A
All
right
I'd
like
to
call
this
meeting
to
order
welcome
guests.
We
don't
have
to
do
minutes
or
anything
like
that
today,
because
it's
a
special
meeting,
I
I'm
not
going
to
do
roll
call,
because
I
just
circled
everybody's
name-
and
I
see
who's
here-
oh
and
missy's
here.
C
A
Notice,
please,
let
me
know:
okay
anyways
yeah.
We
just
called
the
meeting
to
order
missy.
We
have
three
items
on
our
agenda.
I
am
gonna,
do
mural
arts
class
because
I
think
that's
going
to,
and
so
let's
get
through
the
other
two
for
items.
First,
actually
taking
the
miniature
liquor
bottle
funds
that
the
committee
of
the
whole
voted
on
to
donate,
to
give
us
some
of
those
funds,
communication
committee
to
work
on
projects
to
clean
up
like
actually
litter
and
nip
removal.
A
D
It's
up
to
you,
I
can
give
you
like
this
quick
synopsis.
D
It
came
forward
because
I
had
a
referral
to
bring
forward
the
knit
bottles
and
what
to
do
with
the
funding,
because
the
state
is
putting
five
cent
tax
on
that
or
a
fee,
and
so
for
the
first
six
months.
Rotten
is
receiving
thirty
three
thousand
dollars
from
five
cent
collections
on
these
nipples,
which
is
insane,
and
so
the
next
six
months
will
they'll
collect
money
and
they'll,
send
it
to
grind
as
well.
D
So
I'm
expecting
probably
the
next
six
months,
might
be
more
money
because
it's
going
to
be
summertime,
I
could
just
assume
you
know
that
there
might
be
more.
You
know
purchases
so
anyway,
I
would
assume
that
there's
going
to
be
at
least
66
thousand
dollars
coming
to
the
tower
went
to
the
council.
I
said:
beautification
committee
has
done
a
lot
with
the
knife,
bottles
cleaning
them.
D
Cleanups
we
have
pictures
of
how
we've
separated
them
from
the
other
garbage
and
we're
very
interested
in
this,
and
I
asked
for
100
of
the
funding
for
the
first
year
and
throughout
a
very
likely
discussion
came
down
to
a
vote
where
we
would
get
half
the
first
year
funding,
so
it
could
be
like
33,
000
or
more,
and
this
is
to
do
like
adopt
a
rope
programs
throughout
brenton
and
we
could
get
organizations
or
businesses
to
adopt
like
a
mile
section
of
road
where
we
we
would
use
our
funding
to
put
up
signs
to
say
this.
D
You
know
this
portion
of
the
road
is
being
adopted
by
whatever
organization
type
of
thing
like
they
do
around
the
country.
You
know
and
put
their
names
on
there
and
they
would
be
responsible
for
maybe
going
out
there
cleaning
it
up
for
whatever.
We
ask
them
to
do
maybe
four
times
a
year
or
five
times
a
year,
that
they
clean
up
that
area
and
and
then
the
other
and
then
another
part
of
the
funding
would
be
to
campaign
awareness
of
plastics
and
the
bottles
and
everything
that
are
in
our
community.
D
And
we
had
talked
about
this
a
long
time
ago,
where
those
big
fish
sculptures
made
out
of
metal
and
metal,
mesh
and
they're
like
10
feet,
long,
eight
feet
tall
and
the
mouth
is
open
and
people
throw
plastics
in
it.
So
because,
basically
we're
a
shoreline
town
plastics
get
into
our
water.
They
get
into
our
marine
life.
So
it's
like
an
awareness
campaign
and
we
could
maybe
have
three
of
these
made.
D
Maybe
we
could
put
one
we
could
start
off
with
like
eastern
plain
beach,
escrow
point
beach
and
maybe
bluff
point,
and
we
start
like
those
areas
and
then
they
could
be
moved
around
and
I
did
speak
to
joe
dela
cruz
at
hillary
and
he
did
say
that
they
could
make
them.
G
Right
so,
where.
D
D
And
other
communities
made
up,
you
can
make
smaller
ones.
You
make
big
ones
smaller
ones
right
outside.
D
E
H
A
F
B
Hi
everybody
hi
this
is
this-
is
cindy
you're
talking
to
right
now,
we're
we
are
talking
about
one
other
thing
and
then
we're
gonna
get
right
to
murals.
