projects,
but
the
subcontractor
that
installed
them
is
not
on
the
elementary
schools.
It
is
a
manufacturer
defect.
It
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
installer.
The
clouds
connection
points
where

cables
are
connecting
to
the
clouds
it's
just
not
holding
up
to
the
weight
of
the
clouds.
So
we
met
with
the
manufacturer
today
and
went
over
all
the
clouds
we
showed
them.

subcontractor
and
getting
this
information
as
soon
as
possible.
Currently,
right
now,
sam
and
his
crew
have
taken
down
all
the
clouds,
the
larger

lights

did
inspect
those
today,
we
did
not
see
any
issue,
but
the
manufacturer
is
going
to
be
replacing
those
attachments
as
well
to
make
everything
safe
across
the
board.

issues

he
thinks
are
either
warranty

sam
owns

jumped
on

tractor

for

company

been
bought

the
other
pos
have
been
issued

this

stair
towers,
the
storefront
windows
and
curtain
walls
are
being
installed
throughout
they're,
moving
along
very
quickly
on
that
going
around
caulking
them
and
getting
them
completely
installed
and
we're
working
on
storefront
window
testing
as
well.

in

then
there's
substantially
completency
just
doing
finishes
here
and
there
we'll
be
back
in
there
to
do
finishes
once
all
the
painting
is
complete

grid
is
going

beams
are
being
placed
inside
that
ceiling
grid
as
they
go
around

install
them

they're

we
have
a
bunch
of
photographs.

working
with
them

determine
whether

do
the
repair

they

final
paving.

money
in

budget
for
paving

paving

think
it

shops

cafeteria

the

They
are
almost
wrapped
up.
They're
working
in
that
north
elevation
now

they're
almost
out

they
have

interior
chases
to
do

they
are
on
the

floor

do
pretty
much
one
whole
side

wing

day,
so
they're
moving
very
fast,
we'll

testing
in

two
weeks.

windows

area

their

a
wall
layout

complete.
Rough-Ins
are
underway
in

a
so
that's
the
cafeteria
they're
also
doing
mep
rough-ins
in
the
gym

ruffins
we're
just
gonna.

in
there

it's
time
for
some
finishes

the
the
first
floor,
they're
doing
drywall
insulation,
no
taping,
yet

taping

then

third
floor.

final
painting
and
they'll,
probably
be
final
painting

they
haven't
already
started

second
floor,
they'll
start
manning
that
floor
probably
the
next
couple
days
and
then
the
rooftop
equipment
is
all
placed

one

unit
on
the
area

So
when
those
large
units
on
area

is
all
are
missing
up
there
and
then
no
safety
issues
and
no
covet
issues.

we
decided
that
we're
going
to
keep
them
the
original
amounts
that
come
with
the
promethean
boards.
We
mounted
one
at
cutler.
We
have.
We
did
notice
that
we
needed
like
another
inch
or
two
behind
the
board
so

even

inch,
so
we're
going
to
install
unistra
a
three
three
foot
piece
of
unistraw
on
each
side
of
the
board,
so
our
promethean
board
mount
is
going
to
mount
to
that
unistrut.

allows
us
the
flexibility
to
not
have
any
issues
with
any
outlets
on
the
wall,
because
we
have
three,
we
have
two
av
outlets.
Then
we
have
our
power,
so
it
allows
the
the
board
of
ed
to
be
able
to.
You
know,
move
it
higher
and
lower
as
needed,
but
it
just
really
allows
you
guys
to
have
room
behind
that
board
to
to
install
your
outlet,
your
usb
and
your
hdmi
cord,
which
are
pretty
thick
cords.

