A
B
A
C
D
To
make
I'll
move
them
forward,
I'll
move
the
minutes
of
march
18
2021.
A
A
D
B
E
A
C
G
We're
going
to
hear
from
tammy
yep
brian
brian's
out
tonight,
so
we
have
tammy
and
kelly
is
back
up
so
more
than
more
than
adequate
backup.
We'll
put
the
notes
together
and
get
the
minutes
written,
something
brian
usually
does
so
I'll.
Just
turn
it
over
to
tammy.
Let
her
talk
to
you
about
the
middle
school,
all
right.
H
All
right
just
to
let
everyone
know
that
we
have
started
getting
some
information
on
the
route
1
sign.
We
have
given
richards
and
omg
the
go-ahead
to
start
doing
some
installation
of
just
the
prep
work
for
the
route.
1
sign
we're
still
working
on
getting
some
finalized
pricing
for
that
and
we're
working
with
richards
and
omg
to
get
that
finalized.
We're
just
waiting
for
a
couple,
more
items
that
need
to
be
included
in
the
pco.
H
So
the
next
item
is
closeout
documents,
o
m's
and
warranties.
I
met
with
omg
last
friday
and
we
received,
I
would
say,
about
95
percent
of
the
o,
m's
and
warranties,
as
well
as
the
as
belts
and
also
the
lead
infra.
I'm
sorry
connecticut
high
performance
information
that
will
be
turned
over
to
sam
and
rick
next
week,
so
the
other
items
that
we're
still
waiting
for
the
other
five
percent,
we're
just
going
to
basically
send
those
to
you,
sam
or
just
input
them
in
your
binders.
H
For
you,
the
other
item
that
we
have
is
a
punch
list
items,
so
we've
got
contractors
coming
in
tomorrow
and
saturday
that
are
going
to
be
working
on
a
majority
of
the
items
to
close
out
those
punch
list
items
on
the
list,
so
we're
hoping
to
get
that
wrapped
up
very
quickly
and
the
other
item
is
the
classroom
locks.
So
those
are
all
completed
now
they
have
been
fully
installed
in
the
rooms
that
have
been
identified
as
the
student
classrooms,
so
those
are
completed.
H
We
also
received
the
additional
teacher
carts
yesterday,
so
those
were
notified
to
sam
and
the
school,
so
they'll
be
distributing
those
out
to
the
teachers
who
need
them
and
let's
see
what
else
for
the
middle
school
financial
wise.
I'm
going
to
be
working
with
emily
and
we're
going
to
start
closing
out
or
continue
to
close
out
financial
items
for
vendors
that
are
completed
with
the
work.
Yeah.
G
We
have,
we
have
to
add
a
little
bit
to
tammy.
We
have
been
looking
at
retainage
people
that
are
completed
with
their
contract
work.
That
retainage
has
been
returned,
even
though
the
state
holds
ours.
We
can't
in
good
faith,
hold
theirs
unless
they
have
some
additional
or
remaining
contract
work,
which
is
very
few
at
this
point.
G
So
we've
we
just
recently
went
through
that
entire
list
to
do
that,
so
that'll
show
up
in
one
of
these
more
recent
invoices,
probably
the
next
one.
I
would
hope
so
we
can
start
getting
it
paid
out.
H
Yep
yeah
that
that's
pretty
much
all
I
have
for
the
middle
school.
B
G
Okay,
other
other
things.
You
know
our
we
are,
as
tammy
said,
going
through
the
closeout
stuff.
I've
gone
through
a
couple
of
estimates.
If
you
will
looked
at
money
that
would
be
coming
back
from
allowances
that
sort
of
thing
we're
still
somewhere
between
five
and
six
million
dollars,
unspent
funds
that
that
will
not
be
required
to
be
bonded
for
this
project.
If
you
will
so
so
we're
looking
at
that,
there
are
one
or
two
other
major
items
that
mostly
revolves
around
site
work.
There
was
a
a
pond
or
a
temporary
drainage
pond.
G
If
you
will
north
of
the
softball
field,
that
needs
to
be
graded,
that'll
be
done
in
the
spring
and,
of
course,
there's
grass
and
trees
grass,
that
has
to
be
replanted,
and
maybe
some
rivets
on
some
of
the
banks
need
to
be
filled
in
all
that
stuff
is
spring
work
and
as
soon
as
the
weather
allows,
that
well
stuff
will
be
be
worked
and,
of
course,
all
the
trees
inspected
in
the
sun.
