A
We
both
did
really
so
simultaneously
any
corrections,
any
any
questions,
anything
on
the
minutes
or
you
were
all
they
look
good
to
me
good,
seeing
no
changes
or
corrections
all
those
in
favor,
please
say:
yeah,
aye,
abstentions,
fast
unanimously,
okay,
great!
A
B
All
righty,
sorry,
I
had
a
bunch
of
items
this
month,
but
oh
no,
that's
fine!
The
first
item
that
I
may
not
have
told
you
is
that
I
am
now
a
planner
to
land
use,
so
I'm
working
with
deb
jones
and
I'll
be
doing
site
plan
review.
I
won't
be
doing
community
development
anymore.
Oh
I'm
still
doing
it
in
the
meantime.
Until
we
find
someone
we
haven't
been
able
to
find
someone,
we've
posted
it
and
please,
if
you
know
of
any
good
candidates,
it's
a
great
job,
doing
cdbg
community
development
work.
B
B
C
B
It's
just
a
whole
bunch
of
stuff,
like
rugs
railings,
moving
the
the
there's,
a
hairdresser
they're
like
re-fitting
out
the
hairdresser's
salon
area.
B
A
Only
thing
would
be
some
of
us
to
did
a
little
tour
of
mystic
river
homes.
I
think
you
you
and
I
scott
somehow
didn't
get
notified
about
it,
so
he
didn't
join
us
and
marge
was
not
there.
It
was
during
covington
craziness,
but
I
was
in
florida
in
florida,
but
I
just
if
we
want
to
do
that
again
sometime,
so
that
other
people
could
see
what
was
done
with
the
money
at
mystic
river
homes
and
how
it
compares,
and
over
at
the
housing
authority,
again
no
hurry
just
sometime.
That
might
be
good
yeah.
A
B
B
B
That's
we're
very
much
working
with
the
grotton
housing
authority
right
now,
we've
gotten
our
so
the
program
income
statement
that
I've
sent
along
to
all
of
you
and
thank
you
for
your
support
on
that
on
that
allows
us
to
split
off
some
money
from
our
revolving
fund
for
housing,
rehab
to
put
towards
public
towards
grazo
gardens
and
the
public
public
building
modernization
fund.
So.
D
B
C
B
D
B
So
we
had
261
000
in
the
account
I'm
just
bouncing
around.
B
A
B
We
also
have
the
kobit
19
ppe
stockpile,
which
is
cdbg
funds,
so
that's
money
that
we're
putting
towards
purchasing
items
related
to
code
19..
So
we
haven't
spent
that
down
we're
actually
not
just
over
half
of
it
spent
down.
We've
gotten
masks:
we've
gotten
tests,
we've
gotten
tyvek
suits
respirators.
B
B
We've
left
masks
out
here
for
public
use,
can
95s
are
available
to
anyone
who
requests
them
kind
of
add
a
little
bit
of
a
the
whole
thing
has
been
hard
to
manage
because
it's
been
a
lot
of
yeah
right,
not
knowing
and
expecting,
but
at
this
point
we're
just
wrapping
up
all
stockpile.
We
have
and
then
saying
waiting.
A
D
B
We
ordered
like
a
thousand
and
we
have
them,
but
yeah
they're,
going.
A
C
B
C
I
asked
you
this
back.
In
the
day
when
I
was
working,
kelsey
garton
bank
sent
out
kids
to
each
branch
for
pandemic.
I've.
A
C
B
And
that's
that's
been
the
drum
beat
of
paige
bronk
who's,
my
boss.
In
this
thing
we
just
need
to
make
sure
that
we
have
a
stockpile.
This
is
a
stockpile.
It's
not
necessary.
We
distribute
a
little
bit,
but
the
point
is.
A
B
Yes,
we've
talked
about
that.
We've
worked
with
ledge
light
we've,
given
them
some
of
the
inventory,
but
their
needs
haven't
been
as
great
as
we
thought
they
would
be
so.
