Hey
everyone
darby
here
from
incubation
engineering
today
is
october
13th
2021,
and
this
is
the
devops
for
mobile
apps
demo.
If
you're
new
to
this
new
to
these
updates,
I've
got
a
section
here
in
this
issue
that
talks
about
our
mission.
Our
mission
is
to
improve
the
experience
for
mobile
developers,
building
their
applications
on
gitlab
and
mostly
focused
on
improving
our
ci
cd
capabilities
and
workflows.
A
A
I
thought
that
you
know
it'd
be
great
to
really
experience
the
whole
process
of
building
and
deploying
and
releasing
an
app
through
gitlab,
and
so
what
better
way
to
do
this
than
to
have
our
own
app
to
dog
food
on
so
so
I
put
together
a
quick
app
using
flutter
and
it's
it's
called
get
lab
unfiltered,
and
so
what
this
app
does
is
it's
a
kind
of
a
listing
of
the
latest
videos
on
gitlab,
the
gitlab
unfiltered
youtube
channel.
So
you
can
scroll
through
them
and
you
can.
A
A
I've
got
the
code
linked
here
and
it's
actually
pretty
simple.
If
anyone
wants
to
take
a
look
at
it
most
of
the
code
that
makes
it
all
happen
is
just
here
in
the
lib
folder.
So
that's
what's
going
on
there
and
then
I
do
have
a
demo
here
as
well,
so
using
appetize
you
can
actually
load
up
the
app
here.
This
will
just
take
a
second
to
boot
up
and
once
it
installs
and
launches
you'll
be
able
to
see
kind
of
the
interface
real,
quick
and
it's
pretty
simple.
A
It
really
just
pulls
the
latest
videos
from
from
the
channel,
and
then
you
can
click
on
any
one
of
them
to
watch
them
and
it
doesn't
work
super
great
in
appetize,
but
but
I'm
going
to
work
on
kind
of
getting
them
to
deploy
through
like
test
flight
and
things
like
that
to
try
them
on
actual
devices.
But
this
is
a
good
start
to
try
it
out
so
so
that
is
kind
of
the
the
quick
overview
of
that
application.
A
So
I've
got
it
working
on
ios
there's
some
build
build
bugs
in
android,
so
I
still
need
to
sort
those
out,
but
but
it's
it's
coming
together,
pretty
pretty
quickly.
So
what
I'd
like
to
do
from
here
then
kind
of
in
the
what's
next
section,
sort
out
the
android,
build
problems
and
then
kind
of
get
the
basic
ci
pipeline
set
up
to
the
point
where
we
can
release
them
to
test
flight
and
to
google
play
for
internal
testing
working
through.
A
That
process
will
hopefully
uncover
a
lot
of
areas
that
we
can
improve
in
the
process
and
ideally
like
the
the
the
future
state
of
this,
is
I'd
like
to
get
this
app
actually
released
to
the
app
store
and
the
play
store,
so
people
can
download
them.
I
think,
like
understanding
that
whole
experience
end
to
end
is
super
important,
so
actually
having
something
that
that,
like
like
an
app
that
we
release,
will
make
kind
of
force
us
to
to
figure
out
all
those
all
those
problems
that
are
in
the
in
the
process.
A
So
so
that's
kind
of
the
goal,
but-
and
then
the
last
thing
I
have
in
here,
I
wanna
I
wanna
clean
up
the
readme
to
make
it
easier
for
anyone
else
to
contribute.
A
If
anyone
is
out
there
watching
and
wants
to
add
to
this
app
there's,
it's
super
basic
right.
Now,
it's
about
three
days
worth
of
learning,
flutter
to
get
it
working,
but
I
think
there's
a
lot
of
cool
features
we
could
build
like.
Maybe
a
search
or
something
like
that
would
be,
would
be
pretty
cool.
So
if
you
want
to
add
anything,
please
feel
free
to
jump
in
and
help
out
there,
but
that's
kind
of
kind
of
where
that's
at
so.
A
The
the
last
thing
I
will
call
out
is
the
the
updates
issue.
So
I
mentioned
this
earlier.
This
is,
it's
got
all
of
our
updates
every
week.
A
If
you
want
to
subscribe
for
these,
you
can
go
to
this
issue
and
just
hit
this
notifications
toggle
here
that
will
that
will
give
you
a
a
notification
anytime.
One
of
these
new
videos
is
published
and
added
to
this
issue,
so
you
can
keep
up
with
things
that
way.
Alright.
That
is
all
I
have
for
this
week.
Thanks
for
watching
and
see
you
next
time.
