A
We
will
call
the
meeting
to
order,
and
so
when
I
I'm,
assuming
that
I
write
down
everybody
who's
here,
even
who's
on
yeah,
where
did
where
did
Andrew
go
while
I
was
coming?
This.
C
B
A
I
did
want
to
connect
you
guys.
All
of
you
did
not
make
it.
We
have
lots
of
delicious
snacks
here,
just
saying
oh
great,
oh
great
yeah,
so
we're
going
to
be
passing
food
around
so
hopefully
lots
of
people
will
want
to
talk.
All
you
panelists
will
want
to
talk
all
right,
I'll
be
meeting
to
order,
Andrew,
I'm,
sorry,
I'm,
just
I'm
just
doing
the
roll
call
here.
A
I'm
really
sorry
has
anybody
heard
or
seen
anything
from
Leanne
recently,
because
I
have
not
heard
from
her
at
all
I'll
talk
to
her
a
little
while
ago.
You
know
she's
recuperating
from
fall
right
if
she
feel
like
last
time,
I
talked
to
her
right
after
it
happened.
She
sounded
really
great,
but
I
have
thought
she
might
have
been
finished.
I
think
she's
still
hurting.
A
All
right,
yeah.
A
Oh
Dana,
nice.
She
only
has
I
think
for
a
short
time.
All
right.
Would
anybody
like
to
move
to
approve
the
minutes
of
October
17th,
or
do
we
have
a
second?
Is
there
a
reason
that
I
can't
open
that
attachments
when
I
open
it
and
it
just
gibberish?
A
B
A
Okay,
all
right,
fine,
okay,
all
right
do
I
have
a
second
for
the
approval
of
the
minute.
B
A
B
B
A
First
thing
on
the
agenda
is
Communications:
does
anybody
have
anything
they
want?
Well,
I'm
gonna
go
first,
okay,
and
then
maybe
that
will
will
start
things
out.
I
I
sent
out
just.
A
I
think
a
communication
I
got
from
Tabitha
originally,
but
it
came
originally
from
Wendy
Berry
about
the
million
dollar,
that's
available
for
different
types
of
art
and
collaborative
fix
where
different
places,
collaborate
get
something
done
and
and
I
also
immediately
sent
it
first
to
Bruce,
of
course,
and
but
I
then
luckily,
Aleen
had
the
the
whole
message
that
I
seem
to
have
walked,
had
blocked
so
I
sent
it
all
out
to
you
just
to
let
you
know
that
that
Grant
is
out
there.
It's
just
looking
for
yeah.
A
The
the
thing
that
I
get
a
little
bit
excited
about
is
that
we
have
to
have
a
project
in
order
to
write
a
grant.
You
don't
just
write
the
grant
for
you
get
money.
You
have
to
have
a
project
yeah
if
we
had
a
project
that
needed
a
lot
of
money.
D
A
Competitive
yeah
yeah
well
with
the
name
Bloomberg
yeah,
but
I
really
thought
it
was
great
to
at
least
put
it
out
there.
So
we
know
things
are
out
there.
If
there
ever
was
a
project
that
came
acrossler
does
that
we
could
developed
there
is
there
are
money
out
there,
maybe
not
that
that
one's
probably
very,
like
you
said,
very
competitive,
but
still
you
know
we're
going
to
tell
the
other
ones
yeah
exactly
it's
an
example
of
a
large
brand,
there's,
probably
other
smaller
Brands
available.
A
A
So
as
a
wonderful
example
right,
because
we
can
think
big
yeah.
B
A
B
B
In
this,
but
I
thought
please
a
proposal
program,
application,
2014
or
15.
from
different
towns
around
and
but
not
funded,
but
there
was
an
application.
I,
don't
know
what
was
in
there
no
longer
know
it.
A
A
She
sends
a
context
to
Cindy
to
meet
with
the
people,
who
are
the
president,
get
them
and
was
it
just
the
content
I
think
it
was
like
the
person
saying
who
they
were
and
I
don't
know,
I
didn't
get
a
copy
of
it,
but
and
how
they
operate
and
what
they
do
and
how
they
do
their.
They
do.
A
lot
of
Planters.
D
A
Something
it
was
very,
it's
been
long
established
part
of
this.
They
get
from
the
city,
some
of
the
best
from.
A
Stuff,
that's
done
now
so
I,
don't
know
where
they
got
the
money
to
make
to
get
the
big
gigantic.
They
look
like
you
know,
Christmas
tree
balls.
A
Brand
thing
for
people
to
come
there
and
Disposal
take
a
picture.
Take
the
pictures
you
can
hang
in
London
they
do
they
do
they
do
on
their
water.
Sign
right,
I've
seen
that
the
that
is
near
the
it's
a
really
another,
really
cute
little
culture.
That's
there!
A
A
B
A
Hello,
Betsy
yeah,
you
have
met
which
I
think
is
so
nice,
it's
so
easy
and
low
funding
and.
