B
A
A
A
C
Well,
I'm
you
can
see
the
the
numbers
that
we're
putting
up
it's
just
incredible.
C
C
Were
half
were
currently
up
until
yesterday,
we're
at
120
000
for
for
the
month.
C
C
C
C
C
So
so,
if
we
see
a
decline
in
the
greens
fee
number
in
rel
in
in
correlation
to
the
the
membership
number,
then
then
we
have
to
start
talking
about
this.
I
think
for
right.
C
Now,
yes,
we
are
jamming
busy
every
day,
and
so
now
now
you
remember
that
you
know
we
discussed
with
this
board
last
year
that
we
are
going
to
extend
to
the
members
one
hour
jump
over
the
public
one
week
ahead
for
booking
as
a
as
you
know,
as
a
benefit
for
the
membership
and
but
but
we're
seeing
you
know.
Yes,
we
are,
I
mean
every
single
day,
everyone
we
are
busy
from
first
time
until
five
o'clock
every
day,
so
so
yeah.
C
At
some
point
we
have
to
take
a
look
at
the
the
correlation
between
the
greens,
fee
revenue
and
the
number
of
of
of
members,
but
normally
on
an
18-hole
golf
course.
C
That's
that's
not
that
that
is
a
little
bit
north
of
350.,
so
we're
not
there
yet
so
we'll
see
and
we'll
be
sensitive
to
it
and
we'll
report
to
to
this
board
and
we'll
have
a
discussion
about
it.
You
know
at
some
point
there
there
there
may
be
a
point
of
diminishing
returns.
D
C
So
but
but
in
my
opinion,
we're
not
there
yet
so
yes,
but
yes,
short
answer
margaret
yeah
mark
and
eric,
and
I
we're
we're
talking
about
that,
we're
sensitive
to
it,
we're
looking
at
it
and
we'll
be
talking
with
you
guys
about
it.
B
D
B
B
B
So
I
I
would
think
that
you
know
if
we,
I
think
those
we
need
to
look
at
the
number
of
season
pass
holders
and
the
number
of
season
pass
rounds,
and
you
know
honestly,
I'm
not
expecting
that
this
covid
bounce
or
whatever
you
want
to
call
it.
It
is
going
to
at
some
point
I
think
it's
the
number
of
season
pass
members
is
going
to
start
dropping
off
again.
I
hope
I'm
wrong.
B
You
know
I
hope
it
continues
to
maintain,
but
I
I
think
those
that's
a
key
number
to
look
at
when
we're
looking
at
our
season
pass
holders
getting
in
getting
in
the
rounds
you
know,
are
they
able
to
play.
C
Right
and
the
industry
is
talking
talking
about
the
covet
bounce
so-called
is
going
to
be
three
to
four
years.
That's
what
they're,
projecting
and
also
you
have
to
look
at
the
the
greens
fee
revenue
where
we're
you
know
we're
up:
50
000
anyway,
55
000
over
the
last
year,
so
so
obvious.
So
so
by
that
the
the
increase
in
in
in
season
pass
rounds
have
not
has
not
impacted
negatively
the
greens
fee
revenue
and
that's
really
the
telltale.
C
I
mean
just
to
say
it
used
to
be
in
years
I
mean
forever.
We
would
struggle
to
get
people
in
to
play
from
one
o'clock
to
three
o'clock
when
the
league
play
started.
D
C
Jammed
there's
there's
no
gap,
there's
no.
You
know
slack
time
between
one
and
three
three
o'clock
a
couple
years
ago,
maybe
three
years
ago
we
would
promote
specials.
C
You
know
12
12
o'clock
to
three
o'clock.
You
can
do
this.
What
have
you
there's?
None
of
that
we're
not
doing
any
of
that
we're
just.
C
D
A
No,
it
was
just
a
kind
of
a
general
question
and
at
some
point
I
mean
if
we
start
like
just
asking
you
know:
do
we
do
we
get
to
a
point
where
we
reach
a
tipping
point
and
the
other
thing
to
be
looking
at
is
kind
of
making
sure
the
conditions
of
things
like
tea
boxes
etc
are
keeping
up
with
the
increased
volume.
