A
A
I
thought
that
maybe
just
refresh
your
memory
of
who
we
are
and
and
and
and
sue's
gonna
speak
so
join
in
anytime
soon,
but
she'll
do
a
little
catch
us
catching
us
up
on
the
circle
of
friends
later
on
in
the
meeting.
So
so
I'm
marie
shaw.
A
B
A
B
D
E
C
C
A
Clean
works,
catch,
okay,
okay,
what
I'd
like
to
do
is
before
we
get
moving
here
is,
and
maybe
jennifer
you
have
it
intended
in
your
report.
But
it's
not
stated
on
the
that
or
talk
about
any
update
to
the
library
services
due
to
coven,
so
I
think
that'd
be
appropriate,
particularly
in
lou
in
light
of
the
headline
in
today's
day.
A
I
think
that
we
need
to
be
a
good
conversation
to
have
just
to
see
what
what
people's
thoughts
are
and
yours
for
the
next
few
weeks
for
the
library,
absolutely
yeah.
You
want
to
add
that
to
your
report
or
maybe
old
business.
I
know
we
spoke
about
it
before,
but
we.
G
Can
add
it
to
library
activities,
because
I
can
give
you
a
briefing
because
that's
okay,
we're
always
it's
really
not
old
business
or
new
business.
It's
both
we're
constantly
working.
So
I'd
be
happy.
A
Okay,
so
sue!
You
are,
I
guess,
you're
our
public.
If
you
have
any
comments
that
you
want
to
make.
Otherwise,
we'll
certainly
hear
from
you
during
during
the
report.
A
I
think
that
jennifer
help
me
out
here,
I
think
you're
down
under
new
business.
Is
it.
G
A
A
Marilyn
nice
to
see
you
hi
hi
communications
I
received
and
jennifer
also
I
assume
copies
of
reappointment
letters,
yes
for
carl
halle
and
matthew
to
the
to
the
board
board
term.
So
I
really
appreciate
you
all
offering
to
continue
on
with
the
board
and
jennifer.
I
think
you
must
have
copies
of
the
letters.
Do
you
I.
G
A
A
Catherine,
in
a
second,
a
second
okay,
thank
you,
bart,
okay,
those
were
emailed
to
us
for
any
editions
recommend
changes,
anything
that
should
be.
B
G
I
thought
I
caught
them
all
my
apologies
when
funny
enough,
when
rosemary
sends
them
to
me
in
pdf
and
then
copy
them
in
a
word
document.
For
some
reason,
I
think
it
has
something
to
do
with
the
apple
to
mac
pc.
G
G
C
C
F
A
Their
posted,
so
definitely
that's
technology,
yes,
okay,
all
those
in
favor
of
approving
the
minutes
with
those
teas
and
eyes
or
whatever's,
replaced.
A
A
G
Okay,
now,
if
everybody
has,
the
statistics
is
really
the
question
now
that
we're
back
on
board
here,
I
don't
have
a
lot
to
report
in
the
statistics.
I
know
you
asked
many
questions
and
sean
was
here
last
time
to
review
some
of
the
gmtv
related
questions
we
had
back
in
december
and
I
hope
he
clarified
everything
or
most
of
it
for
people.
But
I
can
tell
you
you
know
one
thing:
I.
I
hope
that
everybody
notices
that
the
gmtv
youtube
channel
views
are
significantly
up
from
the
previous
year.
G
So
that's
a
good
number
to
take,
not
that
the
rest
of
the
gmtv
information
is
not.
You
know
valuable,
but
that
one
in
particular
is
very,
very
valuable
because
most
of
where
we're
directing
our
programming
library,
specific
programming
is
there,
so
not
that
that's
all
of
the
5000,
but
that's
where
a
lot
of
people
are
accessing
our
recorded
views
when
we
say
recorded
that's
a
huge
part
of
our
statistical
information.
G
So
I
just
wanted
to
point
that
out
our
programming
I
and
thanks
to
the
circle
of
friends
and
I'm
sure
you
can
get
and
talk
about
the
programming
that
they've
been
providing
us,
but
thankfully,
for
this
virtual
programming.
A
lot
of
that
comes
from
the
circle
of
friends,
but
you
can
see
we
are
getting
most
of
our
bang
for
our
buck.
C
G
C
G
Yeah,
in
fact
you
know
what's
funny,
is
we
just?
I
can't
even
tell
you
today,
not
just
interlibrary
loan,
but
just
our
checkouts.
We
had
at
least
god.
I
want
to
say
a
normal
day.
We
would
have
a
couple
bins
of
books
and
we
had
just
just
this
afternoon.
We
had
like
seven
bins
of
books
to
be
processed
and
put
out
for
our
curbside
so
and
each
bin
holds.
G
I
can't
I
want
to
say,
like
30,
30
books,
they're
packed
pretty
tightly,
so
people
are
definitely
utilizing
the
service
and
whatever
they
can't
get
from
our
libraries,
which
most
of
our
communities,
using
from
our
sister
libraries
and
our
own,
like
80
percent
worth
comes
from
those
libraries
and
ours
to
fulfill
requests.
We
go
outside
to
you,
know
the
state
service
to
provide
extra
books
for
people,
but
yes,
we're
still
receiving
and
giving
which
is
hopefully.
G
A
Jennifer
are
all
those
interlibrary
loans
outside
of
the
rotten
waterford
system.
Are
those
made
through
phone
calls
to
staff?
How?
How
are
they?
Yes,.
G
They
are
phone
calls,
the
state
the
find
it
system
is
still.
You
can
look
them
up,
but
you
can't
place
interlibrary
loans
yeah
still,
so
they
call
and
they
ask
us
and
of
course
we
always
look
and
see
if
our
sister
libraries
have
it
first,
that's
obviously
the
first
order
of
business,
and
then
we
ask
them.
We
either
purchase
the
item.
G
G
It's
really
it's
really
made
a
huge
hit
in
you
know
our
service,
I
mean
I
keep
saying
I
mean
I
shouldn't
say,
be
too
downtrodden
on
them
because
they've,
you
know,
they've
had
a
lot
of
staffing
changes,
retirements,
so
ensuring
the
integrity
of
that
system
and
never
knowing.
If
the
funding
is
actually
going
to
be
there
year
to
year,
it's
been
kind
of
questionable,
so
they
are.
They
have
been
in
a
lot
of
conversations
and
discussions
about
what
they're
going
to
do
with
interlibrary
loan.
G
G
G
Activities
so
here's-
maybe
I
can
talk
about
it
right
here,
marie
about
coming
up
with
services
or
what
we're
planning
on
doing
is
that
what
you
were?
You
were
asking.
G
Of
course,
so
I
wanted
to
speak
first
about
what
we
have
implemented
since
the
last
meeting
discussion
with
michael.