Okay,.
F
A
We
have
I
I
I've
got
a
couple
budgets
here
that
that
have
a
few
things
that
actually
that
elaine
put
together.
I
want
you
to
just
pass
them
around,
so
you
guys
can
look.
This
is
what
so.
We
have
nine
thousand
dollars
that
was
awarded
us
by
the
count
of
rotten.
We
need
to
spend
it
by
the
end
of
june
all
right.
So,
let's
pass
that
down
for
you
guys
to
look
at
in
the
position.
A
F
A
It's
fairly
simplistic,
we
basically
have
plants
and-
and
we,
if
we
budget
six
thousand
dollars
two
for
two
murals,
we
still
we
we
can
meet
all
of
our
responsibilities
great
if
we
can,
if
we
can
do
that,
because
that
we're
we're
I've
actually
spent
went
over
budget
on
for
shanna
cos
that
we've
been
shirley
and
I've
been
planting
grass
as
shirley's
been
working
her
tail
off
to
plant
grasses
at
par
four,
not
only
in
the
little
triangle
in
front
of
par
four,
but
also
against
the
building.
I
A
Shirley
because
she
has
been
using
plants
from
her
own
garden,
she
started
doing
this
before
we
before
the
beautification
committee
got
involved.
So
thank
you
very
much
shirley
and
if
you
go
by
there
please
slow
down.
It's
the
that
it's
right
on.
What's
that
road,
chelsea
road.
A
A
And
then
so,
right
now
rachel's
working
on
some
planting
some
plants
in
the
indian
field,
neighborhood,
which
is
going
beautifully
because
she
has
once
again
donations
from
aleene
and
then
she
hit
some
plant
sales
and
purchased
some
very
inexpensive
plants,
and
she
has
neighbors
working
with
her
to
beautify
that
area.
I
missy
once
she's
totally.
Well,
I'm
sure
she
will
be
taking
our
first
appreciation
award
and
framing
it,
and
I
have
a
little
bit
of
money
in
the
budget
for
that.
A
So
I
think
we're
okay
going
with
the
two
murals
in
in
this
fiscal
year.
If
we
can
nail
down
the
artists
and
the.
D
A
F
A
A
And
this
2800,
that
is,
that
all
all
of
this
monies
that
I
proposed
correct.
It
comes
from
that.
Yes,
exactly
so:
okay,
yeah,
okay,
all
right
so
plants,
the
biggest
the
biggest
expenses
murals.
The
second
is
plants
for
the
plants
of
many
different
places:
parkour
downtown
mystic,
the
town
hall
annex
and
down
at
avery
memorial
we
planted
some
azaleas
last
fall
and
elaine
said
that
they're
actually
blooming.
Now,
yes,
yeah
on
long
hill
road
in
front
of
the
apron
you.
A
A
F
A
A
Dollars
for
this
is
the
2020
2021-2022
budget,
okay,.
A
All
right,
it's
been
moved
and
seconded
that
to
approve
the
nine
thousand
fifty
dollars
for
for
our
2021-2222
budget.
Is
there
any
discussion.
A
A
Okay,
all
right!
So
now,
let's
get
to
the
real
most
important
reason
that
we
are
here,
which
is
we're
talking
about
murals
and
where
who,
who
is
going
to
do
them
and
where
they're
going
to
be
done,
and
I
spoke
with
kevin
bachio
today
he
is
the
person
when
jamie
pearson,
who
we've
been
working
with,
was
unable
to
do
the
murals.
He
sent
me
to
kevin
and
kevin,
and
I
spoke,
and
then
I
was
supposed
to
send
him
some
pictures,
and
I
never
did
so.
A
He
called
me
today
and
we
had
a
lengthy
talk
he's
there.
He
can
do
many
different
types
of
art.
He
loves
to
work
with
young
people
and
would
like
to
be
very
interested
in
not
necessarily
as
part
of
our
mural
but
as
part
of
the
overall
umbrella
to
speak
with
young
people
and
encourage
them
to
do
art,
because
I
sent
you
guys,
he
sent
me
a
number
of
a
rend
of
different
artwork
that
he
had
done.
A
I
sent
you
out
one
of
those
because
it
was
the
one
that
had
a
lot
of
color
here.
He
has
a
instagram
page
and
he's
also
on
facebook,
but
kevin.