E
C
Well,
we
don't
have
too
many
too
many
guys
playing
the
four
tees,
but
yeah
I
mean
the
four
tees
eric
had
had
created
in-house
certain.
You
know
certainties.
What
have
you
and,
as
a
you
know,
as
a
concession
too,
to
the
ladies
club
and
to
the
lady
golfer,
but
I
mean
it's
not
it's
not
the
wear
on
those
tees
is
not
due
to
excessive
men
use
because
we
have
very
few
men
who
are
using
them.
A
It's
excessive
use,
I
mean,
and
in
all
fairness
to
the
second
tee
box,
it
started
the
year
with
no
grass,
so
it
just
hasn't
had
any
time
to
recover
or
to
do
anything
and-
and
you
know
just
trying
to
make
sure
that
that
that
spot
doesn't
kind
of
eliminate.
I
mean,
let's
see,
two
weeks
ago,
the
t
markers
were
placed
within
oh
less
than
a
foot
of
the
back
edge
of
the
tee
box,
which
basically
put
your
right
foot.
A
If
you
are
right-handed,
you
put
your
right
foot
on
the
on
the
side
of
the
hill,
and
that
was
where
it
decided.
They
decided
that
we
should
be
playing
from
that
day
and
I'm
sure
it
was
to
give
the
front
or
front
part
of
that
tee
box
a
break,
but
we're
gonna.
That's
kind
of
unacceptable.
E
F
F
F
So
you
know
those
that's
taking
a
precedence
over
other
things.
You
know
some
of
the
other
detail,
work.
E
Okay,
since
we're
on
the
golf
course
issues,
you
know
eric
thanks
for
putting
those
tablets
in
on
number
eight
in
the
wetlands
out
there
and
bringing
in
that
equipment
from
from
lime.
E
I
have,
I
personally
have
not
had
a
problem
with
mosquitoes
yet
I'll
see
what
tomorrow
morning
brings,
but
I
was
told
that
saturday
morning
was
not
good,
that
there
were
a
lot
of
mosquitoes
down
there.
I
don't
know,
I'm
only
reporting
what
I
was
told.
E
Yeah
you
had
to
play
number
eight.
I
did
you
had
to
return
that
equipment
eric.
D
E
D
A
That's
it
I
mean
other
than
that
the
greens
are
in
phenomenal
shape.
Oh
yes
in
some
way
fast
yeah,
so
I
think
you
know,
given
the
size
of
your
staff
and
the
number
of
rounds,
you're
still
doing
a
very
good
job
of
keeping
up
with
things
I
mean,
I
wish
I
had
a
magic
wand
to
find
seasonal
help
for
you.
B
A
B
So
I
had
jessica
pull
together
some
numbers
from
april
1st
to
june
16th.
Our
organic
reach
is
now
up
to
ten
thousand
seven
seventy
six.
Now
what
that
means
is,
that
is
followers
and
their
connections.
So
we
have.
D
B
1539
followers
and
their
connections
you
know
of
grows.
That
number
to
like,
I
said,
seven,
seventy
six!
So
that's
that's
a
pretty!
That's
a
pretty
good
reach.
From
april
1st
to
june
16th,
there
was
1468
page
views.
B
B
So
we
have
1411
page
likes,
like
I
said,
1539
followers,
so
we
continue
to
grow
those
that
we
are
reaching.
B
Yeah
yeah
yeah
and
I
did
want
to
share
one
other
thing.
The
national
golf
foundation
puts
out.
I
get
an
email
from
joe
bennetts,
who,
I
think
is
the
president
he's
the
president
and
chief
operating
officer
of
the
national
golf
foundation
and
he
shared
something
last
week
about
lifetime
sports
lifetime
sports
and
typically.
