ago

had

failure
of
our
sprinkler
system
at
company
we
had
two
leaks.
We
also
had
a
leak
last
year,
so
this
is
a
problem
that

can't

be
fix

leak.
The
building
was
built
in
2002
but
unfortunately
was
not
designed
properly
and
they
put
a
dry
system
in
which
requires
a
lot
more
maintenance.
So
what
happens?

One
company
couldn't
come
out
at
all,
one
company
came
out,
but
we
cannot
get
their
quote
so
we
have
two
quotes
to
fix
the
lead,
but
in
order
to
fix
the
leak,
what
we're
proposing
is
to
pretty
much
replace
a
large
action
of
the
larger
pipe
in
the
apparatus.
Bay
know
if
you've
ever
been
to
company
two
but
I
think
the
mayor's
planning
a
tour.
So,
but
if
you
ever
drive
by
the
apparatus,
company.

there's
really
it's
one
system
but
we're
breaking
this
kinda
into
two
sections.
Well,
there's
no
leaks
in
the
residential
area,
I'll
call
it
the
offices

quarters

I
think
we're
gonna
address
that
down

road
because
I'm
anticipating
with
these
problems,
but
right
now
we
have
problem
in
the
apparatus
base,
so
they
will
replace
approximately
100
feet
of
six
and
four
inch
pipe

it's
not
pitched
properly.
That's
one
of
the
problems
it's
flat.
It
lets
the
water
sit
in.

really
should
be
pitched
to
run
the
water
out
and
replace
all
the
sprinkler
heads,
because
in
the
dry
system
they
supposed
to
be
replaced
every
10
years
or
or
test
it,
and
it's
just
cheaper
to
replace
them.
Actually,
so
the
quotes
came
in
at
approximately
little
over
26,000
and
about
16,000.
So
those
are
the
two
quotes.
We
have
so
again,
as
the
mayor
said,
we're
without
a
specter
system.
Now,
for
a
few
weeks
we
do
have

alarm
system
in
the
station,
but
the
code
requires
the
sprinkler
system
to

running

an
update
on
this,
we,
the
police,
are
still
following
leads.
We
are
looking
into
that
portion.
We
are
getting
cameras
so
that
we
can
install
the
cameras
at
the
Tyler
house
and
into
gatehouse.
We
are
also
refurbishing
the
benches
and
once
we
get
them
ready
and
we
have
the
cameras
in
place,
we
will
then
move
benches
down
and
our
goal
is
to
get
that
done
before
15
June,
which
is
the
opening
day
and
I'm
hoping
right
around
the
same
time
to
have
some
sort
of
the
ceremony.
