be

for
overseeing
the
asbestos
abatement
at
fitch
and
that

sam
asked
if
we
might
be
able
to
rearrange
the
agenda
so
that
he
could
speak
first
and
that
way
we
wouldn't
be
holding
him
for
all
of
this.

board

superintendent

sign
off
on
a
project
you're.
I
The
last
group
april
22nd,
I
met
with
peter
zingles
your
building
official
michael
bednars,
your
fire
marshal
on
the
29th
I
met
with
katie
baldwin,
the
health
official
and
robert
sagami
all
signed
off
on
the
form
sam
passed,
the
form
around
to
the
board
of
ed
the
board
of
ed
and
your
superintendent
signed
off
so
you're.
The
last
group.
The
project
consists
of
removal
of
approximately
thirty
six
thousand
well
thirty,
six
thousand
fifty
seven
square
feet.

not
approximate
going
back
with
thirty
three
thousand
two
hundred
forty
seven

vct
flooring
and
two
thousand
eight
hundred
and
ten

project
is
in

the
cafeteria
is
included
the
quarter

the
art
room
and
the
cafeteria
and
a
corner
between
the
media
center

rooms,

auditorium
is
also
part
of
the
project.

cost
of
the
top
to
the
town
of
groton
is
about

so
you'll
get

more

half
of
your
money
back
on
the
show
estimated
time

the

which
is
the

pre-bid

take

than
two
months
to
get
this
job

had
much
larger
floor
replacement
projects
that
were
done
in
a
shorter
period
of
time.

nobody
under

age
of
18
will
be
able
to
occupy
the
building
during
the
asbestos
removal.
Anybody
over
the
age
of
18
can
occupy,
obviously
there'll
be
negative
air
enclosures
in
the
areas
where

asbestos
is
being
removed.
Also,
the
fire
marshal
mentioned
a
good
point.
They
want
to
be
aware
of
the
fact
of
when
that
enclosure
is
put
in,
because
in
case
of
an
emergency,
the
fire
department,
texas,
we
can't
go
into
that
area
right.

in
the
update
I
know
it
was
a
hot
topic
on

last
meeting,
an
update
on
the
route.
One
sign
that
I
wanted
to
give
everyone,

we

receive

price

contractor

the
route

we're

it

so
the
breakdown
of
that
it's
not
just
for
the
sign.

know
that
rick
wanted
me
to
give

the
breakdown

the
actual
cost,
so
the
sign
itself
is
only
approximately

includes
removing
the
tree
and
also
doing
some
plantings
around
the
sign
and
also
in
the
structure
around
the
sutton
park.

that
cost
there
right
now,

and
grass
is

construction
fence,
that's
included
in
this
cost
of

and
then
we
have
some
site
work
fees
and

also
included
in
the
site.

is
the

cheaper.

the
houses
aren't
worth
that

saved

insane

coming

addressing

issues

we

off

the
ground

rework

we

on

magnet
school
west
side
storefronts,

we

they

complete

couple
weeks

current
wall
install
is
now
underway

mostly

fixtures
are
being

complete
in

still

areas

they
had
to
finish
up.
Painting

underway

the
entire
building,
along
with
ceiling
grid.
Milwauk
millwork
is
also
installed.
They
have
are
underway,

have
a
lot
installed
at
this
point.

outside
site
work
is,
is
ongoing.
They
have
sidewalks,
most
of
sidewalks
are

Besides
around
the
fields,
permanent
power
has
been
energized
as
well,

seeding,
hydro,
seeding
and
plants
have
been
installed
are
installed,
planted
a
lot
large
reasons,
so
it's
looking
very
good
over
there
and
then
for
both
schools,

and
technology.

safety
stand:
downs

refocus

manpower

site.

regulations