Are
you
still
there?
Would
you
like
to
say
a
few
words.
E
Okay,
perfect
yeah,
I
don't
know
this
seems
like
a
very
exciting
project,
not
just
because
I
have
roots
from
groton,
but
just
moving
forward.
I've
been
progressively
getting
better
and
better,
and
you
know
more
popular
name
and
it's
just
it's
very
exciting
and
it
feels
like
anything.
I
do.
I
not
only
aim
to
please,
but
I
want
to
make
this
epic.
E
A
And
he
has
a
number
of
his,
I
don't
have
instagram.
I
can
peek
at
it
before
it
kicks
me
off
and
he's
out
a
lot
of
his
a
number
of
things
that
he's
done
there.
And
what
did
you
tell
me
that
you
were
very
interested
that
you
you're
willing
to
work
with
us
on
because
you're
you
don't
have
any
one
particular
style
you
can.
You
can
right.
E
I'm
kind
of
like
a
chameleon,
so
if
you
know
we
meet
up
and
we
do
a
spitball
session
and
just
kind
of
throw
ideas
out,
I
can
show
you
pictures
and
styles
and
we
can
kind
of
hone
in
what
you
guys
are
looking
for.
Or
you
know
what
part
you
know
what
I
aim
to
please.
So
a
lot
of
artists
are
kind
of
just
you
know
one
one-way
streets
sometimes,
and
that
can
be
good
or
bad,
but
I
try
to
dabble
in
everything.
So
I'm
very
excited.
A
E
Local
for
me
has
been
providence,
rhode
island
for
a
while,
I'm
a
connecticut
native.
I
live
in
connecticut,
but
I'm
also
a
professional
pool
player.
So
I
traveled
to
rhode
island
for
quite
some
time,
and
I
just
I
think,
maybe
because
I
was
so
popular
with
pool
that
it
just
kind
of
took
off
and
I've
been
in
massachusetts
and
rhode
island,
steady
for
about
three
or
four
years
now.
E
E
That's
the
one
that's
color,
where
I
did
the
3d
plexiglas
yeah
and
the
abstract
cubes.
I
worked
a
lot
with
the
owner
on
that
as
well,
so
that
wasn't
necessarily
my
original
design.
It
was
kind
of
both
of
us
together
again
I
like
to
do
that.
Sometimes
you
know
if
someone
says
you
have
card
launch,
that's
one
thing,
but
I
think
that's
that's
good,
because
if,
if
you're
already
interested
in
the
composition
or
the
subject
matter,
then
that's
going
to
already
make
my
job
easier.
E
That's
really
my
goal
to
not
only
show
people
my
process
but
to
invite
children,
adults,
anyone
who's
interested
in
art
that
wants
to
learn.
It
really
is
more
about
that
one
spark
or
that
one
inspiring
moment
for
someone
that
can
change
their
life
kind
of
how
it
happened.
To
me.
A
Okay
and
then
quickly
before,
because
we,
like-
I
told
you-
this-
is
a
short
meeting.
Sorry,
no,
no
you're,
great
you're,
perfect!
I
can't
talk
to
you
for
too
long
because
we
have
other
things
you
have
to
talk
about,
but
you
were
here
in
groton
today
and
tell
me
your
thoughts.
Tell
the
group
your
thoughts
on
the
two
areas
that
you
viewed
today.
E
A
E
E
Right
so
yeah
I
went
there
and
it
seemed
like
it.
You
know
I
could
do
something
that
you
know
you
guys
would
like,
but
as
far
as
the
substrate,
the
one
by
cvs
was
way
better.
It's
in
better
condition
and
there's
no
like
it's
not
t-111.
It's
like,
I
don't
know
cedar
shingles
or
something.
So
I
don't
know
it
just
to
me.
It
seems
like
it's
already
kind
of
prepped
more.
E
It
might
be
in
a
less
a
less
dangerous
area
for
like
graffiti
or
defacing
it
or
I
don't
know
it
just
seemed
like
the
choice
to
me,
but
either
way
can.
B
B
Yeah
the
start,
video
that
one
yeah.
J
Hi,
okay,
yeah,
that's
a
that's
a
problematic
site,
I
agree
with
him
and
it
may
not
even
be
a
site.
We're
gonna
be
able
to
go
forward
with
unless
somebody
here's
got
some
new
information
that
I
don't
have.
