Okay, I'm going to our call to order the meeting of the WPC a for monday april. Third, with the clerk, please call the roll.

Thank you very much. Maybe we have a motion to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of march six I.

Are there any additions or Corrections, seeing none all in favor, say aye aye opposed abstaining. We next step the review of the management report dated april third 2017. Is there something that you wish to highlight in the report? Joe? Are you the one addressing us tonight? Okay, all right, you can come on up to the mic.

Okay, I think the main thing. What we want to talk about is the pump going in at Twin Hills, it's pretty much in here at seventeen thousand dollars. That's including the pump and miscellaneous fittings valves pipes. What we need to do to do the job, the guys at the WTC, a will do the work and the electrical our electrical guy will do all the wiring stuff. So it's pretty much that seventeen thousand dollars will be the price materials.

And it just you know, consists of us ripping out the old one and putting the new one. We already did it probably well November we finish together, so we should have no problem with that other than that the plants running good right now.

The water qualities right on right on spot, so I wouldn't worry about that at all, so other than that you guys got any other custom set questions.

I do we'll go over old business to new business, consideration of an action to waive the bidding process and authorized management to issue a purchase, order to Carlson system 176 amity road number, 102, woodridge connecticut for an abs pumping unit for the Twin Hills pumping station in the amount not to exceed seventeen thousand dollars in no sense to be paid from funds available in the approved fiscal year, 2017 operating budget.
