From YouTube: 1 08 Written Greeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
It's
it's
it's
sometimes
I
want
to
describe
a
greeting
as
well.
It's
the
greeting.
I
mean
it's
how
you
get
going.
It
is
the
beginning.
I've
definitely
seen
where
people
have
done
it
wrong
and
upset
the
customer.
A
A
So,
let's
try
to
do
it
that
right
way
prepare
them
to
work
with
us
in
just
you
know
a
couple
of
words:
three
words
you
know
maybe
at
the
most
and
it
comes
down
to
just
be
polite
and
professional
and
friendly,
I
say:
don't
go
overboard
with
the
friendly,
because
if
you
don't
know
them,
I
don't
think
that
it's
helpful
to
pretend
that
you
do
and
that
you
talk
to
them.
The
same
way
that
you
do
to
your
best
friend.
A
A
You
know
maybe
it's
your
morning
and
it's
their
evening,
and
if
you
have
that
awareness
of
it
you
might
handle
something
differently
so
calling
that
out
makes
you
aware
and
lets
them
know
that
you're
aware
also
and
then
the
third
one
here
is
maybe
the
most
important
use
their
name
at
every
opportunity
in
the
greeting
use
their
name.
I
don't
like
to
see
people
pepper
a
message
with
someone's
name.
It
starts
to
get
annoying,
at
least
it
does
when
they're
talking
to
me,
but
in
the
greeting
put
that
in
there.
A
So
let's
look
at
what
that
looks
like
what
am
I
talking
about
here,
a
couple
of
things
that
I
consider
to
be
good
greetings?
If
you
happen
to
be
a
disney
character,
you
might
have
good
afternoon
mickey
or
hello
mini.
I
mean
it's
that
simple.
That's
all!
I'm
talking
about
you
can
see
some
of
the
other
things
on
in
my
examples
of
bad
greetings,.
A
The
hay
one
is
always
fun
because
it's
really
common,
I
see
it
a
lot,
so
people
go
wait.
I
say
that
why
are
you
telling
me?
I
can't
say
that,
so
let
me
explain,
I
think,
of
hay
as
being
very
casual,
which
I
think
is
totally
fine.
If
the
customer
has
started
to
greet
you
that
way
or
if
you've
worked
with
them.
So
much
that
you
do,
you
do
kind
of
know
them
now
go
ahead.
A
A
A
I
I
always
want
to
ask
about
this
and
get
your
opinions
too,
when,
if
someone's
greeting
me
in
an
email,
especially-
and
it
just
starts
with
my
name
just
mike-
I
feel
like
they're
kind
of
jabbing
at
me,
like
trying
to
get
my
attention.
A
little
extra,
it's
not
it's,
not
a
hey.
How
are
you
hello?
A
All
right?
It's
just
you!
I
need
you
to
pay
attention
to
me
because
you're
in
trouble.
It
can
feel
almost
to
that
extent
and
it's
hard
to
interpret
tone
from
a
written
message
right
so
over
time.
I'm
just
gonna
add
something
here
and
then
I
heard
someone
else
was
speaking
up
over
time.
I've
received
a
lot
of
feedback
about
this
slide
and
I
don't
change
it.
The
reason
I
don't
change.
It
is
because
it's
more
fun
this
way
right.
A
A
We
don't
want
to
be
formal.
That's
not
helpful.
Some
people
have
trouble
distinguishing
between
formal
and
professional,
but
we
always
want
to
be
professional
as
opposed
to
being
unprofessional
right.
That's
the
real
opposite
there
and
we
just
want
to
look
for
the
right
greeting
for
the
situation,
so
I
will
encourage
you
to
use
a
salutation
in
front
of
the
name.
I
think
that
it
is
helpful.
A
I
think
that
high
is
a
perfect
balance
in
the
beginning,
and
I
often
use
hello
when
I'm
writing
to
somebody
as
a
manager
trying
to
step
in
and
help
out
in
a
certain
way.
It
just
changes
the
tone
a
little
bit
for
me,
so
just
just
be
thoughtful
about
it
and,
I
think
we'll
be
okay.
Yeah
situational
and
cultural
awareness
plays
into
this
heavily.
A
B
I
just
want
to
do
a
brief
follow-up
to
the
salutation
thing.
I
will
change
the
citation
slightly
if
they
put
like
a
doctor
in
their
signature,
I'll
be
like
hi
doctor
so-and-so.
Basically,
if
they
say
they're,
if
they
put
a
phd,
something
like
like
they
want,
you
know
they're
right,
they
have
a
doctor
of
some
sort,
whether
it
be
md
phd
whatever
that
is,
they
want
you
to
say
a
phd.
I
will
refer
them
as
doctor
at
that
point,
because
they've
worked
during
that
title
and
I
do
make.
A
That's
great
point
tom
thanks
for
doing
that,
so
make
a
comment
about
the
slide,
rather
than
the
content
of
the
slide.
You're
missing
a
comma
after
hello,
hello
mini.
Yes,
I
am
thank
you
caleb,
that
I'll
change.
If
I
remember
okay,
so
I'm
going
to
move
on
that
actually
wraps
up
that
first
topic
about
building
rapport
and
thanks
for
the
good
discussions
along
the
way
there.