J
D
E
Okay,
how
do
you
handle
that?
I
am
a
commercial
and
residential
painter.
I
painted
houses
for
about
15
years
and
then
one
day
I
said
you
know
what
I'm
gonna
paint
pictures
and
I
just
started
painting
portraits
and
then
that's
kind
of
how
I
got
into
what
I'm
doing
now
full
time,
but
I
can
definitely
you
know
if
it's
light
scraping
spot
priming
getting
the
substrate
up
to
par.
E
You
know
it's,
you
know
a
lot
of
times,
it's
not
needed,
but
obviously,
if
it's
a
beautif,
if
this
is
the
beautification
committee-
and
we
want
to
do
a
great
job-
we
want
to
you
know
I'm
not
gonna,
I'm
not
gonna.
Do
it
on
something,
that's
not
ready
or
is
gonna
fail.
D
Okay
and
when
we're
talking
about
interactive,
I
think
we're
sort
of
meaning
like
in
the
picture
itself
like
somebody,
can
come
and
take
a
picture
of
themselves
inside
your
picture.
Almost.
E
Right
cindy
mentioned
wings,
we
could
do
tunnels,
there's
a
there's,
a
bunch.
It's
literally
the
sky
is
the
limit.
Yeah.
G
G
D
I
saw
the
pictures
because
cindy
did
send
out
an
email
earlier
today
with
your
stuff
and
it's,
I
think,
it's
fantastic
and.
D
E
The
design,
the
style,
the
level
of
detail
again
money
is
it's
an
important
question.
It's
always
my
last
question.
So
if
you
guys
can
work
with
me,
I
can
work
with
you.
You
know.
A
J
Not
too
much
if
it's
in
the
kind
of
a
location
where
you
are
driving
yeah,
sometimes
you
can
have
a
fairly
detailed
picture.
If
you're
in
like
a
parking
lot,
people
want
to
stop
there
they're
going
to
be
in
a
building
anyway.
It
all
depends
on
the
location
but
yeah.
If
you're
like
that
place
at
the
bridge
market,
it's
got
to
be
simple.
People
are
just
driving
by
there
for
the
most
part.
Okay,.
E
I
have
not,
I
could
probably
look
it
up
on
my
phone.
Are
they
fairly
recent.
G
B
A
The
other
thing
that
you
mentioned
to
me
that
I
wanted
to
bring
up.
This
was
on
his
own,
he
said.
Well,
you
know
we
have
a
number
of
a
wall.
A
E
Right
yeah
like
not
like
a
branding
but
just
kind
of
like
some
type
of
grand
theme
that
doesn't
necessarily
have
to
be
connected,
but
we
can
use
certain
symbols
or
thing
colors
to
connect
them.
Somehow.
You
know
what
I
mean
like.
Sometimes
even
the
composition
doesn't
have
to
necessarily
have
anything
to
do
with
the
other
one.
Even
just
the
palette
you
use
could
connect
them.
You
know.
B
A
A
I
can't
or
should
we
just
share,
what
do
you.
A
E
Okay,
I'm
easygoing,
whatever
is
better
for
everyone
else.
I
know
gas's
gas
is
getting
up
there.
So
if
you
want
to
do
it,
if
you
prefer
to
do
an
email,
I
could
do
that
we
could
do
it.
We
could
do
a
zoom
meeting
like
this.
A
A
Okay,
well,
I'm
gonna
share
your
email,
then
with
the
committee
and
you
will
be
hearing
from
us.
A
E
H
H
J
And
just
stuck
on
the
groton
in
there.
I
think
it's
yes,
this
one
is
less
template
on
it
and
I
couldn't
get
rid
of
that.
That's
okay,
but
so
you
can
see-
and
I
I
cut
out
a
few
things
so
that
it
wouldn't
be
quite
as
difficult
to
read,
and
I
said
you
copy
yeah.
I
think
I
said
everybody
yeah
yeah
okay,
so
you
need
a
mural
site
agreement
with
the
artist
and
and
with
the
the
owner
of
the
building
they're
fairly
simple
and
really
there's
nothing
that
the
owner
has
to
do.
J
G
I
think
you
know
what
happened
he
just
doesn't
take
calls
if
he
knows
I
had
to
go
through
one
of
his
family
members
to
get
to
him.
