intrigued
by

screen
and

I've
invited

on

a
bit
about
agile
teams,
collaboration
amongst
teams
that
don't
physically
sit
in
the
same
place.

on

precipice
of
something
here
and
companies
are
looking
to
figure
out.

do
we
weave
collaboration
into
remote
teams,
our
mo
teams,
hybrid
remote
teams,
so
on
and
so
forth?

with

overview
of

to

always

ten
times
until
you've

You
call
folks
in
a
very
formal
way
so
and
while
that
makes
sense
in
many
scenarios
in
any
any
one's
work
life,
we
feel
for
small
yeah,
again
edge
our
teams
that
doesn't
cut
it
in
many
ways.

if
you're,
a
small
team
in
a
large
corporation
or
a
small
startup.
You
talk
five
times
a
day
with
the
same
folks,
for
example,
debug,
a
problem
or
to
jointly
building
a
feature
or
to
review

much
mean

to
be

more
engagement
occasion
and

feel
that
it's

offer
multi-user
screen
sharing
simultaneous
screen,
sharing,

remote
collaboration,
yeah,
and
we
are
just
launching
a
public
beta
today,
so
we
are
working
to
defeat
it
for
feedback.

can
use
this
on
Mac
OS
so
far
and
of
course,
other
operating
systems
are
planned
so

one
day
you
can
have
Linux
Windows
and
Mac
Windows.

can
copy
and
paste
between
them.

multi
instance
multi
operating
system
is

be
amazing.

there
are
instances
where
this
just
becomes
more
efficient.

trying
to

work

meeting
get
on

same

you
need
to

revert

fast
as
you

like
it
gives
people
that
need
those
synchronous
meetings,

way
to
do
so
more
efficiently
than
sort
of
screen
capturing
their
screen
and
then
sharing
it
over
and
then
hoping
that
there's
context
there.

to
actually
physically
interact
with
the
windows.
At
the
same
time,
then,
the
secondary
thing
here
is:
we
often
hear
in
remote
teams
that
some
people
feel
a
bit
isolated
or
been
out
of
touch
with
the
projects
that
other
teams
are
working
on.

connected

because
you
can
physically
see
where
their
mouse
is

in

aspect
of

interested

that
played
into

slack
integration

seen

many
remote
teams

primary
mode
of
communication

actually
convincing
them

tool
that
isn't
tightly
linked
with.

almost
seen
as
a
burden.

the

to
climb
is
very
high.
But
if
you're
able
to
be

would
get
you
in

availability

technology
and
infrastructure

handle
something
like

years
ago,
the

fastest
mobile
connection,

might
not
actually
handle

many
inputs
just
from
a
video
standpoint,
the
bandwidth,
the
point.
So
how
do.

in
a
place
now,
where
actual
infrastructure
is
enabling
tools
like
this,
and
where
do
you
see
this
going,
you

often
talk
about
remote
is
now
in
a
place
where
it
can
proliferate,
because
technology
and
infrastructure
isn't
holding
us
back.

have
access
to
the
bandwidth.
We
have
access
to
the
tools
and
technology.
So
now
it's
actually
more
of
an
issue
of
the
culture
side,
the
people
side,
the
tools
in
tech

reached

point
where
it's
you
don't
get
this.

a
few

companies

want
to
implement
remote
in
their
various
organizations,
and
we
recently
put
one
up

transitioning
so

companies

currently

their
organization.
Recently,
Twitter
said
that
they
want
the
next
office
to
be.
Stripe
is
said
that
its
future
engineering
hub
will
be
remote,
so
they
have
physical
footprints,
but
they
want
to
introduce
remote
now.

world

it
stands
today
there
are
more
companies
that
already
have
a
physical
presence
that
want
to
introduce
remote
and
then
maybe
50
years
down
the
road
that
that
type
will
shift
or
in
the
early
innings
of
all
our
mode.

playing
out

hybrid
remote
teams
like
I,
want
more
remote
opportunities,
but
I
also
don't
want
remote
workers
to
be
in
a
situation
where
they're
perpetually
seen
as
a
second-class
citizen

disengaged

of
the

who

for

integrate
with

things
we
could
