From YouTube: Figma Walkthrough for Static Site Editor group
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
It's
Michael
Lee
of
the
static
site,
editor
team
and
today
I'm,
just
gonna
walk
you
through
how
to
use
pigma
as
a
developer
and
I
have
key
caster
up
and
running
right
now,
as
you
can
see
at
the
bottom
here,
to
show
you
how
many,
if
I'm,
pressing
any
key
subconsciously
so
with
figma
most
of
non
designers,
will
have
the
access
level
of
viewer.
So
this
means
that
you
can
view
files,
but
you
can't
move
things
around
or
create
items
in
there,
but
what
you
can
do
is
inspect
and
comment
on
files
by
default.
A
You'll
only
be
able
to
see
any
files
that
have
been
shared
with
you,
but
if
you
are
a
member
of
the
github
team
here,
what
you
end
up
saying
is
all
the
different
projects
that
are
available
to
those
team
members
and,
as
you
can
see,
we
kind
of
have
a
naming
convention
of
stage
and
groups
and
in
our
example
here
we'll
remember
the
static
site,
editor
team.
So
you
click
on
that.
If
you
click
on
star
it
will
save
it
to
the
right-hand
side
here.
A
A
The
way
the
UI
is
structured
is
details
about
file
or
Pay
pages
are
listed
up
in
this
top
half
here
and
every
time
you
select
on
a
different
page,
the
different
layers
or
frames
as
they
are
called
in
figma
are
listed
down
below
here.
So
the
way
I've
set
up
my
filing
system
for
figma
is
that
I
have
an
area
where
I
have
hello.
This
microscope,
which
I
kind
of
represent
for
research,
so
here
I
chuck
in
different
screenshots
and
ideas
or
concepts
for
research.
So
here's
just
a
bunch
of
screenshots
from
the
toss.
A
Ui
editor
here
are
some
other
screenshots
from
early
explorations
of
the
what-you-see-is-what-you-get
editor
down.
Here
is
the
cover,
and
that's
the
thumbnail
that
you
see
on
the
file
and
the
components
are
just
the
reusable
aspects
in
all
the
files
then
comes
this
area
of
explorations,
so
I
use
this
compass
icon
to
differentiate.
That
here
might
be
some
of
the
designs,
I'm
working
out
or
just
the
different
little
iterations
that
I
might
be
doing
under
styling.
A
So,
for
example,
here
my
being
looking
at
the
successful
I
think
here
about
how,
in
my
hand,
out
the
buttons,
but
these
pages
can
get
really
crazy
and
big,
as
you
can
see,
that
was
just
one
of
probably
like
hundreds
of
different
frames,
just
exploring
little
different
iterations
and
the
concepts.
So
it's
really
difficult
for
me
to
say:
hey
go
into
this
specific
file
on
this.
This
frame,
right
here
to
say,
yep
get
the
specs,
so
what
I've
done
is
I
extracted,
whatever
I
export,
to
issues
to
be
in
this
area.
A
So
that's
how
I'm
maintaining
kind
of
exploratory
work,
with
kind
of
like
final
designs,
I
kind
of
live
here
so
at
a
high
level.
That's
how
you
would
navigate
the
different
pages
being
a
viewer.
You
will
tend
to
only
have
read-only
view.
So
what
that
would
look
like
in
reality
is
this
you'll
have
a
little
label
up
here.
That
says
view
only
and
as
you
can
see,
you
can
still
see
the
different
pages
that
may
exists
in
this
file
and
inside
that
file.
You
have
the
different
frames
that
you
can
interact
with.
A
So,
if
I
jump
into
here,
I
can
click
on
this
I
see
the
little
red
lines
and
spacing
that
tells
me
and
then
a
measurement
in
pixels
of
where
things
are
relative
to
elements.
So,
if
I
wanted
to
see
where
this
a
is,
is
in
relative
to
its
peers,
I'll
click
on
the
option.
Key
and
I
can
see
that
that's
64
spacing
64
spacing
so
usually
a
row
is
that
sometimes
in
design
tools,
the
spacing
might
not
be
as
at
least
64.
A
Good
lab
I
would
round
like
the
63
up
to
a
64,
so
that
kind
of
helps
with
any
misalignments
that
we
may
have.
The
other
benefit
of
viewer
mode
is,
if
you
click
into
this
Wi-Fi
icon-
and
let's
say
you
needed
it-
for
a
piece
of
work
that
you're
doing
just
go
over
on
this
side
here.