Originally
he's
been
very,
very
nice.
He
said
he
was
just
waiting
for
a
meeting
for
when
we
were
going
to
talk
about
what
we
might
like
to
put
there
we'd
like
to
be
part
of
the
meeting
of
course,
so
I
apologize
for
the
fact
that
it's
been
frustrating
for
you,
but
I'm
sure
he
still
wants
to
do
it.
Okay,
so
in
order
to
get
ahead
of.
D
To
john
and
then
john
will
submit
to
the
town
because,
literally
like
I
said,
we
don't
want
the
building
owners
to
be
like
if
they're,
like,
oh,
the
paint's
flaking.
It's
your
responsibility
now
to
come
out
right,
repaint
my
wall
right.
We
want
them
to
understand
that
they're,
basically
donating
that
that
space
to
us
and
they're
responsible
for
their
space,
but
we
also
don't
want
them
painting
over
it
in
a
year.
D
Right
I
mean
that's
what
we
want
it's
very
specific
yeah,
but
very
but
very
simple
right
and
you
know
it's
worked
very
well
down
there
and
they've
got
murals
all
over
town
yeah
right.
Okay,
so
we
just
want
yeah.
Let
let
them
take
a
look
and
I'm
gonna
talk
to
the
champions
about
it
right
so
you've,
retyped.
I
D
A
Two,
but
here.
J
J
F
J
Me
all
these
questions
that
are
essentially
in
the
mural,
so
I
didn't
bring
a
copy
with
me
because
we're
not
at
that
stage
yet,
but
I
was
able
to
answer
all
of
those
questions
that
he
had.
So
all
we
have
to
do
is
figure
out
number
one.
What's
what
the
surface
area
is
going
to
be
how
big
it's
going
to
be?
We
might
have
to
prepare
some
of
that
surface
ourselves,
and
my
suggestion
would
be
on
the
places
that
we've
looked
at
now
I
was
thinking.
Maybe
we
could
use
public
verses.
J
I
think,
for
the
most
part,
the
one
that's
over
by
I'm
just
paraphrasing
I've
got
written
down
here,
the
the
one
that's
over
by
cbs
that
andy
got
yeah,
that's
a
tough
surface.
That
thing
is
cracked,
oh,
is
it
yes,
it
is
yeah,
it's
not
a
good
surface
at
all.
In
fact,
I
asked
the
gal
who's
their
leasing
agent
to
get
a
quote
to
fix
it.
She
said
she
would.
J
That's.
Probably
going
to
be
a
big
deal,
but
while
I
was
doing
that,
I
looked
at
the
cvs
building
and
went
over
and
spoke
to
that
fellow
the
manager
over
there.
His
name
is
alan.
Nice
fella
he's
been
there
quite
a
while,
and
he
liked
the
idea
of
putting
a
mural
on
his
building,
and
he
said
that
their
corporate
people
would
be
really
readily
available
to
discuss
that
and
and
probably
would
go
for
it.
That
surface
was
perfect,
the
one
that
is
facing
the
wall.
J
That
andy
was
talking
about,
that
one
is
fine
and
it's
up
high.
That
would
be
a
beautiful
spot
and
also
in
the
front
where
it
fronts
on
aquatic
road.
It's
almost
fronts
on
that
little.
J
That
would
be
a
good
spot
too.
Okay,
it's
got
trees
in
front,
but
I'm
not
quite
sure
what
we
would
do
about
that,
but
those
are
a
couple
of
so
all
they
want
for
me
is
a
letter
or
us.
I
should
say
you
want
a
letter
of
intent
and
I
would
explain
to
them
what
we
want
to
do
again.
We
have
to
kind
of
figure
out
what
we
a
theme
that
sort
of
thing,
and
let
me
let
me
go
through
the
other
one.
D
D
Well,
I
think,
like
if
you're
looking
at
like
faith
by
mural
or
you're.
G
C
C
D
And
you
look
at
kevin's,
you
look
at
the
type
of
work
they
do
and.
D
D
F
A
Of
black
and
white
kind
of
silhouettes
right.
D
And
so,
but
then
his
last
one
like
the
providence
one
is
very
like
moderate,
great
yeah,
it's
very
like
low
chocorio
yeah.
It's
like
low-key
yeah,
it's
not
as
yes,
vibrance
or
vibrant
and
exciting,
like
what
I
don't
know
how
to
say
it
right
right
and
then
you
can
see
dan
kenyon.