I
was
actually
out
on
the
sod
fields
last
week
with
tammy
and
they
look
like
they're
holding
up
very
well.
G
Of
course
they
haven't
been
used
but
they're
starting
to
green
up
underneath
you
know
so
probably
the
first
cutting
of
the
grass.
They
will
look
tremendous
they're,
very,
very
soft.
I
mean
I
almost
like
that
surface
better
than
the
other
surface,
but
that's
okay,
that's
me
and
I'm
holding
the
slope.
So
that's:
okay,
other
middle
school
stuff!
That's
that's
about
where
we
stand.
Unless
someone
has
some
questions
for
tammy
or
me,
and
we
can
answer
those
for
you.
G
Well,
there's
there's
always
the
cost
of
the
materials,
the
work
to
correct
an
issue
and
damaging
the
way
into
if
you'd
like
to,
but
we
also
have.
We
have
a
ca
which
is
a
contract
administrator
for
the
architect
who
gets
paid
for
to
deal
with
those
problems
and
the
architect
if
it's
an
architectural
thing.
Obviously,
if
it's
not
extra
work
or
something
that
we
want,
that,
we
need
them
to
design
they're
responsible
for
for
repairing
that
the
omg
the
cm
is
responsible.
G
I'll
be
after
the
fact
we
can,
we
can
break
out
each
one
of
those
areas
and
provide
a
listing
of
the
amounts
and
that
sort
of
thing,
if
you
look
at
tammy's
change
order,
log
we're
still
down
about
four
and
a
half
percent
or
less
so
we're
doing
very
well
as
far
as
as
change
orders
and,
of
course,
budgetarily
in
in
this
time,
as
opposed
to
the
last
time
we
did
the
project,
we
had
the
owner's
contingency
wrapped
in
to
the
project
cost.
G
This
time
we've
got
it
sort
of
separated
out,
so
we're
looking
for
the
cost
of
the
project
purely
through
a
gmp
lens.
If
you
will-
and
you
know,
we-
we
have
that
gmp
and
we're
we're
below
that
right
now,
and
we
also
have
the
owner's
contingency
which
we
haven't
got
into.
We
also
have
the
cm's
contingency.
G
We
expect
to
get
a
pretty
good
sum
back
from
that
we're
looking
at
other
contractors,
if
you
will
or
consultants
of
town
has
like
the
special
testing
guys,
we
should
get
close
to
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
back
from
them
for
the
building
inspection
stuff.
So
we're
going
to
be
wrapping
all
those
costs
up
putting
those
together
and
with
that
information
we'll
be
able
to
come
up
with
a
final
value
right
now,
we're
still
shooting
for
the
june
time
frame
to
get
that
wrapped
up.
We
still.
B
F
G
H
I
did
have
one
thing
that
I
wanted
to
update
everybody
on
is
the
media
clouds,
so
we
did
get
some
information
back
from
the
manufacturer
this
week
and
they
have
come
up
with
a
new
suspension
system
and
they're
going
to
be
presenting
it
to
their
engineer
director
and
they're,
going
to
test
it
on
the
clouds
in
their
in
their
shop
first,
making
sure
that
it
does
work
properly.
G
And
this
would
have
really
been
a
warranty
item.
But
since
we're
in
town
we're
able
to
have
arcadis
and
omg
help
out
with
to
get
that
done
and
of
course,
we'll
get
sam's
approval
that
he
agrees
with
the
fix
as
it's
as
it's
shown.
And
then
we
can
go
and
get
the
installation.
A
So
everybody
that
is
working
with
sam
and
whatnot
has
had
the
training
required
to
be
running
the
systems
at
this
point
and
sam's
all
happy
about.
What's
going
on.
G
A
How's
the
drainage
on
the
on
the
artificial
turf
field
going
with
this
rain.
G
Even
the
grass
turf
I've
seen
no
ponding
on
the
grass
turf
either
so
excellent
though
they
appear
to
be
doing
well.