I
know
he
gave
you
a
couple
of
hints
about
what
was
going
to
be
coming
for
services
while
we're
still
closed
so
we
definitely
implemented.
Wireless
printing
has
always
been
there,
but
we've
really
reached
out
to
people
to
tell
them
if
they
call
us
and
or
they
can
pick
up
a
a
little
flyer,
a
little
index
card
in
one
of
our
lockers
that
we
have
established
outside
they
can.
G
It
has
very,
very
succinct
instructions
on
how
to
have
prints
made,
so
they
can
send
it
wirelessly
through
a
mobile
device
or
a
computer,
and
just
like
curbside
for
books.
They
can
send
it.
Let
us
know
it's
there
and
then
we
print
it
out,
put
it
in
a
manila
envelope
and
have
it
ready
in
the
vessel
with
all
the
other
books.
G
So
you
know,
because
we
were
very
concerned
about
people
with
they
need
help
with
printing.
We
also
have
referrals
out
if
they
need
to
have
something
printed
immediately.
You
know
mystic
and
no
ink
bills,
doing
document
services
and
there's
a
local
business
in
town.
That's
also
doing
that,
so
we're
giving
them
options
if
they
don't
want
to
use
the
wireless
printing
in
our
location.
G
So
that's
that's
available
in
during
our
open
hours,
tax
forms
have
been
distributed
outside
into
those
lockers
they're,
all
labeled
lots
and
lots
of
questions
about
tax
forms,
so
those
are
available
all
the
time.
Actually,
so
people
can
come
pick
those
up
when
they
need
them
faxing.
G
Another
thing
that
we
can
do
for
people
it's
same
kind
of
thing:
they
open
up
one
of
the
lockers.
They
get
a
manila
envelope,
they
put
their
facts
inside
of
it
or
the
documents
they
want,
faxed
on
the
front.
There's
a
label,
you
fill
it
out
and
you
put
it
in
our
book
drop.
We
check
that
book
drop
four
times
a
day,
so
most
likely
within
that
day,
you'll
get
your
facts
back.
If
you,
if
you
need
a
facts
done
so
last
but
not
least,
we
are
doing
starting
the
delivery
service.
G
G
You
know
blast,
so
people
know
it's
available
and
that
they
can
sign
up
so
delivery
right
to
your
home.
So
those
are
the
things
we're
jen
implementing.
Yes,
question
is.
D
The
the
outside
copier.
D
G
No,
no
we're
just
allowing
people
just
to
make
copies
with
free
of
charge
at
this
time.
Okay,
okay,
free
of
charge,
that's
great!
Thank
you!
Yeah.
G
It's
just
called
right
now,
it's
just
right
now.
It's
just
called
book
delivery,
we're
thinking
of
a
name.
I
actually
have
to
go
through
my
email,
because
it's
like
a
little
contest
inside
of
our
library
building
for
staff.
But
how
that's
gonna
work
is.
We
have
two
days
tuesdays
and
wednesdays
are
going
to
be
delivery
days,
tuesday,
nine
to
one
and
wednesday
one
to
four,
so
how
people
are
going
to
sign
up
is
they're
going
to
call
in
and
of
course,
it's
going
to
take
a
little
time.
G
We're
going
to
tell
people
about
this,
but
they're
going
to
call
in
they're
going
to
say
they
want
a
book
delivery
and
then
we're
going
to
assign
them
a
time.
You
know
a
window
of
time,
just
like
you
do.
If
you
bought
like
an
appliance.
You
know
they
give
you
a
window
of
when
you're
going
to
be
coming,
we're
going
to
be
dropping
off
the
materials
outside
the
doorstep
in
a
biodegradable
plastic
bag.
D
G
G
When
I
say
it's,
I
mean
it's
a
service
we
are
going
to
provide,
but
of
course
we
may
have
to
tweak
things
to
make
things
work,
we're
gonna,
we're
gonna,
try
it
out
next
week,
we're
very
excited:
we've
got
a
lot
of
staff
volunteers
who
want
to
drive
the
car
and
go
do
this
service,
so
we're
pretty
excited
so.
G
If
we
find
that
you
know
it's
so
chaotic
and
then
demand
is
great,
we
may
have
to
put
some
parameters
on
it,
but
you
know
we
don't
want
to
restrict
so
many
things
just
yet
or
do
even
have
to
restrict
things
I
mean
if
somebody
wants
something
because
they're
afraid
to
come
out
and
of
course
it's
going
to
be
separate
from
our
homebound,
so
those
homebound
people
are
totally
separate
service,
that's
not
going
away,
but
unfortunately,
right
now,
a
lot
of
that
has
been
shut
down
because
we
can't
deliver
to
assisted
living
facilities
at
this
time,
but
no
we're
not
going
to
put
restrictions
on
the
limits.
G
So
if
there's
one
item
that
you
want
we're
gonna,
it's
only
forgotten
residents
so
and
we're
going
to
map
it
out.
You
know
on
mondays,
where
we're
going
to
be
going
so
it's
strategic
and
not
just
driving
all
over
the
place.
You
know
we're
going
to
make
a
map
and
everything
and
no
we're
not
going
to
do
any
age
groups.
I
mean,
if
you
know
it
doesn't
matter
at.
G
Sure
why
not
thanks
we
want
to.
We
want
to
move
this
stuff.
There's
too
many
items
on
the
shelf.
We
want
people
to
check
out
the
items
and
you
know
whatever
we
can
do
to
get
them
to
you
we're
happy
to
do
that
and,
like
I
said,
it's
we're
we're
making
sure
it's
only
two
days
because
again,
if
it,
if
it
gets
popular,
the
unfortunate
thing
is
we're
not
gonna
have
the
opportunity
to
do
this
seven
days
a
week.
You
know
we're
we're
gonna
test.
It
out,
see
how
it
goes.
G
Right
that
that
is
definitely
some,
that
is
the
only
parameter
marie.
So
thank
you
for
throwing
out
there
if,
if
it's
snow,
inclement
weather
we're
going
to
treat
it
the
same
as
how
we
treat
it
at
the
library
you
know.
Typically,
if
there's
inclement
weather,
we
cancel
programs
and
it's
a
program,
it's
this
program
service.
G
So
we
would
cancel
that
during
inclement
weather.
So
if
it's
snowing
out
sleeting
icing
yeah
that
that
would
you
know
we'll
cancel
it
for
that
day,
we'll
call
the
customer
and
then
make
arrangements
to
deliver,
possibly
on
another
day,
so
we'll
reschedule
those
deliveries.
C
Would
it
be
fair
to
call
this
a
pilot
program?
I'm
just
wondering
if
you
got
like
an
overwhelming
response
right
away,
that
you
exceeded
your
capacity
or
I
mean
just
in
the
sense
of
getting
people's
expectations
too
high.
