A
Welcome
to
the
12:10
released
management
kickoff
for
features
were
looking
to
make
available
in
April.
As
a
reminder,
release
management
includes,
release
evidence,
release
orchestration
secrets
management
and
get
lab
pages
on
the
tail
of
12.9,
where
we
focused
on
building
a
foundation
for
managing
releases
in
the
UI.
We're
excited
to
expand
the
quality
of
life,
features
and
release
orchestration
and
secrets
management
with
12.10
s
release.
One
of
the
most
important
features
we
can
accomplish
is
this
secure
secrets.
A
Integration
with
Hashi
cart,
fault
and
12:10
will
be
focused
on
building
out
the
CI
variable
handling
between
gitlab
and
vault.
This
MVC
will
be
the
first
iteration
of
a
more
elegant
way
to
securely
manage
secrets
inside
of
the
git
lab
UI,
following
in
the
vein
of
12.9.
We're
also
striving
to
help
build
managers,
get
things
done
easily
and,
as
a
result,
we're
looking
to
expand
the
edit
and
create
capabilities
within
the
release
page.
This
will
include
allowing
a
user
to
associate
a
milestone
to
the
release
from
the
UI
in
combination
with
the
release
progress
view.
A
This
association
is
a
very
powerful
tool.
It'll
help
release
managers
coordinate
the
progress
of
releases
seamlessly,
so
we're
really
excited
for
this
issue.
Another
enhancement
to
enforce
compliance
is
code
in
the
efficiency
of
our
users.
Is
the
ability
to
set
deploy
freezes
for
environments
from
a
yellow
file.
This
will
allow
users
to
skip
jobs
in
a
pipeline
during
a
window
a
time
where
a
change
lock
and
environment
has
been
set
at
the
group
level.
This
will
be
a
foundation
for
more
advanced
administration
of
deploy,
node
deploy
windows
on
the
validation
track.
A
This
milestone
we're
going
to
be
focusing
on
the
director
level,
CI
CD
group
dashboard.
If
this
is
something
that's
interesting
to
you,
please
engage
on
our
issue.
We're
really
excited
to
start
building
out
more
meaningful
metrics
for
our
users.
So
if
this
is
interesting,
please
engage
12.10
is
going
to
be
an
incredible
milestone.
We're
so
excited
for
the
work
that
we're
doing
and
we're
really
looking
forward
to
hearing
from
you
in
our
issues.