B
The
two
paths
cross
and
at
50
to
64
golf
far
exceeds
both
tennis
and
snow
sports
and
golf
continues
to
maintain
participate
participation
rates
up
through,
like
75
plus,
so
the
the
whole
point
of
this
short
article
was
that
if
we
can
in
this
talking
globally,
if
if
golf
can
create
a
committed
golfer
during
adolescence
or
early
adulthood,
they
tend
to
stay
a
golfer
for
life.
B
So
I
I
think
you
know
what
shena
cosset
has
done
with
the
associate
and
the
associate
plus,
hopefully
we're
going
to
be
keeping
those
golfers
at
shena
kosit
for
a
very
long
time,
and
we
saw
the
numbers
go
up
again
this
year.
If
you
look
at
the
monthly
revenue
report,
you
can
see
that
the
numbers
of
players
that
have
seasons
passes
in
that
in
those
two
categories
associated
with
associate
posts.
Both
of
them
are
up.
B
You
know
not
as
great
as
some
of
the
other
limited
categories,
but
they
are.
G
C
D
C
But
look
also
at
the
at
the
youth
yeah.
C
Five
35
youth
members,
and
but
we
somewhere
in,
I
think
it's
almost
40
to
today
and
last
year
we
had
nine.
D
C
C
A
C
No,
these
kids
don't
get
up
early.
Are
you
kidding
me
and
then,
and
actually
really
you
know
they
come?
They
come
out
around
11,
ish,
11,
30
and
most
of
them
ride
they
ride.
Kids.
If,
if
I
was,
if,
if
I
told
my
dad
back
in
the
day
that
yeah
dad
I
want
to
ride,
you
say,
are
you
kidding
put
that
bag
on
your
shoulder
and
get
your
butt
on
the
tee?
There
was
none
of
that,
but
these
young
kids
they're
up
they're
riding
eric.
Am
I
wrong.
C
C
C
Well,
the
youth
is
to
age
21.
C
Okay
and
the
associate
is,
is
22
to
29
and
then
associate
plus
is
30
to
35.,
but
I
mean,
if
you
look
at
it,
we
have
40.
C
A
C
When
we,
when
we
were
having
this
discussion
five
years
ago,
when
we
had
seven
seven
members
ages
22
to
40,
this
is
incredible.
A
D
F
C
C
I
mean
I
I
worked
when
I
was
in
high
school.
I
worked
at
fenwick
golf
course
in
in
seabrick
and-
and
I
was
up
at
four
o'clock
and
I
rode
my
bike
across
town,
and
I
got
there
early
because
I
I
mowed
greens
and
I
cut
pins
whatever,
so
it
was
just
me
and
the
the
assistant
superintendent
and
I
loved
it
because
at
1
30
in
the
afternoon
I
was
on
the
beach,
but
these
young
kids.
Nowadays
they
just.
B
B
B
With
that
yeah,
because
we
we've
seen
the
same
thing
in
the
parks
division
where
you
know
they'll
start
working
and
and
you
know
they
hear-
that
a
friend
is
getting
22
bucks
under
the
hour
under
the
table
an
hour.
And
you
know
the
guy's
looking
for
more
help
and
you
know
they're
there
for
a
day
or
two
and
then
and
then
they
don't.
They
stop
coming
to.
B
D
G
I
think
I
missed
my
moment
during
the
during
the
course
report,
but
on
a
budget
deliberations,
the
rtm
was
was
greatly
interested
in
our
our
fund
balance
and
I
think
they
were
thinking.
We
should
be
financing
the
board
of
education,
maybe-
and
I'm
I'm
not
sure
I
want
to
bring
this
up,
but
every
time
I
give
a
rosy
report,
I'm
sure
they're
thinking,
they've
got
money
and
part
of.
D
G
Couple
of
questions
I
had
we
did
have
a
giant
fund
balance.
I
don't
know
how
giant
it
was,
but
it
got
wiped
out.
We
accumulated
over
a
period
of
time
and
it
was
wiped
out
for
bad
with
a
stretch
of
bad
weather
and
that's
one
reason:
you're
gonna
try
and
the
other
thing
is
that
I
don't
think
people
understand
sort
of
the
expenses
you're
facing.