A
Aware
that
there's
a
committee-
yes,
so
that
I
need
to
yes
look,
there
were
a
lot
of
things
that
they
I
mean.
Obviously
I,
don't
know
how
long
it's
been
established,
but
to
build
on
your
point
about
having
that,
for
example,
this
season,
there's
the
red
ornament
installation
at
the
parade
and
people
can
take
photos
in
front
of
it.
It's
well
lit.
B
A
Very
bold,
it's
in
front
of
your
face.
If
you
drive
down
Bank
Street,
you
can't
miss
it,
and
so
New
London
has
that
Jonathan
has
their
lobster
treats
Westerly
has
a
star,
walk
and
I'm,
not
sure
we
have
anything.
That's
instagramable
or
you
know
you
take
a
picture
like
here.
I
am
in
Groton.
It's
interesting
when
you
like.
B
A
A
A
Facebook
page,
if
you
can
look
at
it,
the
London
beautification
and
see
that
see
who
it
is
and
they
publicize
who
helped
them.
You
know
somebody
somebody
clearly
on
their
committee
is
taking
care
of
us.
Can
we
try
to
arrange
him
get
together
after
the
new
year
and
just
yeah
I
would
go
back
and
look
on
my
because
you
did
send
me
a
contact
and
and
Bernie
that
got
a
lot
of
information
from
this
individual
right.
F
Yeah,
a
Tabitha
I
I
was
a
little
confused
you're
looking
for
artists
to
do
to
create,
like
some
big
thing
for
Groton,
is
that
what
the
call
out
is
for
or.
A
No,
no,
not
at
all
well
I
mean
so
there
was
a
Bloomberg
grant
that
was
sent
around
and
I'm,
not
sure
it
came
from
me.
A
A
B
A
There's
a
brand
opportunity
in
that
opportunity
in
somewhat
of
a
reach,
I
would
say
it's.
A
Probably,
whose
significance
to
all
sorts
of
communities
can
be
artistic
and
be
a
piece
of
art.
F
Okay,
so
something
like
what
the
at
the
ocean
community
did
in
Stonington
with
all
the
stars
and
some
something
like
that
would
fall
under
under
something
like
this
for
a
grant.
Yep.
A
Oh
Dynamics,
Dynamic
works
of
art
across
all
disciplines
will
be
considered.
An
exposed
projects
will
be
evaluated
on
their
ability
to
generate
public-private
collaboration,
celebrate
creativity
and
urban
identity
and
strengthen
local
economy,
encourage
Mayors
to
partner
with
artists,
elevating
the
value
of
including
the
creative
section
When
developing
Solutions
Solutions
to
significant
Urban
problems
so
kind
of
like
our
nips
thing,.
A
A
A
I
also
under
Communications
I
spoke
with
Bruce
black
who's,
the
president
of
the
Mystic
behaviors
yeah,
but
it's
the
greater
Mystic
Chamber
of
Commerce
yeah
it
it.
It
encompasses,
Groton,
Mystic
and
Stonington.
So.
A
He,
the
Chelsea
Groton
Bank,
have
donated
some
funds
to
them
and
he
is
I
had
asked
him
about
getting
some
funds
from
the
Mystic
chamber,
because
people
keep
thinking
that
the
chamber
and
the
retail
people
are.
The
retail
owners
are
all
worked
together,
but
he
actually
said:
there's
a
lot
going
on
to
bring
people
in
to
off
to
offer
things
to
to
both
people
who
live
there
and
people.
A
From
out
of
town
and
there's
a
certain
amount
of
buy-in
from
retailers,
but
a
lot
of
it
is
other
things
besides
that,
so
they
have
a
pretty
good
relationship
with
Chelsea
Broad
and
big
and
I
have
gone
to
talk
to
him
about
some.
A
In
front
of
make
Square
books
and
also
trying
to
access
water,
because
Leanne
made
a
good
point,
you
know
rotten,
you
know
comes
with
a
large
amount
of
land,
it's
not
domestic,
but
we
need
some
more
planting
in
that
in
that
area.
So
he
might.
He
is,
would
like
to
help
us
with
that.
A
I
have
a
tentative
of
landscape
design,
I
just
you
just
have
to
dot
the
eyes
and
across
the
t's,
and
if
once
I
get
him
a
plan,
he
may
be
able
to
help
funds
a
little
bit
and
is
you
know
specifically
sent
to
me.
They
are
willing
the
the
it
is,
the
greater
Mystic
chamber.
They
are
willing
to
work
with
anybody
who
needs
help
with
something
who
have
an
idea
that
they
need
that
they
want
to
explore.
A
B
A
But
they
certainly
have
a
lot
of
ideas
and
other
support,
and
you
know
making
supporters
in
other
ways.
So
I
got.
That
was
a
really
nice
meeting.