The
infields
are
just
a
little
bit
different,
not
so
much
ponding,
but
they
get
pretty
sloppy
when
I
want
to
get
when
they
get
real
wet,
but
to
be.
G
F
The
little
schools,
little
schools,
all
right,
we'll
start
with
mr
river
mystic
river
magnet
school,
the
exterior
veneer,
brick
and
ground
face
cmu-
is
complete.
We
have
wash
down
underway
around
the
building,
that's
basically
spraying
down
all
the
all
the
brick
in
the
ground
face
for
its
final
condition.
So
we
can
punch
that
area
out.
Metal
panels
have
begun
on
area
a
of
the
building,
which
is
the
area
where
the
cafeteria
is
storefront.
Windows
and
curtain
walls
are
continuing
to
be
installed.
F
Mechanical
electrical
and
plumbing
ruffins
are
continuing
continuing
in
area
a
and
b
and
still
substantially
complete
in
area
c
with
just
some
overhead
ceiling.
Weapons
ongoing
ceiling
grow
is
underway
in
area
c.
Fixtures
are
being
dropped
into
the
grid
area.
C
drywall
is
substantially
complete,
so
they're
just
taping
in
there
now
with
final
painting-
or
I
guess
not
just
final
painting
but
primer
first
co
and
second
coat
ongoing.
F
The
gas
meter
is
set
and
permit
permanent
power
is
scheduled
to
get
a
little
excuse
me
schedule
to
be
turned
out
turned
on
within
a
month
or
so,
and
baseball
field
layout
is
underway,
with
fencing
going
on
on
site.
Our
site,
where
contractor,
has
re-mobilized
they're
working
on
grading
and
other
other
items
like
sidewalks
and
curbing
on
sites,
no
safety
issues
and
no
cova
19
cases
in
the
last
seven
weeks
and
no
delays
due
to
covert
either.
F
F
They
also
have
their
ground
face.
Brick
and
gra,
and
the
ground
face
and
brick
veneer
complete
substantially
wash
down
is
underway.
Storefront
install
is
underway,
they're
almost
done
with
area
c,
and
current
wall
is
scheduled
to
begin
next
week.
F
One
was
in
jamie's
jamie's
office
that
passed
mechanical
electrical
plumbing
ruffians
are
underway
in
a
and
b
also
substantially
complete
in
area
c,
with
just
overheads
going
in
grid
is
going
in
with
some
finished
finishes,
being
dropped
into
the
grid
area.
C
drywall
is
still
underway
on
the
second
floor,
but
complete
on
the
first
and
third
floor.
F
So
you
have
a
pretty
much
final
painting
on
the
first
and
third
floor
ongoing,
not
final
painting.
Sorry
second
coat
we'll
wait
for
final
paints
again,
so
everyone's
out
of
there,
insulation,
taping
and
painting
is
underway
in
area
b
and
then
insulation
drywall
is
underway
and
area
a
which
is
so
a
is
the
cafeteria
area
and
then
b
is
that
gym
area
all
the
rooftop
equipment
is
now
placed
our
last
unit
just
arrived
a
couple
weeks
ago,
guard
rails
and
sidewalks
have
begun.
F
I
think
we
talked
about
that
two
weeks
ago,
but
they're
still
ongoing
on
brainerd
avenue
and
throughout
the
site,
and
then
eversource
has
set
their
gas
meter.
So
that's
in
place
and
no
safety
issues
and
also
no
cloven
19
updates.
G
So
so
one
thing
to
add
to
kelly's
on
on
both
schools-
I
mean
west
side,
I
mean
cutler
is
a
little
bit
farther
along,
but
floor
tyler
going
in,
and
I
don't
know
if
you've
had
a
chance
to
look
at
it
sam,
but
I
think
you'll
like
this
much
better
than
what
you
saw
over
at
the
other
other
school
there's,
it's
a
different
format.
It's
a
square,
larger
square
block,
maybe
a
foot
square
or
so,
and
it's
a
smoother
top
on
it.
G
So
it
should
be
a
lot
easier
for
you
to
maintain
they've
done
some
of
the
epoxy
flooring
over
at
the
mystic
river
school.
Also
moving
forward
on
that,
but
they're
also
scheduled
to
start
flooring
on
thames
river
here
next
week.
I
believe
start
some
of
the
flooring
over
there.
