B
B
B
Well,
mike
did
call,
I
mean
bob
did
call
a
meeting
to
order
at
six
o'clock.
B
No,
I
have
zero
attendees.
I
know.
A
A
Group
noted
that
the
rooms
is
going
to
have
a
nice
light,
that's
not
even
a
sentence,
so
if
we
could
fix
that
mr
joe
bank
was
in
attendance
or
presented
on
technology,
one
of
the
two
people
provide
an
overview.
D
Okay,
before
the
corrections,
I'll
move,
the
minutes
of
march
4th
2021.
E
A
A
G
B
G
B
If
you
want
I'll,
let
tammy
answer
that
sam's
been
aware,
that's
something
that
she's
been
working
with
both
the
school
and
the
contractor
omg
on
but
I'll.
Let
you
let
her
fill
you
in
on
the
details.
Since
you
asked
the
question
now:
go
ahead,
dan.
H
Sure
so,
yes,
ong,
is
on
all
three
projects,
but
the
subcontractor
that
installed
them
is
not
on
the
elementary
schools.
It
is
a
manufacturer
defect.
It
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
installer.
The
clouds
connection
points
where
the
cables
are
connecting
to
the
clouds
it's
just
not
holding
up
to
the
weight
of
the
clouds.
So
we
met
with
the
manufacturer
today
and
went
over
all
the
clouds
we
showed
them.
What
happened?
H
H
So
we
will.
We
are
working
with
ong
as
well
as
a
subcontractor
and
getting
this
information
as
soon
as
possible.
Currently,
right
now,
sam
and
his
crew
have
taken
down
all
the
clouds,
the
larger
clouds,
except
for
the
clouds.
With
the
lights
we
did
inspect
those
today,
we
did
not
see
any
issue,
but
the
manufacturer
is
going
to
be
replacing
those
attachments
as
well
to
make
everything
safe
across
the
board.
B
Yeah
understand
the
building
you
know
has.
As
you
know,
it's
been
turned
over
to
sam
yeah,
those
issues
that
he
thinks
are
either
warranty
or
whatever
early
on.
We
will
still
be
able
to
help
them
out
with
somewhat
we're.
We
have
been
trying
to
get
this.
The
staff
weaned
off
with
tammy,
because
now
sam
owns
the
building,
so
so
his
staff
jumped
on
it
right
away.
They
found
the
first
thing.
I
guess
it
was
thursday
afternoon
and
they.
B
G
B
B
There
may
be
a
slight
issue
with
the
tractor
that
sam
wants
to
use
for
snow,
plowing
and
other
stuff
at
those
schools,
because
the
company
has
been
bought
out
and
we're
having
some
issues,
so
we
may
have
to
work
with
sam
to
go
to
somewhere
else,
but
all
the
other
pos
have
been
issued
at
this
point,
so
we
should
be
getting
copies
soon
to
see
where
those
all
go
technology
we
went
through
that
meeting
on
the
12th
thing
seemed
to
go
pretty
well.
There
was
a
couple
of
action
items.
B
If
you
will
that
were
of
the
architect,
the
architect
has
completed
those
and
we're
hoping
there
is.
There
was
a
I
guess.
There
was
one
item
that
was
a
sole
source
which
is
their
their
checkout
system
for
the
kitchens.
E
B
Yeah
there
yeah
checkout
station
there
they're
being
looked
at
as
a
sole
source,
and
we
haven't
heard
that
that's
been
reviewed
yet,
but
we
were
expecting
to
get
a
letter
tomorrow
so
and
then
we'll
go
through
the
similar
process
of
getting
all
those
documents
submitted
for
pos
or
or
get
into
the
a
bid
area
for
two
of
them.
If
we
have
to
so
just
a
little
brief
ahead
of
times
and
I'll
turn
the
rest
of
it
over
to
kelly,
she
can
bring
you
up
to
date.
I
All
right,
we'll
start
with
progress
at
mystic
river
magnet
school,
formerly
color,
the
brick
and
ground
face
exterior
veneer
continues
throughout
the
project.
I
mean
they're,
almost
complete
they're,
just
finishing
up
pieces
here
and
there
mostly
the
stair
towers,
the
storefront
windows
and
curtain
walls
are
being
installed
throughout
they're,
moving
along
very
quickly
on
that
going
around
caulking
them
and
getting
them
completely
installed
and
we're
working
on
storefront
window
testing
as
well.
I
We
are
100
dried
in
now,
so
that's
very
exciting.
The
roofer
is
now
working
on
roof
blocking
and
parapets
and
trimming
on
the
roof
just
to
get
final
system
in
and
installed.
I
Mep
continues
in
area
a
and
b
and
then
there's
substantially
completency
just
doing
finishes
here
and
there
we'll
be
back
in
there
to
do
finishes
once
all
the
painting
is
complete
ceiling
grid
is
going
up
in
area
c,
the
classroom
wing
the
chilled
beams
are
being
placed
inside
that
ceiling
grid
as
they
go
around
and
install
them
area.
C.
Drywall
is
still
ongoing.
On
the
first
floor,
they're
substantially
complete
on
the
second
and
third
floor,
the
first
floor,
they're
also
doing
insulation
taping,
is
ongoing.
I
They
were
setting
it
up
when
I
was
there
today,
they
apply
pour
in
the
next
day
or
two
they
were
forming
and
I
should
say,
and
the
baseball
field
layout
is
underway
as
as
well
with
that
backstop
fencing
going
in
and
that's
pretty
much
it
for
mystic
river.