A
All
right,
I'm,
just
going
to
go
on
to
Treasures
import
now
all
I'm
doing
is
I,
have
what
the
the
amount
that
we
have
and
then
I'm
taking
I'm
removing
I'm
subtracting,
rather
the
amounts
that
have
been
paid
out
but
I.
So
last
not
last
month,
because
we
didn't
we
didn't
meet.
So
in
our
October
meeting
we
had
6
300
86.57.
A
A
So
so,
and
that
area
that
was
wonderful
about
all
here,
so
we
now
have
a
balance
of
6281.84
that
does
not
include
nips
money.
Net
money
is
camera.
Okay,
anybody
have
any
questions
on
the
treasury
report.
A
A
Yes,
yes,
because
yes
I
heard
that,
because
I
talked
with
Lisa
and
she
said
oh
Nancy
was
in
today
with
a
big
check.
Well,.
A
Big
check
was
I
wish.
Okay,
so
so
we
made
a
positive,
well
I,
haven't
checked
for
1650
1650,
okay
and
which
leaves
450
in
the
process.
You
know
to
see
both
cost
twelve
hundred
dollars.
C
A
The
both
right,
but
that
came
out
of
our
budget
last
year,
okay,
so
we
that
should
we've
already
paid
for
them:
okay,
great,
okay,
yeah,
but
okay,
I
see
what
you're
saying,
though,
so
we
followed
this
book,
1,
650,
okay,
all
right
so
and
tell
me
the
cost
again.
Just
so
we
know
in
the
future,
it
all
costs
twelve
hundred
dollars,
okay,
okay
yeah.
So
that
was
a
lot
of
work
for
not
a
tremendous
and
I
do
have
210
here
in
cash.
B
A
You
and
I
want
to
thank
everybody
for
selling
books
for
everybody
who
took
bulbs.
Thank
you,
Andrew
also,
and
Bernadette
and
Kathy
and.
A
Also
for
taking
them,
you
came
to
a
meeting
and
took
both
as
they
do.
So,
that's
wonderful,
yeah!
We
need
to
report
where
we
planted
them.
I
love
that
or
take
pictures
we'll
help
you
take
pictures
in
the
fall
and
then
you
have
to.
Where
did
you
we
put
them
outside
of
the
fence
by
the
beach
right
right,
I.
B
B
B
A
B
B
A
A
Okay,
awesome
yeah,
hopefully
they'll
be
done
before
the
games.
They
planted
some,
my
husband
and
Jim
and
I.
We
planted
I
think
it's
three
dozen
at
the
Groton
signs,
but
at
117
in
route
1..
A
So
we
when
we
had
it,
we
had
to
take
out
one
Arborvitae
that
had
passed.
B
B
A
At
that
time,
I
I
thought
it
was
going
to
be
really
hard
to
move
that
Arborvitae,
so
Jim
came
and
it
turned
out.
It
wasn't
nearly
as
hard
as
we
thought,
but
we
he
planted
both
in
the
meantime,
so
that
that
should
be
really
nice
that
that
area
there
should
look
great
many.
The
upper
body
was
dead.
Are
we
writing
with
them,
so
it
was
replaced
at
no
charge
by
well.
We
replaced
it.
I
just
had
took
a
picture
of
it
and
then
pulled
it.
A
Just
credited
with
another
one
so
and
I
believe
Missy
reached
out
to
the
town
and
had
the
dead
tree
removed
at
the
top
of
Fort
Hill,
perhaps
yeah
you're,
muted,
but
you're,
muted,.
D
C
Looks
better
I
think
it's
just
gone
so
you're
not
really
missing
it,
but
it's
missing
because
there
was
this
dead
tree
there.
We
could
see
the
sign
hanging
off
of
it
dangling.
So
it's
better
now
yeah
that.
A
A
All
right,
so
is
that
I
kind
of
interrupted
you
are.
Is
that
your
wrap
up?
Do
you
have
anything
else,
you'd
like
to
say
about
it?
No.
A
I
would
hopefully
we'll
do
it
again,
I'm
just
happy
everything
was
planted.
We
made
a
little
bit
of
money,
no
votes
gone
away,
yeah
exactly
yeah.
A
B
A
And
Jim
also
plans
to
come
somewhere
else
and
I
mean
we
can
think
of
other
fundraising
for
the
spring
as
well.
Yeah,
perhaps.
E
B
B
I'm
gonna
give
some
to
the
gardening
group.
A
So
they
did
finish
the
Garden
in
front
of
the
libraries
I
believe
they
may
have
planted
some
there
too.
Thank
you
for
reminding
me
that
I
forgot
about
that.
A
A
Can
you
upgrade
the
videos
at
all
or
not
I,
don't
I,
don't
know
here's
the
black
hood.
You
have
a
little
glider
like
a
little
thing
over
your
lens
Maybe.
A
B
B
A
E
How
are
you
doing
back
in
for
surgery
again
tomorrow?
Oh.
