first
item
that
I
may
not
have
told
you
is
that
I
am
now
a
planner
to
land
use,
so
I'm
working
with
deb
jones
and
I'll
be
doing
site
plan
review.
I
won't
be
doing
community
development
anymore.
Oh
I'm
still
doing
it
in
the
meantime.
Until
we
find
someone
we
haven't
been
able
to
find
someone,
we've
posted
it
and
please,
if

good

a
great
job,

community
development

our

fund

housing,
rehab
to
put
towards

gardens

the

grant

likely
to
be
approved
for
the
grant.

been
fairly

meeting.

granton
draws
a
lot
of
people
from
all
over.

group

them

they

from
norwich.

were
from
all
over.

said
that
the
groton
skating-

don't
know
what
you
call
that
the
skateboard

one
up
on
the
other
side
of
it's
old
mystic,
but
it's

mystic
on

side
of
184,
and
I
happen
to
know
this
because
both
my
grandsons
play
disc
golf
and
one
has
a
company
for
disco.

there's
nothing

town

where
it's
just
walking
through
the
woods

discs

hurting

beaches

boats

all

full-time

the

So
what
you
get
is
a

data
purposes,

you

this
screen
where
it
shows

You
start
in
a
deficit
because
all
the
suggestions
we've
gotten
from
the
public
have
been
wonderful,
but
it

brings
us
to
an
amount,
that's
unsustainable
right,
so
we
put
in
what
we
heard
so
far
and
also
a
contingency
of
1.7
million.

simple
question:
should
the
town
hold
back
contingency
or
not,
and
then
you
go
down
the
list
of
housing,
infrastructure,
recovery,
assistance
and
then
there's
information
on
each
of
these?
So
if
you

for
example,
sidewalks
and
bike
lanes
is
four
hundred
thousand,

you
can
go
and
use
these
little
plus
minuses
to
add
or
take
away
money.

One
of
my
things
with
this
was
making
sure
because
we're
taking
a
hundred
thousand
out
of
the
housing
rehab
program
to
use
it
as
a
mat
to
make
sure
you
had
said
the
plan
was
to
create
a
fund
within
the
town
yeah,
where
we
could
help
people
who
need
money
to
accept
the
low-income
people
who
need
money
to
fix
up
their
houses.
Yes,
but
it
would
be
a
plan
that
would
be
more
flexible
and
yeah
nimble
easier
to
deal
with
than
the
federal
one.