No
safety
issues,
no
covet
issues,
no,
no
delays
to
report
so
any
issue.
Any
questions
on
mystic
river.
Before
I
go
to
thames
valley
or
thaned.
B
G
Said
I
I
have
a
question
rick
on
on
it
might
be
off
topic,
but
so
I
was
out.
I
was
out
there
the
other
day.
There's
this
beautiful,
stick
bridge
crossing
that
creek
right
now,
I
I
was
just
wondering
so
that's
where
this
installation
is
going
to
take
place
and
you're
taking
down
what
what
this
this
boy
scout
project
is
it
do
I
understand
that
correctly.
G
G
I
I
Goes
left,
that's
relying
on
eversource,
so.
F
B
I
I
might
mention
too
there's
you
know
the
gas
line
paint
came
in,
it
was
put
in
the
ground
after
we
put
the
water
line
across
the
fishtown
road.
So
there's
been
some
discussion
about
repairing
that
trench
and
the
gas
companies
trying
to
point
fingers
at
us,
which
we
have
a
bunch
of
photographs.
I've
been
working
with
them
on
that
to
determine
whether
we
do
the
repair
and
they
do
the
final
paving.
B
We
do
have
some
money
in
the
budget
for
paving
but
we'd
like
one
group
to
do
the
final
paving
and
we
think
it
ought
to
be
done
so
that
discussion
is
going
on
and
I'll.
Let
you
know
how
that
that
comes
out
here
in
the
near
future.
It's
almost
time
for
the
for
the
paving
shops
to
open
up,
so
we
should
be
able
to
get
asphalt
here
pretty
soon.
J
B
I
On
all
right,
thanes
river
magnet
school
west
side,
all
roofing
is
complete,
the
gym
and
the
cafeteria
were
complete
last
week
or
actually
the
week
before
end
of
the
week
before
so
right.
After
our
meeting
ground
face
brick
veneer
ground
face
and
brick
veneer
continues
throughout
the
building.
They
are
almost
wrapped
up.
They're
working
in
that
north
elevation
now
so
they're
almost
out
of
there.
I
The
masons
will
continue
their
efforts.
Doing
excuse
me
doing
limestone
and
finishes
throughout
and
then
also
they
have
some
interior
chases
to
do
in
the
gym.
In
the
cafeteria
around
some
steel
steel
beams,
storefront
window
install
is
underway.
They
have
completed
the
admin
area
for
install
of
windows,
and
now
they
are
on
the
second
floor
area
c.
They
do
pretty
much
one
whole
side
of
one
wing
a
day,
so
they're
moving
very
fast,
we'll
begin
testing
in
about
two
weeks.
I
I
think
we
start
testing
windows
there,
the
area
all
their
area,
a
wall
layout
is
complete.
Rough-Ins
are
underway
in
area
a
so
that's
the
cafeteria
they're
also
doing
mep
rough-ins
in
the
gym
and
then
area
c
is
substantially
complete
for
ruffins
we're
just
gonna.
You
know
head
back
in
there
when
it's
time
for
some
finishes
area
c
drywall
is
underway,
the
the
first
floor,
they're
doing
drywall
insulation,
no
taping,
yet
they're
taping
on
the
second
floor
and
then
the
third
floor.
I
They
are
just
final
painting
and
they'll,
probably
be
final
painting
if
they
haven't
already
started
on
the
second
floor,
they'll
start
manning
that
floor
probably
the
next
couple
days
and
then
the
rooftop
equipment
is
all
placed
other
than
one
one
air
unit
on
the
area
c.
So
when
those
large
units
on
area
c
is
all
are
missing
up
there
and
then
no
safety
issues
and
no
covet
issues.
F
Awesome
kelly:
how
did
you
make
out
with
that
promethean
board
hookup?
You
did
last
week
for
the
week
before.
I
So
we
decided
that
we're
going
to
keep
them
the
original
amounts
that
come
with
the
promethean
boards.
We
mounted
one
at
cutler.
We
have.
We
did
notice
that
we
needed
like
another
inch
or
two
behind
the
board
so
and
not
even
an
inch,
so
we're
going
to
install
unistra
a
three
three
foot
piece
of
unistraw
on
each
side
of
the
board,
so
our
promethean
board
mount
is
going
to
mount
to
that
unistrut.
I
It
allows
us
the
flexibility
to
not
have
any
issues
with
any
outlets
on
the
wall,
because
we
have
three,
we
have
two
av
outlets.
Then
we
have
our
power,
so
it
allows
the
the
board
of
ed
to
be
able
to.
You
know,
move
it
higher
and
lower
as
needed,
but
it
just
really
allows
you
guys
to
have
room
behind
that
board
to
to
install
your
outlet,
your
usb
and
your
hdmi
cord,
which
are
pretty
thick
cords.
F
I
That
yeah
it'll
be
installed
in
blocking
but
it'll
be
on
the
outside.
So
it's
going
to
sound.
F
D
I
D
I
They
they
were
doing
curbing
all
along
the
plate
escapes
so
they're
mobilized
and
they're
gonna
keep
going.
I
Yeah
so
next
week
we
plan
on
shutting
down
the
sidewalk.