E
B
A
And
and
I'm,
assuming
that
you
never
lost
your
ability
to
see.
B
B
A
B
A
Call
then
they
they
can
give
me
they
can
a
running
account
yeah
yeah
yeah.
So
then
what
that.
B
A
B
A
D
B
A
Just
them
keeping
track
of
it
I'm
sure
more
than
important
job,
but
that
should
be
what
the
deposit
and
then
we'll
have
even
more
money
to
credit.
All
right
so
I
have
on
here.
Nick
I
know
that
Jim
told
me
that
he
was
going
to
be
meeting
I
believe
with
Joe
De
La
Cruz
tomorrow
to
talk
about
working
on
the
fish
sculpture.
A
That's
all
I
know
is
it.
The
13th
is
their
date
to
get
together
who's
getting
together.
So
there's
did
you
ever
meet
Jim
Salmon
s-a-m-m-o-n-s
he
was
coming
this
summer.
He's
has
helped
a
lot
with
a
lot
of
different
projects
and
he
was
there.
A
He
met
your
friend
who
was
there
when
we
did
the
police
department
he's
done
a
lot
of
work
at
the
top
of
so
he's
been
a
lot
of
stuff
and
he's
a
engineer,
and
so
he
volunteered
to
work
with
Joe
De
La
Cruz,
who
has
volunteered
to
put
together
some
type
of
sculpture
using
the
money
from
the
nips,
the
nip
money.
A
You
know
from
the
little
bottle
yeah
that
we're
receiving
some
type
of
fish
sculpture
that
would
collect
I,
don't
know
if
it
was
going
to
be
recyclables
or
plastic
or
all
types
of
trash.
But
that's
what
they're
working
on
right
now
we.
B
A
Even
have
a
preliminary
amount
yet
like
how
much
it
would
cost
so
anyways
Jim
volunteered
and
he's
in
I
put
him
in
touch
with
with
Joe
and
they're,
hopefully
going
to
start
working
on.
A
No,
that
that
would
work,
but
no
sorry
there,
it's
not
actual
salmon
and
salmon
okay,
but
the
one
thing
I
wanted
to
bring
up
was
so
I
have
I've
met
a
young
woman
who
is
from
Uconn
and
she's
got
a
degree
in
Environmental,
Studies
and
I've
been
talking
with
her
about
some
of
the
things
we've
been
working
on
and
she
wondered
about
the
possibility
of
having
a
what
is
it
called
when
you
like
you're
at
the
airport,
and
you
can
put
your
bottle
in
there.
A
It's
a
self-filling
bottle
water
bottle
some
bottle,
Filling
Station,
yes,
and
would
that
not
be
a
something
good
to
propose
and.
B
A
To
refill
your
water
bottle,
for
you
don't
have
to.
D
A
Disposable
box
at
Park
type
places
yeah.
She
she
suggested
originally
missed
it,
because
I
think
they've
been
looking
into
it,
but
I'm
not
sure
I
haven't
reached
out
to
Greg
Hanover
yet,
but
I
will
kind
of
like
the
car
charging
period
yeah
well,
but
but
anywhere.
Where
there's
you
know,
where
else
could
we
any
place
that
we
picked
where
they
were
there
and
there
needs
to
be
a
good
number
of
people
there?
Obviously.
F
Golf
Course
would
be
a
good
one.
Probably
that's
what
we
do
down
here.
They
just
got
rid
of
all
the
the
cup
said
they
used
to
give
out
and
they
just
have
the
water
stations
for
people
to
fill
up
their.
You
know
their.
What
do
you
call
them?
The
water.
A
Good
night
probably
already
have
them
yeah.
B
A
Schools
might
be
a
good
resource
for
where
Defenders
who
sell
them-
yeah-
that's,
probably
Greg
Hanover
who's,
director
of
Public
Works
would
be
able
to
direct
me
or
you
know
before
he
sometimes
will
gather
information
for
me,
yeah
you're,
probably
right.
We
don't
want
to
read
in
this
wheel,
but.
A
A
A
B
E
A
B
A
Well,
anyways
I
just
thought
it
was
really
nice
to
think
about
other
ideas
that
are
maybe
haven't
been
done
mostly
before
you
know,
I'm
concerned
about
giving
a
business
a
bunch
of
stuff,
because
it's
just
more
stuff,
we
kind
of
decreasing
amount
of
stuff
to
bring
it
on
anyway,
mainly
exactly
yeah,
mainly
plastic,
but
really
any
kind
of
ways,
and
also
you
know
if
you
go
on
there,
if
you,
if
anybody
who's
interested,
who
wants
to
look
into
some
of
these
nips
projects,
you
know
in
Bridgeport,
they're
Focus
was
on
sustainability
and
green
programs
to
address
impact
of
climate
change.
A
A
To
earn
that
yeah
yeah,
so
you
know
we
obviously
want
to
keep
the
road
signs
and
waterways
public
spaces.