G
Well,
there's
going
to
be
16
16
slots
per
each
day
that
we
have
service
and
four
slots
for
waitlist
wait
list
ite!
You
know
people
should
should
a
time
open
up
the
problem
with
restricting
it
immediately
before
you
even
try
it
out.
I
think
we've
experimented
enough
now
with
a
lot
of
these
services
that
even
for
librarians
we
get
really
sucked
into
the
details
of
things
and
the
more
you
restrict
and
the
more
you
get
to
those
finite
details.
G
G
We
were
really
worried
about
curbside,
for
example
like
oh,
my
god,
how
we're
gonna
put
up
how
we
gonna
do
this
because
there's
gonna
be
so
many
holds,
and
so
many
demands
and
the
week
peters
out
so
quickly
monday's
a
heavy
day
tuesday's
a
heavy
day,
and
then
it
slowly
peters
out.
So
if
we
had
restricted
that
initially,
I
don't
think
we
would
have
you
know
done
as
well
as
we
have
so.
G
The
goal
is
two
two
reasons
to
have
this
service:
one
bringing
the
library
to
our
community
because
our
books
are
on
our
shelf
and
we
want
people
to
check
out
items.
How
do
we
do
that?
Curbside?
Yes,
because
we're
closed,
but
let's
take
it
on
the
road.
We
have
a
vehicle
and
we
have
staff
willing
to
go
out
and
do
this
and
people
are
nervous
scared.
Well,
they
already
live
in
the
time
of
amazon
and
delivery.
So
let's
let's
do
this
so
we're
just
I
guess
you
could
say
rosemary.
G
G
Come
to
the
library,
I
don't
even
need
this,
so
that's
why
we
want
to
you
know:
try,
try
it
out
and
see
how
this
works.
Matthew.
B
E
G
E
The
image
I
have
is
the
camel's
nose
coming
into
the
tent
and
pretty
soon
the
whole
camel's
in
the
tent,
and
it's
very
hard
to
get
it
out.
So,
if
you,
if
you
label
it
as
something
we're
going
to
try,
but
we're
not
promising
to
deliver
forever,
if
it
becomes
necessary
to
cease
to
see
there's
less
of
a
pushback
from
the
clientele
sure.
G
B
G
Possibly,
I've
already
had
that
question
from
our
staff
member
who
runs
our
volunteer
program
as
well
as
our
homebound
program.
The
only
thing
I
would
have
to
say
is:
I'm
not
sure,
because
you
know
with
our
with
our
homebound
program.
We
have
a
volunteer
that
delivers
the
books
and
she
uses
her
own
vehicle.
G
It's
just
something
that
she
volunteered
for
the
car
that
we
have.
We
have
to
be.
Currently
you
have
to
be
a
staff
member
to
drive
the
vehicle,
so
we'd
have
to
just
look
into
how
that
would
work.
I
I
could
see
that
as
a
volunteer
opportunity,
it's
just
what
are
the
the
finite
details
of
who
can
drive
the
car
or
you
know
how
that
would
work,
but
I
I
could
see
that
as
a
potential.
Yes,.
G
So
what
I
was
going
to
say
is
you
wanted
to
know
about.
You
know
what
our
plans,
you
know
what's
happening,
covid
we're
closed
now.
Where
are
we
going
from
here?
Only
thing
I
can
say
is
we
we
haven't
been
apprised
just
yet
of
our
actual
date
of
opening,
and
that
date
of
opening,
of
course,
is
going
to
be
once
again,
most
likely
going
to
be
on
a
limited
basis
like
we
did
the
last
time
around.
G
You
know
to
slowly
get
back
to
the
swing
of
things
I
people
been
asking,
and
all
I
can
say
is
I'm
I'm
hopeful
it's
march,
but
what
we're
doing
right
now,
as
of
this
upcoming
week,
we're
sitting
down
with
staff
or
we're
going
to
be
talking
to
staff
about
what
our
potential
plans
are
to
start.
Looking
at
that,
you
know,
so
it's
not
like
tomorrow
we're
opening
and
then
we're
scrambling
our
thoughts,
michael
and
I
have
just
have
talked
about.
G
We
will
be
opening
slowly
like
we
like
I
just
mentioned.
You
know
few
few
computers
available
certain
rooms
and
and
certain
areas
closed
off
and,
of
course,
you
know
we
we
would
help
them.
The
circ
desk
would
be
open
reference.
Unlimited,
you
know
limited
basis,
so
slowly,
but
surely
is
what
we're
looking
at.
We
can't
have
if
we
open
the
building,
we
can't
have
curbside
inside
the
building,
so
that
would
be
go
back
to
the
hold
shelf
and
one
thing
we've
already
discussed
with
kathleen
who's
our
circulation
supervisor.
G
G
They're
like
we
wish
it
could
be
like
this
all
the
time
you
know
when
I
pick
up
my
holds
they're
already
checked
out,
so
we've
already
talked
about
having
that
already
happen,
you
know
just
coming
in
going
to
the
hold
shelf
and
the
books
already
being
checked
out
to
you,
so
you
don't
have
to
worry
about
checking
them
out.
So
you
know
listening
to
feedback
from
people.
We
we
think
that
would
work
just
fine.
So
that's
a
convenience.
G
I
can't
tell
you
when
programming
in
person
is
going
to
happen
yet
because
we
are
really
looking
at
when
these
vaccines
start
to
be.
You
know
dispensed
to
more
than
just
older
people,
so
we'll
probably
continue
with
the
virtual
for
a
little
while
longer,
and
maybe
during
the
summer
phase
in
some
of
the
outside,
you
know
in-person
programming
on
a
limited
basis.
G
G
One
of
the
reasons
why
we
closed
down
again
was
because,
like
I,
I
think
you
know
the
holiday
gathering
was
concerning,
and
we
were,
we
spiked
pretty
hard,
and
you
know
town
buildings,
people
frequent
them
more
than
especially
the
public
library.
G
So
he
thought
that
would
be
a
wise
decision,
which
I
can
tell
you
right
before
we
close
down.
We
were
having
a
lot
of
problems
with
people
staying
a
long
time.
Kind
of
fighting
with
people
actually
put
their
masks
on
fully,
not
just
you
know,
below
their
nose
as
they
were
coming
in
sick.
G
So
I
I
you
know.
I
definitely
concur
with
his
thinking
it
was
concerning
and
we
did
have
a
lot
of
spikes.
The
school
closed
down
quite
often
so
the
last
piece
of
it
we
were
supposed
to
open
january
11th
but,
like
I
said
he
looked
at
he
in
talking
with
ledge
light,
the
the
spike
was
so
high,
and
so
many
people
were
getting
it.
That
just
was
very
concerned
so
just
trying
to
keep
safety
in
mind,
but
so
hopefully,
like
I
said
sooner
than
later,
we'll
be
back
to
business.
