A
B
A
B
A
B
I
guess
I
should
introduce
myself
too
right:
Mary
Hill,
director
of
parks,
recreation
as
I
see
it
about
two
years
ago
we
replaced
the
decking
and
some
of
the
windows
at
the
Tyler
house,
we'd
like
to
finish
that
project.
The
lower
windows
around
the
concession
stand
some
of
the
upper
windows
on
the
third
floor,
like
this
decorative
one
that's
up
and
looks
over
the
ocean
view.
We
have
some
woodworking
trim
work
that
we'd
like
to
get
done
along
with
the
windows,
and
why
that's
coming
about
is
because
they
have
to
buy
a.
B
We
have
to
rent
the
lift
to
get
to
that
third
floor,
to
get
those
windows
done.
So
if
they're
gonna
be
up
there,
they
oxen
would
fall
out.
They
also
folded
us
to
pick
some
of
the
trim
work
and
some
of
the
soffit
work.
That
needs
to
be
done.
Our
quote
that
we
got
for
that
project
is
ninety
four
thousand
nine
hundred
and
sixty
six
dollars
and
sixty-five
cents.
B
That
would
get
that
project
completed
in
regards
to
the
windows
and
they
would
be
there
there's
their
vinyl
windows
with
in
wrap
wooden
windows,
wrapped
with
vinyl
and
they're.
Already
painted
the
blue
color,
so
we
wouldn't
have
maintenance
on
them
because
they're
already
they
come
in
two
they
come
blue,
so
it
helped
with
maintenance
and
it
would
pull
the
whole
building
together
and
get
that
project
completed
so
that
that
building
looks
cohesive.
B
This
is
one
of
the
windows
that
would
be
a
challenge
for
us,
because
it
has
the
ventilation
system
for
the
hood
for
the
grill
in
the
concession
stand,
so
that
pipe
would
have
to
come
out
through
there.
So
that's
the
one
window
we
wanted
to
show,
because
that
will
probably
be
the
most
difficult
one
first
to
upgrade,
so
they
would
be
placing
34
more
windows.
Second,
third
and
remaining
first
floor
34
more.
C
B
Next
one
so
the
next
one
we
got
a
quote
or
estimate
we
refurbish
I'm
gonna
refurbish
the
restrooms
at
Eastern
Point
Beach
at
the
Tyler
house.
These
are
existing
stalls
and
floors
in
the
women's
room.
I,
sorry
I,
don't
have
pictures
of
the
men's
room.
What
would
happen
here
is
we
would
remove
all
these
existing
partitions.
The.
B
Hardware
on
the
floor,
any
of
the
dressing
room
areas
any
place
that
there's
a
partition.
They
would
do
any
work
on
any
of
the
wall,
areas
that
need
to
be
upgraded.
There's
areas
in
the
women's
room
where
there's
rust
coming
through
in
some
of
the
corners
and
I'm
where
the
sheetrock
came
together,
get
it
all
cleaned
up.
We
would
go
in
and
paint
it
we
would
coat,
they
would
come
in
and
put
a
new
floor
down
and
then
they
would
put
vinyl
partitions,
which
they
call
them
vinyl.
B
But
it's
that
reap
last,
we
recycled
plastic,
so
they
so
they
won't
continue
to
rust
and.
D
E
B
B
Part
of
this
project
also
help
us
be
able
to
paint
out
the
hallway
area
leading
into
the
restrooms
and
look
at
the
floor
of
that
of
that
area.
Also,
we
are
also
looking
to
paint
what
we're
going
to
be
painting
you
might
as
well
take
care
of
the
office
space.
A
lot
of
the
office
space
is
already
taken
care
of
when
we
did
the
window
replacement
on
that
first
or
because
the
the
counter
spaces
that
were
in
there
were
with
hope,
your
windows
in
place
so
that
dealt
with
them.
B
B
A
One
of
the
things
that
we
looked
at
is
look
at
the
toilets
and
the
fixtures
and
the
the
sinks,
and
things
like
that
and
those
appear
to
be
in
really
good
shape.
The
stalls,
because
they're
exposed
constantly
to
the
salt
air
have
come
under
attack
with
rust
and
you've,
seen
them
when
they're
down
there.
So
what
we're
gonna
do
is
replacing
of
them
and
replace
them
with
a
composite
material
should
prolong
the
life
of
this,
and
we
shouldn't
have
to
come
back
any
time
in
the
near
future.
