B
All
right
in
the
inland
wetlands
meeting
october
14
2020
done
virtually
public
communications
dave.
A
No,
I
do
not
have
any.
I
just
want
to.
Let
folks
who
are
listening
know
that
you
can
participate
in
the
meeting
under
public
communications.
By
raising
your
hand,
if
you
are
on
a
phone,
you
need
to
do
star
nine.
If
you
are
on
an
apple
device.
A
I
think
you
hover
over
the
top
of
your
computer
if
you're
on
a
pc
you
hover
at
the
bottom-
and
I
am
seeing
barbara
williams
coming
in
as
an
attendee,
so
I'm
going
to
promote
her
to
panelists
there
we
go
so
there's
barbara
and
I
also
see
applicants
here
as
attendees.
So
when
we
get
to
their
item
we'll
we'll
get
them
into
the
meeting.
C
C
C
A
A
D
A
Meeting
with
audio
with
video.
B
A
B
All
right
approval
of
the
minutes
of
september
9th.
B
B
Do
we
have
a
emotional.
A
Application-
okay,
donna-
I
can
see
your
name.
Can
you
hear
us
talk
to
us.
C
A
E
and
then
yes,
that's
it
and
then
the
rock
wall
that
we
will
be
putting
in
and
the
area
to
the
above,
that
rock
wall
has
got
some
large
trees
that
are
very
diseased
and
damaged.
I
think
some
of
you
took
a
walk
out
to
the
lot
once
yeah.
B
E
So
those
are
the
trees
that
we
need
to
cut
down
before
we
start
building
they're
very
tall
and
they
if
they
fell,
they
would
just
ruin
everything
so
there's
I
believe,
there's
five
of
them
and
I've.
E
Given
you
the
footages
away
from
the
property
lines,
the
top
one
is
a
large
pine
35
feet
away
from
the
property
line
and
yeah
right
there
15
feet
from
the
rock
wall
yup
and
then
there's
two
of
them
below
that
one
of
them
is
dead
and
leaning
on
the
other
one
and
those
two
need
to
come
down
and
then
there's
one
a
little
further
down
from
that.
That's
a
large
pine
as
well
and
right
at
the
bottom
is
a
choke
cherry
tree.
E
Well,
bob
long
who
is
the
other
owner
of
the
property
is
a
certified
forester,
so
he
will
be
removing
them
and
they
will
be
falling
toward
where
the
house
is
going
to
go.
So
they
will
forward
fall
on
our
lot
and
they
will
be
cut
into
pieces,
wood
chipped.
The
larger
sections
will
be
saved
and
made
into
lumber
for
a
possible
outbuilding
in
the
future,
and
he's
done
that
because
he
worked
at
the
seaport
on
the
morgan
project
and
they
cut
all
the
lumber
for
that.
So.
C
Oh
okay,
how
bit
deb?
How
far
is
that
that
pine
that's
35
feet
from
the
property
line?
How
far
is
it
from
the
wetlands
boundary.
C
E
A
E
Here,
right
at
the
bottom
comes
in
from
groton
longpoint
road.
It's
a
right-of-way.
B
D
C
D
E
A
Right,
which
is,
is
not
ready
yet
they
have
another
list
of
comments
to
address,
so
we
don't
have
revised
plans
at
this
point.
A
I
don't
know
they
withdrew
their
application.
I
have
not
heard
from
the
property
owner.
Have
you
seen
some
indication
of
that.
C
Yeah,
it's
always
when
the
weather
starts
to
change.
It
always
drops
off
anyway,.
B
Yeah,
I
think
I
think
they're
with
today's
business
climate
they're
just
going
to
hold
for
a
while.
That
makes
sense.
A
It
is
still
at
seven
o'clock,
second
and
fourth
wednesday,
one
meeting
only
in
july
and
august
and
november
and
december.
A
B
C
C
B
All
right,
we
need
a
motion
to
accept
the
new
schedule.
I.
C
Have
a
question:
yes:
are
those
months
where
we
have
a
single
meeting?
Are
they
on?
Is
the
one
meeting
on
a
a
second
or
a
fourth
wednesday.
B
So
we
have
a
motion
to
accept
the
schedule.
B
Okay,
all
those
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
aye
opposed
extensions.
All
right,
I
don't
really
have
anything
going
on
here.
I've
been
observing
the
house
down
on
on
sandy
hollow
that
they've
been
working
on
and
going
out
in
the
back
and
they're
standing
well
away
from
the
wetlands
back
there.
A
B
C
A
C
The
removal
of
the
restroom
in
what
I
call
the
rubber
tire
playground
that
isn't
anymore,
I
mean.