If
the
designer
didn't
set
it
up
as
a
export.
A
Yet
it's
best
if
you
ask
them,
but
if
you
end
up
in
a
rush,
you
can
click
on
this
and
then
choose
the
different
kind
of
formats
that
you
may
want
it.
So
I'm
like
what
there's
Wi-Fi
and
then
I
can
save
that
off
and
use
it,
but
usually
it's
best
to
for
the
designer
to
like
export
it
out,
because
they
might
need
to
set
the
bounding
boxes
or
something
like
that
to
ensure
that
everything's
based
out
according
to
our
types
of
it's
a
spacing
system.
A
A
A
Icon,
so
the
icon,
if
I
select
directly
on
the
icon,
I,
can
see
that
you
can
take
the
hex
color
from
here
or
the
variable
name
of
it
is
also
available
here
as
a
comment
in
the
CSS
field.
So
that's
useful
to
understand
picking
out
colors.
So
it's
always
best
to
use
the
colors
that
are
here
rather
than
a
I
draw
picker
for
for
getting
your
colors.
A
A
So
you
can
have
direct
specific
points
directly
in
figma
by
using
this
tool
right
here.
So
the
next
question
that
we're
still
trying
to
figure
out
as
a
design
team
is
where
should
feedback
in
questions
be.
So
at
the
moment
we
have
feedback
that
we
use
slack
for
figma
and
also
and
give
lab
issues
how
I
think
about
it
is
in
slack
it's
good
for,
like
private
feedback
or
broadcasting
to
your
channel,
but
the
downside
of
it
is
there's
only
a
90
day.
Life
span
on
messages,
so
over
a
certain
time
that
will
be
gone.
A
So
it's
best,
so
the
type
of
feedback
here
is
very
short-lived
and
the
fact
that
you
can't
pinpoint
exact
aspects
of
the
designed
makes
it
good
for
a
general
feedback.
But
it's
hard
to
give
specific
details
and
you're
looking
again
at
that
pixels,
rather
than
looking
at
like
the
design
file.
So
you
can't
inspect
and
see
the
different
layers
and,
seeing
the
spacing
you
kind
of
limited
to
what
the
designer
exported
Oh
has
a
file
to
share
on
slack
on
the
other
spectrum
of
things
you
have
get
lab,
and
here
it's
more
public.
A
So
there's
all
your
groups
that
can
see
it
team
members
and
if
their
setting
is
set
to
not
to
be
confidential,
it's
actually
public
to
the
general
public
and
the
content
here
is
more
long-term
long-term.
You
can
point
and
comment
using
the
design,
images
and
but
the
scope
of
the
feedback
is
only
on
the
upload
images.
A
But
the
other
also
benefit
is
that
you
can
actually
search
and
refer
to
the
specific
points
in
the
feedback.
So
that's
kind
of
like
the
spectrum
of
like
r2
and
slack
for
short
feedback,
short
general
feedback
and
good
lab
issues
more
specific
long
term,
but
scoped
to
only
the
uploaded
images.
So
that
leaves
this
middle
ground
of
figma,
which
also
has
the
point
in
click
commenting,
but
that,
where
I
see
it's
differing
is
like,
it
has
a
wider
area
for
feedback.
A
So
when
you're
sharing
a
figma
file
or
frame,
you
get
to
see
everything
about
it,
so
the
different
layers
and
the
different
aspects
of
it.
So
in
the
case
of
the
you
know,
if
I
asked
for
someone
for
feedback
of
this
file
here,
he
zoom
out
completely
and
he
explored
the
rest
of
the
pages.
You
can.
Almost
you
see
like
there's
this
other
aspect
of
more
exploratory
work
that
hasn't
seen
by
anyone
where
it's
like
of
taking
over
the
top
bar
as
well
for
the
editor.
A
A
So
what
I
expect
to
see
more
from
thing
mob
feedback
is
comments
around
exploratory
work
and
probably
more
specific
details
about
you
know
color
selections,
like
did
you
use
gray
100
instead
of
a
grade
200
in
this
scenario,
or
you
can
check
for
contrast
levels
and
be
more
specific
on
those
feedbacks,
but
also
looking
at
the
whole
entire
flow.
At
the
same
time,
I
think
everything
has
this
point
in
place
in
the
world
and
in
it
we're
gonna
iterate
and
continue
to
feedback
on
what's
working
and
what's
not
as
a
group.