A
F
G
B
B
E
A
B
D
A
A
Is
this
is
repurposed
bond
money
that
was
originally
for
for
the
colonel
Ledyard
building?
We
have
my
money
that
is
left
over,
so
all
I
want
to
do.
Is
I
want
to
repurpose
that
money
for
this
for
these
projects
that
you're
hearing
about
tonight,
this
is
not
new
money
granted.
It
is
taxpayer
money
because
it
has
already
been
bonded,
but
what
we're
going
to
repurpose
in
that
money,
so
I
want
to
be
very
clear.
A
G
D
But
walking
from
where
I
sit
a
few
times
on
the
beat
I
only
went
to
that
bathroom
one
time.
One
night
and
I
said
I
can't
believe
these
yellow
doors
are
the
same
rusty
way.
They
were
when
I
first
came
to
work.
Therefore,
Bill's
improved
and
I'm
so
glad
that
this
is
being
done,
because
this
is
such
a
beautiful
spot
in
our.
H
Tim,
oh
mercy,
public
works
director
here
in
the
city,
all
three
projects
or
four
projects
I'm
about
to
show
you
will
have
to
go
out
to
bid
the
first
one
up
on
the
screen.
Here
is
the
front
entrance.
It's
been
at
the
last
couple
years
until
we
could
do
something
better.
So
what
we
want
to
do
is
remove
everything
you
see
there
replace
it,
and
since
it's
flat
it's
been
holding
water,
so
it
gets
salt
a
lot.
That's
what
so
we
want
to
put
a
heated
grid
in
inside
the
concrete
with
three
separate
zones.
H
There
won't
be
thermostatically-controlled,
so
you
can
set
it
to
come
on
at
a
certain
temperature
and
go
off
so
it
won't
be
constantly
constantly
on
and
there
will
be
electric
grids
and
with
the
three
separate
ones.
If
something
failed,
you'd
have
the
other
two
that
would
still
work
like
I
said
it's
all.
Gonna
have
to
go
off
the
pit.
We've
had
one
proposal
on
it
and.
A
Potassium
chloride
and
other
things
and
all
those
things
still
one
caused
a
mess,
but
two
they
attack
the
aluminum,
the
sides
of
the
base
of
the
doors
and
the
entryways
and
the
windows,
and
so
we're
trying
to
get
away
from
that
and
trying
to.
We
think
that
the
heat
will
help
us
out
with
that.
We
won't
have
to
salt.
It.
H
Another
project
we'd
like
to
do
other
windows
around
this
building,
there's
a
picture
of
one
of
them.
That's
I,
don't
know
if
you'd
call
the
delamination
but
moisture
got
in
between
it
and
it's
just
coming
apart
and
the
other
ones
are,
the
seals
are
gone
and
we
did
look
into
sealing
them
and
they
told
me
that
I
might
get
a
few
months
to
a
year
out
of
them,
but
they
wouldn't
last
as
if
they
are
very
breezy
right
now.
H
H
H
All
the
front
you
know,
I
have
a
picture
of
it,
but
the
front
glass,
all
the
doors,
an
infant's
way
are
the
same
thing.
The
salt
got
underneath
the
concrete
rotted
out
the
aluminum
thresholds.
So
if
we're
going
to
be
putting
new
concrete
in
I,
think
now
it'd
be
the
time
to
pull
that
out
concrete
under
there
and
get
the
whole
front
entrance
could
be
redone.
At
the
same
time,
we
did
get
a
separate
price
on
that
from
the
windows.
I
Installing
this
projects,
you
have
different
areas:
you're
gonna,
do
you're
gonna
bring
in
one
contractor,
which
will
address
all
of
it
to
bring
the
cost
down
and
have
you
come
in
with
a
price
resides
replacing
windows
possible,
flashing
and
clocking
along
the
side
for
the
waterproofing?
What
damage,
if
any,
to
the
exterior
or
interior
the
foundation
will
be
destroyed
or
need
to
be
repaired
when
these
windows
go
in.
H
Yeah
I'd
have
separate
contractors
one
to
do
all
the
glass
work,
the
window,
work,
replacement
and
a
front
entranceway
I
think
depends
when
it
goes
out
to
bid
and
then
a
different
contract
to
do
to
the
concrete
work
and
another
one
that
works
with
them
locally
to
do
the
electrical
work,
the
heating.
