So
as
a
people,
business
partner,
I'm
supporting
engineering
and
my
role
is
to
look
at
the
needs
and
goals
in
engineering
and
what
programs
and
policies
we
can
roll
out
to
support
with
these
goals.
So
an
example
is
that
we
want
to
create
a
diverse
and
inclusive
environment
in
engineering
where
team
members
feel
that
they
belong.
So
with
that
mission,
I
would
look
at
diversity,
inclusion
and
belonging
programs,
collaborate
with
our
dip
team
and
roll
out
programs
in
engineering
at
vietnam.
A
A
I
realized
that
I
rather
wanted
to
work
at
a
smaller
company
where
I
could
learn
new
things
and
I
started
applying
at
startups
in
the
first
startup.
I
learned
a
lot
about
technology
and
I
even
learned
a
bit
how
to
code.
It
was
very
basic,
but
ever
since
that
first
technology
experience,
I
knew
I
would
always
wanted
to
work
for
an
organization
where
you
can
can
continuously
learn
and
grow.
A
Working
in
tech
is
great
because
I
said
I'm
not
a
software
developer.
I
love
to
work
in
an
organization,
that's
innovative
around
me.
I
see
a
lot
of
professionals
who
are
working
in
tech
without
like
a
stem
degree
and
they
thought
themselves
how
to
program
rather
than
doing
so
by
a
degree.
So
that's
also
part
of
the
possibilities
if
you
want
to
work
in
tech.
So
if
you
are
watching
this
video
and
you're
considering
working
in
tech,
that's
awesome.
