From YouTube: Monitor:APM Weekly Meeting 2020-04-29
Description
Weekly meeting for the Monitor:APM group
B
A
All
right,
like
we
can
get
started,
people
can
continue
to
join
if
they
need
to,
but
I
just
had
a
handful
of
announcement
type
things.
Just
kick
us
off
just
a
reminder
that
friends
and
family
day
is
this
week
so
Friday
unless
that's
a
I,
know
that's
a
holiday
in
many
places
in
the
world,
so
either
Friday
or
the
following
Monday.
Please
take
the
day
off
and
recharge
and
kind
of
take
some
time
to
spend
with
your
family
and
friends.
A
I,
don't
know
what
exactly
that
happens,
but
so
that'll
be,
if
you
have
any
retrospective
items
that
come
up
during
the
course
of
thirteen
point.
Oh,
please
add
them
to
that
issue,
and
so
we
can
continue
to
discuss
that
and
then
the
last
thing
I
had
was
where
there
hasn't
been
much
interest
to
her
participation
in
the
demo
hours
lately,
so
we're
proposing
some.
Some
changes
is
to
do
it
either
asynchronously
and
record
demos,
but
there's
an
issue
there
too,
to
discuss
that
so
I
wanted
to
bring
that
to
people's
attention.
A
B
You
have
two
items
are
relatively
old
news
that
you
may
have
already
seen
or
know
about.
First
is
some
positive
feedback.
Can
he
wrote
on
slack
that
it's
been
amazing
to
see
the
work
from
all
the
op
section,
which
is
that
comment
I
linked,
but
specifically
he
also
mentioned
to
both
myself
and
dope
that
it's
been
really
amazing
to
see
the
work
from
the
a
PMT.
B
B
So
one
of
the
things
that
I
heard
from
many
of
you
is
a
p.m.
and
monitor
in
general,
sits
in
a
space
where
you
cover
a
lot
of
ground
in
terms
of
category
in
terms
of
domain
knowledge.
This
is
not
the
case
across
all
get
Labatt's,
it's
somewhat
unique
to
our
section.
So
it's
sometimes
it's
really
hard
to
understand
like
how
what
you're
working
on
fits
into
the
bigger
picture
so
within
every
single
milestone,
there'll
be
a
goal
that
hopefully
describe
what
we're
doing
and
why
that
matters?
B
How
that
kind
of
rose
up
to
the
larger
picture,
so
I
included
the
links
to
thirteen
point,
which
is
the
Sprint
when
the
milestone
you're
and
now,
as
an
example,
note
hasn't
had
a
time
yet
to
write
down
the
goals
for
thirteen
point
one,
but
that
would
be
yeah.
I'm
sure
he'll
add
that
in
next
week,
sometime
and
then
thinking
about
even
the
bigger
picture,
there
we've
been
kind
of
going
back
and
forth
on.
Where
are
we
going
for
next
quarter?
B
And
this
is
actually
a
harder
problem,
then,
potentially
it
seems
that
the
surface,
because
again
we
have
such
a
breadth
of
area
to
cover
and
we
can
go
a
whole
lot
of
different
direction
at
the
end
date.
We
are
one
team,
so
douve
has
a
proposal
in
the
link
provided,
I
think
we're
getting
pretty
close
to,
hopefully,
locking
that
in
and
and
hopefully
also,
this
means
that
this
goal
provides
some
clarity
on
what
we
should
as
much
as
possible,
be
working
towards
from
May
through
July.
So
take
a
look.
B
D
Sure
yeah,
so
we
will
be
having
a
group
iteration
retrospective,
one
for
APEC
friendly
and
one
for
Mia
friendly
I.
Think
that's
gonna,
send
it
out.
This
is
not
mandatory,
but
highly
recommended
as
part
of
one
of
our.
So
some
of
y'all
may
have
come
across
the
the
fact
that
we
have
a
bunch
of
efficiency
improvements
that
we're
trying
to
do
in
the
company,
as
we
were
kind
of
on
a
road
map
to
going
public
and
one
of
the
efficiency
improvements
that
we're
trying
to
do
in
the
company
is
get
better
at
iteration
and
shipping.
D
What
we
say
we
will,
and
so
part
of
this
retrospective
is
supporting
that
effort,
and
so
please
try
to
join
the
meeting,
if
possible
and
before
the
meeting.
Please
think
about
one
example
of
a
successful
iteration
that
you've
worked
on
as
well
as
not
so
successful
one
so
that
we
can
talk
about
them
and
find
ways
to
improve.
That's
the
whole
idea
is
to
find
ways
of
improvement
not
necessary
to
feel
bad
about
what
we've
done,
because
we've
all
made
mistakes
in
the
past,
including
me.
D
So
if
you
want
to
see
what
the
agenda
looks
like
for,
that
feel
free
to
check
out
that
link,
I
just
wanted
to
get
everyone's
perspective
on
that
I
think
we're
we're
pretty
finalized
in
that
agenda.
But
in
case
that
that
makes
you
feel
better
about
kind
of
discussion.
We're
gonna
take
place.
So
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
everyone
comes
in
with
the
mindset
if
we
want
to
improve,
rather
than
just
kind
of
a
way
to
talk
bad
about
things
that
we've
done
so
yeah
and
then
back
to
Rubin
yeah.
