You just got an alert. We put some team building groups together when we put these groups together, we being managers, we thought about sggs, it's cross-pollinated. We want to make sure that you're cross-pollinating coverage covered cross-pollinating, vital.

Look at that you're gonna talk to some people outside your sgg. Maybe you make a new friend. Maybe you don't? Maybe you have a great time? Maybe you don't? You are the master of your own destiny? Let's team build, so you in your groups notice the names coordinate. You need to pick a day pick a day that you're going to do team building. What are we gonna? Do for team building?

I'm gonna talk about it on number three there's a thing called jackbox, it's kind of great there's a thing called Amazon Luna I got an account. What's that mean I got access to all the Jack boxes. Boom I'm gonna give you access to all the Jack boxes. You got a favorite jackbox game. We got it. You never played Jack box. Well, you're gonna, it's kind of great it's kind of fun. Managers played one called job job. It's my favorite. You should play it.

It's really cool I played around with people in my skip level, shout out to the people who come to my skip. Keeland is a killer. If keelan's in your group expect tough competition expect it. If he's not in your group, surprise I, don't know who the competition is notice: everybody's, getting a little bit less money for food 25., why you can still get a good lunch for 25.. We know it. You can't everywhere I'm in New, York City I can still get a great lunch for 25..

I know you can get a good lunch for 25 right now. We got a theme. If you are the kind of person who loves a challenge, the themes are for you. If you don't love a challenge, I ask you just lean in and try to enable and embrace the theme right. So you could pick a theme as a group, colors or seasonal fun, or maybe you're an overachieving group, and you want to pick colors and seasonal fun cool. Take that and interpret it. You want to make some Zoom backgrounds. You want to wear some costumes.

You want to cook some food or order the food along that theme you want to make obscure internet references like I did at the start of this video. You could do that. The managers at the end will consume the content. You create with your theme right. You want to make a PowerPoint presentation: I, don't care interpret your theme and wow us now when it comes to competition. There's two ways here you play at least three jackbox games.

You get five dollars more for food. That's awesome! How about that boom? Throwing money! Your way now it's 30 bucks play three Jack bucks games. They're fun come on right. Next, one managers, gonna judge your theme execution. You execute amazing, we're gonna judge it. We're gonna pick the ones that we like the most whether it makes us laugh whether it was really well interpreted, whether it was dedication, I, don't know what our criteria is just have fun with it. This is about team building.

If your group wins the manager selection, there will be a prize. It's called a shopping tip. What the heck is a shop and tell well we're going to give you some dollars. That's why we lowered the food budget. You can buy some things on the internet. You tell us where you bought, then every other team that didn't win the challenge gets to Guess Who in the group bought. What how cool is that right? Mike came up with this idea. Gotta shout him out right. You get a little cool thing.

You then get to buy that that's awesome. Now people get to guess and try to figure out who bought what maybe you're a crazy Shopper. You don't know what I buy I, don't know what you would buy, but we're gonna figure it out.

If you win the guessing and your group wins the guessing, then y'all's get a prize. How about that look we're handing out prizes we're handing out lunch, we're playing jackbox games, we're cross-pollinating sggs. We got coverage if you want something else from team building, I, don't know what you want.

You should get involved next time right because there's an issue where we work to Think Through ideas, and this was the ideas we came up with and if you don't like them next time, help us do better.
