We discuss allowing an admin to prevent group maintainers from changing branch protections with a customized role.

Sr. Product Designer Daniel Mora walks through the work being done to move our RBAC project forward. Currently GitLab permissions are individual permissions with no linking to associated permissions. This work will look to link logical permissions and group them to reduce confusion as we move forward with our RBAC project.
