The
homeowners
want
to
extend
the
front
porch
and
steps
to
the
front
of
their
house
straight
out
from
the
house
towards
the
street,
and
at
the
last
hearing
it
was
determined
that
that
was
not
possible
because
of
zoning
regulations,
so
it
was
denied
that
they
go
forward.
They
would
have
to
keep
it
along
the
side.
D
Everything
about
the
design
for
the
new
porch
was
approved,
I
mean
the
only
the
only
concern
was
the
ones
wrought
up
with
the
street,
so
it
doesn't
really
need
to
be
any
further
discussion.
I
would
think,
because
we've
already
done
it
and
approved
it
essentially,
except
for
the
direction
of
the
steps.

The
railings
are
also
going
to
be
replaced
from
wrought
iron
to
wood,
and
you
can
see
the
the
new
design.
It's
called
a
Chippendale
style
on
the
railings
and
on
the
side,
and
it's
all
going
to
be
made
out
of
wood
and
the
steps
are
going
to
go
from
concrete
to
wood
as
well,
and
we're
enclosing
each
side
of
the
under
part
of
the
porch,
as
you
could
also
see
in
the
diagram
with
wood
lattice,
and
all
of
that
will
be
painted
to
match
the
rest
of
the
trim
on
the
house
as
it
currently
is.
B
B
D
Which
was
previously
presented
in
October,
the
only
change
is
that
it
is
being
considered
as
presenting
originally
because
they
found
out
from
the
survey
that
the
stairs
can
go
forward
towards
the
street
and
we
had
approved
it
with
the
stipulation
that
they
stay
in
their
original
orientation.
But
this
is
to
approve
it
as
it
was
presented.