As
far
as
the
clock
and
we've
looked
at,
that
pretty
good
everything
seems
fairly
solid.
So,
yes,
once
the
windows
come
out,
no
one's
come
in
they'll,
be
wrecked.
I
A
J
Good
evening
I'm
Carlton
smith,
city
of
Groton,
building
and
zoning
official,
this
is
previously
known
as
the
dive
locker
room.
It's
not
the
dive
locker
room.
Now
it
is
our
communications
room
that
that
comes
in
on
there.
Some
people
are
do
know
about
it
downstairs.
So
I've
just
shown
you
a
case.
You
can
see
that
this.
This
is
the
room
interior
above
that
ceiling
that
drop
ceiling.
That's
there
is
sprayed
on
Intimus
and
spray,
which
has
asbestos,
and
it
has
the
highest
percentage
of
asbestos
of
all
the
asbestos.
J
Is
it's
it's
up
there
in
the
seven
and
eight
percent
sent
I
love
that
we've
had
two
collapses
over
the
last
ten
years,
the
ceiling
falling
down
due
to
vibrations
due
to
something
that
we
don't
know
until
you
open
the
door,
you
find
the
ceiling
down
and
we've
had
two
major
cleanups
because
of
that
we've
had
to
bring
in
contractors
after
hours
immediately
to
make
sure
that
we
contain
the
product
that
was
above
the
ceiling.
The
project
is
asking
for
$100,000
the
we
have
gone
out
to
bid
with
this.
J
J
As
I
said,
it's
our
communications
area.
This
is
one
area
where
there
is
communications
to
this.
We
have
to
go
in
and
the
reason
the
price
is
so
high.
We
have
to
go
in
and
protect
all
these
areas
with
some
type
of
waterproofing
as
well
as
cooling.
At
the
same
time,
because
all
these
all
these
devices
work
off
the
cooling
side
of
the
room.
J
I'm,
just
showing
you
the
room
from
the
other
side,
and
you
can
see
the
amount
of
communications
that
are,
that
is
it
that
is
in
there.
What
I'm,
showing
you
here
is
an
area
of
what
this
is
an
image
spray
that
doesn't
have
a
specialist
in
it.
That
is
downstairs
in
the
in
the
basement.
Currently
it
had
been
removed
at
one
time
and
and
another
inner
mrs.
frame
was
applied,
and
this
is
what
it
would
look
like
if
there
was
no
intermission
spray
on
there.
You
can
see
in
this
picture
here.
This
is
a.
J
J
We
go
with
this
ceiling,
one
of
the
items
that
we
can't
get
a
bid
on
quite
yet
because
we
can't
get
above
the
ceiling
is
that
we
do
have
to
supply
back
the
intimus
and
spray.
It
is
a
rated
floor
between
the
basement
and
the
and
the
first
floor
area.
The
area
is
well
needed
because
we've
had
so
many
contractors
that
have
wanted
to
come
in
and
drill
in
in
this
particular
area
to
get
communication
devices
down
into
there,
and
we
have
had
to
make
lots
of
other
means
to
make
the
product
happen.
J
We've
almost
you
know,
probably
doubled.
Sometimes
the
runs
that
we
needed
to
do
to
get
around
this
one
room
because
of
the
asbestos.
So
thus
it
was
a
$64,000
price.
We
have
to
remove
the
asbestos.
There
was
about
$10,000
for
mystic
air
quality.
There
are
third
third
party
inspector
to
come
in
and
do
all
the
sampling
and
the
air
pieces
to
that,
and
then
there's
about
another
10,000
dollars
worth
of
intimacies
spray.
That
would
have
to
go
back
up
lights
and
ceiling
once
once,
it's
all
secured
and
done.
J
K
J
A
Yeah
we're
gonna
we're
gonna,
do
kick
cable,
bundles,
clean
up
the
rest
messes
in
there
yeah,
oh
absolutely,
but
it's
costly
to
try
to
do
that
now,
with
his
best
is
there.
This
is
one
of
the
things
that's
been
outstanding
and
I
want
to
get
this
done
because
of
the
liability
and
the
risk
associated
with
the
asbestos.
So
that's
why
this
is
on
the
list.