B
C
C
No,
how
about
if
it's
mentioned
in
a
meeting,
how
about,
if
it's
put
in
the
newspaper
or
on
social
media
somewhere,
where
the
general
population,
if
need
be,
can
get
something
so.
C
D
D
A
They're
available,
you
know,
and
some
here
at
all
the
you
know,
town
hall
and
here
a
sign.
A
A
So
you
know
we
didn't
have
them
when
we
needed
them
and
now
we're
going
to
throw
them
away
and
other
countries
don't
have
them
exactly
gonna,
throw
them
away.
Just
so,
don't
let
that
happen
and
if,
if
we
can
help,
you
need
us
to
make
flyers
or
drive
around
and
distribute
things.
Yeah
staff
doesn't
have
time.
Yes,
guys
we're
all
about
that
right.
Excuse.
A
C
A
A
A
Okay,
good.
B
A
A
Unbelievable
and
you
know,
different
towns
apply.
Our
grant
has
to
be
competitive
so
by
the
town,
putting
in
a
hundred
thousand
as
a
matching
grant
and
the
housing
authority
putting
in
a
hundred
thousand
that
gets
us
points
on
the
application
and
makes
us
more
competitive
and
more
likely
to
be
approved
for
the
grant.
As
I
understand
it,
absolutely.
C
A
So
that's
why
we're
doing
all
this
to
hopefully
get
it,
but
I
just
wanted
you
to
hear
those
names.
So
if
you
hear
andy
and
echo
and
that's
the.
B
B
A
B
Well,
they've
been
fairly
quiet
since
I
started,
and
I've
only
been
here
about
two
years,
but
they've
been
fairly
quiet
over
the
years
period.
They
settle
fair
rent
disputes,
so
if
someone's
got
a
increase
in
rent,
they
feel
is
unfair,
that
you
can
go
to
the
fair
rent
commission
and
there
will
work
it
out
between
you
and
your
landlord.
B
We
hold
money
in
escrow
until
we
figure
it
out,
and
we
noticed
that
we,
I
noticed
that
I've
been
getting
a
lot
of
calls
about
fair
rent
and
I
think
it's
directly
correlated
to
the
eviction
moratorium.
That
just
ended.
B
So
we
have
two
cases
going
before
fairmont
this
month,
both
at
fair
field,
side
apartments.
I
don't
know.
B
Familiar
with
field
side
apartments,
which
kind
of
just
raised
a
red
flag
to
me-
and
I
thought
I
should
bring
it
to
all
of
these-
who
are
aware-
because
I
don't
usually
get
two
disputes
from
one
apartment-
complex
like
that
and,
like
I
said,
I've
gotten
all
of
one
other
dispute
the
whole
time
I've
been
here
really
feels.
C
B
C
So,
okay,
one
by
the
police
station.
D
C
D
B
To
hold
the
the
chair
has
been
m.I.a
and
we've
decided
to
move
forward
with
the
hearing
with
because
we
have
a
quorum
and
then
we
have
to
designate
a
chair.
But
yes,
we
would
probably
need
because
he's
his
term
technically
expired,
but
they
can't
get
a
hold
of
him.
It's
a
little
bit
messy.
Well,
if.
A
B
But
we
do
have
enough
to
hold
the
hearing
yeah.
Okay,
that's
that's!
Basically
what
happens
is
that
they
come
in.
They
have
a
complaint.
We
pull
it
together
and
you
know
they
have
15
days
to
negotiate
after
the
15
day
window.
If
we
don't
hear
there's
a
positive
outcome,
then
we
hold
a
hearing.
We're
gonna
hold
a
hearing
on
the
31st.
B
D
Supposing
you're
in
favor
of
the
applicant
calling
you
know
my
guy's
trying
to
charge
me
too
much
or
whatever,
what
power
do
we
have
to
help.
