From YouTube: Make a copy of dataStudio reports to recover ownership
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Hey
y'all
shane,
so
this
morning
nile-
and
I
were
talking
about
the
dashboards
and
the
fact
that
you
know
because
vicky
was
the
owner.
We
can
access
this
and
the
the
data
sources
have
been
shut
off
and
we
were
talking
about
it
and
now
I
said:
hey
have
you
tried
to
make
a
copy?
A
No,
I
had
not
tried
to
make
a
copy,
so
let's
do
that
and
it
works
so
hold
on
here's
what
you
do
so
any
dashboard
where
you're
seeing
this
like.
Where
somebody
else
is
the
owner,
you
can't
edit
it.
You
know
you
want
to
be
able
to
reconnect
data
sources.
You
have
this
option
here.
Just
says
make
a
copy
of
this
report.
A
You
do
that
and
then
okay,
so
here,
because
what
happened
was.
Is
that
this
main
view
the
data
source
was
connected
to
vicky's
authorization
as
a
user,
so
once
that
was
shut
off
that
data
source
gets
removed,
so
we
have
to
add
that
data
source
back.
So
it's
main
view.
So
this
is
our
google
analytics
property,
our
you
know:
primary
google
analytics
360
property.
A
A
It's
magic
now
you're,
the
owner,
you
can
manage
the
sharing.
You
can
make
updates
all
the
things
that
we
couldn't
do
before
they're
here
now,
and
you
can
do
that
and
then
you
can
also
just
rename
this
you
know.
So
you
can
say
you
know
blog
dashboard
or
you
know
whatever
you
want
to
name
it
so
daria
I'm
going
to
let
you
handle
naminess
and
ownership
and
all
the
other
things.
A
But
I
also
want
to
record
this
because
you
know
with
you
know
some
of
the
things
that
are
happening
on
the
team
in
the
next
couple
of
weeks
yeah.
I
think
this
will
be
important
to
to
be
able
to
you
know.
Remember
you
can
do
this
in
data
studio,
but
also
in
google
drive.
So
you
know
if
you
come
up
on
a
document
that
somebody
is
an
owner
of
that
is
no
longer
with
a
company.
A
You
can
make
a
copy,
and
then
you
own
that,
and
then
you
know
if
it,
if
that
sheet
feeds
into
something
else,
you'll
just
need
to
update
those
connections.
So
really
quick,
video,
really
simple
solution,
shout
out
to
nyle
for
thinking
about
this
and
remembering
something
that
should
have
been
obvious,
but
completely
slipped
my
mind.
So
here
we
are
thanks.
Y'all.