Glitter
free
we've
been
talking
about
that,
but
other
than
you
know
getting
people
to
clean
up
litter,
I,
don't
I
think
we
want
to
get
above
and
beyond
that
I
think
and
it
could
be
public.
You
know
some
type
of
media
with
making
public
aware.
B
B
A
They've
been
a
great
video,
clean
waterways,
a
great
video
on
YouTube
Sean
Greenlee,
our
video
Guru
for
the
town.
B
A
And
his
staff
wouldn't
work
on
it:
clean
waterways,
it's
on
YouTube,
it's
on
YouTube
they've
done
two
episodes,
the
police
with
dogs,
yeah
we've
done
some
kids
in
apartment
and
we
could
do
I.
Think
Sean
would
be
very
open
to
about
like
a
creative,
oh.
A
A
B
A
A
B
A
Know
local
star.
B
A
A
Is
besides
the
ball
with
the
five
percent
we
didn't
put
a
difficult
access,
then
we
won't
get
that
money
anymore.
I
thought
it
was
just
for
one.
B
B
A
A
A
A
B
A
Collecting
those
five
cents
that
might
be
in
them,
wow,
wouldn't
that
be
interesting.
I
haven't
even
thought
about
that,
because
I
hadn't
I
hadn't
realized
that
really
that
we
could
make
it
a
a
place
to
put
your
net
because
it
at
the
Town
level,
it's
very
hard
to
recycle.
When
we
get
all
that
makeup
done,
as
is
your
adjustment,
s.
Are
you
people
who
don't
get
held
the
snacks?
Sorry,
so
that
is
interesting.
I
hadn't
realized
that
so
yeah.
A
That
would
make
it
much
better
if
we
did
have
some
kind
of
sculpture
that
collected
that
was
kind
of
the
atuple
type.
Okay.
So
to
use
the
money
to
make
the
culture,
but
then
encourage
people
to
like
you
said
even
either
throw
them
in
there
or
collect
them
like
like
people
instead
of
me,
standing
in
line
at
Big
Y
just
put
my
stuff
in
the
talk
box.
A
A
Just
you
see
them
everywhere.
If
if
there
was
a
fight
deposit
on
it,
you
could
then
communicate
that
virginity
so
to
talk
to
the
the
caging
needs
to
be
small
enough
to
hold
nits
yeah
wow,
okay,
like
a
chicken
wire
kind
of
even
chicken
wire.
Now
that's
a
little
bit
too
yeah
I
think
they
were
going
to
try
to
put.
B
A
A
A
F
All
the
time
around
Marsh
Road
in
no
egg
and
on
Route
215
on
South
Elm,
Street,
noag,
there's
loads
of
them
pick
them
up
all
the
time.
But
they're
not
redeemable
I
mean
I,
just
bring
them
home
and
throw
them
in
the
recyclable.
B
F
What
I
was
trying
to
find
out
I
mean
I,
mean
I,
don't
see
that
they
said
what
they'll
have
to
do
is
start
having
the
managers.
Will
it's
actually
talks
about
John
Burton
everything
here
just
for
our
town,
but
it
sounds
like
the
problem
is
that
the
places
are
going
to
have
now
have
to
be
able
to
accept
them.
You
know
to
feed
them
in
to
get
the
money
back,
that's
a
big
issue,
so
they
were
talking
about
bringing
them
to
a
a
dime
for
each
nip,
but.
B
F
A
B
F
A
F
A
B
A
A
B
D
I'm,
sorry
Dana:
what
did
you
say?
I
said
you
could
make
art
out
of
anything.
You
know
you
just
have
to
write
artists
and
they're
all
using
recyclable
materials
these
days.
So
it's.
B
D
B
A
A
That
so,
if
a
one-time
exemption
to
allow
retailers
so
also
started
the
funnels
at
the
end
of
the.
A
That
would
be
good
till
the
end
of
this
year.
So
I
don't
know,
but
if
you
said
that
is
coming,
they're
gonna
continue.
A
A
F
I,
don't
know
a
lot
of
them,
as
I
said
before.
A
lot
of
them
are
from
a
lot
of
the
workers
that
work
down
in
you
know
over
on
Fishers
Island
that
catch
the
shuttle.
F
A
Okay,
yeah
all
right,
okay,
well
looks
like
we've
got
some
good
information
to
work
on
here.
Let's
keep
the
brainstorming
about
how
we're
gonna
get
the
trash
out
out
of
our
out
of
our
town.
You
know
and
encourage
people
to
not
throw
them
out
there.
B
A
F
C
A
A
E
Hello,
hello,
listen
some
time
back.
We
talked
about
talking
to
Public
Works
and
the
police
chief
to
get
them
to
put
up
signs
about
the
fines
for
throwing
out
the
rubbish,
and
we
never
followed
through
on
that
and
I
thought.
It
was
an
excellent
idea.