A
Something
that
you
haven't
yet
discussed
or
discussed
what
a
lot
of
libraries
are
doing
are
having
people
come
in
by
appointment.
Yes,
it's
kind
of
a
you
know,
a
hybrid
of
we're
open,
but
we're
open
to
you
for
a
very
specific
need,
or
a
lot
of
time
is
that
anything
you've
considered,
because
a
lot.
G
G
Well,
I
I
I
just
got
this
question
from
somebody
recently
and,
and
my
my
instinct
to
say
to
that
was
twofold.
You
know
when
you're,
comparing
a
smaller
library
like
I'll,
give
you
an
example,
so
mystic
is
doing
by
appointment.
Mystic
is
allowing
so
many
people
they
have
like
one
or
two
computers
available.
G
When
the
person
comes
in
for
the
appointment,
they
only
have
the
first
floor
open,
so
they
can't
go
upstairs
and
they
can
pretty
much
see
in
the
building
when
they
let
somebody
in
our
difference
is
if
we
let
five
people
in
to
utilize,
you
know
by
appointment
and
have
them
come
in.
I'd
have
to
have
somebody
effectively
stay
with
them,
because
just
knowing
our
people
don't
even
leave
when
when
we
call
the
closure
25
times
at
night,
they
get
lost
in
the
stacks.
G
G
I
know
it
doesn't
sound
like
it's
a
big
deal,
but
when
you're
dealing
with
a
bigger
library
as
opposed
to
a
smaller
library,
it's
a
little
bit
different,
at
least
in
my
mind's
eye,
and
I
feel
like
we're
getting
to
the
point
that
I
don't
see
the
town
manager
being
closed
too
much
longer.
I
I
think
we're
looking
at
very
soon
I'm
starting
to
open
back
up,
but
that's
just
my
my
own
personal
opinion
on
it.
G
I
think
it
would
be
kind
of
a
logistical
nightmare
trying
to
book
people
all
day
and
then
you
know
the
curbside
and
answering
the
phones.
I
don't
know
I
I
just.
I
don't
feel
too
good
about
that,
but
yeah.
C
A
C
G
Else
so
before
I
we
did
have
our
budget
review
with
the
town
manager
and
it
went
pretty
quickly.
You
know
it's
it's
interesting
because
this
year
we're
not
really
sure
what's
happening
because
you
know.
Are
we
going
to
be
looking
at?
G
You
know
major
cuts,
because
people
think
you
know
covid
has
caused
so
many
problems.
We
do.
You
know
we
came
in
we're.
Like
we've
told
you
before
we
always
come
in
with
a
you
know,
level
budget,
the
minus
five
and
then
you
know
what
we're
expecting,
but
we
didn't
have
to
use
any
of
that.
We
brought
it
to
the
table,
but
we
didn't
even
have
to
explain
any
of
it.
G
So
I
I
think
what
we
presented
was
well
received,
so
we're
on
to
our
next
go
round
with
next
part
of
the
budget
process,
and
I
can
we
can
obviously
in
the
new
business,
discuss
more
on
that
questions
concern
you
have,
and
I
also
wanted
to
bring
it
up
too,
because
sue
was
asking
for
also
with
the
circle
of
friends
for
support
purposes,
like
we've
done
in
years
past,
how
you
know
once
we
once
I
go
to
present
the
budget
to
the
council
etc
beforehand.
G
We
always
have
public
comments
and
things
like
that
and
how
best
to
maybe
support
the
library
during
that
time.
So
that's
why
I
put
it
on
the
news
new
business
in
case
we
wanted
to
discuss
that
further.
A
Not
that
we
need
to
see
the
whole
budget,
but
I
think
typically
the
board
members
are
at
this
point
or
certainly
by
spring
we
have
an
idea.
What
the
numbers
are
can
is
that
anything
you
can
share
with
us.
I
don't.
G
Being
a
problem,
no
not
at
all,
I
could
send
something
out
to
you
all,
so
you
can
review
and
maybe,
if
you
had
further
questions
from
that
point,
we
can
we
could
go
from
there.
I
think
that'd.
G
C
G
Even
be
global
for
all,
I
know,
but
it's
it's
10th
anniversary,
so
it's
very
exciting
and
the
reason
why
it's
so
exciting
is
because
it
was
it
started
here
in
connecticut.
In
fact,
it
started
at
one
of
our
sister
libraries
in
waterford
and
it's
become
a
national
movement
and
we
chose
to
we
choose
to
celebrate.
G
Mascot
stretched
his
birthday
every
year
during
this
time
and
it's
a
really
fun
event,
because
typically
we
have
a
cake
and
we
celebrate.
We
have
a
great
big
program
for
him
and
the
kids
really
get
into
it,
but
unfortunately
we
had
to
do
it
virtual
this
year.
So
one
of
the
make
and
take
we've
been
doing
a
lot
of
make
and
take
crafts
and
or
they're
called
grab
and
go
bags
and
they
had
a
cupcake
inside
each
bag.
G
G
It
was
all
over
facebook
and
instagram,
but
it
was
a
really
fun
event
and
you
know
shared
with
many
people
in
the
community,
so
it
was
different.
It
was
definitely
different,
so
and
of
course,
february
is
celebrating
black
history
month
and
in
our
back
kiosk
we've
filled
it
with
book
recommendations
and
pbs
is
doing
a
fabulous
grouping
of
different
programming
events
that
are
on
their
channel
and
so
we're
promoting
that
we're
also
promoting
all
of
our
past
gmtv
programs.
G
We
have
so
many
and
the
unfortunate
thing
is
many
of
our
community
conversations
in
the
past,
with
kevin,
booker,
they're,
fabulous
and
one
of
the
last
ones
we
had
was
the
green
book
and
we
didn't
have
many
in-person
attendees,
but
we
recorded
it
so
we're
encouraging
people
to
attend
those
wonderful
programs
that
may
have
been
missed,
highlighting
afghani
african-american
history
month.
So
you
know
definitely
don't
tune
in
to
those
programs.
G
So
there's
some
of
the
activities
of
course,
and
one
thing
I
I
did
want
to
quickly
mention
too,
if
you
haven't
seen
that
library
librarians
learn
program,
you
really
should
because
they're
they're
funny
smart
and
cute
and
they're
just
and
they're
very
interesting,
because
you
you
do
learn
something.
I'm
currently
learning
how
to
finger
knit
so.
A
Okay,
anything
else
jennifer
from
your
report,
nope,
that's
it!
Thank
you!
Thank
you
so
moving
on
to
new
business,
and
we
have
a
page
page
I'll,
just
this
number,
we
have
three
items,
one
of
one:
the
election
of
board
officers.
Stu,
we'll
put
you
on
on
on
spot
with
circle
of
friends,
and
then
we
had.
We
said
there
might
be
more
budget
discussion
in
question.
Well,.
G
D
G
A
Sounds
good,
that's
good!
