So this is the first time the Inland Wetlands e is using this platform, so we're all learning.

This is a standard request for an extension. This is the last five years on this. Permit they've been complying with all the conditions of the permit notifying us before they do any of the routine drainage work performed by Public, Works employees. I think you have a draft motion in front of you.

The town manager has asked us to ask each land use Commission, whether or not they would be willing to meet during the day during this. This virus. Is that something that you folks would entertain? I'm, not sure right, I know he well. Actually his work schedule has shifted so that he can attend night meetings, so he may be able.

Okay, I'm not sure, if that's what's going to happen here, but I think he wants to limit how many rooms have to be cleaned and and room. One, for example, has the ability to televise, where we tell it in here.

Right so we found last night we had Planning and Zoning Commission, and we found that the folks who are at home were much clearer to pick up. It was much easier for them to participate in the meeting. When we viewed the meeting afterwards it was. They were easier to hear because, right now, you guys are on the microphone on this laptop. So sometimes it picks up sometimes not.

That they were in here, but it was, you know, some people speak low.

Someone wanted to completely separate herself from others and she was sort of behind the computer, and so it didn't really pick up well, so the folks at home couldn't hear and yeah so so I think as we go forward and we get more used to this technology. It is not a problem if you want to come in, you know from home, and if anybody wants to practice, we can do that.

Yeah there are I mean the governor has extended a number of the timeframes. So if push comes to shove and there's really a total shutdown, I think we'll be able to deal with it. But until then I mean the manager wants us to go forward with meetings and just not stop things.
