our
presentation,

helpful

so
we've
been
iterating
bi-weekly
on
our
pricing
page
and
I've
seen
some
great
wins.
Specifically,
we
did
an
iteration
to
be
more
talking
about
benefits,
focus
rather
than
feature
focused
and
we're.
Seeing
awesome,
awesome
results,

the

the

and

the
ultimate

I
mentioned,
we
converted
one
of
our
amazing
product
designers
to
full
time,
and
this
might
seem
silly,
but
we've
been
working
on
getting
better
at
planning,
so
we've
planned
our
quarter
before
the
quarter
started
first
time
since
our
team's
creation.
So
we
look
forward
to
again
being
nice
and
organized
some
lowlights,
it's
very
challenging
to
get
data
to
quantify
your
work.
Google
analytics
data
was
recently
altered
in
a
destructive
way
to
due
to
some
extenuating
circumstances
and
connecting
marketing
side.

Improvements
that
we're
doing
directly
to
revenue
is
either
not
easy,
which
means
we
need
to
access
a
whole
bunch
of
different
systems
and
pull
it
all
together,
and
sometimes
it's
just
completely
not
possible
in
terms
of
process.
Our
triage
process
keeps
getting
better,
but
it's
not
efficient
as
it
should
be.

lost
a
key
contributor
to
our
team
since
our
last
group
conversation
and
we
continue
to
be
under
resource
for
the
amount
of
work
that's
needed,
but
what
we've
been
up
to
so
the
devops
tool
comparison
pages,
the
infographic
right
now
that
is
live
is
just
an
image,
so
not
scalable
not
easy
to
use.
So
this
is
coming
soon.
What
we're
working
on
this
quarter
is
this
nice
new
design,
that's
data
driven
and
updates,
based
on
using
our
cms.

Again,
cms
template
another
one
for
our
solutions
pages,
so
these
are
quite
big,
they're,
really
valuable
pages
to
us
to
communicate
how
you
use
the
different
features
of
gitlab
to
make
really
big
benefits
for
your
business,
so
we're
bringing
these
into
the
cms
as
well
and
trying
to
do
a
better
job
of
communicating
the
value
we
talked
about
the
pricing
page,
a
b
test,
iterations
already
really
really
great
results.
One
thing
I'll
call
out
you'll
see
beneath
the
product
tiers
is
that
horizontal
bar
with
the
direct
link
to
talk
to
somebody.

We
were
starting
to
recognize
that
a
lot
of
people
sign
up
for
free
and
premium
ultimate.
The
price
starts
getting
a
little
bit
bigger
and
that
leads
to
more
enterprise
sales,
so
giving
people
a
direct
button
to
just
talk
to
sales.
To
get
one
of
those
larger
purchase
deals
going
adding
a
lot
of
nice
service
design
there
free
trial,
page
just
went
live,
so
this
is
nbc2,
really
really
nice
forum
design,
simplifying
things
we
actually
were
able
to
embed
the
self-managed
form
directly
on
the
page,
so
we
reduced
a
stat
for
the
user.

didn't
have
to
click
something
and
go
somewhere
else.
So
that's
always
a
big
win
working
on
a
reusable
free
trial
banner.
So
one
of
our
okrs
is
to
focus
on
15
key
pages
and
make
sure
there's
a
cta
or
something
to
get
an
inquiry
or
an
mql
just
something
for
someone
to
signal
to
us
that
they
are
interested
and
we
notice
an
inconsistency
in
our
free
trial
banner
and
it
just
kind
of
looked
a
little
dated.
So
this
is
very
simple
small
element,
but
we're
quite
excited
about
it.

Let's
reach
out
another
coming
soon,
our
demo
page,
so
we're
updating
the
demo
page.
It
looks
fantastic.
I
can't
wait
for
this
to
go.
Live
the
content
team,
video
content
team
also
just
released
a
new
demo,
video
which
looks
amazing,
so
this
is
going
to
be
huge
navigation
redesign.
Another
giant
project
that
has
been
a
lot
of
fun
to
work
on
it's
one
of
those
ones
where
we
make
some
progress.

realize
another
big
challenge
to
solve,
but
we're
really
close
to
releasing
this
a
b
testing
and
navigation
like
this
against
our
current
one
is
very
challenging.
So
we're
not
going
to
do
that,
but
rest
assured,
we
have
done
a
lot
of
user
testing
card
sorting.
We
are
very
confident
that
this
navigation
works
a
lot
better,
so
we're
excited
to
get
this
released
and
what
you
can
expect
from
us
coming
up
we're
going
to
complete
all
those
coming
student
slides
