the

funds
for
hospital
schools,
covet
19
response,
disaster
relief,
and
you
know
the
failure
to
respond
means.
Our
community
loses
two
thousand
nine
hundred
dollars
per
person
each
year
for
ten
years.
That's
millions
of
dollars
of
aid
that
we
are
due,
that
we
won't
get.
If
you
don't
respond,
I'm
here
at
navy
housing,
primarily
because
this
is
an
area
that's
under
reporting
for
the
town
of
groton.

base
housing
and
the
surrounding
neighborhoods
up
to
the
galesburg
line
are
one
of
the
lowest
reporting
areas.
Navy
personnel
living
in
groton
are
to
respond
in
groton,
not
their
home
of
record
and
people
who
are
living
in
the
neighborhood,
surrounded
the
base
up
to
the
gales
ferry
line.
