budget
which
includes
an
increase
of

million

comparison
to
fy
2021..
The
large
increase
in
proposed
budget
includes
contractual
services
for
assistance
with
the
additional
inspections
that
may
be
required
due
to
large
construction
projects.
As
in
fiscal
year,
2021
budget.
These
additional
contractual
services
will
be
funded
through
the
use
of
fund
balance
based
on
the
unexpected
contractual
services
that
were
budgeted
for
in
for
fy
2020
and
fy
2021..

The
budget
also
follows
the
fy
2021
budget
with
funding
for
capital
projects
and
continues
efforts
to
reserve
funds
for
future
purchases
of
vehicles.
The
use
of
the
undesignated
fund
balance
will
be
two
million
six
hundred
thousand
dollars.
This
will
leave
a
healthy
reserve
of
24.13
percent
slightly
more
than
fy
2021..
