If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
A
B
It
turns
out
that
they
had
everything
set
up
correctly
and
everything
was
working
exactly
as
it
was
supposed
to
work,
but
we
both
had
a
misunderstanding
about
how
it
was
supposed
to
work.
A
So
I
mean
just
focusing
on
the
first
part,
which
was
the
more
fun
example
of
what
went
wrong
right.
That's
a
simple
example:
we
just
we're
making
mistakes,
we're
just
we're
providing
the
wrong
advice,
it's
the
simplest
thing
to
look
at
for
when
we
might
need
to
recover,
and
there
are
plenty
of
other
situations,
but
we
always
have
to
find
a
way
back
to
having
them
ready
to
work
with
us
again.
A
Trusting
us
feeling
like
we
can
do
the
right
job
and
getting
to
a
solution,
and
an
interesting
thing
to
think
about
here
is:
if
we
go
back
to
the
core
human
needs,
I
we
had
the
associated
fears
with
each
one.
If
you
don't
feel
important,
there
was
a
fear
associated
with
that
and
so
on,
and
each
person
tends
to
have
one
of
those
that
is
their
hot
button,
where
they're,
gonna,
they're
gonna
feel
this
fear
more
than
any
other.
A
So
in
this
case,
if
your
own
personal
hot
button
is
about
competency,
recovering
from
these
problems
can
be
harder
for
you,
because
you
have
a
hard
time
forgiving
yourself,
you.
It
feels
awkward
and
it's
hard
to
admit
that
you
made
a
mistake
because
then
everybody's
going
to
know
you
are
incompetent,
you're
already
feeling
it
right
and
it
can
be
easier
to
blame
other
people.
A
A
A
My
one
of
my
favorite
examples
of
this
is
from
from
broadcasting
the
news
or
the
radio
or
whatever
it
is,
and
you
hear
somebody
there
who
says
the
wrong
word
just
flat
out
the
wrong
word.
You
know.
Maybe
they
use
the
wrong
name
for
some
celebrity
or
whatever,
or
they
mispronounce
something
badly.
They
just
clearly
make
a
mistake,
and
very
often
they
just
keep
going
like
it
didn't
happen
like
oh
it's
not.
I
didn't
use
the
wrong
name,
I'm
just
blasting
right
past
it
and
my
reaction
to
that.
A
A
Something
else
we
shouldn't
do
to
recover
is
to
downplay
it.
That
was
really
no
big
deal.
Let's
just
you
know,
sorry
that
I
blew
away
your
six
terabytes
of
data,
but
really
we
can
get
that
back.
Let's
just
keep
going,
you
know,
don't
downplay,
it
don't
act
as
if,
whatever
it
was
wasn't
a
big
deal,
you
have
to
deal
with
it.
A
So,
and
along
those
lines,
anything
you
can
think
of
that
we
should
just
never
say
when
we're
in
this
space.