I
think
that
monday
to
oh,
no,
not
until
the
26th
to
the
second
so
down
that
sidewalk
to
install
that
sidewalk
piece
at
the
top
of
the
stairs
where
we
have
stairs
going
from
that
from
the
main
road
down
to
the
parking
lot.
B
I
Yep
guard
will
guardrail
will
go
in
day
by
day
and
as
the
guard
roll
goes
in,
they
remove
the
temp
fencing
and
they
put
it
back
at
the
end
of
the
day.
So
there's
still
it's
still
a
safe
access.
No
one
can
come
in
and
they're
going
to
install
that
screening
back
up
there
after
they
put
it
back
in.
D
I
B
One
one
thing
I
think
kelly
didn't
mention
on
the
other
school
was
that
we
did
do
a
window
test
and
it
was
satisfactory.
We
are
getting
ready
to
test
at
some
point
over
it
at
west
side
too,
and
then
just
to
do
some
additional
testing
at
cutler.
B
So,
as
you
know,
we're
real
sensitive
to
the
windows
and
their
installation.
That
sort
of
thing
from
last
time
around
so
we've
taken
some
additional
precautions
to
make
sure
they
get
in
the
way
they're
supposed
to
get
in.
So
we
have
identified
a
couple
minor
issues
which
have
been
corrected.
So
I
think
things
are
are
looking
good
at
that
point,
and
you
know
right
now,
they're
passing.
If
we
find
one
that
fails,
then
we'll
have
to
evaluate
that
and
see
if
there's
some
additional
things
that
we
need
to
do
on
those
windows.
A
Any
questions
for
kelly
on
the
eastern
point
or
I'm
sorry
on
the
west
side
site.
B
Do
you
have
anything
yes
well,
we'd
like
to
discuss
is
the
installation
of
sod
and
irrigation
on
both
those
school
sites?
I
did
pass
off
some
information
to
bob
on
that,
the
cutler.
You
know
we
look
forward
to
the
committee.
Yes,
so
at
cutler
we're
looking
at
the
area
of
about
137
000
square
feet,
three
and
a
half
acres,
roughly
of
that
ball
field.
B
If
you
will
we're
trying
to
review
to
see
if
there
was
any
areas
that
shouldn't
be
sodded,
if
you
will
maybe
up
to
the
tree
line
on
on
the
eastern
side,
if
you
will
but
looking
at
that
with
the
soccer
field,
if
the
soccer
field
was
installed,
so
it
didn't
overlap
the
base
infield.
If
you
will,
there's
really
no
place
that
we
could
eliminate
theirs,
but
we
are
continuing
to
look
to
see
if
we
can
cut
that
back
a
little
bit.
B
So
there
was
a
couple
of
things
that
if
you
didn't
understand-
or
if
you
did
understand
my
email-
that
that
all
went
into
this
and
the
sod
was
a
dollar
sixteen
a
square
foot-
you
know
so
there
was
that
amount
which
was
around
159
000.
I
think
we
did
get
a
credit
for
40,
some
for
not
seeding
and
fertilizing
and
whatever
the
regular
grass
stuff
the
irrigation.
B
There
was
a
little
bit
of
payback
if
you
will,
if
we
install
the
sod
with
the
irrigation,
because
then
they
didn't
have
to
water,
the
watering
was
in
place,
and
that
was
like
a
10k
payback.
If
you
will,
that
was
included
in
that
figure.
B
So
right
now
you
see
the
gross
figure,
which
is
a
good
estimate,
but
probably
not
exact
at
this
time,
and
I
don't
expect
it
to
be
any
higher
than
that.
Certainly,
but
it's
you
see
it's
263
thousand
dollars.
A
The
rationale
just
just
so
everybody
knows
you're
talking
about
cutler
at
the
moment.
B
Yes,
correct
the
and
the
rationale
behind
that
was
similar
to
the
other
school,
the
middle
school,
that
the
field
will
be
available
within
a
year
as
opposed
to
two
years
waiting
for
the
grass
to
grow.
So
not
only
would
it
be
available
for
student
use
at
the
school,
but
also
for
town
use,
if
you
will
earlier
on
and,
as
you
all
know,
everybody's
clamoring
for
fields
at
this
point,
so
so
for
us,
if
you
look
at
the
dollars
that
it
costs,
those
are
the
dollars
that
we
we
would've
spent
300
thousand
dollars
on
playscapes.
B
If
you
will
so
that
savings
for
the
playscapes
is
offset
by
this
cost
or
vice
versa,
you
know
so
we're
not.
You
know
extending
our
budget
all
that
much
or
or
at
all.
In
fact
to
do
this
and
to
do
that
inclusion,
west
side's
a
little
bit
different
it
it's
about
75
000
square
feet.
B
So
it's
you
know
all
almost
half,
but
maybe
five
eighths
as
much
as
the
other
field
irrigation
there
was
somewhere
between
92
100
000,
we're
looking
at
the
original
estimate
we
were
given
was
for
a
long
run,
which
we
didn't
think
was
suitable,
so
kelly
has
been
talking
with
omg
and
they
with
their
contractors
to
come
up
with
a
with
a
better
price
and
a
shorter
run
for
both
the
plumbing
and
the
electrical,
and
I
might
add
that
both
of
these
sites
include
convenience
outlets
up
up
by
the
backstop
too,
so
so
you'll
be
able
to
they'll
be
able
to
plug
in
stuff
and
do
what
they
need
to
do.