L
I
good
evening,
my
name
is
Robert
Tompkins
on
the
fire
chief
here
in
the
city
of
Groton
and
tonight.
The
project
we're
looking
to
do
is
to
repave
Company
one
parking
lot
and
front
apron
here.
It
also
would
include
and
I'm
sorry
I,
don't
have
pictures
in
there.
The
threshold
for
the
two
garage
doors
that
you
see
in
front
of
you
Bay
one
in
Bay,
two,
we
renovated
company,
one
which
we
finished.
L
Finally,
it
was,
it
was
kind
of
a
long
project,
doing
it
a
piece
at
a
time
we
finished
a
few
years
ago,
and
we
there
was
no
money
left
at
that
time
to
pave
so
we're
trying
to
get
that
done
now.
The
two
thresholds
are
original
to
the
building
which
was
built
in
66
1966.
So
you
can
imagine
over
time
the
door
coming
down
and
and
as
everybody
else
talked
about,
the
the
water
and
salt
and
such
getting
underneath
the
threshold
has
popped
it
up
in
Bay.
L
One
and
we've
tried
to
patch
it,
but
it
doesn't
hold
the
two
trucks
coming
out
of
there
at
25
and
40
ton
respectively.
So
what
you
can't
see
very
well
in
this
picture
is
that
the
the
front
ramp
is
Rutan
where
those
trucks
come
in
and
out
every
day,
multiple
times
a
day.
Over
multiple
years
we
haven't
paved
this.
L
The
very
bottom
of
the
driveway
was
so
bad
that
the
highway
came
and
patched
that
for
us,
because
it
just
had
ginormous,
ruts
and
and
was
damaging
the
vehicles
and
such
hidden
into
the
back
and
in
this
this
is
part
of
the
front
with
this
project
where,
when
we
are
done,
paving
will
also
have
some
parking
down
front.
There's
no
real
parking
down
front,
we'll
make
sure
we
get
a
handicapped
spot
in
there.
There's
no
there's
only
stairs
from
the
first
floor
to
the
second
floor.
There's
no
way
to
go
upstairs
downstairs
upstairs.
L
Is
you
know
the
the
kitchen
and
things
like
that,
but
downstairs
there's
no
place
for
the
public
to
park
unless
they
park
up
back
and
then
try
and
come
down
front,
so
we're
gonna
get
a
parking
spot,
so
that's
easier
or
two
actually
is
the
hope
we
did
put
a
ramp
in
the
back.
That
was
part
of
bond
money
or
I'm,
sorry
grant
money
that
we
received,
and
but
they
patched
it
in
the
patch
is
starting
to
heave,
and
these
are
just
pictures
of
the
condition
of
the
back
parking
lot.
L
You
can
see
the
size
of
the
cracks
you
can
see
where
they
skim
coated
in
and
now
it's
coming
up
so
we're
it's
only
gonna
get
worse.
It's
a
trip
and
fall
hazard
and
we're
trying
to
to
get
the
project
finished
up
again.
There's
a
patch
here.
This
is
where
we
put
sprinklers
in
the
building
through
a
grant
eight
years
ago.
I
believe
and
the
patch
is
still
here,
but
it's
becoming
you
know,
uneven
and
and
causing
a
problem.
L
We
the
estimate
that
I
originally
had
received
from
with
the
help
of
the
highway
department
through
the
prison
who
paves
the
roads,
was
for
approximately
69-thousand
for
the
paving
and
then
6,000
for
the
thresholds,
and
then
there
was
a
contingency
put
in
there.
So
I
had
originally
asked
for
a
t25
to
do
the
whole
project.
I
have
reached
out
to
a
couple
of
contractors
to
get
a
better
idea,
estimate
and
I.
Think
it's
going
to
come
in
below
that
number,
but
of
course
it
would
have
to
go
out
to
bid
it's.
I
And
you
say:
there's
heaving
I
didn't
see
much
here,
I
see
the
cracks
and
the
lÃneas,
and
things
like
that
in
some
of
the
edges,
but
I
guess
with
the
price
of
69,
it's
not
too
bad
compared
to
just
leaving
some
of
it
alone
or
knowing.
If
you
numbers
are
gonna
stay
in
around
that
area,
I
would
just
go
with
the
whole
thing
to
do.
That.