I
mean.
If
you
look
on
his
like
his
facebook
page.
I
mean
I
don't
know
if
you
all
know
dan
kenyon.
You
know
david
right,
like
you've
seen
his
artwork,
it's
a
little
bit
like
yeah.
F
G
D
We
wouldn't
get
so
much
detail
in
it
was
asking
because,
like
I
had
to
do
a
piece
for
me
for
a
baby
shower
and
he
didn't
do
all
the
details.
I
asked
two
days
before
the
shower
and
I
could
do
something
yet
so
we
did
like
very
like
generalization,
it
was
a
bow
and
it
had
the
baby's
name
on
it
and
yeah
very
simple,
I
mean
so
he
can
do
whatever
we
want
him
to
and
then
there's
faith
and
she
does
her
style.
D
J
Usually,
you
start
with
a
specific
site,
and
then
you
figure
out
what
you
want
to
do.
I
mean
when
somebody
wants
to
do
a
mural,
they
want
to
do
a
mural
on
their
swimming
pool
or
their
wall,
or
something
like
that.
We
have
to
have
the
locations
down
you
can
we
can
at
the
same
time
we
can
look
at
people
and
what
they
can
do
kind
of
dovetail
everything,
but
you
got
to
do
it
all
at
once.
You
can't
just
do
that
and
not
work
on
the
locations
and
whether
they're
going
to
fit
okay.
A
Okay,
so
the
problem,
the
thing
is,
is
that
we
have
all
these
different
locations.
Nothing
is
perfect.
I
mean,
I
think,
where
the
bridge
market
is,
is
the
perfect
location,
but
it's
one
of
the
things
kevin
brought
up.
Was
it
that
bright,
blue
color?
How
you
have
to
then
work
with
that
bright,
blue
color?
A
Because
maybe
you
don't
do
the
entire
area,
there's
also
the
other
side
of
the
bridge
market
and
now
people
really
like
cvs
but
you're
saying
that
might
not
be
the
best
you
know
spot
and
but
I
mean
the
the
blank.
I
A
J
D
H
F
D
Retaining
wall
for
the
stock
shop
parking
lot
and
when
you're
coming
off,
and
I
actually
took
a
picture
if
you're
coming
off
the
gold
star
highway
and
you're
going
by
it,
it's
prominently
right
there
and
that
honestly
would
be
one
of
those
great
welcome.
D
Submarine
or
whatever
we
choose
like
to
go
there,
but
that's
like
the
strong
place
for
run.
Okay,
it
is
big
star
is
the
name
of
the
rock
square
property
owner.
Page
city
has
met
with
them,
and
the
agents
usually
switch
every
few
years
and
I
have
a
phone
number.
D
D
H
A
J
A
When
I
talked
with
him
back
in
the
day,
he
really
wanted
it
to
be
about
inclusion
and
the
like
parks
that
they're
kind
of
their
goal,
and
that
kind
of
stuff
which
I
don't.
G
Discontent
that
it
hasn't
begun,
okay
and
it
hasn't
because
they
haven't
even
put
on
right,
yeah,
okay,
so
it
was
just
a
brief
conversation
on
how
was
during
their
their
recreation
meeting,
and
so
I
wanted
to
see
if
the
committee
wanted
me
to
pursue
finding
out
more
about
it.
Are
you.
A
A
A
For
us,
when
before
parks
and
rec
was
going
to
do
it,
but
maybe
it's
another
opportunity,
I
know
what
happened
to
parks
and
rec
extremely
personally.
D
J
Would
if,
if
we
could
get
one
of
the
guys
from
parks
and
right
now,
public
courts
to
go
over
one
of
these
couple
of
these
spots
with
me.
Just
give
me
an
idea
of
what's
going
on.
So
when
I
talk
to
an
artist,
I
can
have
a
little
bit
of
information
about
what
they
can
tell
them,
because
the
except
for
kevin
who's
been
with
us
from
day
one
and
is
willing
to
work
for
three
grand.
J
H
I
don't
know
what
any
of
these
people
look,
what
they've
done.
I've
seen
kevin's
stuff,
that's
all
right!
Why
don't
we
try
to
prioritize
first
of
all,
just
the
locations.