I
know
mark
told
me
about
a
a
turf,
rotary,
mower
sharpener,
that
was
with
78
thousand
dollars.
G
That
has
to
be
replaced,
and
then
I
mentioned
that
the
golf
carts
are
taking
a
beating
because
of
the
covet
everybody's
having
to
use
more
carts
than
normal
and
the
moderators
somehow
thought
golf
carts
were
covered
under
the
fleet
budget
for
pickup
trucks
and
snow
plows,
and
so
I
I
I'm
not
sure
how
much
I
want
to
get
into
this.
But
I
sort
of
want
to
tell
them
look:
there's
the
money.
G
You
need
to
spend
that
money
and
you're
not
going
to
spend
it
tomorrow,
you're
not
going
to
spend
it
sooner
than
you
have
to
so
any
I.
How
big
was
that
fund
balance
that
disappeared
on
us.
D
B
B
What
we
get
a
report
at
the
end
of
every
fiscal
year
on
what
the
balance
is
it?
Usually
we
usually
get
it
in
like
august
or
september,
so
perhaps
for
the
next
for
the
september
meeting
I'll
see
if
I
can
get
it
from
finance,
so
we
have
it
available
for
the
next
for
the
next.
A
G
Yeah,
the
last
thing
we
want
to
be
doing
is
going
to
the
council
on
the
rtm
saying
gee.
We
had
a
lot
of
bad
weather.
Now
we
could
use
a
little
supplemental
funding
from
the
fund
from
the
town's
fund
balance
to
make
up
for
it
and
having
debates
about
whether
they
think
it's
going
to
rain
next
month
or
not
so
anyway,
but
150,
that's
a
good
number
10
years
to
build
up.
They
don't
need
to
know
the
current
fund
balance
that
won't
be
necessary
at
this
point,
but
no
golf
carts
are
not
covered
I'll.
D
D
E
Is
it
possible
well
anyway,
and
talking
to
eric
last
week
I
found
out
that
the
golf
course
was
not
going
to
put
any
water
out
on
the
golf
course
for
drinking,
because
it's
a
as
a
liability
now
yeah.
Okay,
so
I
mean
I
guess
we
have
to
accept
that
as
a
liability.
E
Nothing
comes
out
of
the
restaurant.
The
the
cart
girl
doesn't
come
out
until
10,
30
or
11
o'clock,
usually
especially
on
weekends.
How
do
we
inform
people
to
bring
their
own
water?
Is
that
through
the
website.
C
I
think
most
people,
post
covid,
are
are
used
to
bringing
their
own
water.
I've
had
no
negative
comment
by
anyone.
Really
really
anyone
coming
up
and
saying.
Is
there
drinking
water
provided?
No
people
want
to
have
their
own
water.
They
want
to
provide
their
own
water
they're,
not
looking
to
go
ahead
and
and
have
shared
water
where
they,
where
they
sh,
you
know,
share
the
spigot
and
all
of
that
they
don't
want
any
of
that.
C
A
No
harm
in
that
just
for
in
case
people
come
down
and
and
aren't
aware,
but
I
agree
with
you
todd
most
people.
These
days
are
not
looking
for
water
on
the
course,
but
just
that
that
those
odd
set
of
people
that
might
still.
A
C
And
this
came
on
this
issue
came
up
years
ago.
I
mean
more
than
10
anyway,
and
and
tony
and
peter
are
fine
with
when
they're
closed
for
me
to
offer
water,
because
that
did
come
up.
This
is
before
we
had
the
water
stations,
and
I
mean
if
it
becomes
an
issue.
C
I
can
have
a
couple
coolers
of
of
water
ice
down,
and
I
can
I
mean
I
won't
even
charge
them
more
than
cost.
For
god's
sake,
yeah
you
know
if,
if
they,
if
they
need
water,
so
I
mean
if,
if
if
it
becomes
an
issue,
then
I
can
do
that.