B
In
addition
to
the
water
for
the
irrigation,
the
side
there
was
92
000.
B
again,
you
know
we
got
a
savings
from
the
side
or
a
payback
of
22
000,
a
return
from
the
seating
and
whatever,
but
the
difference
in
price
and
including
markups
and
stuff
is
about
90
000
on
that.
So
that's
a
little
bit
less
based
on
the
size.
We've
also
found
an
area
where
I
think
jamie
wants
to
put
little
greenhouses
that
we're
saying
well.
Why
should
we
put
sod
under
the
greenhouses?
B
We
can
certainly
plant
grass
there
to
make
it
make
it
good,
but
we
don't
need
necessary
to
place
sod
there,
but
that's
like
8
000
square
feet,
so
there
should
be
a
little
reduction
in
the
side
cost.
If
you
will.
B
A
137K
at
cutler,
sods
132.
yep
75
at
west
side
sought
as
92
yep.
That's
not
100!
That's
not
1.16
per
square.
B
Well,
it
includes
that
includes
the
markups
for
the
consultants.
The
sod
itself
is
a
hundred
as
a
one,
a
dollar,
sixteen
a
square
foot,
so
you
also
have
the
markup
for
omg.
You
have
the
bonding.
You
have
insurance,
you
have
those
sorts
of
things
which
is
about
seven
or
eight
percent
of
the
additional
cost.
On
top
of
what
the
cost
of
the
installation
would
be.
B
B
What
they
are,
I
understand
that
I
don't
it's
not
going
to
be
able
to
match
it,
half
for
whatever
based
on
size
because
of
the
work
and
the
labor
involved
in
that
stuff.
You
know
so
the
sod
cost
the
side
cost
itself
may
be
half
of
what
it
is,
but
we
still
had
the
other
labor
that
had
to
go
on
at
that
site
that
that
is
was
still
included
in
that
cost.
B
B
A
F
B
No,
we
we
have,
we
have
those
numbers
and,
like
I
said,
we're
still
looking
at
potential
reductions
there
and
again.
You
know
this.
This
includes
the
irrigation
control
modules
and
those
sorts
of
things.
If
you
will,
which
again
is
not
it's
not
half
or
fifty
percent.
So
some
of
that
stuff,
I
understand.
A
B
Yeah
yeah,
you
know,
like
I
said:
the
breakdown
for
they're,
not
consultant
fees,
they're,
contract
fees
that
we
have
to
pay
og,
which
is
like
1.5
of
the
project
stuff.
So
you
add
1.5
to
that,
you
add
the
bonding
costs,
which
is
several
hundred
dollars.
You
had
their
insurance
costs,
which
is
an
additional
few
hundred
bucks
and
it
it
comes
up
from
that
cost
and
we
could
provide
those.
Certainly
I
mean.
I
A
B
B
If
you
will
so,
there
would
be
that
four
foot
fence
between
the
playing
field
and
your
your
gardens
or
or
greenhouse,
if
you
will
so
it
would
keep
kids
from
chasing
balls
into
that
area,
but
also
you'd
still
have
access
directly
to
that
without
any
encumbrances
off
the
off
the
circular
drive,
if
you
will
so,
we
were
looking
at
that
the
potential
of
doing
that
that
also
allows
no
fence
across
the
back
of
the
property
for
that
short
distance.
B
H
B
B
Another
another
thing
we're
also
looking
at
if
you
look
at
the
plans
and
what
we
have
installed
by
the
playscapes
defense
is
way
too
short,
because
you've
got
a
10-foot
drop
over
there.
So
we're
looking
at
continuing
that
eight-foot
fence
by
the
basketball
court
along
that
back
edge
there.
If
you
will,
we
don't
have
a
price
on
that.
We
don't
expect
it
to
be
very
large,
but
we
certainly
pass
it
on
to
you.
B
But
as
a
as
a
point
of
safety
that
I
guess
it's
probably
what
a
couple
hundred
feet
anyway,
kelly,
maybe
300
feet.
We
will
look
at
that
and
look
at
changing
that
to
the
the
taller
fence
for
safety
safety
reasons.
If
you
will
and
and
we'll
give
you
a
certainly
the
cost
on
that
when
it
comes,
you
know
we'll
get
credit
for
the
other
friends
have
a
cost
differential.
B
If
you
will-
and
that's
all
I
have
tonight
so
what
what
I'd
like
to
do
is
is
to
go
ahead
and
proceed
in
continuing
gathering
information.
So
we
get
the
change
order
compiled
and
then
allow
them
to
start
work,
at
least
on
the
irrigation
portion,
because
they
need
to
start
work
relatively
soon,
if
they're,
paying
parking
lots
and
those
sorts
of
things
that
we
need
to
run
over
the
the
lines.
If
you
will
for
the
paving
and
electrical
clear.
B
B
B
I
B
We
would
like
permission
to
continue
forward
with
the
project
and
finalize
the
change
orders
if
you
will
and
and
have
the
ability
to
depending
on
when
we
get
the
change
orders
finalized.
We
can
certainly
put
that
information
out
but
be
able
to
at
least
start
the
the
irrigation
portion,
because
if
you
need
to
separate
the
irrigation
from
the
sod,
we
should
at
least
have
those
fields
irrigated,
because
we've
had
none
and
groton
have
been
irrigated.
B
It
would
be
a
lot
better
quality
if
you
will,
even
without
the
sod
and
easier
for
sam
and
his
folks,
to
maintain
those
those
fields.
