Prevent to quickly thank you, I just wanted to quickly thank the city of Groton fire department, the police department and Public Works, and also a number of people at the sub base on friday at westside we had our annual back-to-school party and every year the city is so great about helping put together, something that is great for the kids, and it really shows a good community spirit, and I thank them as always, because it is something that seems so simple, but it means a lot and I sincerely appreciate it to all the people who put that together and this year the Navy came over and brought stuff too, and we appreciate that so on behalf of all of us at Westside.

Today we received the city ground, Utilities, Commission hanging a report from the fiscal year ending june thirtieth 2016. This is just to let you know that it's their Charter requirement is that it is presented to us by the 31st of August 2016, there's not a requirement for formal presentation or anything like that. But if you have any questions you can we can get it back to the merit.

If we need to put it on the community the whole we can do and then the last thing that I was asked to bring up is that counselor event over stepping down from the board of bed? You ESC with the United States Navy and cci group LLC for an energy conservation project at the United States Naval Submarine Base in Groton Connecticut, and that the director of utilities Ronald a cadet, be authorized to execute the contract and associated documents by someone spoken.

Yeah, my name is Hollis McKee I'm, the energy engineer for grant utilities we have been working. This is the second phase of the CC, a contract that we've been working with them, it's in excess of 10 million dollars. We are at the final stages of execution, we're waiting for our financial documents and small business plan from the Navy. So we can execute it.