All
right!
So
in
our
minutes
of
last
meeting
we
have
we
had
nominations
and
I'll
just
read
it.
A
motion
was
made
by
hallie,
keeler
and
seconded
by
matthew
schulman
to
nominate
the
following
slate
of
candidates,
chairperson
marie
shaw,
vice
chairperson
catherine
brighty
secretary,
barbara
nagy.
The
motion
was
approved.
The
board
will
vote
on
the
slate
during
the
february
21
2021
meeting.
A
So
would
anyone
like
to
make
a
motion
to
move
that
slate
forward
for
for
vote
so
moved
hallie
and
the
second
by
matthew?
Okay,
okay,
any
discussion,
all
those
in
favor,
please
say
aye
or
raise
your
hand
opposed
steny,
hey
motion
carried!
Thank
you
thank
you
and
at
this
point
I
just
want
to
thank
rosemary
for
not
only
this
term
of
secretarial
service,
but
also
there
was
a
little
gap
in
there.
A
D
We
have
been
meeting
through
emails,
so
we
have
not
met
by
zoom.
It's
been
difficult
to
try
to
get
everyone
together,
but
we
have
about
10
people
with
whom
by
email
and
those
people
have
voted
on
our
purchase
requests.
D
We
have
been
really
unsure
about
our
finances.
We
weren't
sure
we'd
be
able
to
raise
money
because
many
of
our
events
were
in
contact
things
like
bake
sales
and
at
the
election.
We
were
really
looking
forward
to,
since
it
was
such
a
important
election
that
we
would
have
had
a
lot
of
traffic
at
the
library
to
make
money
in
the
bake
sale.
But
we
basically
have
tried
to
brainstorm
ways
that
we
could
make
money
in
a
virtual
context.
D
So
we've
done
some
things
using
the
structure
of
the
library
when
the
library
has
been
open.
So
probably
you've
noticed,
if
you've
been
to
the
library
that
we
have
a
very
nice
glass
showcase
across
from
where
the
bathrooms
are,
where
we
have
things
that
are
for
sale
like
tote
bags,
which
we've
had
for
a
long
time,
but
we've
redesigned
them
and
had
different
kinds
of
choke
bags
on
sets
of
greeting
cards,
and
then
we
brainstormed
ways
of
doing
a
book
sale
that
would
be
kind
of
different
but
safe
and
accessible.
D
D
So
one
of
the
rooms-
that's
off
of
the
large
meeting
room,
is
a
storage
room
and
we
have
a
number
of
books
and
other
media
items
like
dvds,
cds
things
like
that,
even
some
very
large
books
from
the
children's
room
that
they
were
not
using,
and
so
we've
arranged
to
have
private
book
sales
and
publicized
it
on
social
media
and
the
library's
email
blasts,
and
so
that
people
could
come
in
for
about
half
an
hour
and
look
in
the
room
and
choose
what
they
would
like
to
buy.
D
D
We're
afraid,
though,
that
if
we
open
it
too
many
private
donations,
there
are
many
people
who
are
at
home
cleaning
out
their
houses
and
we
would
just
be
besieging
so
many
books.
We
wouldn't
be
able
to
handle
them
all,
but
once
in
a
while
someone,
you
know
privately
asked
cam
or
jen
or
some
library
staff,
if
if
they
could
donate
some
items,
so
that's
worked
out
and
when
the
library's
been
open,
we've
made
several
hundred
dollars.
That
way,
we
did
the
annual
appeal
as
usual
and
we
were
sure
to
add
a
sentence.
D
You
probably
you
remember
it
a
sentence
in
the
letter
about
we
recognize
these
are
really
challenging
times
and
we
didn't
want
to
give
anyone
any
sense
of
pressure
to
have
to
donate
to
the
library,
but
just
really
in
a
very
counter-intuitive
way.
We
made
far
more
money
than
we
did
in
the
past
year,
so
we
don't
make
a
huge
amount
of
money
in
our
annual
appeal,
we're
kind
of
growing
it
over
time,
but
we
were
able
to
raise
sixty
four
hundred
dollars
and
the
previous
year
raised
thirty
eight
hundred
dollars.
B
D
Very
unpredictable
thing
we
raised
over
2
000
more
dollars
than
in
the
previous
year,
good
for
you.
Why
is
that?
We
don't
know
but
we're
trying
to
sort
of
every
month.
We
have
a
system
that
we've
created,
where
the
library
staff
has
a
particular
form
that
they
fill
out.
They
channel
it
to
kim
valentine
who's.
The
volunteer
coordinator-
and
we
present
the
requested
items
to
the
circle
of
friends,
members
who
are
interested
in
voting
on
them
by
email,
and
we
do
that
every
month.
D
So
every
month
we've
purchased
a
number
of
different
kinds
of
items
and
on
the
forum
it
gives
the
library
staff
a
way
of
justifying
the
items
so
that
we
understand
them,
because
sometimes
we
really
don't
understand
the
way
something
would
be
used
or
why
it's
needed
over
the
time
that
we've
been
doing
this
the
past
couple
years,
we've
kind
of
created
some
standards
that
we
use
to
judge
the
items
that
we
purchase
and
one
of
the
main
principles
that
we've
used
is
that
the
money
is
serving
the
greatest
number
of
people
possible,
the
greatest
number
of
library
users.
D
So,
for
that
reason,
we've
been
buying
the
library
the
museum
passes,
library,
museum
passes
for
many
museums
and
some
other
kinds
of
institutions
like
the
seaport,
the
aquarium,
the
zoo
and
those
are
very
popular
and
they're
still
available
to
be
used.
D
So
we
buy
those
we've
purchased
the
book
page,
which
is
something
that's
a
newspaper-like
publication.
That's
given
out
at
the
circulation
desk
and
it's
about
new
books
and
authors
and
people
really
really
like
that.
So
we
purchased
a
year-long
subscription.
D
D
We
are
now
buying
a
kind
of
shopping
basket
on
wheels
that
people
will
be
able
to
have
in
the
library
to
collect
books.
It's
it's
a
long
handled
shopping
basket
so
that,
if
you
know
they
have
bundles
or
they
have
children,
they'll
be
able
to
walk
around
with
that
library
shopping
basket.
D
The
story
walk.
I
don't
know
if
you
remember
that
story
that
was
along
the
sidewalk
the
supplies
to
set
that
up
a
tripod,
that's
used
for
video
camera,
we're
going
to
buy
some
accessories
for
the
the
book
bike.
D
That
kim
valentine
was
able
to
get
a
grant
for
which
is
like
a
almost
like
one
of
those
vendor
ice
cream
carts
that
will
pedal
around
and
it's
going
to
have
books
on
it
and
it's
going
to
be
taken
to
different
public
events,
so
we're
going
to
buy
some
of
the
accessories
like
an
umbrella
and
things
like
that
to
go
with
the
with
the
book
bike.