E
It
wasn't
mine,
but
it
was
still
a
good
idea,
but
I
I
think
it
would
be
a
good
idea
if
we
pursued
that,
because
people
just
don't
think
about
the
fact
that
they
can
get
fined
for
tossing
it
out
the
window
right
and
any
citizen
can
say,
call
and
give
a
license
plate
and
say
you
know:
I
just
saw
these
people
throw
out
a
bag
of
rubbish
and
is
the
license
plate
and
so
I
think.
E
Maybe
if
we
could
have
a
meeting
where
we
invited
the
police
chief
and
Public
Works
director,
we
might
be
able
to
get
something
going.
A
E
C
I
agree:
I
initially
had
suggested
that,
and
it
was
you
know
we
kind
of
talked
about
it
like,
as
if
the
police
have
no
time
and
no
interest
in
pursuing
that,
but
I
think
signs
alone
would
be
a
deterrent.
If
we
had
no
littering
signs
with
a
fine
I,
don't
know
some
reasonable
amount
like
fifty
dollars
or
a
hundred
dollars.
I,
don't
know
what
the
amount
would
be,
but
it
I.
Certainly
it's
worth
pursuing
once
again.
C
E
Think
it
is,
there's
actually
a
law
in
place
and
it
tells
you
what
the
fines
going
to
be.
So
you
could
put
the
fine
on
the
sign
or
somehow
but
Public
Works
has
the
ability
to
make
the
signs,
and
if
we
got
the
police
department
and
Public
Works
working
with
us,
I
think
we
could
accomplish
it,
and
there
are
certain
areas
where
people
are
very
prone
to
throwing
things.
B
E
F
F
Authority
local
traffic,
Authority
Yep
they're
responsible
for
all
the
signs,
they're
responsible
for
working
with
the
state
of
Connecticut,
for
you
name,
it
sidewalk
speed
limits
and
they
put
up
signs
in
Mystic
for
no
parking
that
type
of
stuff,
but
that
usually
all
goes
through.
The
local
traffic
Authority.
B
F
Genie
veloski
is,
you
might
want
to
start
with
her.
That's
Chief,
pasaro's
assistant,
great
she's,
wonderful!
If
you
want
to
send
an
email
to
her
or
something
to
start,
how
do
we
get
this
started.
A
Well,
we
there
was
something
brought
up
and
I
did
think
of
this
too,
like
what
about
fine
pollution
like
when,
when
we
were
planting
at
Par,
Four
they're
in
a
very
small
area,
there's
got
to
be
what
10
fine,
eight
fine,
oh
yeah!
You
know.
B
B
A
E
Know
I'm
not
sure
who
Sharon
is
so
I
I
can't
say,
but
she
seems
to
be
pretty
Savvy
but
I'm
I'm
more
than
willing
to
talk
to
John
Byrd
about
it
and
see
what?
If,
if,
if
he
has
any
enthusiasm,
then
we
could
go
forward
but
I
I,
don't
think
I
I,
don't
think
they
would
oppose
it
and
I
understand
what
you're
saying
about
signs.
But
this
is
a
sign.
That's
going
to
do
some
good.
You
know
I
think.
E
A
Whatever
I
can
do
to
help
okay,
so
maybe
we
could.
What
we
could
start
with
is
is
designating
like
five
really
intense
areas
where
these
are
being
disposed
of,
like
in
the
parking
lot
and
down
along,
but
hidden,
right
and
I.
Think
down
along
that
Creek
there
it's
about
near
the
800.
What
the
board
was.
B
B
E
A
Yeah
there
was
New
Jersey
just
got.
They
got
in
trouble
for
making
their
signs
too
funny.
So
I
love
it,
though
yeah.
A
A
Think
something
catchy
or
you
know
I
wish
you
could
say
I
won't
say
a
bad
word,
but
don't
be
you
know
some
snap
saying
it
then,
but
but
that's
not
nice,
so
you
know
instead
like
making
it
positive,
would
be
nice
Rachel.
F
I
mentioned
something
about
having
like
a
a
eye-catching
sign
for
it,
I
think
at
the
last
meeting.
Didn't
she
something
about
make
it
like,
so
somebody
looks
at
it
and
they
automate
it
like
a
I,
don't
want
to
say,
gimmick,
but
something
that
makes
them
really.
It
really
stand
out
than
just
another
sign.
B
A
A
A
The
other
problem
I
see
here
is
we.
This
is
what
happens
all
the
time
we
talk
about.
We
should
do
this.
We
should
do
that,
but
I.
A
A
Okay,
all
right
all
right!
Well,
Bill!
You
want
to
talk
to
either
you
you
want
to
talk
specifically
to
John.
E
Well,
you
know
if
you
got
the
manager
behind
you
to
begin.