So
so
we
would
like
to
at
least
move
forward
with
the
irrigation.
So
if
there's
portions
under
parking
lots
or
whatever,
we
can
install
that-
and
we
can
get
back
to
you
with
the
final
pricing,
but
we're
not
looking.
J
F
A
B
Do
we
well?
We
we
basically
need
to
make
a
decision
now
on
that
stuff,
because
the
they're
getting
ready
to
pay
or
look
at
the
binder
course.
Certainly
in
those
areas
westside,
they
don't
have
a
binder
course
at
all
down
right.
There
they're
getting
ready
to
do
that.
B
I
know
it's
kind
of
a
reach,
but
at
this
point
you
know
we
don't
expect
increases
in
these.
We
should
be
decreases
potentially,
unless
we
really
run
into
something
untoward,
but
we
do
have
sufficient
funds
in
the
budget
without
affecting
the
overall
project,
completion
or
budget.
If
you
will,
as
far
as
owner's
contingency
or
or
I
certainly
wouldn't
be
recommended
with
you
folks,.
A
B
So
yeah
and
cutler,
you
know
it
was
an
80
reimbursement,
so
we
may
not
get
80
of
the
whole
260
000,
but
we'll
get
a
chunk
of
it.
You
know
so
well.
B
B
No,
it
said
also
credit
for
the
original
contract.
Grass
is
included
in
the
cost
okay,
so
it
was
160,
150,
960
000,
roughly
for
the
side
itself
at
that
color,
just
because
I
remember
that
figure.
So
we
took
the
44
000
off
of
that
and
added
the
additional
markups
for
the
for
the
contractors
and
that's
how
we
came
up
with
132..
B
So
is.
B
Of
it
rick,
we
think
the
grass
is.
We
were
reimbursed
for
the
grass
at
the
element
at
the
middle
school,
so
I'm
sure
the
grass
is
irrigation.
I
think
we're
we
were
reimbursed.
Also
for
that.
Yes,.
A
B
Have
you
know
a
month
or
a
couple
months
before
we
have
to
get
into
the
side
business?
They
do
the
prep
out
there
on
the
field
finish
the
infields
at
both
places.
If
you
will
west
side,
obviously
they
still
got
to
raise
the
whole
site
down
there
a
couple
feet.
They
have
done
some
of
the
some
of
the
elevating
of
the
original
ball
field
down
there,
but
they
haven't
completed
it.
B
So
there's
some
breakdown
that
has
to
occur
there
before
they
can
actually
get
to
a
point
where
they
can
put
either
grass
or
sod
down.
They
certainly
could
run
their
pipes.
If
you
will
at
this
point-
but
you
know
so-
we
do
have
a
little
more
flexibility
with
the
sod
if
you
will
than
we
do
with
the
irrigation.
At
this
point,.
B
B
F
A
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
we're
not
going
to
end
up
with
a
situation
where
it's
going
to
cost
us
more
because
we
waited
to
do
something
with
the
irrigation
or
you
know.
B
No
we're
going
to
have
to
undo
something,
I'm
just
being
careful
and
that's
that's
what
we
want
to
do
now,
so
that
we'll
we'll
move
forward
with
that,
you
know,
like
we
said
we're
still
waiting
for
a
cost
for
the
bridge.
B
We
are
oh
and-
and
I
guess
that's
all-
I
have
on
the
on
the
elementary
schools
at
this
point
for
you
folks,.
I
Can
I
ask
a
quick
question:
rick,
I'm
gonna
get
the
final
cost,
obviously,
and
some
more
breakdown
for
you,
but
can
I
move
forward
assuming
that
we're
gonna
approve
the
side
just
so
I
can
get
that
ten
thousand
dollar
credit
in
that
number
or
should
I
take
that
out
completely.
E
B
Well,
I
thought,
by
putting
irrigation
in
the
side,
cost
ten
thousand
dollars
less
well,
we'll
check
into
that.
Let
you
know,
but
I
I
thought
it
was
because
they
didn't
have
to
water.
Do
that
other
stuff
to
the
side.
So
it's
not
only
the
cost
of
the
change,
but
also
the
credit
for
having
irrigation,
where
they
don't
have
to
take
a
watering
truck
out
there
in
water.
A
C
A
B
Well
and
right,
right
now,
we're
looking
just
as
a
a
side
comment:
we're
looking
at
the
facade
over
at
the
middle
school
waiting
it
for
to
turn
green
sam's
being
set
up
on
by
coaches
and
everybody
who
wants
to
get
on
the
field.
Well,
of
course,
we
can't
get
on
the
field
yet
because
we've
got
to
make
sure
that
the
grass
comes
back
and
we
don't
have
any
issues
with
warranty
and
that
sort
of
stuff.
So.
B
F
D
B
And
that's
all
I
have,
I
think,
on
the
elementary
school.
So
if
you
feel
like
moving
on,
we
can
do
that.
I
think.
E
Okay,
thank.
I
F
H
Very
quick
update,
so
we
did
a
punch
list
walkthrough
with
the
architect.
We
were
able
to
close
out
a
good
portion
of
the
items
that
we're
ready
to
inspect
we're
going
to
be
scheduling.
Another
walk
through
with
him
shortly
to
do
the
final
last
items
on
the
roof
and
the
exterior
and
the
other
item
for
the
route
1
sign,
so
we're
still
waiting
for
updated
drawings
from
the
architect.