So
so,
as
kelly
says,
the
projects
are
becoming
more
neck
and
neck
in
their
different
places
and
different
items.
But
you
know
the
push
is
on
so
one
thing
that
wasn't
talked
about
here
was
the
move
for
coordination,
which
is
being
done
again
by
tom.
G
Beebe
boxes
will
be
delivered
to
the
three
existing
elementary
schools
next
week.
To
start
packing
up
kelly's
come
up
with
a
schedule
for
moving
in
the
ffe,
which
right
now
is
scheduled
for
the
first
of
july,
everything
going
as
planned.
G
We
asked
the
cm
for
a
status
at
the
beginning
of
may
or
the
1st
of
may
on
how
they
how
they
stand
with
that.
So
we
can
plan
the
movement
of
furniture
around
that
and
then
the
first
week
of
july,
or
so
will
be-
I
mean
the
first
week
of
august.
G
The
other
materials
that
are
being
packed
will
be
moved
in
and
the
teachers
will
have
that
month
to
unpack
before
school
starts
in
the
7th
of
september.
I
think
this
year
so
that
that
process
is
moving
along.
There's
been
several
meetings
and
every
other
every
other
week.
There
is
a
meeting
having
that,
and
I
think
people
are
are
pretty
in
acceptance
of
the
program.
That's
going
on.
There
has
been
a
one
of
the
preview
tapes
done
like
we
did
at
the
other
school
for
the
superintendent.
G
You
know
so,
hopefully
we'll
get
a
good
clean
out
of
materials
before
they
get
there,
but
there
could
also
be
some
once
they
get
there
finding
out
that
they
have
things
they
may
not
really
need,
but
we'll
be
able
to
adapt
to
either
one
of
those
options.
If
you
will.
G
Also,
the
sign
we
didn't
really
talk
about.
We
have
a
design
on
the
signs
for
those
schools
which
is
similar
to
the
the
middle
school
and
we're
working
right
now
to
get
the
approvals.
We're
gonna
end
up
having
to
go
to
the
zba
for
the
cuddler
school.
The
town's
eba
because
of
the
size
of
the
sign,
is
about
a
third
of
us,
a
third
bigger
than
what's
allowed
by
actually
a
quarter
bigger
than
what's
allowed
by
regulation
and
the
colors
on
the
display
are
more
numerous
than
what's
what's
allowed.
G
G
If
you
look
at
the
site
work,
it's
much
more
intense
so
that
that
could
be
most
of
it
and
if
you
recall,
the
budget
of
west
side
was
higher
than
the
cutler
budget,
also
just
because
of
that.
G
We
well,
we
did
ask
for
some
extra
overtime
and
kelly
has
worked
that
out
with
those
folks
right
now.
We've
spent
about
thirty
four
thousand
dollars
in
extra
hours,
which
has
really
put
us
in
in
good
stead
as
far
as
getting
the
building
to
the
position
it's
in
right
now,
so
it's
really
been
cheap
money
and
we
really
got
a
good
return
on
our
investment.
If
you
will
on
that.
F
Steel
delay
really
early
on
so
so
rick
and
I
made
the
decision
to
start
start
spending
dollars
for
premium
time
to
expedite
work
and
get
to
where
we
are
now.
So
we
would
be
back
to
neck
and
neck
with
cutler,
so
the
35
thousand
dollars,
which
is
not
that
much
money.
It
really
proved
to
be
worth
that
that
was
absolutely
worth
spending
that
money
and
there
might
be
a
10
10k
max
more
down
the
road,
but
it
was
definitely
worth
it.
B
C
Ellie
on
the
elementary
schools:
how
soon
before
do
we
anticipate
testing
the
systems,
the
heat
and
cooling
system.
B
A
G
Yeah,
once
permanent
power's
in
they'll
start
powering
up
the
the
systems
and
then
once
they
find
out
that
they
have
that,
then
they
start
test
running
and
going
through
that
process.
We
do
have
the
commissioning
agent
on
board
some
of
the
same
commissioning
agent.
We
had
at
the
middle
school
who's
done
a
very
good
job
for
us.
They've
also
done
the
window
testing
so
they'll
be
on
on
board.
B
G
Yeah
mike
we
went
the
last
meeting,
we
were
there
right.
