
C
So
that's
cool,
I
guess
we'll
jump
into
things
to
improve
on
all
the
incidents.
That
was
super
hectic
crazy,
but
they
weren't
really
our
fault,
so
I
don't
know
we're
improving
on
them.
So
we
have.
We
have
a
plan
but
yeah
that
kind
of
sucked.
D
You
come
up
next,
it's
just
like.
I
also
don't
know
like.
Maybe
this
isn't
things
to
improve
on?
Maybe
this
works
for
the
red,
yellow
green
check
in
I
just
like
I
I
feel
like
priorities
are
changing.
D
We
have
this
plan
for
like
what
to
do
next
and
I
just
feel
like
a
little
stuck
in
neutral,
or
I
have
like
for
this
this
week,
where
it's
like,
okay,
cool
but
like
so
what
now
right
and
like,
I
just
feel
like
we
I
feel
like
the
other
thing
too,
is
there's
like
thousands
of
things
to
do
in
like
all
directions.
There's
like
this,
like
you
know,
three-dimensional
space
of
problems,
and
I
don't
feel
like.
I
know
what
like
coordinate,
to
go
track
for
right
now.
D
I
think
we,
you
know,
I
think,
that's
coming
in
q3.
It
might
just
be
because
it's
like
the
end
of
the
quarter
and
like
there
were
a
lot
of
like
weird
technical
things
and
then
higher
level
like
like
conversations
about
direction
and
stuff
and
then
yeah.
Maybe
it's
just
the
end
of
the
quarter
thing
and
like
very
technical,
like
I
feel,
like
I
finished
up
my
quarterly
responsibilities
early,
and
maybe
I
just
like,
ended
up
feeling
directionless
right
because
of
that
and
starting
a
new
quarter
will
help.
D
But
I
don't
yeah,
I
don't
have
actual
actionable
items.
So
maybe
this
wasn't
a
good
thing
to
improve
on,
but
I
wanted
to
put
it
out
there.
I
also
don't
know
if
my
video
and
audio
came
through
clearly
or
not
because
all
of
you
are
like
jumping
around
so
hopefully
you
heard
full
sentences.
A
Yeah,
no,
it
was
good,
I
think,
to
kind
of
add
on
to
what
you're
saying
I
I
feel
in
the
next
quarter
like
I
know,
we're
gonna
have
our
q3
kickoff
next
week.
I
I'm
not
sure
what
it
looks
like
anymore,
I'm
not
sure
if
our
okrs
are
changing
with
the
absence
of
danielle.
I
know
that
newbie
architecture
is
great.
I
don't
know
where
that
leaves.
You
know
front
end
kind
of
yeah.
I
I
also
feel
a
little
bit
like
what's
gonna
happen,
but
we'll
see
we'll
see
next
week.
E
I
think
that
just
I
I
want
to
add
a
comment,
because
I
would,
I
think
I
would
feel
like
this
too,
if
I
didn't
have
like
in
like
immediate
things
that
I'm
cleaning
up
still
like,
I
think
like
I
do
feel
like
this
general,
like
sort
of
like
I
have
no
idea
where
we're
going
for
the
next.
You
know,
while
especially
with
all
of
the
changes
that
have
come
outside
of
our
team.
I
think
that
I
feel
okay,
knowing
that
we
have
stuff
in
the
works
of
what
we're
gonna
be
doing
in
the
future.
E
It
doesn't
feel
like,
at
least
from
my
perspective.
It's
like
everything
is
kind
of
unknown,
and
it's
like
our
team's
job
to
like
figure
out
what
to
work
on
next,
which
I
think
is
nice
that
we
have
such
a
big
say.
I
just
I
guess
I
I
I
feel
more
optimistic
than
pessimistic,
maybe
because
I
have
like
immediate,
mrs
and
stuff
to
work
on
now
that
it's
like
okay,
I'll
put
that
off
like
this
is
kind
of
like
this
is
all
kind
of
weird
and
fuzzy
and
unknown,
but,
like
I
have
things
to
do
today.