B
Well,
there's
a
portion
of
the
town
code
that
outlines
the
powers
of
the
ferret
commission
and
then
there's
regulations
in
the
connecticut
general
statutes
about
what
qualifies
as
fair
rent.
There's.
A
B
D
C
B
D
B
A
A
Great
thank
you
for
letting
us
know
about
that,
and
we'll
all
try
to
figure
out
where
field
side
is.
D
D
B
That's
just
an
update,
I'm
working
with
another
group
kathy
chase
beth
washington,
not
sure
if
you
know
them
from
town.
I
I.
B
People
and
the
senior
center,
of
course,
on
age,
friendly
gratton
update,
so
we've
been
designated
an
aarp
age-friendly
community,
which
is
great.
We've
worked
on
that
and
now
we're
working
on
a
document
of
goals
and
actions.
We're
almost
done
with
that
document
and
then
we
hope
to
bring
it
to
a
public
meeting.
So
in
the
next
couple
months.
Just
watch
out
for
a
public
meeting
on
on
that,
because
I
think
it's.
A
D
D
Just
sits
there
and
it's
such
I
mean
you
ask
about
why
people
don't
move
to
groton
and
it
just
comes
back
young
people
looking
for
things
that
they
can
do
absolutely
and
we
don't
have
it.
I
mean
that
beautiful
brochure
here
it
says
nightlife
in
this
mystic
and
stonington
and
westerly
and
originally
but
not
cotton.
You
know
it's
just
it's
unfortunate
when
we
have
something
like
that
sitting
there
unused
it
couldn't.
A
C
A
C
D
That's
a
lower
skating
facility
down
here
in
granton
draws
a
lot
of
people
from
all
over.
I
was
on
the
parks
and
rec.
We
had
a
couple
of
people
come
in
a
group
of
them
and
they
were
from
norwich.
They
were
from
rhode
island.
They
were
from
all
over.
They
said
that
the
groton
skating-
I
don't
know
what
you
call
that
the
skateboard
part.
C
There's
one
up
on
the
other
side
of
it's
old
mystic,
but
it's
old
mystic
on
the
other
side
of
184,
and
I
happen
to
know
this
because
both
my
grandsons
play
disc
golf
and
one
has
a
company
for
disco.
So
there's
nothing
anywhere.
You
go
not
even
on
town
property,
where
it's
just
walking
through
the
woods
throwing
discs
you're,
not
hurting
anything.
D
D
D
D
There's
everything
going
on
right
here
in
the
area,
but
if
you're
looking
where
to
live,
you
know
I'd
probably
move
to
what
waterford,
because
you
got
like
multiple
beaches
and
you've
got
shopping.
You've
got
theater.
You've
got
a
lot
going
on
over
there
and
niantic.
Now
it's
blooming,
I
mean
look
at
all
the
things
that
are
going
on
there
and
groton.
A
D
D
A
D
Well,
non-recreational
just
made
me
think,
every
time
we
had
the
meeting
there
and
then
when
the
thing
came
up,
moving
it
over
the
fitch
center
that
I
thought
this
is
such
a
beautiful
place.
D
A
So
you
both
know
that
this
is
the
deed.
The
woman
who
owned
the
property
when
she
gave
it
to
the
town
in
her
will
yeah.
It
was
with
the
condition
yeah
that
the
spicer
property
be
for
park
and
recreation.
It's
down
there
towards
the
bottom
paragraph.
A
D
I
think
it's
really
complicated
because
the
property
is
still
being
used
once
to
be
used
as
public
recreation
park,
but
the
building
wouldn't
fit
in
I
mean
because
obviously
it
was
an
estate
and
with
a
great
situation
being
on
bibi
cove
there
so
and
those
splinter
boats
there
they're
out
there
all
summer.
You
know.
A
And
let's
see
the
only
other
unfinished
business
I
can
think
of
is
the
groton
site.