H
H
B
The
display
and
that
sort
of
thing
and
the
other
parts
the
structure
yeah
we
did
get
it
through
planning,
so
we're
waiting
for
some
information
on
bricks
that
are
going
to
match
the
grasotec
back
wall.
Heaven
forbid,
but
that's
the
way,
planting
approved
it
and
there's
going
to
be
a
tree
taken
down
so
and
a
couple
of
additional
trees
added
back
behind
the
sign
so
and
the
plant
are
reinstalled
around
the
park
sign.
So
so
we
still
need
to
look
at
the
price.
B
H
F
H
So
that's
pretty
much
all
I
have
we're
still
continuing
with
the
closeout
documentation,
I'm
meeting
with
omg
tomorrow
to
hopefully
get
the
balance
of
it.
So
I
will
most
certainly
update
you
on
our
next
meeting
and
where
we
stand
and
we're
also
working
on
closing
out
pos
with
the
vendors
and
subcontractors
and
also
working
on
releasing
some
of
the
subcontractor
retainages
based
on
the
closeout
documentation
that
has
been
received
to
date.
H
H
So
the
items.
B
H
H
So
the
the
classroom
locks
are
currently
being
installed.
Unfortunately,
they
only
have
one
installer,
that's
coming
out
to
install
them,
so
we
have
the
majority
of
them
installed.
We
have
the
the
balance
of
the
second
floor
to
finish
and
also
the
whole
first
floor.
F
H
H
Yep
we
gave
them
the
most
current
schedule,
based
on
my
discussion
with
sam
today
and
how
they're
going
back
full-time
and
wednesday's
having
half
days
so.
H
F
Right
right
now
on
the
on
the
middle
school
with
spring
vacation
still
coming
up
is
that
coming
in
april
I
don't
know.
H
F
Okay,
I
mean
22
days
april
12th,
oh
okay,
do
we
have
plans
on
being
able
to
get
in
the
school
with
contractors
that
that,
at
that
time,.
B
B
So
some
of
those
things
are
still
on
on
the
list
to
be
done.
Yes,
besides
the
time
you
know
so
schedule
wise
we're
looking
at
trying
getting
all
the
closeout
documents
as
best
we
can
and
done
in
may,
hopefully
we
get
a
final
value.
The
sign
may
be
the
last
hold
out.
If
you
will
we're
to
a
point
where
we're
almost
ready
to
receive
the
final
change
order.
If
you
will
yeah
a
change
order,
tammy's
been
doing
a
good
job
with
ong
getting
all
those
things
collected.
B
You
know
getting
the
documents
ready
for
turnover
that
sort
of
thing.
So
if
we
can
get
that
final
change
order
and
then
the
state
change
order
file,
then
we
can
go
to
the
state
and
ask
them
to
or
the
town
board
of
ed
and
fill
out
that
edo49f.
B
F
D
B
No,
I
mean
I
thought
we'd
provide
those
drawings
hang
on.
Let
me
see
if
I
can
get
to
it.
I
gotta
move.
Oh,
I
can't.
How
do
I
move
this.
B
H
Yeah
sure
yep,
I
was
gonna,
get
it
as
well.
B
What
do
I
have
to
hit
anything?
No
he's
just
your
screen.
C
Okay,
so
this
is,
this
is
slams
information,
so
this
is
coming
down
the
hill.
This
is
the
way
that
the
sign
is
going
to
look.
This
pole
will
remain.
This
tree
will
go
away.
These
will
be
new
plantings
around.
So
that's
sort
of
from
that
side.
G
C
Then
you
come
in,
you
got
the
digital
sign
here,
mind
you,
this
tree
will
be
removed,
so
that
won't
be
an
issue
per
se
and
that's
the
approximate
location.
If
you
will
right
now
the
sign
itself,
this
is
the
one
that
is
going
to
be
the
well.
C
This
is
proposed
to
be
the
one
that's
used
because
of
matching
of
the
brick
of
the
sign
behind
it
for
continuity
reasons
yep,
so
that
so
that's
going
to
be
what
that
looks
like,
and
then
I
think
the
last
page
here
is
just
showing
you
how
this
sign
relates
to
the
panels
here
that
are
on
the
middle
school
are
reflected
by
a
similar
color.
If
you
will,
if
we
were
to
look
at
the
the
lettering,
it
is
very
similar
in
nature
and
then
the
brick
itself
is
a
combination
of
well.
C
You
know
it
mimics
this
brick,
but,
more
importantly
from
I
think
the
approval
process
happening
sort
of.
C
How
this
then
brick
will
will
sort
of
mimic
that
so
it
is
sort
of
it
has
continuity
between
its
its
background,
if
you
will
right
that.
B
B
F
C
Yeah,
if
you
give
me
one
more
second,
I
could
pull
it
up.
Yeah.
B
We'll
show
you
there's
a
couple
trees
going
back
to
the
right
here.
We
can
show
you
based
on
the
site
plan
where
they
are.
I
mean
you've
probably
seen
the
grass
of
I
mean
not
the
grasshop
tech,
but
the
sutton
park
sign
yep
drive
by
it's
pretty
pronounced.
B
There's
this
nice
bright,
blue,
there's
going
to
be
a
planter
again
that
kind
of
mimics,
the
previous
planter
by
the
old
sign,
underneath
that
at
the
rec
department's
request,
because
we
had
to
do
some
negotiation
with
them
on
where
to
put
their
sutton
park
signs,
so
we
could
get
ours
approved.