What's
the
first
place,
you'd
like
to
see
a
mural,
doesn't
matter
the
quality
or
what
prep
work
is
needed
or
anything.
Where
do
we
want
and
let's
try
to
prioritize
those
first.
J
D
J
A
G
D
J
For
instance,
the
one
who
did
the
the
building
that
I
asked
everybody
to
go
look
at
at
the
seaport,
including
mark
perry,
who
finally
went
to
look
at
the
look
at
it's
a
beautiful
piece
of
art.
That's
not
going
to
cost
three
grand.
H
H
D
I
A
Got
a
number
of
people
I
I
think
we
should
prioritize
athletes
with
the
one
of
the,
because
everybody
can
see
that
I'm
not
interested
in
the
gold
station
because
nobody's
going
to
see
that
so
but
like
for
our
first
for
early
on
I'd,
rather
see
it
on
like
cbs
or
that
other
wall
across
from
cvs.
But
I
haven't-
I
don't
know,
quality-
that
for
somebody's
going
to
see
it
where
we're
the
town
of
broughton
city
rotten.
I
don't
that's
still
town
right
that
area,
it's
it's
where
it's
noticed
it's
not
tucked
away.
J
G
F
Together
with
grooves
at
least
and
get
this,
these
three
people
to
talking
talk
together
and.
G
G
He
said
you
know
I'd
like
to
see
what
you
want
to
put
there
right.
You
know,
basically,
so
maybe
what
we
could
do
is
if
we
select
who
we
think
we'd
like
to
work
with,
we
came
down
say
to
three
people
and
we
said
to
the
three
of
them:
could
you
give
us
a
sketch
of
what
you
think
might
be
work
well
on
this
wall?
I
A
But
I
feel
like
we've
had
that
out
there
for
months
and
months
and
months
like
we
talked
about
those
five
that
the
five
different
areas
that
we
would
like
them
to
focus
on,
and
so
I
I
don't
know,
do
we
have
to
say
pick
one
okay,
the
legend
lighthouse
and
do
something
with
lightbulbs
and
that
just
to
give
us
an
idea
like
what
it's
gonna.
Well,
I'm
just
telling
you
how
it's
usually
done.
J
Usually
the
way
that
they
do
it,
they
start
with
the
location,
the
mural,
the
guy
who's
running,
the
mural
committee,
gets
together
with
one
two
or
three
artists
and
according
to
what
the
building
owner
wants.
Sometimes
the
building
owner
wants
something
to
do
with
his
business
incorporated
into
the
world,
sometimes
he's
just
a
historical
guy.
He
says
I
want
a
historical
marker,
then
then
they
tell
the
the
the
artist
that
he
comes
back
for
the
rendition
and
they
all
get
together
and
they
do
it.
D
G
G
G
Track,
we
talked
about
historical
thing,
yeah.
C
Yeah,
oh,
I
just
wanted
to
mention
one
thing
about
qr
codes,
the
use
of
qr
codes
and
murals.
So
there's
actually
some
embedded
codes
in
I've
seen
this
in
hartford
and
then
kids
can
come
in
for
their
phone
and
learn
about.
If
it's
a
historical
mural,
they
can
get
a
little
bit
more
info
about
that
era
or
that
topic,
and
so
sometimes
that's
a
good
way
to
sell
it
to,
like
you
know
the
owner
of
a
building.
If
you're
telling
him
it's
going
to
be
an
educational
mural,
it
might
be,
it
might
help.
I
G
I
J
I
D
C
I
A
F
F
D
I
J
F
J
I
H
J
So
I'll
talk
to
kevin,
you
want
me
to
talk
to
the
other
two
artists,
dan
and
the
faith
you're
talking
about.
Yes,.
D
D
A
Yeah,
so
so,
but
if
we
have
but
we've
made
some
we've
narrowed
down
three
people
and
there's
a
list
of
ideas
and
hit
like
yeah,
you
could
do.
I
love
the
one
I
just
sent
out
to
you
guys
that
jamie
did
of
the
ledge
light
with
the
submarine
in
the
front.
It
says
submarine
capital
of
the
world.
I
mean
it
just
was
depending
on
you,
where
you're
going
to
do
it.
I
just
to
me
it's
just
it's
like
that's
not
going
to
offend
anybody.
I
hold,
and
it
was
very
pretty.
It
was.