I
don't
know
the
name
of
it
where
people
could
go
and
play
with
the
budget
for
the
arpa.
A
B
I
think
it's
coming
well.
There
was
an
article
in
the
day,
so
we
have
a
new
arpa
coordinator,
I'm
not
doing
that
work
as
much
anymore.
His
name
is
kevin
fitzgerald,
so
he's
his
full-time
job
is
to
coordinate
harpa
and
he
started
off
by
getting
the
data
right,
a
great
article
on
the
budget
simulator
tool,
so
they
ran
a
good.
I
think
it
was
last
week
friday
and
that's
been
up,
and
I
don't
know
that
we
have
a
date
to
close
it
just
yet.
So
if
you
haven't
done
it,
please
do
it.
B
A
A
D
D
B
A
B
So
what
you
get
is
a
welcome
from
john
burt.
This
just
explains
how
to
use
the
tool,
and
it
asks
for
your
zip
code
just
for
data
purposes,
and
then
you
have
this
screen
where
it
shows
you
you're
it.
You
start
in
a
deficit
because
all
the
suggestions
we've
gotten
from
the
public
have
been
wonderful,
but
it
it
brings
us
to
an
amount,
that's
unsustainable
right,
so
we
put
in
what
we
heard
so
far
and
also
a
contingency
of
1.7
million.
B
So
that's
just
a
simple
question:
should
the
town
hold
back
contingency
or
not,
and
then
you
go
down
the
list
of
housing,
infrastructure,
recovery,
assistance
and
then
there's
information
on
each
of
these?
So
if
you
have
any
questions
about
what
that
means,
okay,
then
you
know,
for
example,
sidewalks
and
bike
lanes
is
four
hundred
thousand,
and
then
you
can
go
and
use
these
little
plus
minuses
to
add
or
take
away
money.
A
B
B
A
B
B
D
D
A
One
of
my
things
with
this
was
making
sure
because
we're
taking
a
hundred
thousand
out
of
the
housing
rehab
program
to
use
it
as
a
mat
to
make
sure
you
had
said
the
plan
was
to
create
a
fund
within
the
town
yeah,
where
we
could
help
people
who
need
money
to
accept
the
low-income
people
who
need
money
to
fix
up
their
houses.
Yes,
but
it
would
be
a
plan
that
would
be
more
flexible
and
yeah
nimble
easier
to
deal
with
than
the
federal
one.
B
A
Yeah
yeah
see
I
upped
that
from
250
even
saying
yeah.
B
A
I
want
I'd
like
to
see
that
be
well
funded
and
eviction
assistance.
I
seem
to
me
yeah
and
things
like
that.
I
I
up
to
those
some
yeah.
B
D
B
C
C
A
You
know
unless
people
feel
like
there's
there
is
sufficient.
I
mean
I
don't
know,
that's
interesting.
Yeah.
B
A
D
A
C
B
And
yeah,
if
you
haven't,
used
greater
groton
mercury,
it's
got
a
whole
bunch
of
it's
not
just
arpa.
D
C
A
C
A
C
B
Yeah
rachel
took
a
picture:
yeah
they're,
beautiful
and
public
works
is
putting
them
in
this
spring.
C
D
And
then
I've
always
been
really
impressed
with
the
city
of
groton's
approach
to
town
hall
with
those
cherry
trees.
You
know
they
were
just
beautiful
all
at
once.
C
D
D
B
C
D
A
B
D
B
D
B
D
C
A
Trips
again,
they
are
doing
trips.
You
know
I
mean
like
to
ireland
and.
D
A
D
B
A
A
A
As
of
now
june,
15th
work
for
everybody.
As
far
as
we
know,
okay,
good
talk
to
your
brother,
see
if
he'll
do
an
application
and
I'll
see
if
I
can
find
scott
westerville's,
wife's
contact,
information
and
think
about
that
and.
A
A
A
B
A
You
good
idea
motion
to
adjourn
someone.