I.
B
Pretty
good,
there's
other
folks
that
were
giving
us
yeah
they're
all
right.
So
since
we're
talking
about
signs
and
brian's
looking
for
something
we're,
gonna
have
to
go
through
a
similar
process
over
at
cutler.
If
you
will,
the
city's
a
whole
different
ball
game
with
their
planning
and
zoning
stuff.
Oh
yeah.
B
We've
asked
the
architect
at
the
at
cutler
to
take
our
sign
design
that
we're
that
we've
got
approved
and
and
make
the
sign
of
cutler
very
similar
to
this
one.
So
so
it's
easy
to
get
easier
to
get
approved,
and
maybe
I
don't
have
to
go
through
a
three-hour
dissertation
except
there's.
Probably
they'd
still
be
complaining
about
the
the
display
portion
of
the
sign
which
they
don't
they.
Don't
they
don't
like
digital
displays.
For
some
reason
I
don't
know
so,
but
that's
not
their
job.
C
C
Here
are
the
notations
of
the
planting
list
and
what
these
plants
are,
including
two
think
it's
just
two
yeah
two
new
trees
that
are
sort
of
moved
out
in
this
direction:
that'll
flank
the
sign
almost
in
a
triangulation.
If
you
will
and
then
it
indicates
here
what
the
plants
are.
So
this
one
here
is
these
are
ars.
C
So
if
we
look
at
the
plant
schedule,
good
maple
syrup,
two
red
maples,
I
was
going
to
try
that,
but
I'm
going
to
leave
that
alone:
common
name,
redne,
red
maple,.
B
B
That's
mimics,
the
the
planter
that
was
there
by
the
old
sutton
park,
sign
yeah
and
also
we're
going
to
be
able
to
looks
like
they
reused
that
material,
the
the
parks
and
rec
department
came,
took
it
down
they're
pressure
washing
those
stones
which
were
sometimes
green
from
being
there
so
long
and
clean
them
up
and
the
intent
is
to
reuse
those
to
reinstate
this
planter
here
for
the
parks
department,
nice.
F
B
I'm
a
driver,
oh
no,
we've
gone!
Oh
we've
gone
all
through
that
with
the
professional
sign
guy.
If
you
will
that
came
in
from
mmi,
he
laid
out
the
design
and
where
the
signage
should
be.
We
looked
at
sight
lines
we're
in
good
shape
or
as
best
as
we
could
be
on
that
corner.
B
B
Yeah
we
are,
we've
got
a
variance,
in
fact,
for
the
size
of
the
sign
you're
right,
it's
about
twice
as
big
as
what's
allowed.
But
then,
if
you
go
over
to
graso
tech,
the
signs
like
eight
feet,
high
and
12
15
feet
long
and
ours
is
like
six
feet
high
or
five
and
a
half
and
eight
feet
long.
So
yeah.
We
are
restricted
by
zoning
on
the
size
of
the
sign
and
the
regulations
did
change
between
the
time
the
graso
sign
was
installed
in
ours
we
did
have.
We
did
downsize
and
reconfigure
the
signs
somewhat.
B
F
B
To
have
the
delighted
panel
in
there
lighted
display
so
there'll,
be
something
on
that
all
the
time
it's
not
going
to
be
blank.
I
don't
think
ever.
D
Okay,
why
don't
we
just
put
some
three-foot
shrubs
that
flower
from
february
all
the
way
to
november
for
coloring
around
it?
Well.
B
F
B
You
off,
but
they
have
designed
stuff
with
stuff,
that's
easy
to
maintain
too,
so
we
don't
necessarily
need
to
get
into
the
flower
design
stuff.
That's
what
we
went
through
the
planting
zoning
guys,
and
that
was
terrible.
If
you
will
so
I
mean,
maybe
your
suggestion
of
those
flowering
things
could
go
by
the
park
sign
and
that
would
be
a
better
location,
probably
in
their
planter.
B
F
F
H
B
F
No,
I
don't
think
so.
Okay,
I
think
we're
good
with
that.
B
F
I
B
B
C
B
Stuff
will
come
and
I'm
sure
that
susan,
the
new
superintendent
will
be
asking
for
other
things
and
then
oh
yeah,
I
think
official
will
have
to
weigh
in
the
council,
will
have
to
also
appropriate
that
money.
F
Right
I
mean
we'll
make
a
recommendation
as
a
as
a
committee
on
what
we've
what
we
feel
that
should
be
done,
and
the
town
council
ultimately
is
final,
say
you
know
we'll
just
make
a
recommendation
but
yeah
okay,
that
sounds
good.
Okay,.
B
B
F
All
right,
that's
good,
let's
see
what's
next
unfinished
business,
I
think
that's
it.
I
don't
think
we
have
anything
anything
new
business.
F
F
F
F
J
F
B
B
B
J
Christy
was
texting
me
while
that
was
going
on
and
and
she
was
suggesting
that
maybe
we
should
have
kevin
plant
those
flowers
and
things
over
at
jamie's
building
see
she
was
gonna,
send
them
over
to
jamie.
B
B
J
B
Yeah
they
wanted
it
to
look
like
the
other
race.