We
went.
B
G
The
figures
we
had
for
sod
were
a
little
bit
askew.
As
bob
pointed
out
the
last
meeting.
It's
really
it
might
be
around
130k
at
cutler,
just
because
the
fields
are
large,
but
it
is,
it
was,
should
have
been
80
000,
as
opposed
to
92
000
at
west
side,
and
it
may
be
a
little
bit
less,
even
because
it
was
an
area
outside
of
the
fence
that
was
going
to
be
used
for
greenhouses.
G
So
we
decided
not
to
put
sod
under
that
particular
area,
the
the
irrigation
you
know
we
had
130
000
irrigation
costs
at
cutler,
we're
looking
at
the
west
side.
They
had
a
it
really
extended
around
the
wrong
end
of
the
building,
so
we're
still
working
on
that.
It
should
be
significantly
less
than
what
we
what
we
originally
had
priced
on
that
so
we're
waiting.
Okay,
okay,
so.
B
Okay,
good,
so
I
yeah,
so
the
minutes
aren't
really
clear
on
that.
We
approved
it
so
yeah,
okay,
but
but
that's
good
though
okay.
A
A
B
G
F
A
And
while
we've
got
it
here,
rick,
why
don't
you
because
I
sent
out
to
everybody?
Could
you
do
a
quick
rundown
through
the
sod
comparison?
Just
so
because
I
sent
it
to
everybody
and
this
way
everybody
will
understand.
G
Okay,
so
what
what
was
done?
The
two
project
managers
for
omg
kind
of
listed
their
side
in
a
different
way.
So
what
I
did
is
I
took
the
actual
proposal
from
the
contractor
and
broke
it
down.
So
there
was
a
cost
for
the
side.
The
cost
of
assad
itself
was
greater
at
west
side
than
a
cutler,
because
there
was
a
lot
less.
G
Yeah,
you
can
share
it.
If
you
want,
I
can
remember
the
numbers,
but
if
you
want
to
share
it,
that's
okay
to
yeah.
G
Yeah
but
the
so
what
we
did
is
we
looked
at
the
number.
There
was
a
number
that
was
given.
It
was
169
000,
for
example,
at
color
and
from
that
we
got
credit
for
seating,
and
you
can
see
the
credit
proceeding
at
both
schools.
It
was
22
000
at
one
and
42
at
the
other,
so
those
were
the
credits
and
that
was
the
adjusted
cost
of
sod
after
credit.
So.
G
G
G
The
markups
per
contract
allowed
on
the
contractors
is
10,
so
you
see
those
added
in
so
pre
cm
charges
and
fees.
It
was
128
at
cutler
and
78
at
west
side,
and
then
we
we
looked
at
the
markups
that
are
required
per
contract
with
the
for
the
cm.
You
know
the
first
fee.
His
fee
is
like
one
and
a
half
percent
of
the
total.
The
insurance
is
like
point:
five
percent
and
the
bonds
are
0.565
or
some
oddball
percent.
G
So
we
add
those
in
and
we
come
up
with
a
total
call,
because
132
at
the
one
school
and
third
and
eighty
thousand
and
change
the
other-
and
you
can
see
the
final
cost
of
the
sod
at
one
school
is
97
cents
and
the
other
is
a
dollar
seven,
which
is
not
out
of
line
for
the
original
cost
of
the
side.
So
that's
that's
the
way,
and
typically
that's
the
way.
These
contracts
and
and
proposals
are
broken
down.
G
But
kelly
spent
and
tammy
spends
a
lot
of
hours
with
omg
looking
at
the
hours
that
they
provide,
and
sometimes
there's
additional
man
hours
in
these,
sometimes
not
in
this
particular
case.
There
isn't,
because
it
was
a
flat
fee
to
install
the
side
if
you
will
so
that
that's
how
that
breaks
down
now
at
west
side,
we're
looking
at
at
potentially
six
to
eight
thousand
less
square
feet.
So
there
should
be
an
additional
savings
there.
G
You
know
potentially
six
to
ten
thousand
dollars
on
the
side
on
that
particular
site,
so
we're
still
working
through
that
number
there
and
we've
asked
for
that
that
value
and
we
haven't,
got
that
yet
the
exact
value.
