From YouTube: 3 02a Understanding the Customer Discussion
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
So
let's
do
a
little
bit
of
sharing
who
wants
to
represent
your
group
and
tell
the
rest
of
us
one
or
two
interesting
things
you
got
out
of
of
that
discussion.

A
So
yeah,
that's
that
happens
a
lot
doesn't
it,
and
maybe
more
so,
with
with
the
building
up
of
our
partner
programs,
where
we're
dealing
with
someone
who
is
representing
someone
else's
needs
and
their
their
reputation
is
on
the
line
as
the
service
provider
at
that
point,
so
that
kind
of
item
is
up
there,
but
yeah
that
idea
of
the
the
customer's
customer
isn't
right
there.
I
like
that.
Thank
you
who
else
wants
to
share
everyone.

Managing
the
infrastructure
is
on
the
customer's
team,
whereas
for
dot
com
sas
the
folks
managing
the
infrastructure
is
get
lab
teams
directly,
and
so
there
could
be
with
the
self-managed
side,
internal
pressures,
like
their
team
reporting
to
their
get
lab
administrator,
that
there's
a
problem
and
he's
kind
of
the
messenger
or
they're
the
messenger
and
is
yeah.
I
think
the
motivations,
the
ones
that
I
suggested
were
questions
or
problems,
but
I
think
for
licensing
we
could
also
add
fulfillment
like
I
paid
for
something
and
I
didn't
get
it.
A
Greg
are
welcome
to
chime
in
I'm
going
to
point
to
the
the
slide
a
little
bit
just
to
bring
up
what
some
of
these
might
look
like.
I
would
talk
a
little
bit
about
personal
reputation.
One
of
the
the
pressures
could
be
the
person's
boss.
They
might
have
someone
above
them.
Who
is
just
saying
you
need
to
get
this
taken
care
of
right
away.
This
is
your
job,
I'm
counting
on
you.
A
There
is
time
as
greg
mentioned,
and
that
seems
to
be
kind
of
an
overriding
theme
right.
Let's
just
get
it
done
fast,
I
got
to
get
back
to
what
I'm
doing
get
it
working.
A
There
can
be
rep
the
reputation
of
their
team.
Maybe
they
brought
git
lab
into
their
company
and
they
are
trying
to
make
it
successful
and
every
time
there's
a
problem
with
it.
People
start
grumbling.
Well,
we
we
liked
it
better
when
we
were
on
this
or
on
that
right,
so
their
team's
success
and
reputation
is
on
the
line.
So
we
want
to
help
them
to
look
good
right,
there's
all
sorts
of
different
things
that
that
could
be
behind
there
and
talk
more
about
that.