A
C
D
G
D
G
I
had
a
chance
to
speak
to
our
town
historian,
jim
streeter
and
he's
he
was
involved
with
getting
the
was
his
avery
point
lighthouse
on
the
national
register,
and
so
he's
been
through
this
and
he's
keen
to
help.
If
take
up
information
that
could
make
things
better
could
make
things
worse.
Sometimes
you
know
I
have
more
info,
you
know
tons
of
information,
but
he's
he's
interested
in
and
would
help
on
it,
and
I
guess
we
already
mentioned
counselor
baumgartner
made
a
referral
to
the
council
about
about
this.
A
Just
the
unfinished
business
I
think
when,
if
you
go
back
and
read
the
minutes,
we
talked
about
maybe
couching
it
in
an
overall
strategy
update
of
the
strategic
plan
plan.
B
Right
yep,
yeah,
and
that
would
I
did
actually
reach
out
to
the
national
golf
foundation
and
that
would
run
between
20
and
25
000.
Okay,.
D
B
An
outside
set
of
eyes
look
at
what
we
do,
and
you
know
this.
The
coveted
bounce
isn't
going
to
last
forever
and
I
keep
saying
that
I,
I
hope,
I'm
wrong,
but
I
I'd
like
to
think
that
we
had
perhaps
some
insight
on
you
know
what
we
could
do
to
kind
of
maintain.
D
B
D
D
D
C
So
far
so
far,
I
mean
I
think
people
are
are,
are
more
comfortable,
many
yeah,
more
comfortable,
giving
payment
through
the
window.
You
know
out
in
the
air.
C
C
Well,
I
don't
know
surprisingly,
but
but
the
supply
chain
is
still
not
there,
and
so
it's
hard
for
me
to
get
product,
whereas
if
I
were
to
order
something
whatever
and
expect
it
to
come
within
two
weeks.
Well,
it's
still
four
weeks
yeah.
So
anyway,
I
I
think
I
think
that
currently
our
situation,
what
we
have,
what
we're
doing,
I
think
our
people
like
it,
it's
a
compromise
yeah.
C
I
think
that
maybe
within
a
you
know
it
after
maybe
a
month,
maybe
we'll
talk
about
it
again
and
but
I
think
people
like
it's,
it's
no
inconvenience
for
people
to
come
to
the
window
and
make
payment
we're
right
there.
It's
it's
not
an
issue
that
way,
so
it's
totally
workable
as
long
as
we
think
that
it
should
be
workable.
G
E
Well,
I
I
haven't
heard
any
comments.
Nobody's
brought
up
anything
to
me
about
that.
The
only
thing
I
mean
from
your
point
of
view,
if
everybody's
going
on
the
outside
who's
going
inside
and
who's
buying,
what
I
mean,
don't
you
want
people
in
the
shop
to
buy
stuff.
C
Of
course,
I
do,
of
course
I
do,
but
but
I'm
taking
one
for
the
team.
Actually,
you
know
I.
I
had
a
drop
of
my
gross
gross
revenues
by
by
60
in
last
year.
Oh.
C
And
so
I
mean
that
wasn't
good,
but
but
hey
I
mean
it's
covid,
and
so
we
do
what
we
need
to
do.
C
I
think
that
we'll
probably
have
discussions
moving
forward
about
opening
up
fully,
but
I
think
they're.
I
think
we
have
some
customers
who
still
like
to
be
out
in
the
air
and
just
come
up
to
the
window
and
pay,
and
if
and
and
we
have
a
sign
saying
if
they
want
to
come
in
to
shop,
then
they
can
come
into
shop.
I
think
it's
a
good.
D
A
F
B
Yeah
so
cindy,
I
I
talked
to
cindy
a
few
weeks
before
the
last
board
meeting
gab
meeting,
and
she
reminded
me
about
providing
an
update
to
the
capital
improvement
project,
so
I
kind
of
went
back
to
fye,
21
and
just
identified
what
had
been
proved
been
approved
and
kind
of
gave
a
status.
