From YouTube: Speed run for Incident Triage
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
So
I'm
in
the
project
for
which
my
team
maintains
the
chanuki
inc
service,
I'm
the
incident
commander
on
culver
this
week
and
I
want
to
make
sure
we've
got
a
couple
of
active
incidents
open
right
now.
I
want
to
make
sure
that
we've
got
resources
allocated
people
are
assigned
to
things
and
that
nothing's
falling
through
the
cracks
would
meet
our
slas.
A
Got
a
quite
a
few
open
here:
I'm
able
to
see
the
severity
for
the
incidents
now
giving
me
an
indication
of
which
ones
I
need
to
focus
on
first,
so,
unfortunately,
I
can't
sort
by
severity.
That
would
be
really
useful.
We'll
need
to
add
that
I
don't
see
anybody
assigned
to
this
first
critical,
one
that
came
in
most
recently,
so
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
click
in.
A
I've
got
a
nice
highlight
here
of
important
information
from
the
alert
record,
so
this
helps
me
to
triage
immediately.
It
doesn't
look
like
it's
curious.
Why
it's
critical
we've
only
got
one
event,
that's
come
in
for
it
and
it
started
about
nine
hours
ago.
So
I'm
actually
going
to
go
check
out
the
actual
alert
record
see
if
I've
got
any
more
information
happening
here
scrolling
through
the
alert
details
which
is
also
available
on
the
incident.
A
So
I'm
now
able
to
see
the
alert
details,
the
whole
payload
of
the
alert
on
the
incident
itself.
So
back
on
the
alert-
let's
see
it
looks
like
looks
like
clement's,
been
involved
here
so.
A
On
the
activity
feed
for
the
alert,
I
can
see
that
he
assigned
himself
10
minutes
ago.
So
it
looks
like
he's
been
working
on
this.
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
acknowledge
this
since
he's
just
signed
it
and
I'm
going
to
assign
the
incident
to
him
since
he
is
started
working
on
the
alert
already
okay,
so
I've
got
somebody
assigned
to
it.
I'm
gonna
make
sure
that
he
sees
that
come.
A
A
Also
seems
like,
since
we've
got
lower
events,
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
lower
the
criticality,
I'm
going
to
put
it
in
a
medium.
This
isn't
something
that
we
necessarily
need
to
have
people
jumping
on,
but
since
clement
was
working
on
the
alert
and
I've
got
them
assigned
and
then
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
publish
this
status
page.