A
L
Although
it's
not
a
good
picture
and
I
apologize
is
concrete,
it
sticks
out
out
of
the
bay
approximately
two
feet,
and
so
the
estimate
was
to
remove
that
2
feet
2
feet
back
into
the
bay
and
replace
that
bit
of
I
believe
there
is
some
rebar
in
there,
but
they
would
obviously
have
to
it's,
not
structural.
We
looked
at
the
plans,
it
is
it's
truly
just
a
floor
and
they
would
cut
that
fall
out
and
put
that
in
before
they
paved
then
they
would
pave
right
up
to
it.
C
L
We
do
have
three
bays.
The
third
Bay
has
a
vehicle
and
some
told
behind
boats,
so
we
could
arrange
things
where
we
could
keep
an
engine
in
there
while
they
work
and
on
the
other
base,
I'm,
not
sure
the
cure
time.
It's
something
that
we
would
have
to
work
out.
The
front
apron
could
be
done.
I
was
told
in
the
estimates
in
a
day
or
two,
so
there
might
be
timing
issues
where
we
would
Park
a
truck
out
back
out.
L
M
Good
evening,
anytime,
that
you
look
to
repurpose
bonding
alright,
you
look
as
the
other
directors
came
in
you
just
you
discuss
things
along.
It
was
gonna,
be
the
maximal
public
good.
When
you
take
a
look,
what
was
Parks
and
Rec
brought
forward
risk
abatement?
When
you
look
good
what
came
forward
the
fire
in
the
Highway
Department,
ours
also
looks
at
a
possibility
of
return
on
investment.
You
know
in
the
sense
that
the
municipal
building
is
the
most
significant
asset
or
one
most
significant
assets
that
the
city
owns.
M
M
It
was
a
an
estimate
that
we
took
in
would
not
send
out
the
formal
bid.
We
would
obviously
go
with
the
lowest
bid.
We
looked
at
the
men's
and
the
women's
locker
room.
It's
a
total
of
three
rooms
that
we
looked
at.
The
officers
under
Title
7
have
each
have
separate
locker
rooms
for
men
and
women.
This
would
make
us
truly
title
seven
compliant
and
that
the
same
locker
would
exist
for
a
male
officer
as
a
female
officer.
M
M
Now,
captain
Jenkins
is
probably
our
I
know,
one
of
the
longer
serving
and
I
say
that
talking
Qi
to
give
a
hard
time,
but
he's
our
longest
serving
officer
on
the
department-
and
you
know,
during
the
whole
course
of
his
career-
we've
really
not
made
any
move
it.
The
the
locker
rooms,
a
officers,
purchased
their
own
equipment.
We've
got
a
brief
PowerPoint
we'd
like
to
show.
N
N
N
So
with
the
sides
and
lockers
right
now,
it's
very
difficult
for
them
to
put
in
there.
They
have
their
gun
belt,
they
have
their
weapon,
they
have
their
foods,
they
have
their
uniforms,
they
have
their
body
armor
and
in
the
summer
time,
especially
when
you're
wearing
all
that
stuff,
it
gets
perspiration
on
it
gets
wet
and
you
have
to
air
it
out
before
it's
gonna
get
moldy
and
mildewy
and
just
deteriorate.
M
You
notice
on
the
the
carriers
that
we
have,
we
get
a
grant
to
purchase
the
bulletproof
vests
for
the
officers
the
carrier's
purchased
through
their
uniform
allowance.
One
of
the
things
that
we're
running
is
just
a
human
perspiration.
When
you
put
that
on.
Is
it
your
you're
gonna
create
salt
damage
more
you
generate
from
your
own
body
to
the
equipment
so
that
it
has
to
be
where
it
can
dry
out.
Otherwise,
you're
you
putting
out
on
day
to
day.
M
One
of
the
things
that
we
are
running
into
is
we're
replacing
those
carriers
more
than
other
departments
out.
You
know,
wait
the
equipment
that
we're
getting
out
there.
We
and
there'll
be
another
slide.
I
want
to
show
you
that
we
want
to
get
the
maximal
bang
for
our
buck
for
the
taxpayer.
When
we
bring
things
in
that
our
equipment
can
last
longer
you
know,
and
in
this
would
it
would
assist
us
with
that.
N
Now
this
is
the
mail
locker
room
downstairs,
that's
an
individual
room
of
itself.
It'll
have
22
lockers
in
it.
Now
this
is
the
women's
female
locker
room.