So
we
let
the
let
the
designer
look
at
the
the
actual
square
footage
and
get
back
to
us.
Let
us
know
what
that
is,
so
that
that's
kind
of
a
brief
walkthrough
of
that
particular
change
order
if
you
will,
but
the
process
is
very
similar
to
all
the
other
change
orders
that
we
do.
G
G
If
you
will
then
taken
two
years
to
wait
for
the
grass
to
grow
and
then
have
it
all
torn
up
in
the
meantime,
so
it
the
cost,
is
we
have
the
money
to
pay
for
it
and
the
cost
is.
I
think
our
investment
is
going
to
be
well
worth
in
this
particular
case.
A
G
We
are
looking
at
at
water
fountains
at
some
location
because
we
have
to
have
a
a
controller
if
you
will
just
like,
we
did
at
the
middle
school
for
the
irrigation
and
potentially
putting
those
two
things
on
the
same
small
pad.
If
you
will
so
those
things,
those
costs
are
still
out
there
and
we'll
get
them
to
you.
C
Rick,
what's
the
update
on
the
bridge
over
at.
G
Telling
me
I
should
have
it
tomorrow,
so
hopefully,
one
day
when
we
come
back
and
the
office
is
open
again
I'll
have
it
if
not
we'll,
make
a
few
more
phone
calls
and
find
out
where
it
is.
I
mean
the
the
cm
or
the
cm
pm
over
there
and
his
boss
are
aware
that
we're
looking
for
that.
So
it
has
some
visibility.
If
you
will
at
the
upper
level
of
the
construction
manager's
office,
there.
G
F
C
Room
here
we
lost
bob
on
the
two
on
the
two
elementary
schools
have
we
have
we
started
degrading
yet
for
the
for
the
ball
fields
in
the
playing
fields.
C
G
At
west
side,
not
because
if
you
look
at,
if
you
go
over
the
west
side,
you'll
see
all
the
trailers
dumpsters
all
that
stuff
is
still
there.
They
have.
Okay,
they
have
raised
the
grade,
a
foot
or
two
I'm
told
before
they
placed
all
those
things
there,
but
we
got
to
get
those
out
of
dodge
before
they
can
actually
right
raise
the
grade
to
the
proper
grade
they
have
at
cutler.
G
G
C
C
G
Yeah
they
was,
they
was
just
asking
about
the
the
grading
of
the
fields
and
stuff,
and
I
just
filled
the
folks
in
on
that
bob.
I
think
you
know
where
we
are
with
that
yep.
A
A
B
G
It
would
probably
be
a
good
time
tim
kelly
can
set
that
up
or
tammy's
gonna
be
able
to
help
because
kelly's
going
to
be
with
us
what
another
month
and
then
she's
going
to
be
out
and
tammy's
going
to
be
taking
over.
So
we
can.
We
can
certainly
do
that.
It
would
probably
be
a
good
time
on
where
the
finishes
are
going
into
the
building.
G
E
Yeah
when
they,
when
we're
done
with
the
elementary
schools,
I
want
to
just
talk
about
the
fitch
high
school
asbestos
project
for
a
minute.
If
we
could
sure.
E
F
Bob
I'll
send
you
an
email
with
to
get
some
dates
for
the
end
of
the
month.
Perfect.
G
Okay,
yeah
well
also,
I
should
mention
the
the
town
buildings
are
going
to
open
to
staff.
I
have
all
the
staff,
so
there'll
be
no
more
of
those
folks
that
are
working
at
home
working
at
home,
although
some
of
us
don't
know
where
home
is
to
work
at
so
the
and
that'll
be
on
the
12th
and
the
19th
they're
going
to
actually
open
the
buildings.
So
I
was
discussing
with
bob
the
potential
of
having
an
on-site
meeting.
G
If
your
folks
are
interested
on
the
15th,
I
could
probably
get
approval
to
do
that
or
not,
but
if
there's
interest,
I
could
ask
the
question:
if
there's
not
interest,
we
can
continue
on
as
we
are.
Could
that
mean
and
we
could
do?
Certainly
we
could
do
the
split
meeting
like
we
had
before,
or
some
folks
were
in
and
some
were
not
in
the
building.
G
So
if
we're
going
to
go
on
to
sam's
stuff,
we're
done
with
this.