First,
he
didn't
like
it
and
then
he
wanted
to
put
the
same
letters
they
have
on
the
graso
tech
sign
on
this
one,
the
same
text-
and
he
wanted
us
to
first-
wanted
to
go
to
the
graso
tech
sign
and
put
the
middle
school
information
on
there,
which
would
went
over
like
a
farting
church
with
the
state.
You
know
kind
of
thing.
J
There's
a
recommended
speed
on
that
and
at
the
high
school
the
it
guys
keep
changing
and
they
run
it
by
too
quickly
and.
J
B
B
I
know
one
of
the
one
of
the
candidates
is
dytronics,
the
other
one
is
optek,
which
is
the
same
brand
that
you
have
up
at
the
high
school
yeah.
I
kind
of
prefer
to
go
with
that
one.
It's
a
few
thousand
dollars
cheaper,
which
doesn't
make
a
whole
lot
of
difference
in
the
grand
scheme
of
things.
But
at
least
you
have
the
same
make
and
if
we
get
the
same,
you
know
distance
between
leds
or
whatever.
I
think
it's
like
10,
10,
millimeters
or
whatever
the
distance
is.
B
It
goes
down
to
lower
than
that,
but
I
don't
think
that
that
does
this
much
good,
but
you
have
three:
you
can
put
three
rows
of
text
on
it.
B
The
same
size,
it's
a
two
feet
high,
so
you
should
be
able
to
put
three
rows
of
text
on
this
newsletter
and
I've
seen
it
with
three
and
two
and
one
even
you
know
so,
and.
J
B
The
brick
yeah
plus
plus
the
sign
itself,
was
like
35
000.
J
B
It
is
what
it
is.
So
I'm
not
too
concerned
about
it.
You
know
we
have
money.
If
we
don't
we're
going
to
turn
money
back
and
if
they're
not
happy
with
their
amount.
We
turn
back
well
too
bad
dude,
but
I
think,
even
on
the
elementary
schools,
it
looks
like
we're
going
to
be
able
to
turn
money
back
or
not
have
to
bond
for
it.
So.
J
B
Well,
I
would
have
explained
it
the
ins
and
outs
of
it
yeah.
You
know
this
stuff
is
going
to
have
to
be
requested
by
you
guys
now,
because
dave
says
he
wants
to
make
a
recommendation.
They're
going
to
be
done.
I
mean
they're.
Basically,
once
this
project
is
done,
is
there
they're
done
or
whatever
I
tried
to
get
the
ball
field
move
back
over
at
cutler
45
foot?
B
J
But
I'm
sure
the
leagues
will
try
and
do
that
before
they're
done
too.
B
Measured
the
outfield,
but
it's
a
long
ways
out:
yeah
and
they've
got
the
dugouts
sort
of
you
know
with
fences
benches
whatever.
I'm
not
sure
we
got
any
overheads,
but
we
can
look
at
that.
You
know
we
get
the
irrigation
run
out
there.
We
get
the
power
out
there
so
there's
at
least
a
a
convenience
outlet
or
a
double
or
four
gainer.
We'll
have
to
look
at
that.
Maybe
we
should
make
sure
we
get
a
ford
hanger
out
there.
J
B
B
Know
but
she
was
just
watching
what
he
was
saying
and
what
he
said
and
said.
J
I
don't
know
I
didn't
push
back
very
hard.
You
know,
I
know
he
said
they
had
discussion
about
how
to
do
it
yeah
and
there
was
another
way
of
doing
it
and
they
chose
not
to
do
it
that
way,
but
and-
and
he
said
that
they
didn't
give
instruction
on
how
to
hang
the
cables.
So
if
the
cables
were
vertical
or
vertical
as
displayed,
they
may
have
held
better
too
so.
J
B
E
B
B
B
B
Itself,
other
than
that
we
do
have
a
list
of
things
she
may
be
talking
to
you
about
a
few
change
order
things,
I
guess,
should
talk
to
you
about
the
painting
of
a
conduit
and
some
supply
room
or
whatever
I'm
saying
I'm
saying
why
too
yeah.
I
said
sam
and
I
are
pretty
much
on
the
same
page.
If
there's
something
I
don't
in.
B
B
B
If
we
did
that
now
it
would
be
a
friggin
disaster,
so
she'll
come
and
ask
you
about
me,
yeah
in
the
frames
in
the
frames
there,
some
of
the
doors
and
not
all
of
them,
but
some
of
the
doors
you'll
see
big
screw
heads
oh
yeah
yeah
in
there,
so
they
were
supposed
to
remove
them
and
bond
to
them.
I'm
saying
well,
why
can't
they
just
paint
them.
You
know
or
we'll
talk
to
sam
and
see
what
he
feels.
You
know
if
there's
some
place
that
needs
to
be
done.
J
B
Okay,
she
also
said
something
about
in
one
of
the
spec
special
ed
rooms.
This
stuff
that's
adhered
to.
The
walls
and
one
room
was
a
little
wrinkly.
I
said
well
ask
sam
about
it.
H
B
J
B
J
B
J
B
F
B
Thanks
again
for
your
help,
I
appreciate
it.
You
know
we
just
keep
talking
as
we
get
through
the
other
schools
and
move
on
with
the
side
stuff.
I
hate
to
take
anything
to
the
committee
anymore
because
they
there's
too
many
questions.
Just
trust
me,
you
know.
Have
I
screwed
you?
No,
so
trust
me
right
what
we
think's
right.