This
is
probably
been
here
since
the
building
was
built.
Those
lockers
that
you
look
at
right
now
are:
there
are
11
of
them
built
into
the
wall
and
they
are
12
inches
by
12
inches.
So
you
can't
even
put
a
coat
hanger
in
there
right
now.
N
So
nothing's
been
changed
in
this
room
since
it's
been
built,
so
we
would
like
to
get
them
at
least
up
to
bigger
lockers
24
by
24,
with
a
bench
that
sits
in
front
which
is
built
onto
the
locker,
so
they
all
have
somewhere
to
sit
down
and
take
their
boots
off
and
put
their
boots
on
and
give
them
more
room
inside
their
locker.
You
see,
there's
only
42
inches
of
room
for
them
to
move
around
and
it's
a
12
inch
locker.
That's
the
females
locker
room.
This
is
a
sergeant's
locker
room.
N
This
is
locker
room
3,
which
is
upstairs
and
probably
the
newest
of
all
I.
Don't
know
how
long
those
lockers
have
been
there,
but
they
are
in
obviously
better
condition,
because
all
the
all
the
latches
are
still
in
place.
There
are
at
least
use,
but,
as
you
can
see
up
top
on,
the
orange
sooc
is
what
the
chief
was
talking
to
or
mentioning
about.
M
Those
suits
we
are
for
our
dive
group
and
we
acquired
those
free
of
charge
to
the
City
of
God,
but
we
don't
have
equipment.
We
can
hang
them
we're
putting
them
in
in
a
drying
them
out,
put
them
in
a
plastic
bag
and
hold
them
up
for
a
qual
with
the
new
equipment.
I
would
be
able
to
have
an
area
where
we
can
stage
that
and
have
that
ready
to
go
it's.
You
know
what
concerns
me
as
you
get.
M
You
get
modern
equipment,
you
get
good
stuff
in
and
and
this
I
started
out
law
enforcement
of
even
over
portable
radio.
When
I
came
over
the
state
police-
and
you
know-
we've
got
it,
but
the
equipment
that's
going
on.
More
and
more.
You
should
see
the
computers
and
whatnot
we're
putting
in
the
cars
to
the
cap
and
I
were
discussing
a
vibration
on
a
modem
in
a
police
car.
M
So
we
can
remain
connectivity
with
transmission
and
information
coming
over
the
internet
to
officers
we're
going
to
body
cameras
with
our
personnel
that
are
gonna,
be
working
for
us.
What
I'd
like
to
have
is
have
the
ability
to
2/8,
you
know,
store
it
properly,
get
it
so
it
lasts
as
long
as
we
possibly
can
get
it
to
last
and
and
and
really
modernize
the
the
operation.
The
other
thing,
too,
is
we're
all
competing
for
personnel.
M
Today,
the
number
of
people
that
are
putting
in
to
become
a
police
officer
getting
lower
and
lower
all
the
time,
I'd
be
in
a
recruitment
tool
and
it's
a
message
that
officers
are
cared
about
and
that
they
have
the
ability
in
in
a
locker
room.
People
take
great
pride
in
in
making
sure
I
mean
I.
Look
at
our
women
officers
that
went
out
and
and
brought
in
three
functional
lockers.
M
They
take
pride
in
what
they're
doing
you
know,
I
want
to
encourage
that
that
last
photo
of
the
dive
gear
I
mean
we
need
that
to
last
longer
and
stay
in
shape.
We
get
the
stuff
that's
coming
in
for
free,
we
want
to
hang
on
to
it
and
we
have
the
opportunity
now
to
do
something.
I
know
other
chiefs
wanted
to
do.
We
weren't
in
a
position
to
do
it
with
the
asbestos
problem.
M
Just
all's
we're
doing
this,
we're
disturbing
that
asbestos
and
making
it
a
bigger
problem,
but
this
being
abated,
we
got
a
chance
to
to
deal
with
this
on
a
secondarily.
If
you
look
at
it
with
the
the
asset
of
the
municipal
building
with
modern
lockers,
they
in
here
it
makes
the
value
of
the
Municipal
Building
more
they
consent.
So
it's
a
you,
get
a
return
on
investment
here.
N
N
Male
locker
room
would
be
24
by
24,
just
like
the
female.
