needs
right
now
we're
going
to
take
a
look
now
at
customers
as
people
as
I
mentioned,
they
tend
to
be
all
humans,
so
this
diagram
here
is
based
on
some
published,
thorough
psychology
study
that
I
don't
have
as
a
reference
here.
I
apologize,
but
it
is
a
real
one,
not
mine
and
and
what
they
laid
out
was
these
this
idea
of
the
core
needs
of
all
human
beings.

in
the
blue
ball
there
you
see,
that
represents
the
core
needs.
Well,
what
are
they?
People
need
to
feel
significant,
seen
important
things
like
that.
They
need
to
feel
competent,
which
includes
having
a
sense
of
control
and
influence,
and
then
there's
this
idea
of
likability.
They
need
to
feel
cared
for,
connected,
respected,
valued
and
so
on,
and
as
we
work
with
people,
whether
we
know
it
or
not,
we
have
a
choice
with
each
of
these
of
either
supporting
that
need
or
triggering
the
associated
fear.
