From YouTube: GitLab Speed run Dependency Proxy UI updates
Description

If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Hello,
I'm
tim,
and
today
I
just
wanted
to
do
a
quick
speed
run
of
a
new
feature
for
the
dependency
proxy
that
launched
in
milestone
14.5.
So
we
have
this
issue
open.
It's
part
of
a
larger
update
to
the
dependency
proxy
ui
that
we'll
be
making
in
the
coming
milestones,
but
this
one
basically
updates
the
ui
to
start
to
display
a
list
of
the
image
tags
that
have
been
added
to
the
cache.
A
I
could
see
here
that
there's
an
image
list
and
I
could
see
when
it
was
added
to
the
cache.
In
addition,
we
still
have
this
prefix
here,
which
is
how
you
end
up
pulling
these
images.
You
could
also
use
pre
predefined
environment
variables
that
we
have
for
that
as
well,
but
I
wanted
to
show
it
working,
so
I
have
a
project
open
and
basically,
I'm
going
to
pull
a
bunch
of
different
images
from
doctor
hub
I'm
going
to
commit
this
changes.
A
A
A
Okay,
that
finished
took
me
an
extra
minute
unbeknownst
to
you.
I
it
wasn't.
This
was
an
older
project
and
I
was
using
an
older
expired
deploy
token,
so
I
had
to
go
in
and
create
a
new
one
which
was
pretty
straightforward.
I
just
had
to
go
into
the
group
itself
so
into
subgroup,
and
then
I
went
to
settings
and
repository
and
then
here
I
was
able
to
oops.
A
So
I
came
here
and
I
created
a
new
group
deploy
token
basically
with
the
read
and
write
registry
settings
and
then
once
I
did
that
I
just
had
to
go
back
into
my
project
itself,
which
is
here
and
then
I
was
able
to
go
into
settings
and
ci
cd
and
I
was
able
to
adjust
the
variables
here
so
basically
just
by
editing
and
then
updating
the
the
values
for
token
username
and
token
password,
and
then
that
got
it
working
okay.
A
So
now
that
that's
done,
let's
go
back
to
my
subgroup
and
we
should
see
several
more
images
added
to
the
dependency
proxy
ui,
and
here
I
could
see
that
we
successfully
cached
the
redis
and
node
images
two
months
ago,
and
one
interesting
thing
is
here:
is
we
see
that
the
nginx,
which
was
also
being
pulled
in
that
pipeline,
didn't
get
updated?
It
remained
in
the
cache.
So
that's
good
news.
Okay,
well,
we'll
be
continuing
to
add
these
features
here.
A
Coming
soon,
we'll
be
adding
the
ability
to
set
a
time
to
live
policy,
so
you
can
manage
the
cache
on
a
programmatic
basis,
but
stay
tuned
for
more
features
to
come
and
look
forward
to
talking
to
you
in
the
issues.
Thank
you.