They
will
have
a
bench
as
well
and
you'll,
see
in
the
middle
that
we've
had
to
add
four
lockers
in
the
middle
of
the
room,
but
they
will
all
have
benches
for
them
to
sit
down
and
take
their
boots
off
and
more
room
to
hang
their
stuff.
Now
the
sergeants
and
lieutenants
locker
room.
That
is
the
only
difference
they
still
have
24
by
24
lockers.
N
However,
they
do
not
have
room
for
a
bench
to
be
put
out
in
front
now
when
I
say
bench,
it's
a
bench
for
them
to
sit
down,
but
also
has
a
drawer
underneath
it.
So
it's
more
access
and
more
storage
and
though
the
lockers
are
I,
believe
92,
inches
or
90
inches
tall,
so
they
will
go
from
floor
to
ceiling.
You
won't
have
anything
on
top
and
looking
disorganized
like
it,
it
could
be
with
boots
up
there,
polish
up
there
and
stuff
like
that.
N
Everything
will
be
inside
the
lockers
and
that's
our
plan,
and
with
that
there
will
be
also
restrictions
on
the
lockers
like
such
as
nothing
not
attached
to
the
outside
everything's
inside
make
it
look
cleaner,
neater,
more
professional
and
more
organized,
and
they
will
be
happy
to
have
a
better
place
to
put
their
stuff.
Sir.
G
C
N
G
N
G
N
N
N
I
I
Guess
you'll
address
that,
if
you
don't
know,
are
they
dehumidifiers
in
the
room,
you're
talking
about
dampness
and
everything
else,
you're
going
to
fix
the
room
up
and
I'm
all
in
favor
of
having
two
rooms
fixed
if
they,
those
rooms
could
be
dehumidified
at
the
same
time,
you're
talking
about
saving
uniforms
and
equipment
and
all
that
good
stuff.
On
that
point
and,
like
I,
said
I'm
all
for
fixing
up
that
area,
it's.
N
At
this
point
in
time
down
in
the
female
and
male
locker
rooms,
there
are
dehumidifiers
running
they're,
not
built-in.
So
at
this
point
we
have
them
in
the
room,
they're
mobile
ones,
the
sergeant's
room.
There
was
no
dehumidifier
up
there.
That
is
a
larger
room.
There
is
air
conditioning
and
heating,
central
air
and
heating.
In
there
they
did
put
the
central
air
in
new
ducts
in
the
patrol
the
male
locker
room,
the
female
locker
room,
I,
don't
have
all
the
internals
of
what
is
in
there.
E
M
You
got
you
head
split,
open,
something
fell
off
your
locker,
but
the
other
end
of
it
too
is
equipment,
and-
and
you
make
an
excellent
point
with
the
dehumidifier
that
we
have
down
there-
you
know
we-
we
are
looking
to
up
that
and
in
the
equipment
that
we
get
in
here,
we
want
to
get
the
maximum
we
can
out
of
it.
We've
written
some
grants
we're
bringing
in
some
some
stuff
right
now
that
really
modernized
in
the
department,
but
we
want
that
stuff
to
last
as
long
as
we
can.
M
N
And
with
the
refurbishing
of
the
lockers,
as
far
as
the
cheapest
was
saying,
is
the
ones
that
are
in
the
sergeant's
office
or
sergeant's
locker
room
that
are
in
decent
condition.
That
will
be
put
downstairs
in
the
basement
and
utilize
for
other
items
for
stores
that
can
be
locked.
So
they
could
be
paint
lockers.
Something
to
that
effect
that
they
will
be
reused,
not
just
thrown
away.
A
I
One
thing
you
didn't
say
is
how
much
money's
are
we
talking
about
I
know.
Several
years
ago
we
were
talking
about
$400,000
to
$800,000
on
the
colonel
alleged
school.
What
is
available
now,
along
with
the
listing
of
the
projects
coming
out
now
estimated
costs?
Are
we
going
to
need
more
money,
or
is
that
going
to
cover
everything
we.
A
O
We're
still
trying
to
finalize
the
exact
figure
as
far
as
what
the
total
amount
being
repurposed
is
going
to
be.
It's
looking,
probably
between
five
and
six
for
all
these
projects
with
point
contingencies
in
so
that's
kind
of
just
a
rough
estimate,
we're
still
finalizing
that.
So
we
don't
really
have
a
final
number
that
uncomfortable
we
do.
The
resolution
and.