It
goes
a
lot
smoother
and
then
he
can
bring
it
up
at
one
of
his
meetings
or
he
might
invite
us
into
one
of
their
staff
meetings
to
talk
about
what
we'd
like
to
do
in
conjunction
with
them
and
and
we
could
probably
get
it
going
that
way
the
first
of
the
year
and
maybe
have
something
together
by
Spring
to
put
them.
A
B
A
I
think
that's
the
nice
way
to
land
when,
after
talking
to
John
Burke,
he
would
maybe
get
together
with
Keith
Hedrick,
who
would
also
bring
the
city
into
this
thing
path
so
that
the
city
and
the
town
are
doing
the
same
thing.
At
the.
E
A
Yeah
all
right,
awesome,
River
to
River
I,
that's
a
nice!
That's
a
nice
thing,
River
to
River
I
with
like
to
keep
these
meetings
to
closer
to
an
hour.
So
I
would
thank
you
all
for
your
excellent
pieces
ideas,
but
I
would
like
to
go
on
to
our
2023
meeting
schedule.
If
we're
all
set
with
the
nip
yep,
I
I
had
I
had
Lisa
a
text
originally
and
then
I
I
had
an
error.
A
So
she
resent
it
out
any
of
you
who
printed
one
out
or
or
have
it
on
it's.
A
B
B
A
Corrected
copy
I
got
that
okay,
all
right
and.
A
Anybody
have
any
comments
about
that
meeting.
Schedule
I
think
we'll
probably
meet
here.
Most
of
the
time,
the
larger
room
is
going
to
be
used
for
I,
believe
economics,
development
how's
the
meeting
at
the
same
time,
maybe
I
I.
We.
B
A
A
It
is
winter
time
I've
made
this
kind
of
a
shorter
and
she
ended
up
just
thinking
that
I
kind
of
need
to
hibernate
and
then
we'll
come
out
of
fighting
into
the
spring.
Well,
we're
still
going
to
have
a
we're
not
going
to
have
a
January
meeting.
We
decided,
but
we
will
have
a
February
meeting
and
we'll
continue
to
do
them.
Hybrid,
like
this.
E
I'd
I'd
like
to
ask
one
another
question:
if
I
can
and
I
apologize
for
interrupting
so
often
but
I
read
the
notice
that
was
sent
out
today
about
the
the
grant
that
was
available
for
the
time
type
of
things
that
we're
doing
and
I
didn't
know.
If
anybody
else
had
read
it
yeah
but
I.
We
talked
a
couple
years
ago
about
pursuing
that
and
we
weren't
really
in
a
position
to
do
the
work.
E
E
A
Trying
to
get
it
and
we're
so
glad
that
you're
here,
but
we
talked
about
it
a
little
bit
and
one
thing
that
came
up
is
in
order
for
us
to
apply
for
a
grant.
We
really
need
to
have
a
big
project
that
we
need
the
money
for
so.
B
A
Haven't
really
identified
a
specific
project:
this
is
an
artsy
thing.
It's
not
just
a
cleanup
thing
or
a
tree
planting
thing:
it's
a
collaborative
yeah
temporary
so
like
like
the
Lobster
Pot
in
Stonington
would
prob,
although
this
needs
to
be
with
what
is
what
the
significant
addressing
significant
Urban
problems.
A
So
it's
a
collaborative
work,
that's
temporary
and
addresses
significant
Urban
problems,
so
the
first
thing
would
be
to
decide
on
a
project
that
we
can
work
on
collaboratively
with
with
another
challenge.
At
least
one
other
challenge
is.
E
A
Two
months,
this
is
tomorrow,
yeah
right
right,
but
it
was
more
kind
of
in
my
my
the
way
I
looked
at.
It
was
as
in
to
as
an
idea
that
these
Brands
were
out
there.
Tabitha
was
saying
this
is
a
very
what
am
I
trying
to
say
competitive
Grant
and
therefore
you
really
have
to
have
all
your
ducks
in
a
row.
So
this
is
probably
something
that
people
have
been
working
on
for
quite
a
while.
So.
E
B
A
Out
there
that
if
we
did
develop
a
plan
for
something
very
specific
okay,
sometimes
I
was
thinking
Leanne
today
about
I
was
about
you
know.
You
had
talked
quite
a
while
ago
about
doing
something
for
downtown
rotten,
and
that
seems
like
kind
of
a
big,
Grant
kind
of
a
thing.
You
know
what
I
mean
like,
like,
maybe
a
streetscape,
and
you
know
when
you
go
into
a
town
and
you
can
kind
of
see
the
streetscape
that
somebody's
really
thought
about
it.
Missy
has
sent
me
some
pictures,
I
think
it
was
Glastonbury.
A
Was
it
missing
where,
where
she
you
know,
with
the
the
really
attractive
islands
and
it
talked
about
traffic
flow
and
attractive
lighting
and
I
mean
it's
like
a
whole.
B
B
A
Jump
in
because
my
past
life
I
was
the
director
of
city
planning
for
the
adventures
and
we
had
big
Urban
problems
and
we
had
a
big
public
works
department
and.