D
D
Like
some
trivia
shows,
there
was
one
trivia
event
and
there's
going
to
be
two.
Others
cooking
shows
a
genealogy
lecture,
an
herbal
survival
kind
of
lecture.
So
those
are
some
of
the
things
that
recently
we've
refunded
and
something
else.
You
might
be
aware
of
right
now
that
we're
earning
money
from
a
company
called
boon
supply
and
it's
b,
o
o
n
supply
dot
com
and
they
have
eco-friendly
house
products.
D
So
they
have
things
like
reusable,
really
heavy
plastic
ziploc
bags
that
you
can
store
food
in
different
kinds
of
lunch
boxes,
all
kind
and
they're
really
very
attractive
looking
and
we
earn
40
profit
on
any
item
that
anyone
buys
so
we've
earned
about.
I
think
three
or
four
hundred
dollars
so
far,
but
the
sale
is
going
to
go
on
through
the
beginning
of
march
and
it's
totally
non-contact,
so
people
just
go
on
the
website
order
things
they're
sent
directly
to
your
home.
D
It's
all
you
know
done
by
credit
card
and
so
there's
a
way
that
we've
been
able
to
earn
money
without
having
to
have
contact
with
people.
So
we
really
had
to
brainstorm
ways
that
we'll
be
able
to
do
this,
but
we
feel
really
good
about
our
finances.
I
mean
we're
being
extremely
careful.
D
Extremely
conservative,
we're
presenting
only
and
kim,
is
helping
me
with
this
in
terms
of
the
staff
funneling
things
to
us
only
spending
as
much
money
as
we're
taking
in
at
any
one
period
of
time,
because
you
know
it's
just
a
very
uncertain
time,
so
we
were
just
very
astounded
by
the
annual
appeal
and
we
thank
all
of
you.
We
were
able
to
to
earn
some
matching
funds
from
different
banks
and
corporations.
D
G
I
just
want
to
say
to
sue
or
actually
more
to
the
group
that
you
know
it's
just
amazing.
You
know,
even
though
she's
talking
about
some
of
the
things
that
they're
doing
like
the
circle
of
friends
is
come
almost
completely
supporting
all
of
our
virtual
programming
and
that's
from
not
only
just
the
supplies,
the
performers,
everything
and
we
can't
thank
you
enough
for
all
that
you're
doing
and
for
what
the
team
is
doing
because
and
I
I
do
have
to
say
the
boon
supply.
I
just
ordered
a
couple
things
yesterday.
G
There
are
some
pretty
nice
things
on
that
on
that
fundraising
platform,
so,
but
again,
and
thank
you
enough
for
what
you
do
and
it's
just
it's
just
really
great.
So
thank
you.
Well,.
D
We're
very
happy
to
do
it
and
kim
is
an
incredible
liaison
to
help
us,
because
I
think
that,
without
her
being
able
to
present
to
the
staff
what
is
available
and
present
to
me,
so
I
can
explain
to
everyone
else.
What
they're
asking
for
you
know
that
is
an
incredible
incredibly
helpful
link.
D
So
she's
done
a
really
wonderful
job
and
we're
happy
to
help.
However,
we
can
and
the
trivia
I
know,
there's
two
trivia
things
coming
up
that
are
being
asked
for:
one
is
red
sox,
the
other
is
something
else.
I
did
a
disney
trivia,
which
I
think
is
the
same
person.
It
was
really
fun.
It
was
fun
to
even
see
how
they
were
able
to
do
it.
How
the
person's
company
was
able
to
do
the
interactive
trivia,
so
there's
some
great
programming
available
and
it's
relatively
inexpensive
so
happy
to
do
it
great.
B
I
would
just
like
to
say,
as
someone
who's
been
on
the
board
for
quite
a
long
time
now,
that
the
circle
of
friends
under
sue's
leadership
has
just
had
an
incredible
renaissance.
I
mean
it
is
so
vibrant
and
you
guys
do
so
much
and
yes
kim,
is
utterly
wonderful,
but
I
think
we
really
need
to
focus
on
sue
for
a
minute
and
just
tell
her
how
amazing
she's
been
leading.
This
group.
D
It's
very
it's
very
nice
of
you
kathryn.
Something
else
you
all
might
want
to
be
aware
of.
Is
you
know,
there's
it's
it's
a
very
openly
democratic
process.
We
did
away
with
the
with
the
membership
fees,
so
this
was
bart.
This
was
the
idea
of
betty
ann
before
I
started
that
we
would
just
it's
open
to
anyone.
D
So
barbara,
I
know
came
forward
and
said
she
was
interested
in
voting
on
some
of
the
purchases,
and
so,
if
any
of
you
would
like
to,
we
would
really
welcome
you
to
do
it.
D
What
I
do
is
I
just
every
month,
write
to
the
members
and
tell
them
what's
happening,
and
you
know
people
are
pretty
busy
with
their
own
lives,
and
so
people
write
me
back
and
tell
me
what
their
opinions
are
and
things
like
for
the
most
part,
we've
approved
pretty
much
everything,
but
you
know
we
really
are
trying
to
see
how
we
should
do
in
this.
D
F
How
do
you
come
up
with
the
ideas
so,
for
example,
you
mentioned
this
boom
company,
so
they're,
obviously
working
or
liaising
with
you
to
give
you
the
products,
but
you
still
are
able
to
make
a
40
profit.
So
suppose
suppose.
So
when
you
were
talking
about
it,
I
was
just
thinking
I
know,
there's
a
lady
in
stonington.
She
does
this
beautiful
cards
sacred
bee
and
I
have
been
buying
them
from
etsyetsy.com.
F
D
Probably
we
could
do
something
like
that
on,
like
a
consignment
basis,
but
right
now
we
don't
have
any
live
people
who
come
in
who
could
buy
anything,
but
maybe
in
the
future.
You
know
if
you
wanted
to
tell
us
a
little
bit
more,
tell
me
or
kim
a
little
bit
more
about
someone
like
that.
We're
just
always
looking
for
something
kim
found
boom
supply
and
we
sort
of
look
for
things.
We
have
something
else
you
might
be
aware
of.
D
We
have
amazon
smile,
but
you
know
you
can
earn
a
certain
percentage
of
what
anyone
spends
on
amazon,
so
groton
public
library,
circle
of
friends
is
one
of
the
amazon
smile
and
we
we
earn
some
money
from
there.
D
D
D
Well,
there's
about
10
people
who
vote
on
this,
but
we
have
a
couple
hundred
who
have
given
us
their
contact
information,
and
so
when
we
have
larger
mailings
about
things
and
it's
very
much
kind
of
a
changing
group
and
kim
works
with
the
junior
circle
of
friends.
So
their
parents
sometimes
help
with
things.
