From YouTube: Achievement Tracker Demo
Description
A walkthrough of how to use our Values Based Achievement tracker template.
A
Hi,
I'm
going
to
show
you
how
to
use
the
values
based
tracker.
Some
people
may
call
it
a
credit
tracker.
Some
people
may
call
it
a
brag
sheet.
Maybe
you
call
it
your
accomplishment
tracker
whatever
you
call
it,
it's
a
great
thing
to
have
to
store
all
of
your
accomplishments
in.
So
it's
also
great
if
you're,
maybe
not
having
a
good
day.
You
can
pull
this
out
and
look
at
all
the
things
you've
accomplished
and
all
the
positive
feedback
you've
received
and
really
turn
your
day
around.
A
So
that's
another
reason
that
it
can
be
great
to
have
it.
So
what
you
do
is
this
is
just
a
template,
so
you'll
make
a
copy.
A
So
this
is
really
just
a
place
to
store
all
of
your
accomplishments.
Maybe
there's
a
project
you're
working
on
right
now
you
aren't
sure
where
it
falls
in
the
values
clip
the
most
or
where
it
most
aligns.
So
you
could
add
it
there
and
then
move
it
down
into
your
list
here
later
or
maybe
it's
a
project
you're
working
on
that
just
isn't
done
yet,
and
you
don't
want
to
add
it
to
your
list
until
you've
completed
it.
A
You
can
add
a
list
of
accomplishments
here
or
in
progress,
accomplishments
and
then
down
here.
You'll
have
your
values
and
you
can
add
in
different
things
you
have
accomplished.
So
maybe
you.
A
A
And
then
you
can
add
like
maybe
that's,
maybe
you
think
it
that
aligns
most
with
collaboration
or
maybe
that
aligns
with
diversity,
inclusion
and
belonging.
You
kind
of
can
decide
where
to
put
some
things
could
probably
fall
in
multiple
buckets,
but
you
can
choose
where
it
goes,
and
then
it's
even
better.
If
you
have
a
link
to
an
issue,
we
typically
have
issues
for
live
learning
sessions.
A
So
I
would
probably
just
like
link
this
and
add
the
link
to
the
issue
so
that
it
would
be
easy
reference
on
what
actually
was
done
for
that
project
and
then
this
other
section
that
I
think
is
really
fun.
Is
this
positive
feedback
section
and
the
way
that
I
would
use
it
and
I've
heard
other
people
use?
It
is
say
someone
sends
you
a
slack
message
like
just
referencing
this
someone
sends
you
a
slack
message
and
says:
hey
juicy
y'all
did
a
great
job
on
the
inclusion
training.
A
I
really
enjoyed
it
for
these
reasons
xyz
and
you
can
screenshot
that
and
then
just
add
a
screenshot
into
this
positive
feedback
section
just
to
keep
track
of
what
people,
what
positive
feedback
people
are
giving
you
it's
really
nice
to
look
back
on
what
people
really
enjoyed
that
you
did,
and
it
can
also
really
help
you
identify
some
of
your
strengths,
like
maybe
you're
really
great
at
presenting,
and
you
aren't
feeling
as
confident
in
that
area.
But
people
keep
giving
you
positive
feedback
about
that.