B
E
E
Was
the
project
I
mean
I
mean
to
me:
what
did
that
really
do
for
our
area
for
one
no
for
a
period
of
time
it
was
very
popular,
they
did
an
auction,
they
you
know
to
sell
them
and
they
had
all
things
developed
around
it.
I
think
we
could
probably
come
up
with
something
pretty
good
too,
but
maybe
what
we
could
do
is
find
out.
E
How
often
they
do
it
put
it
out
and
work
on
being
prepared
for
the
next
one,
if
there's
something
coming
up
say
in
a
year,
but
keep
it
on
our
schedule
to
move
forward
so
that
we
could
do
a
presentation,
and
we
could
also
the
girl
that
did
that
up
at
the
votech
she
used
to
come
to
our
meetings
and
I.
Think
if
we
were
going
to
do
something
like
that,
we
could
probably
get
her
assistance.
A
A
E
A
B
A
B
A
In
clean
waterways,
but
you
think
it
would
sometimes
come
up
like
or
would
it
maybe
you
put
in
the
word
rotten
if
it
doesn't
come.
B
B
A
So
that
would
be
yeah
I
think
that's
that's
lovely
and.
A
With
the
show
and
I'm
you
know
and
I
the
the
River
to
River
I
love
I
got
immediately,
and
should
we
reconnect
with
Wendy
Berry
on
anything
clean
water,
wave
rottens,
the
plain
Waterway
water
is
well,
you
know,
Wendy
is
extremely
knowledgeable,
but
you
remember
what
she
said
to
us.
If
we
don't,
if
all
you
guys
end
up
doing
is
planting
flowers,
you
know
I.
B
A
We're
on
to
some
tracks
that
maybe
she
could
help
us
at
least
you
know,
get
on
the
right
track
and
employment's
in
the
right
direction.
Get
it
started.
Veggiet
she's
so
well
connected
with
everything
in
the
art
and
just
a
thought:
yeah!
No
anybody
can
do
this
I'm,
not
interested
in
in
adding
any
more
to
my
weight
at
this
time.
Right
so
I
I,
don't
want
to
say
oh
yeah.
Let's
do
that
and
then
that
means
I'll.
Do
it
because
I
don't
I'm
not
particularly.
D
A
Very
interested
in
the
clean
waterways,
but
is
it
all
right?
It's
some
of
us
take
this
on
absolutely
and
absolutely
going
on
absolutely
because
she
really
wants
to
see
something
that
well,
it
might
be
transient
art,
possibly
like
something
that's
put
up,
and
then
it
doesn't
necessarily
say
forever,
but
she
definitely
wants
more
art
and
more
like
I'm
sure
you
know
what
what
we
did
at
the
library
with
Bruce's
culture.
That's
the
type
of
thing,
I
think
she
would
like
to
see.
I'm
speaking,
you
know
for
her,
but
I
certainly
got
that
impression.
B
A
B
A
B
A
Like
to
share
something,
that's
is
personal
to.
B
A
A
You
know,
that's
my
father's
photo
on
a
banner
and
he
was
one
of
many
hundreds
in
that
Community
hanging
from
the
light
post
pictures.
That's
the
banner
with
the
photo
that
the
family
selects
to
to
submit,
and
you
know
that's
an
old
photo
of
an
old
dad,
but
it
could
be.
You
know
someone
can
if
anyone
celebrate
your
veterans.
Thank
you.
Questions.
A
D
B
B
B
A
E
A
A
B
B
B
A
Do
have
I
mean
they
do
have
those
because
of
Bruce
collects
like
they
were
when
they
were
doing
the
100
year
anniversary
for
the
bridge
he's
like
yeah.
We
have
these
the
those
exact
brackets
for
banners
that
they
never
knew
before
and
you
put
I've.
A
B
B
A
E
About,
if
you
were
to
do
the
field
called
Chester
and
have
it
up
for
I'm
forced
to
stay
or
one
of
those,
you
got
plenty
of
room
and
they're
not
going
to
be
building
anything
for
a
while.
E
Know
of
I
don't
think
they
play
football
there
anymore
I'm
talking
about
not
the
nice
park
that
we
have
down
there.
A
A
B
E
E
A
A
E
B
A
F
F
D
A
If
you
want
to
gather
some
more
info
contact
like
I
redesigned
the
banner,
they
must
have
took
a
program
or
like
once,
they
have
to
be
a
computer.
B
A
A
A
B
A
That
would
be
great.
It's
a
great
idea,
all
right
guys,
any
other
new
business
that
we
haven't
discussed.
A
Our
next
meeting
is
February,
2nd
2023..
Unless
you
hear
from
me
we'll
be
meeting
here
in
this
room,
it
will
be
a
hybrid
meeting
so
that
we
can
include
those
who
are
here
in
Groton
and
those
who
aren't
and
at
6
30
pm
all
right.