A
Everybody's
good,
with
the
discussion
on
the
side
and
understands,
what's
going
on
there.
C
E
We're
under
a
staff
report-
if
I,
if
I
got
in
there
on
time
so
so
we
we
have.
We
hired
jakunsky
humes
architects.
A
few
months
back
and
they've
developed
a
plan
for
the
asbestos
removal
floor.
Tile
removal
at
fitch,
high
school
and
al
jakonsky
is
in
the
process
now
of
getting
the
signatures
of
the
local
officials,
fire
marshals,
504
officials,
the
the
mayor,
the
superintendent,
so
on
and
so
forth.
E
So
once
he
gets
that
stuff
done,
then
it
will
go
back
to
the
state.
We
we
got
a
letter
of
approval
from
the
state,
but
we
haven't
got
the
letter
to
go
out
to
bid
yet
so
once
signatures
to
the
state-
and
we
have
that
meeting
with
oscgr,
then
they'll
give
us
a
letter
to
go
out
to
bid
and
we
can
move
forward
with
that.
So.
E
Most
of
it
is
hallways
and
it's
most
of
the
down
in
the
older
section
of
the
building.
So
well,
it's
all
in
the
older
section
of
the
building,
but
probably
eighty
percent
of
it,
if
not
more,
is,
is
a
hallway
in
the
in
unit
2
or
the
business
area.
It's
all
those
classrooms
in
the
art
wing.
There
are
some
offices
across
from
the
art
rooms
that
weren't
done
previously
in
that
last
iteration.
E
C
H
Can
you
give
me
the
the
correct
spelling
of
the
architect
please.
E
It's
w
albert
in
humes,
h-u-m-e-s,
jakunski,
humes.
B
E
E
The
the
plan
is
to
do
it.
This
summer
I
met
with
a
group
of
teachers
in
one
section:
that's
going
to
be
done.
I've
gone
over
it
with
the
principal
and
I'll
be
meeting
with
other
staff
members,
teachers
and
whatnot
on
how
to
prepare
for
it.
But
this
again
most
of
it
is
not
classroom.
So
it's
a
fairly
easy
job.
Cafeterias
lunchrooms
stuff
like
that.
So
I.
E
E
I
don't
remember
how
long
ago
they
did
tom
console
named
you,
the
building
committee
for
it
okay,
but
when,
when
we
did
charles
barnum
and
claude
chester's,
it
pretty
much
runs
itself,
it
isn't
a
it
isn't
a
heck
of
a
lot
to
do,
but
once
we
get
the
approval
to
go
out
to
bid
I'll
ask
al
jakonsky
if
he
would
come,
come
to
a
meeting
or
come
to
a
zoom
meeting
and
and
just
go
over
the
project
with
you.
So
you
know
what
we're
doing.
That's:
okay,
okay,.
A
We'll
hear
from
oscgr
when
they're
ready
to
go
out
to
bid,
and
at
that
point
we
could
put
it
on
the
agenda.
I
think
I
don't
think
it's
anything.
We
need
to
do
before
that.
E
It's
yes,
it
was
518.
A
E
I
don't
know
if
you
remember,
but
it
was
approved
even
before
I
got
here
for
a
part
part
of
it
to
be
done,
and
then
they
approved
a
second
bit
of
funding,
but
it
was
going
to
be
done
in
two
different
years
and
we
didn't
think
that
would
be
the
best
there's
so
many
activities
at
the
high
school
in
the
summer.
E
E
C
B
E
E
C
E
Because
all
we're
talking
about
are
floor.
Tiles
at
this
point
right
still
could
be
pipes
in
in
walls
like
if,
if
you
were
going
to
re
reconstruct
the
bathroom,
for
instance,
when
you
took
down
that
block
wall,
you'd
find
you'd
probably
find
some
insulation,
some
old
insulation
and
places
like
that.
But
it's
certainly
this
will
take
care
of
the
asbestos
in
any
spaces
that
are
inhabited
by
students
and
staff.
C
G
A
A
C
B
A
I
need
a
job.
Does
anybody
have
any
more
questions
on
this?
No
I'm
good
hearing,
none
anybody
have
any
other
last
thoughts
or
comments
for
the
good
of
the
operation.