But
since
we
don't
have
membership
fees,
it's
kind
of
a
little
bit
formless
in
a
way.
That's
been
one
of
our
challenges,
but
when
we
send
out
the
appeal
we
send
out
two
or
300
letters
of
appeal.
A
So
a
glad
circle,
the
junior
circle
a
friend
was
was
mentioned.
How
or
if
the
is
that
organization
still
able
to
be
connected?
Can
the
kids
is
there
any
mechanism?
The
kids
still
have
a
online
meetings
or
have
they're
keeping
the
library
in
the
forefront,
yeah.
D
G
So
they
two
things
they
for
voting
purposes.
It's
always
once
a
year
in
the
summer.
They
do.
You
know
they've
gathered
so
much
money
and
then
they
have
kim
sends
out
an
email
to
everybody
and
typically
she
invites
them
to
a
you
know,
voting
type
of
gathering
where
they
come
and
they
have
a
pizza
night
at
the
library
we're
closed
or
whatever,
but
because
we
did,
we
couldn't
really
do
that
this
year
with
the
gathering.
G
She,
you
know,
sent
it
out
by
email
and
unfortunately,
not
many
responded,
because
of
course
that
goes
through
their
parents
and
maybe
they
skipped
the
email.
You
know
about
voting
so
and
of
course,
like
sue
just
said,
it's
typically
a
lot
of
their
funding
gets
generated
from
these
movies
that
they
show.
G
But
of
course,
we
haven't
been
able
to
show
any
movies,
so
they
have
been
doing
much
so
we've
been
doing
grab-and-go
craft
bags
and
we
have
one
specifically
it's
junior
friends,
and
so
we've
been
doing
junior
friend
grab-and-go
craft
bags,
along
with
all
the
other
grab-and-go
craft
bags
that
we
do
so
we
don't
really
have
a
lot
going
on
with
them.
I
mean
she
stays
in
touch
with
them,
but
just
because
the
gatherings
are
just
not
able
to
be
had
this.
G
You
know
this
past
year
those
have
fallen
by
the
wayside,
but,
like
I
said,
she
definitely
keeps
in
touch
with
them,
because
they
are
a
necessary
now.
Support
group
for
the
library
and
yeah
we'll,
hopefully
bring
that
back
soon,
a
lot
of
their.
A
It
definitely
is
I
mean
to
keep
I'm
really
pleased
to
hear
that
kim
is
still
you
know,
keeping
in
touch
with
the
kids.
Oh
yes,.
C
G
G
They
have
helped
us
by
providing
funding
to
replace
some
plantings
out
back
and
so
hopefully,
in
the
spring
you'll
start
seeing
possibly
more
activity
back
there.
We're
really
looking
to
enhance
that.
We
just
put
the
wireless
hub
out
outback
out
in
the
courtyard
area,
so
we're
we're
looking
to
see
more
people
out
back
there
in
this
beautiful
landscape
that
we're
trying
to
do
so.
Trillium.
D
G
And
our
parks
and
wreck
maintenance
is
also
assisting
us
with
some
of
the
plant
things
that
are
going
to
be
going
in
so
but
hopefully,
when
winter
ends
we
can
begin.
A
D
Nice,
it's
a
pleasure
and
it's
nice
to
know
that
we
can
help
with
some
of
those
small
needs.
G
A
Is
there
so
the
the
third
item
on
budget
we're
going
to
get
an
email
from
from
jennifer?
A
Okay,
we're
a
little
past
five,
but
we
still
have
some
whole
business
to
to
attend
to
which
is
the
website
survey.
And
then
the
fishing
update.
G
So
these
are
going
to
be
actually
quick,
really
items
because
you've
we've
already
talked
about
this
at
a
couple
meetings,
but
I
just
wanted
to
let
you
know.
First
about
the
phishing
update
that
has
been
fixed,
the
gpl
board
web
address
or
email
address
is
now
live,
and
so
it's
one
email
address
that
is
listed
on
the
so-called
contact
list
that
we
have
up
there
for
you
all,
except
it
just
has
your
names
on
the
website
now
with.
G
I
think,
your
ex
expiration,
when
you're
off
the
you
know
coming
close
to
being
off
the
board
or
being
reelected.
That's
all
it
that's
all
it
has,
and
then
it
has
the
groton
public
library
or
gpl
board
email
address.
Okay,
and
it's
supposed.
G
No,
we've
removed
all
contact
information
if
they
need
it.
They
can
go
to
the
town
register
where
I
believe
the
information's
there,
but
it's
it's
not
as
accessible
with
links
and
everything
you
actually
have
to
go
to
the
town
clerk's
website
for
that.
But
this
way
you
know,
hopefully
the
you
won't
have
any
more
with
the
issues
with
the
fishing
problems
that
we
were
having
before.
A
Group
or
something
it's
separated
somehow
in
your
inbox
or.
G
Yes,
exactly
exactly
so
any,
and
I
get
those
I
mean
it's
just
like:
we
have
a
reference
email.
That's
set
up
the
same
way
that
I
can
access
at
any
time,
and
it
shows
me
you
know
new
email,
it
populates,
it's
like
a
notification.
G
So
if
anything
comes
in,
you
know
pertinent
and
not
just
regular
junk
mail
because
it
won't.
You
know
junk
mail
won't
go
away,
but
I
will
send
those
along
to
you.
If
they're
you
know,
office
related.
However,
comments
public
comments,
things
of
that
nature,
but
I.
A
G
Did
but
I
asked
brian
about
that
and
he
said
currently
right
now
it's
to
go
just
to
me,
so
we
can.
I,
I
didn't
even
think
to
question
he's
like
we're.
Just
gonna
send
it
to
you
and
then
we
should
probably
do
a
test
run
actually
now
that
I'm
thinking
of
it,
because
that
just
happened
recently,
but
I
don't
know
if
it's
gonna
be
able
to
be
accessible
to
both
of
us.
I
don't
see
why
not
because,
like
I
said
our
reference
email
is
able
to
do
that.
G
You
know
any
staff
member
can
check
the
reference
email
from
their
email,
so
I'll
have
to
check
into
that,
but
right
now
I'm
receiving
them
okay!
Well,
I
will
send
you,
I
will
send
you
a
test
sounds
good,
sounds
good,
but
hopefully
you're
all
set
and
you
won't
be
receiving
any
more
of
that
nonsense.
G
Thank
you
thank
you
and
then
I
just
wanted
to
say
thank
you
for
all
who
sent
in
a
website
survey.
It
wasn't
like
mandatory
homework
or
just
some
feedback,
so
I
did
receive
some
from
all
of
you.
So
all
I'm
doing
at
this
point
is
reviewing
all
the
data
looking
at
everything,
and
then
I
we're
hoping
to
make
some.
G
You
know
changes
very
very
soon.
Just
you
know,
of
course,
on
the
long
list
of
the
million
other
things
that
are
happening.