So,
as
you
know,
we're
real
sensitive
to
the
windows
and
their
installation.
That
sort
of
thing
from
last
time
around
so
we've
taken
some
additional
precautions
to
make
sure
they
get
in

way
they're
supposed

So
we
have
identified
a
couple
minor
issues
which
have
been
corrected.
So
I
think
things
are
are
looking
good
at
that
point,
and
you
know
right
now,
they're
passing.
If
we
find
one
that
fails,
then
we'll
have
to
evaluate
that
and
see
if
there's
some
additional
things
that
we
need
to
do
on
those
windows.

look

we're
looking
at
the
area
of
about
137
000
square
feet,
three
and
a
half
acres,
roughly
of
that
ball
field.

trying
to
review
to
see

there
was
any
areas
that
shouldn't
be
sodded,
if
you
will
maybe
up
to
the
tree
line
on
on
the
eastern
side,
if
you
will
but
looking
at
that
with
the
soccer
field,

soccer
field
was
installed,
so
it
didn't
overlap
the
base
infield.
If
you
will,
there's
really
no
place
that
we
could
eliminate
theirs,
but
we
are
continuing
to
look
to
see
if
we
can
cut
that
back
a
little
bit.

there
was
a
couple
of
things
that
if
you
didn't
understand-
or
if
you
did
understand
my
email-
that
that
all
went
into
this
and
the
sod
was
a
dollar
sixteen
a
square
foot-
you
know
so
there
was
that
amount
which
was
around
159
000.

think
we
did
get
a
credit
for
40,
some
for
not
seeding
and
fertilizing
and
whatever
the
regular
grass
stuff
the
irrigation.

Yes,
correct
the
and
the
rationale
behind
that
was
similar
to
the
other
school,
the
middle
school,
that
the
field
will
be
available
within
a
year
as
opposed
to
two
years
waiting
for
the
grass
to
grow.
So
not
only
would
it

available
for
student
use
at
the
school,
but
also
for
town
use,
if
you
will
earlier
on
and,
as
you
all
know,
everybody's
clamoring
for
fields
at
this
point,
so
so
for
us,
if
you
look
at
the
dollars
that
it
costs,
those
are
the
dollars
that
we
we
would've
spent
300
thousand
dollars
on
playscapes.

we
got
a
savings
from
the
side
or
a
payback
of
22
000,
a
return
from
the
seating
and
whatever,
but
the
difference
in
price
and
including
markups
and
stuff
is
about
90
000
on
that.
So
that's
a
little
bit
less

size.
We've
also
found
an
area
where
I
think
jamie
wants
to
put
little
greenhouses
that
we're
saying
well.
Why
should
we
put
sod
under
the
greenhouses?

it

the
markups
for
the
consultants.

sod
itself
is
a
hundred
as
a
one,
a
dollar,
sixteen
a
square
foot,
so
you
also
have
the
markup
for
omg.

have
the
bonding.

have
those
sorts
of
things
which
is
about
seven
or
eight
percent
of
the
additional
cost.
On
top
of
what
the
cost
of
the
installation
would
be.

are,

understand
that
I
don't
it's
not
going
to
be
able
to
match
it,
half
for
whatever
based
on
size
because
of
the
work
and
the
labor
involved
in
that
stuff.

so
the
sod
cost
the
side
cost
itself

half

it
is,
but
we
still
had
the
other
labor
that
had
to
go
on
at
that
site
that
that
is
was
still
included
in
that
cost.

look
at
the
plans

we
have
installed
by
the
playscapes
defense

way
too
short,
because
you've
got
a
10-foot
drop
over

we're

eight-foot
fence
by
the
basketball
court
along
that
back
edge
there.
If
you
will,
we
don't
have
a
price
on
that.
We
don't
expect
it
to
be
very
large,
but
we
certainly
pass
it
on
to
you.

a
point
of
safety
that
I
guess
it's
probably
what
a
couple
hundred
feet
anyway,

look
at
that

look
at
changing

separate
the

had

on
the
roof
and
the
exterior
and
the
other
item
for
the
route

sign,

we're
still
waiting
for
updated
drawings
from
the
architect.

parts

structure

did
get
it
through
planning,
so
we're
waiting
for
some
information
on
bricks
that
are
going

match
the
grasotec
back

going

tree

a

additional
trees
added

through
a
three-hour
dissertation

they'd

sign

they
don't

big

ours
is
like
six
feet

long.

restricted

zoning

size
of
the
sign
and
the
regulations
did
change

the
time

sign

installed

have.

did
downsize
and
reconfigure
the
signs
somewhat.