B
I
think
the
work
for
the
hva
hvac
system
in
the
restaurant
is
done.
They
are
just
waiting
for
the
last
piece
to
come
in,
that's
the
exterior
motor
and,
and
originally
it
was
supposed
to
be
in
by
mid-june,
and
then
it
got
bumped
to
mid-july
and
I
have
not
heard
an
update,
but
it
it
wouldn't
surprise
me
if
and
as
todd
mentioned,
the
supply
chain
is
broken
in
places
and
things
are
taking
considerably
longer.
B
I
think
we're
all
seeing
that,
so
it
may
be
a
little
bit
longer
than
that,
I'm
not
sure,
but
the
at
the
time
of
this
report
it
was
mid-july.
B
B
The
design
and
construction
to
rehab
the
exterior
the
maintenance
building
and
construct
an
additional
public
bathroom
that
was
approved
and
there's
an
architectural
firm
to
begin
work
this
summer,
when
they
come
up
with
a
month
of
the
a
number
for
the
money
that
will
appear
in
the
fye
23
budget
projects
that
continue
to
be
deferred
or
repainting.
The
clubhouse,
replacing
the
red,
rubber
deck
tiles
and
repainting
the
cart
building.
D
A
D
G
I
had
a
chance
to
speak
with
former
city
mayor
marion
galbraith
at
chief
spelman's
retirement
party,
and
I
said
oh
yeah
in
politics.
Maybe
you
could
get
on
a
board
and
I
said
we're
looking
for.
We
have
a
vacancy
for
a
non-resident
member
on
the
on
the
golf
advisory
board
and
she
said
she
knew
a
woman
in
new
london
as
a
golfer
who
might
be
interested.
B
C
From
the
zoom
format
to
meeting
in
person,
but
as
far
as
for
our
members
of
this
gab,
I
I
think
that
it's,
I
think
that
is
very
convenient
for
all
of
us.
C
The
only
thing
that
I
think
is
for
for
those
who
want
to
join
the
meeting,
but
there's
always
a
mech.
There
is
a
mechanism
for
for
people
who
want
to
join
the
meeting,
as
as
a
citizen
petition
to
contact
the
town
manager's
office
and
and
get
on
a
list
or
what
have
you
and
be
listed
and
be
invited
to
the
meeting.
G
B
B
Yeah
and-
and
I
don't
know
that
the
wishes
of
the
gab
are
going
to
be
heard
when
the
decisions
made,
what
format
meetings
moving
forward
take
place
in
and
if
the
council
and
the
town
manager
say
we're
back
to
in
person,
then
I
think
we're
back
to
in
person
as
much
as
I
do
appreciate.
The
fact
that
I
can
leave
and
come
home
at
the
end
of
the
day
and
not
have
to
stick
around
for
another
three
hours
to
wait
for
a
meeting.
A
Yeah,
I
agree
I
have,
I
can
go
either
way.
The
only
thing
that
I
might
suggest
is
that
we
identify
maybe
one
meeting
a
year
to
where
we,
if
we
were
to,
if
we
are
allowed
to
continue
in
some
remote
fashion,
that
at
least
once
or
twice
a
year
that
we
get
together
in
person
out
of
all
the
meetings.
So
not
every
single
one,
but
you
know
maybe
it's
the
budget
discussion
or
maybe
it's
you
know
the
rates
for
the
next
year
discussion,
maybe
there's
a
a
key
one.
A
That
would
make
sense
for
us
to
be
in
person,
especially
it's
going
to
be
a
little
different
as
we
bring
on
new
people
to
the
board.
You
know
just
to
give
that
we've
all
had
a
chance
to
meet
in
person.
You
introduce
somebody.
They
need
to
have
that
opportunity,
in
my
opinion,
need
to
have
that
opportunity
to
meet
people
in
order
to
make
this
continue
to
make
this
effective
because
it
has
been
fairly
effective.
C
Right,
I
mean
obviously
either
way
with
the
group.