We
want
to
get
at
least
the
emergency
stuff
posted
to
the
website
like
correct
anything
that
needs
correction.
G
Those
will
be
first
priorities
like
if
hours
are
out
of
whack
or
something's,
not
showing
that's
very,
very
pertinent.
Those
will
be
the
priority
items
before
we
do
any
so-called
redesigning
or
major
changes
we
want
to
get.
You
know,
instantaneous
information,
that's
pertinent
something
sashi
had
emailed
just
recently
about
you
know,
observing
federal
holidays,
we're
gonna,
make
sure
that's
somewhere
on
on
the
website
that
that
people
can
can
see,
because
a
lot
of
people
don't
know
that
we're
a
town
department
and
we
follow
all
federal
observed
holidays.
G
So
things
like
that
that
are
people
just
want
to
click
and
go
we're
going
to
update
those
very
quickly
and
then
go
through
some
other
feedback
that
you
know
additions
or
changes
that
we
have
to
make.
It's
I'm
just
thrilled
that
we're
at
another
loca
another
point
in
the
website
process
that
we
can
change
the
content
fairly
quickly
as
opposed
to
before
it
was
like.
G
You
know
three
people
deep
you'd
have
to
go
to
this
person
and
then
send
it
off,
and
then
that
person
would
have
to
look
at
it
so
we're
much
better
with
being
able
to
change
things
quicker.
It's
just
a
matter
of
what
content
we
we
need
to
modify
in
and
then
and
up.
F
So
so
the
structure
of
the
groton
library
website
is
different
from
the
three
sister
libraries,
in
the
sense
that
they
look
like
they're
independent
websites,
whereas
the
rotten
one
is
almost
like
embedded
within
the
town
thing
right.
Is
there
a
reason
for
that.
G
There
is
this
bill
mystic
and
waterford
well,
waterford's
completely
different,
because
they're
in
a
different
town,
but
bill
and
mystic
are
association.
Libraries,
whereas
we're
a
town
department,
so
that
that
difference
is
we
are
under
the
guise
of
all
the
other
town
departments.
So
that's
why
we're
encumbered
under
one
like
unit
website,
whereas
they
have
to
go
out
there,
not
town
department,
so
they
have
to
get
their
own
websites.
They
have
to.
You
know,
do
their
own
thing.
G
The
thing
that
we
do
share,
though,
if
you
look
on
our
catalog
and
I
don't
mean
when
you're
looking
up
books
but
there's
a
little
home
button
on
the
catalog
page,
there's
like
a
little
house.
If
you
click
it
or
maybe
it's
it
says:
groton
mystic
bill
waterford.
If
you
click
on
the,
I
don't
know,
if
it's
a
sailboat
can't
think
right
now,
but
it'll
take
you
to
like
a
home
like
a
home
location.
So
there's
another
whole
those
look
the
same,
yeah
right
and
mystic
bill.
G
Those
look
the
same
because
we
are
contracting
out
with
a
cataloging
software
company
and
so
we're
all
on
the
same
platform.
And
so
that's
why
that
looks
the
same
as
opposed
to
our
individual
websites.
G
We,
I
I
have
considered
as
we're
talking
about
the
website
when
you
click
under
ours.
It's
it's
kind
of
it's
not
attractive.
Obviously
it
looks
kind
of
like
blank
page
and
it's
got
a
couple
things
on
it,
but
on
our
catalog
page
we
have
been
told
in
the
past
by
cersei
our
cataloging
software,
that
we
could
actually
use
that
that
page
that
catalog
page
as
our
home
site.
G
G
Maybe
that
would
fulfill
our
needs
so
we're
looking
at
different
things
that
make
the
most
sense
and
visibility,
and
you
know
so
still
got
a
little
ways
to
go.
G
But
thank
you
for
your
feedback,
because
it's
going
it's
very
important
to
see
how
you're
searching
things,
how
you're
looking
at
things-
and
you
know
the
more
critical
the
better,
because
we
we
need
that.
You
know
we
look
at
it
all
the
time
and
we
know
what
we
do
and
do
not
like,
but
you're
you're,
you're
heavy
users,
so
very
important
for
you
to
take
a
look
at
so
thank
you.
A
C
A
Is
there
any
other
old
business.
A
One
thing
I
just
like
to
make
for
the
next
meeting
jennifer:
if
can
that,
doesn't
have
to
be
extensive,
but
the
property
in
front
of
the
library
or
inside
the
library
that
state,
I
think
recently
purchased
or
the
temperature
for
that
for
the
rotten
welcome.
Maybe
you
could
kind
of
update
us
on
that
as
and
also
how
that
may
or
may
not
be
influencing.
You
know
plans
for
the
library,
in
terms
of
you
know
the
outside
sure.
G
Facility
try
to
give
you
the
best
information.
I
can
you
know
it's
funny
when
they
first
told
us
about
it
that
you
know
oh
they're
looking
to
to
purchase
the
town
is
looking
to
purchase.
It
was
okay,
it's
gonna
take
a
while
and
then
funny
enough.
G
You
should
ask
that,
because
last
friday
there
was
a
I'm
sure
you
saw
it
in
the
paper
there
was
like
they
were
taking
pictures
outside,
I'm
like
what's
going
on
out
there,
because
there
was
all
these
people
and-
and
then
I
read
it
in
the
paper
so
and
I
think
the
reasoning
why
we
haven't
been
apprised
so
much
of
what's
going
on
just
yet
is
because
it's
it's
still
in
the
early
stages
of
purchasing
the
property.
G
I
mean
I
they
have
potential
plans,
but
I
will
certainly
look
in
and
see
if
there's
any,
you
know
what
new
updates
they
have.
A
G
A
Yeah
well
hearing
no
other
additions
to
our
meeting
to
have
a
motion
to
adjourn
at
5
20.,
so
moved
hey!
Thank
you,
barbara
second,.
A
Catherine
great,
thank
you
and
so
come
back
any
time.
I
mean
it's
interesting
to
hear
what
you're
doing
well,
very,
very
good
of
what
you're
doing
and
also
it's
you
know
helpful
for
us
to
be
a
part
of
it
too.
I
learned
a
lot
tonight
so
any
time
just.
E
G
G
I
will,
and
you
know
what
I
didn't
send
it
to
you,
because
I
wasn't
sure
at
the
last
meeting.
I
know
we
didn't
vote,
but
I
didn't
know
if
barbara
was
going
to
do
the
no-taking
or
you
she
was
like
I'm
done
with
this.
G
Well,
you
know,
like
I
said
when
you
sentenced
me
in
pdf.
What
I
usually
do
is
I
copy
and
paste.
So
it's
all
in
my
board
packet
document
and
when
that
translation
happened,
it
happened
on
my
end,
not
yours.
So
yours
were
perfect.