D
But,
on
the
other
hand,
it's
like,
like
my
sort
of
thoughts
where,
when
you're
just
driving
by
and
you're,
not
gonna,
be
able
to
take
a
picture
with
it.
It
should
be
those
type
of
pictures,
yes,
but
if
you're,
but
if
you're,
if
it's
on
a
business
building
yeah,
I
think
it
should
be
interactive
so
that
you're
drawing
people
to
their
business
and
that
their
sense
of
plate
like
exactly
right
so.
D
A
H
A
They
have
the
depictions
of
what
they
like.
So
I
mean
this
is
like
you
see
these
kind
of
things
everywhere,
but
he
kevin
did
a
really
nice
one
for
providence,
yeah.
A
All
the
busy
than
this,
but
so
kevin
faith
and
dan
should
be
contacted.
They
need
to
have
an.
D
F
We
have
one
location,
they
yeah
blue.
A
D
So,
like
the
cvs
building,
like
you
were
saying
that
that
tan
side,
yes
you're,
only
going
to
see
it
going
one
way,
yep
you're
not
going
to
see
it
coming
yeah,
it's
just
like
cory's.
You
only
see
it
going
one
way,
you're
not
seeing
it
come
the
other
right.
So
that's
what
I
get.
What
you're
saying
I
don't
know
about
cbs.
I
think
it's
going
to
be
take
some
time
to
get
through
a
corporate
situation.
That's
not
going
to
be
a
question.
That's
not!
Tomorrow!
I
will
say
I
know
you're
not
interested.
I
A
D
I
D
J
Yeah
well
right
now,
yeah,
but
I
mean
I
I
envision
this
taking
place
in
the
next
week.
Okay,
awesome,
I
think
they're
gonna
be
able
to
put
something
together.
Yeah
I've
got
these
locations
together,
yeah.
You
know
at
some
point
I
have
to
say
this
is
where
we're
going
to
be
and
what
the
size
of
it
is
you
can't
you
can't
just
get
a
rendition
without
knowing
what
the
size
is
right
right.
D
And
I
was
also
asked
that
somebody
is
working
trying
to
get
a
cement
wall
to
go
down
quack
bridge
on
one
there,
somebody's
working
on
this
with
grants,
a
cement
wall
like
a
stone
wall
that
goes
down,
okay,
because
state-owned
property
right.
Maybe
some
grants
to
do
this,
and
if
that's
the
case
that
person's
like?
Can
you
imagine
if
we
did
the
history
of
front
starting
at
one
side,
we
did
from.
D
A
J
That's
going
on
with
this
with
the
town
and
fitch
middle
over
there
in
that
whole
community
center
thing,
I'm
on
that
committee
yeah
as
an
ex-officio
kind
of
person
yeah,
because
they
don't
have
any
other
artists,
but
they
really
don't
know.
J
A
Also
mark,
when
he
told
me
he
was
working
with
a
group
in
colorado
and
I
thought
colorado
you
really
I
I
would
think
it
would
be
nice
to
do
something.
You're
talking
big
bucks
for
that
kind
of
a
building.
What
they
want
to
do,
yeah
all
right.
Well,
listen!
I
must
leave
so
is
it?
Would
anybody
I'm
sorry
to
be
abrupt?
Would
anybody
like
to
make
a
move
to
adjourn?
I
just
have
a
few
questions.
A
A
H
D
What
you
don't
sell
I'll
plant
up
by
the
submarine
sign
up
on
the
hill
by
the
highway.
A
Okay
thousand
six
thousand
yeah,
okay,
also
before
we
close
our
next
meeting,
our
regular
meeting
is
the
13th
of
june
at
5
30.
Would
you
like
to
meet
here
again
at
the
time?
A
A
A
C
I
A
Have
been
doing
that
in
downtown
mystic
two
days
ago,
and
then
we've
got
a
lot
of
work
out
here
to
do
right
and
also
like
there
are
a
number
of
people
who
have
come
and
done
things
in
certain
neighborhoods
too,
but
that's
a
lot
of
kind
of
I'll
talk
to
you
after
the
meeting.
Okay,
okay,
yeah
that'd
be
great
yeah.
Yes,
we.
I
A
Okay,
636.,
all
right,
it's
been
moved
and
seconded
whatever
you
go
through
any
is
all
in
favor.
I
would
say:
okay.
