Made, secondly, I just had a couple of comments on may 25th minutes. First of all that the soil scientist is jim collins.

And the second part I just want to it's on the second page: sort of folded: multi-family residential development, 375, drastic drive first paragraph spine. Second, paragraph describe the subject: property as recovered on all sides by items.

It is located in the multi-family zone system, apartment complexes around the development site and then the senate's uh agency has reviewed this location with applications.

So the pad is going to sit on the dirt four inches down with a 12 inch footing around it. So the only thing we're taking out is 12 inches of dirt around the base and that'll just be spread out.

Just looking to do that, I mean on the map.

So this this is.

I had asked the soil scientists if she was taking samples up any further. She said there was no reason to because of where she had taken samples from that farther. You know she said once you get beyond 80 to 100 feet, there's no point we're not just going down any distance into that soil more than 4 inches, so she had made the determination not to not even bother testing not dumped that farm.

And it's all basically just trees.

There's a lot of trees too. Some are dead somewhere, like falling over like variables.

So I'm kind of far it could be closer to the front uh up into here and a little bit closer to the side.

Directly from bonjour everything looks even straight: it's not really tilted it's kind of in line with the rest of the structures.

I'm not sure just to be easier, just at the front of the door to that. You know like right here a little bit. That's what I was getting at, which side do you put the cars there? So the car is gonna, go in front right here.

So it's 12 inch footing all the way around 12 by 12., so there's no uh cross footing. Basically on a slab. That's cross coating is just 12 inches, so we're just taking out the 12 inches around the circumference of the square and then that just gets spread out and then the concrete gets poured on top of that in the pad and then just gets folded.

What happens if these old cars start leaking oil? Well, they're, not really old cars. They are updated, so they're, very expensive cars, which is why they, I want to put them in their own place.

So I guess for me, I'd like to see just a little bit of a summary like it's fine scientists, don't think. Sometimes it's just a little work for our record and.

Maybe get those two things in there.

So for those of you who aren't familiar with it, rogers road is off of gold star highway and flanders is sort of the cut through that goes by yes, okay, there we go okay, so there is a driveway that comes off of rogers road that serves a number of houses, and this is just the continuation of that driveway on the state of connecticut property, which is.

I'll just go over some of the changes that we've seen from the last meeting to this meeting. Two that the commission had asked us to look into one was the shed was.

Previously over here, I've relocated that up.

Area this common area space but ambiguous what they're going to put in there. But it's going to be up to the tenants they get more bikes in there or if they have some yard.

A

Garden tools like that, um that's for their use, it's a good spot to put it over. There.

So that was item one. The other item was I'm asked if you could pull this back, pull the outlet back up here, but we did. um It doesn't really tell a whole lot on here, but we pulled it back from eight to about.

Eight and a half elevation about a five foot difference and to do that, we these.

Units here decide to create almost cascading effects, so it follows the contour and then manipulate the catch basin slightly just to get the elevation up a little bit. um So we were able to get the elevations in the units up. Six inches allowed us to raise our outlet by six inches, which allowed us to pull it back about five feet. So we did we're able to get a little bit more distance before it wasn't 10 or 20 feet like, but anyway, their best based on the elevations. We have and.

um Did have staff review for planning as well? So there are some other minor changes that I'll go over with you guys that uh didn't discuss.

The last time I was pointing out, one of them is the bike.

Rack, I guess this is commensurate with the shed.

The bike rack shifted a hair.

Here, there's some utility modifications, not that it matters all that much, but I might as well point them out they're not going to go with gas back units, so the gas line that's out.

There we're not going to have to gas line, so we eliminated the gas line from it. There's some.

Some electric modifications before we had a single line coming up to the sand, hole now actually outside the hundreds over the area, but there's going to be some new electrical work coming in for this building. Because of that, we have a new electrical line coming in this direction, rather than from the street.

Just minor things like that.

I'm correct the yeah thing is doing phase construction. You have.

To the regulation simulates 60 of your.

Parking must be available in phase one. So even if it's only five units versus.

The common space you start to show that you have enough marketing for it, so what we ended up doing is you can see on this plan. This is phase one lower road control plan, there's already the gravel parking spots that are here we're just going to maintain the gravel parking spots, we'll eliminate the pavement, get some grass area between our parking lot and our roadway we'll maintain the gravel parking spaces. Here that way, we show that we have fifty percent of their fire parking space. We're gonna, add straight parking.

Just maintain a readout and phase two will eliminate forward two, as we add more parking, so maintaining the fifty percent where the minimum would be, but we get to the full build out, which is.

You know this developer got this from the front part. So that's the reason for.

Convert this to the residential, please keep this roll parking, this gravel parking area here this pavement area eliminate this pavement here, so the access will stay the same through all the way out. This is phase one once that is complete. Here's phase two, so this pavement goes here, has been removed.

Parking spaces remain from what's here, we'll extend the new driveway up to the back units, so we'll have this new drive up to these back town homes, there's 10 town homes back here we'll have the utilities that have to go up back to these these units here phase three, once you know, you've maintained the curb cut parking spaces for these two developments. These three and we've got to construct the front parking area for that building area. That's when we'll install the new access drive location, we'll eliminate this one-way exit here, we'll construct.

As well and off the utilities that we had solved in phase two we'll.

The house, like this after you've, been in the field, we're not necessarily all that cool with this, because what happens is that people.

I know that there's boulders all over the place, it's messy looking now, you know it's not like whoever did it didn't make like a nice controlled wall or anything so like I'd want it to be.
